Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1.) Mengetahui kontribusi komunikasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Mengetahui kontribusi keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; dan 3.) Mengetahui kontribusi komunikasi dan keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis expost-facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi komunikasi dan keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kontribusi komunikasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 64,9%, kontribusi keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 80,6%, dan kontribusi komunikasi dan keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 85,8%. AbstractThis research aims to: 1.) Knowing the contribution of communication made by the headmaster to teacher performance; 2.) Knowing the contribution of headmaster conflict management skills to teacher performance, and 3.) Knowing the contribution of communication and conflict management skills by the headmaster to the performance of teachers in Primary Schools in Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a post-facto type with a quantitative approach. The study population was all teachers at the Primary School in Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta in the academic year 2017/2018. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a contribution of communication and conflict management skills made by the principal to the performance of elementary school teachers in the Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The contribution of communication made by the headmaster to teacher performance was 64.9%, the contribution of conflict management skills made by the headmaster to teacher performance was 80.6%, and the contribution of communication and conflict management skills made by the headmaster to performance the teacher is 85.8%.

This study aims to m engetahui and describe the effect of the competence of supervising principals on teacher performance in SD Negeri Muara Telang, m e Knowing and describe the influence of teacher motivation on the performance of teachers in public primary schools Muara Telang, and Knowing and describing the effect of the competence of supervising principals and teacher motivation together on teacher performance in SD Negeri Muara Telang District . This research uses quantitative methods . The study population was all teachers at SD Negeri Muara Telang and the sample was obtained as many as 86 respondents . Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using linear regression formula is simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS . From the results of this study concluded that k Competency Supervision Principal affect the performance Elementary School Teachers in Muara Telang. Teacher motivation has an effect on teacher performance in primary schools in Muara Telang district . Principal Supervision competence and teacher motivation jointly influence teacher performance in SD Negeri Muara Telang District.

Lack of teacher understanding of techniques and ways of carrying out Discovery Learning in learning, especially elementary school teachers in Supervisory Primary Schools. The purpose of the study was to improve the implementation of Discovery Learning by the Group Guidance method for Elementary Teachers in Palas Subdistrict, South Lampung in 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research method uses School Action Research (PTS), with research flow within the 2004 National Education Department, the research cycle starts from planning (planing), organizing, observing and reflecting and following up. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation of activities, mentoring performance, implementation of Discovery Learning in learning, partnering with partners and colleagues. The results of Cycle I Counseling Performance reached a score of 44 (65%) Good category, Workability 19 (63%), Activity 18 (60%) Active. Cycle II Counseling Performance reached a score of 52 (76%) Good categories, Workability 21 (70%), Activity 23 (73%) Active. Cycle III Counseling Performance reached a score of 66 (97%) in the category of Very Good, Workability 26 or (87%), Activity 28 (93%) Active.

One factor influencing teacher performance is the principal’s leadership style. For this reason, this study aims to analyze how the contribution of the principal’s democratic leadership style to teacher performance. The research method used is a quantitative non-experimental method which is correlational. The research sample is 86 elementary school teachers. Research data were collected using two instruments, the teacher’s performance questionnaire, and the democratic leadership style questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using product-moment correlation to see the significant relationship on each variable. The results showed there was a significant relationship between democratic leadership styles and teacher performance, so it can be concluded that democratic leadership styles contribute to teacher performance.

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

The elementary school teachers and especially women teachers are facing new challenges and need to be supported by the educational administrators and the state. In order to strengthen the role of women teachers, there is needed to look at well-being and occupation stress of women teachers‟. The present paper is justified to study the well being and occupational stress of women teachers of primary schools. For this, Well Being Scale and Occupational Stress Scale for are used as tools of data collection. Main findings of this study are: (i) very few women teachers fall in low well being level category while majority of the women teachers fall in the category of high well being, (ii) few women teachers fall in high stress level category while majority of the women teachers fall in the category of average as well as less stress well being category and (iii) there exists significant relationship between well being and occupational stress of women teachers of primary schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

This study aims to apply clinical supervision to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in conducting class assessments. The method used utilizes three cycles of action research involving 23 teachers from 10 primary schools under the guidance of North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The data has been collected through the observation of the class assessment ability in each action process. The data analysis technique of this study used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained that the first cycle is below the expected completeness percentage (≤85%) which is 67.17%, while in the second cycle it also does not meet the completeness percentage which is 77.17%, and in the third cycle it is 85.86 % (Completed). The study concluded that the implementation of clinical supervision to improve the class assessment ability of elementary school teachers had a significant impact. In the future, these results can be a reference for supervisors in conducting school supervision to improve the competence of other teachers.

Reforms on inclusive education began to be carried out in Tua Pejat area, North Sipora District, Mentawai Islands by conducting training on the implementation of inclusive education by Padang State University lecturers in the context of carrying out community service for special education lecturers, followed by elementary school teachers from six elementary schools and special school teachers from two special schools in the North Sipora sub-district of the Mentawai islands. The training was conducted with a question and answer lecture method, accompanied by a demonstration simulation method and assignments on developing a learning plan (RPP) in an inclusive class, namely modified lesson plans and modified lesson plans adapted to the characteristics and learning needs of children with special needs in the classroom. The results of the training show that collaboration between elementary and high school teachers is established, both by collaborating and cooperating in serving children with special needs in primary schools, where ing to assist elementary school teachers in matters related to the identification and assessment of children with special needs in inclusive schools, as well as working together in developing lesson plans and PPI for children with special needs in inclusive classes, and learning strategies in inclusive settings.

Teacher performance is teacher perception on teacher work performance related to work quality, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and initiative. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of good work on the performance of elementary school teachers in central Jakarta. This research uses quantitative approach. A sample of 79 certified teachers teaching elementary school in central Jakarta using multiphase sampling technique. How to use data by using questionnaire media for data retrieval. Respondents of this study are teachers of primary school certified in central Jakarta. The variable used is workplace well-being as independent variable, teacher performance as dependent variable. To determine the effect of workplace well-being, based on multiple regression analysis at 33.1% significant level it can be concluded whether the workplace well-being is significant enough to the performance of elementary school teachers.
