Purpose of this study is to describe the difficulty level of information system students in communicating English. This study was descriptive quantitative research. The subjects in this study were 100 of second semester information system students and students who repeated (30 people) in 2017/2018 at STMIK Indonesia Padang. The study instrument used was a questionnaires and it were distributed to all research subjects. The processing of questionnaire data used the construct validity test which was supported by the SPSS application. The results of the data analysis of the study shows that the difficulty level of information systems students in communication is categorized at a fairly problematic level with an percentage index of 69%. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a reference for lecturers in designing learning modules and syllabus that matches with the level of students’ ability so that they will be categorized as students who are able to compete in the industrial era 4.0.

The objective of this research was to find out the influence of motivation, organizational culture and village information systems on the performance of village government. This research is a quantitative research conducted in Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency. The data were collected by using questionnaires. Respondents in this research are village head and village apparatus. The number of samples in this study is 32. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Motivation and Information System Village does not affect the Performance of Village Government, while Organizational Culture Influence on Performance of Village Government. This shows that the organizational culture that is formed and there is greatly affect the behavior of members of the organization in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Good organizational culture will create good village government performance as well.

The use of modules in learning aims so that students can learn independently without or with the guidance of the lecturer. There is no teaching material as a learning guide that meets the needs of students in IT-based mathematics learning courses in the form of LKM, Modules or textbooks.This study aims at finding and examining further the response of students to ICT-based mathematics learning modules. The form of this research is descriptive research. The research subjects of the even semester students are 2018/2019 in ICT-based mathematics learning courses. The instrument used was a student response questionnaire. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale through Google Form. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010. The results showed that student’s responses to the ICT-based mathematics learning module as a whole were positive with an average on the material Aspects, the Interest Aspects of the module and the Module Aspects respectively of 92, 42%, 87 % and 93, 16%.. Thus it can be concluded that ICT-based mathematics learning using modules can be applied.

This study aims to determine and improve students' understanding of the Information System Audit material using the problem-based learning model. It is hoped that this research can provide benefits for the development of effective learning models to support the formation of the personality and scientific qualities of students and improve the skills of lecturers in developing learning models. This research is a classroom action research with a problem-based learning model. The research subjects are students studying at the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Halu Oleo University in the 2018/2019 academic year who take information systems audit courses. The results showed that implementing the problem-based learning model could improve students' understanding of the information system audit material. It can be seen through an increase in students' complete learning from before when the pre-test was 0% in a row; from each cycle, there was an increase until the post-test was 95.6%. Students' interest in inactiveness and collaboration is also good, namely 3.44 (scale 1-4). This study also found that the problem-based learning model improved students' ability to solve problems, think critically, and build their knowledge because information systems audit materials require direct skills and in-depth understanding.

The research aims to measure the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE), entrepreneurial attitude (EA), and entrepreneurial intention (EI) towards entrepreneurship education. The research subjects were all students of SMK Negeri Tempursari. Research conducted is a population study with a total of 187 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the MANOVA technique. The results of the study were: (1) The mean value of the ESE, EA, and EI of students who have received entrepreneurship education is higher when compared to the average value of students who have not received entrepreneurship education; and (2) EA and EI have no significant effect between students who have received entrepreneurship education and students who have not received entrepreneurship education. While in the ESE aspect there is a significant influence between students who have received entrepreneurship education and students who have not received entrepreneurship education.

This study was conducted to determine maturity level of Delivery and Support process on the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University, according to the criteria in the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). Processes evaluated were (1) Ensure Continuous Service, (2) Manage Service Desk and Incidents, and (3) Manage Data. The method used in this study is a questionnaire with the appropriate research subjects RACI diagram mapping, and direct observation of Academic Information Systems, State University of Padang. The findings showed the maturity level of the process ensure continuous service, manage service desk and incidents, and manage data in the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University is located on level 3 (the process is defined). Results of evaluation of the maturity level is fundamental in determining the proposed improvements to the management of the State University of Padang in order to improve the service.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Menganalisis Mediasi Prestasi Belajar Pada Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Malang). Dimana Kualitas Layanan sebagai variabel X terdiri dari enam variabel, yaitu Layanan Fisik (tangible), Kehandalan (reability), Ketanggapan (responsive), Jaminan (assurance), Empati (empathy) dan System Informasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa UNISMA. Maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif, yang menggunakan metode survai dengan mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang utama, dengan jumalah 175 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji instumen, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Data, Uji Hipotesis Uji t dan Sobel. software Program SPSS versi 16 For Windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan Fisik (tangible), Layanan Kehandalan (reability), Layanan Ketanggapan (Responsive), layanan jaminan (assurance) dan Layanan Empati (empathy) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar, hanya Layanan Kehandalan (reability) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan fisik (tangible), layanan kehandalan (reability), Layanan Ketanggapan (Responsive), layanan jaminan (assurance) dan Layanan Empati (empathy) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa hanya Layanan informasi system yang berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Prestasi Belajar berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Mahaiswa. Prestasi Belajar Tidak Memediasi Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan layanan fisik (tangible), Layanan Ketanggapan (Responsive), layanan jaminan (assurance), Layanan Empati (empathy) dan informasi syst.em Pada Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Prestasi Belajar Memediasi Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Kehandalan (reability) Pada Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Layanan, Fasilitas, Layanan Fisik, Kehandalan, Ketanggapan, Jaminan, Empati, System Informasi, Prestasi Belajar dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa. The purpose of this study is to Analyze the Mediation of Learning Achievements in the Effect of Service Quality on Student Satisfaction (Study of Malang Islamic University Students).  Where Service Quality as variable X consists of six variables, namely physical services, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and information systems.  The population in this study were all UNISMA students.  So this research is quantitative research, which uses survey methods by taking samples from a population and using questionnaires or questionnaires as the main data collection tool, with a total of 175 respondents.  The data analysis technique in this study used the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Data Analysis, Test of Hypothesis T and Sobel.  SPSS version 16 For Windows software program. The results showed that the quality of physical services, service reliability, service responsiveness, assurance services and services Empathy had no effect and were not significant towards Learning Achievement, only the service Reliability influential and significant to Learning Achievement.  The results showed that tangible services, reliability services, responsiveness services, assurance services and Empathy services did not influence and were not significant towards Student Satisfaction, only information system services that had an effect on and significantly affected Student Satisfaction.  The results of the study showed that Learning Achievement had significant and significant effect on Student Satisfaction.  Learning Achievement Does Not Mediate the Effect of Physical Service Quality, Responsiveness, Assurance services, Empathy Service and information system on Student Satisfaction, Learning Achievement Mediates the Effect of Service Quality Reliability on Student Satisfaction. Keywords: Services, Facilities, Physical Services, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Information Systems, Learning Achievement and Student Satisfaction.

The transaction system in local governments has undergone a transition from manual to non-cash transactions. Semarang Regency is one of twelve regions selected as pilot projects. The initial implementation supporting infrastructure has not met the required targets. The existence of manual transitions to non-cash will be followed by different procedures and different information systems. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of supporting infrastructure and information systems on non-cash transaction policies and see the influence of supporting infrastructure on information systems. This research is a quantitative research, with variables of quality, quantity, perceptions about the ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes toward use, behavior to keep using. Sampling uses census sampling with 71 treasurer respondents. The method of data analysis uses SEM-PLS with software WAPLS 6. The results of the research obtained that the supporting infrastructure has no influence on non-cash transaction policies. Information systems affect the non-cash transaction policy. Supporting infrastructure affects information systems.

This study aims to determine the perception of parents in choosing television programs for the moral development of elementary school children in Kuok, Simpang pawuo hamlet, terap island village RT 04 RW 02. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research, the research subjects are parents of elementary school students who reside lives in Simpang pawuo hamlet RT 02 RW 04. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. By calculating the percentage of anget yields that were carried out in the Simpnag Pawuo hamlet, Terap Island, Kuok, Kampar, Riua. the percentage of the questionnaire performance on each indicator is more than 70%. On the result of the percentage indicator. With the percentage of indicators of Opinion 87.2, Response 83.51%, Meaning 80.75% and Perception 77.49%. First, parents must provide direction and understanding to children about the shows to be watched, as well as provide assistance and explanations, Both parents must provide supervision to the child so that the child will be careful in choosing television shows. Third, provide guidance to children so they want to. watching television shows that educate and uphold moral values so that children can minimize the activities of watching television shows that are not useful, The four admonitions and strict sanctions from parents will provide a deterrent effect when children watch television shows that are not educational, thus parents can direct the child to watch shows that can improve the moral reasoning of junior high school aged children in Simpang Pawuo Hamlet RT 04 RW 02 Pulau Terap Village, Kuok District.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Pemeliharaan Mesin Kendaraan Ringan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik korelasional. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar. Kontribusi minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar adalah 52%, sedangkan 48% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interest in learning with learning outcomes in the subjects of Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance XI grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. This research was quantitative research. The research subjects consisted of 32 students. The data analysis techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using correlational techniques. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes. The contribution of learning interest in learning outcomes is 52%, while 48% is determined by other factors.
