Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model CIPPO (context, input, process, product, and outcomes) yang bertujuan mengungkapkan tingkat employability lulusan SMK 4 tahun dengan menggunakan SMK 3 tahun sebagai base line. Sampel penelitian adalah delapan SMK 4 tahun dan delapan SMK 3 tahun dengan melibatkan 544 orang sebagai subyek penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kurikulum SMK 4 tahun dan 3 tahun menggunakan kurikulum nasional yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri (DU/DI); (2) Kompetensi lulusan SMK 4 tahun seluruhnya berkategori sangat baik, sedangkan SMK 3 tahun 64% sangat baik; (3) menurut DU/DI, lulusan SMK 4 tahun unggul dalam kedisiplin, keuletan, kemampuan teori, kemampuan praktek, rasa percaya diri, ketelitian, kreativitas, dan kepemimpinan; (4) Kompetensi guru SMK 4 tahun unggul dalam membimbing siswa, menghasilkan bahan ajar, mengembangkan bengkel, dan membangun kerja sama dengan DU/DI; (5) sarana dan prasarana SMK 3 dan 4 tahun memiliki kemiripan kondisi; (6) pembiayaan SMK 4 tahun melibatkan alumni sedangkan SMK 3 tahun tidak; (7) Kecepatan mendapat pekerjaan, jumlah lulusan yang bekerja, dan penghasilan lulusan SMK 4 tahun lebih baik dari pada SMK 3 tahun; dan (8) Kepuasan kerja lulusan SMK 4 tahun lebih baik daripada lulusan SMK 3 tahun. EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 4-YEAR PROGRAM POLICY OF VOCATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL IN IMPROVING GRADUATES’ EMPLOYABILITYAbstractThe aim of this research is to disclose the employability level of 4-year Vocational Secondary School (or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)) graduates by using 3-year SMK as the base-line. This research is an evaluation research using CIPPO (context, input, process, product, and outcomes) model. The sample of the research is eight 4-year SMK and eight 3-year SMK, and it involves 544 persons as the research subjects. The data were collected by observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation, and analyzed quantitatively by using descriptive statistic analysis. The research result shows that: (1) 4-year and 3-year SMKs are using national curriculum developed based on the needs of Bussiness & Insdustrial Performer (DU/DI), (2) the competency of all (100%) the 4-year SMK graduates are ‘very good’, while only 64% 3-year SMK graduates is ‘very good’, (3) based on DU/DI’s stand point, the 4-year SMK graduates is better in 8 aspects (discipline, tenacuty, theoretical knowledge, practical skill, self-independence, carefullness,  creativity and leadership), (4) 4-year SMK teacher is better in guiding the students, producing learning material, developing workshop, and cooperating with DU/DI, (5) 4-year SMK has similiar condition of facilities with 3-year SMK, (6) 4-year SMK funding system is better than the 3-year SMK by involving the alumni, (7) 4-year SMK graduate is better in number of working graduates, income, and speed to get jobs, (8) 4-year SMK graduate are more satisfied with their job than the 3-year graduate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program English Massive (E-Mas) dalam upaya peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat di Kota Kediri tahun 2017-2019 dengan teori Evaluasi model CIPP menurut Stufflebeam diantaranya: Context; Input, Process, Product. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian diantaranya penyelenggara program, partisipan, tutor dengan menggunakan teknik purposive. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi program English Massive berdasarkan: Context, latar belakang dan tujuan ialah ingin memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris supaya meningkatkan daya saing dan kapasitas masyarakat kota Kediri; syarat E-Mas mudah dan target sasaran seluruh warga Kota Kediri. Input, kesesuaian partisipan telah sesuai namun hanya kategori children memiliki jumlah partisipan tiggi; Tutor disediakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan sesuai dengan kriteria namun jumlah tutor menurun; materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan silabus dan kemampuan partisipan dengan fokus conversation dan speaking; anggaran telah mencukupi untuk kebutuhan dan operasional program; sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai karena dikelola oleh masyarakat sendiri; informasi sudah jelas diberikan melalui sosialisasi, media sosial dan internet. Process, penjadwalan telah sesuai sebab jadwal direncanakan oleh partisipan dan tutor; proses pembelajaran cukup efektif melalui diskusi dan fun game; aktivitas selain pembelajaran yaitu outing class, COIN EMAS, outbond dan sebagainya; hambatan yaitu kesadaran masyarakat kurang, adanya kesibukan, spot kurang kondusif, jarak yang jauh antara spot dengan tempat tinggal tutor, honor tidak cair tiap bulan, modul tidak dibagikan ke partisipan. Product, dampak yang dirasakan partisipan adanya peningkatan kemampuan partisipan dalam berbahasa inggris; meningkatkan IPM Kota Kediri.This study aims to investigate the implementation of the English Massive (E-Mas) program as an effort to improve social capacity in Kediri City, year 2017-2019 by utilising Stufflebeams’s theory of evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research subjects include program organizers, participants, tutors by using purposive techniques. The results of the study show that the background and purpose of the English Massive program based on the first indicator in which Context is to empower the society through learning English in order to improve the competitiveness and capacity of the Kediri’s citizens; E-Mas requirements are easy and target for all residents of Kediri City. Based on Input Indicator, participants are arguably fit with the standar but only the children category has a high number of participants; Tutors were provided by the Education Office (Dinas Pendidikan); the material provided is in accordance with the syllabus and the ability of participants focusing on conversation and speaking. The budget is sufficient for program’s expenses and operations; facilities and infrastructure are good enough because they are managed and provided also by the society itself; information has clearly been provided through outreach, social media and the internet. Based on Process Indicator, scheduling is appropriate because the schedule is planned by participants and tutors; the learning process is quite effective through discussion and fun games; activities other than learning, namely outing class, COIN EMAS, outbound and so on; the obstacles are lack of public awareness, busyness, less conducive spot, long distance between spot and tutor's residence, monthly non-payment of honorarium, modules are not distributed to participants. Product Indicator, the impact felt by the participants is an increase in the ability of participants in speaking English as well as improving the HDI of Kediri City.

Evaluation of training program is made to establish the achievement of program objectives and to provide recommendations for program improvements. In this article, use of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model in training programs is discussed. It is an evaluation research, with a descriptive quantitative approach involving 16 training program participants as research subjects. The data collection techniques were based on questionnaires as the main instrument, with interview guides and observation guidelines as supporting instruments. The data analysis was made by comparing the scores obtained with the ideal score and multiplying by 100%; the results of these calculations were then grouped into a number of criteria that had been established. The results of the study indicate that the context dimension consisting of training objectives, training needs assessment, and state agency program organizers obtained a PE (Percentage of Effectiveness) score of 75.04%, placing it in the "fair" criterion. In the input dimension, consisting of participant description , instructor condition, infrastructure, training curriculum and instructional media, the PE score was 79.44% again in the "fair" criterion. In the process dimension, comprising lecture method, discussion method, demonstration method, question and answer method, practice method, field visiting method and evaluation of learning outcomes, the PE score obtained was 78.75%, which was also in the "fair" criterion. Finally, in the product dimension of knowledge aspect, attitude aspect and skill aspect, the PE score was 82.29%, in the “good" criterion. Based on the results of the dimension evaluation, the total PE score obtained was 78.88%, or overall in the "fair" criterion. It can be concluded that in general the execution of this training program was successful, so it is recommended that similar programs be conducted again, with some improvements.

Coaching in every sport should be a planned and continuous process so as to achieve the expected goal. A well-developed and executed coaching program is also capable of being evaluated in order to make improvements over time. The purpose of this research is to get information about coaching program of Pelatda’s TennisTeam of Bangka Belitung Province in PON XIX West Java 2016. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Bandung and Bangka Belitung from February to December 2016, before and after PON XIX West Java 2016.This evaluation research using qualitative method with evaluation model Context, Input, Process, Product or CIPP according D.Stufflebeam (2002). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation study and interactive. Data sources in this research are: Youth and Sports Office of Bangka Belitung Province, KONI of Bangka Belitung Province, coaches of pelatda, PELTI of Bangka Belitung Province.The results concluded that: (1). The evaluation component of context stage is considered sufficient (59.26%). (2). The evaluation component of input stage is considered sufficient (65,63%). (3). The evaluation component of process stages is considered less (42.86%). (4). <p align="justify"><em>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi (evaluation research) dengan menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process, product). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMK N 4 Surakarta. Kurikulum entrepreneur diterapkan pada kompetensi keahlian Tata Busana dan Tata Boga. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari guru produktif sebanyak 38 responden, siswa kelas entrepreneur sebanyak 132 siswa dan siswa non entrepreneur (Kecantikan dan Perhotelan) sebanyak 108 responden sehingga total responden dari siswa sebanyak 240 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, chek list, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan validitas isi yaitu expert judgement. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji perbandingan antara siswa entrepreneur dengan siswa non entrepreneur (Kecantikan dan Perhotelan) dengan mengunakan uji Chi-square. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pada LKP program otomotif di DIY dalam hal: (1) dukungan lembaga kursus, (2) relevansi tujuan program kursus dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, (3) kesiapan tenaga pendidik, (4) kesiapan peserta didik, (5) kesiapan sarana prasarana, (6) kesiapan dokumen kurikulum, (7) perencanaan materi pembelajaran, (8) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, (9) penggunaan metode pembelajaran, (10) penilaian pembelajaran, dan (11) pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi model CIPP (context, input, process, product) dari Stufflebeam. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pimpinan lembaga kursus, tenaga pendidik, dan peserta didik pada LKP program otomotif di DIY yang sudah terdaftar dan mempunyai Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 17, dan analisis kualitatif, yaitu dengan mendiskripsikan dan memaknai data tiap-tiap komponen variabel. This study was an evaluation study using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The evaluation model was the CIPP (context, input, process, product) by Stufflebeam. The study population consisted of institutes managers, instructures and students at the course and training institute for automotive programs in YST registered and having Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistic analysis techniques with the SPSS 17 program and the qualitative analysis to describe and interpret the data from each variable component. The results of the study show that (1) the institutes’ support is in a high category, (2) the relevance of the courses programe objectives to the participants’ needs is in a very high category, (3) the instructors’ readiness is in a high category; (4) the participants’ readiness is in a high category, (5) the readiness of the infrastructure and facilities, (6) readiness of the curriculum documents is in a high category; (7) the learning material planning is in a high category, (8) the use of learning media is in a medium category, (9) the use of learning methods is in a high category, (10) the learning assessment is in a high category, and (11) the achievement of the graduate competence standards is in a middle category.

<p><em>This study aimed to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of Guidance and Counseling Teachers Deliberation Program (MGBK) at SMP / MTs Salatiga year of 2012-2015. This study was evaluation research using CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, study of documentation and FGD (focus group discussion). The validity test used data triangulation. The results of this study showed that 1) the context evaluation of the objective set by MGBK program was in the unfavorable category, while the analysis of the needs was in the sufficient category; 2) the input  evaluation indicated that the human resources namely committee and speakers of MGBK was in the very good category, while the MGBK members was in the good category. Furthermore, sources of funding and supporting infrastructure of MGBK program implementation was in the good categoriy; 3) the process evaluation was in the sufficient category although not all the programmed activities can be implemented; 4) the  product of the implementation of the MGBK program was in the sufficient category</em>.</p>

This research is an evaluation research which aims to determine the implementation of the teacher selection program that has been taking place and to find out what improvement needed in the teacher selection program. The evaluation method used is the CIPP evaluation (Context, Input, Process, Product). Researchers evaluated the psychotest, interviews, microteaching and decision making activities with CIPP. The results of this study indicate that the interview and microteaching activities have not achieved their goals. Its necessary to make improvement to the : teacher standards needed by school, interview instruments, microteaching instruments and interview training for the interview officers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan letak dan jenis kesulitan belajar matematika mahasiswa pendidikan matematika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian campuran dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika di Universitas Jambi yang mengalami kesulitan belajar matematika pada mata kuliah Kapita Selekta Matematika Sekolah Menengah II. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes diagnostik dan pedoman wawancara. Letak kesulitan belajar matematika dilihat berdasarkan kesalahan/kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tes diagnostik. Mahasiswa yang dikategorikan mengalami kesulitan diwawan-carai untuk memperoleh konfirmasi mengenai jenis kesulitan belajar matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar matematikan mahasiswa terletak pada pengetahuan faktual 12,2%, pengetahuan konseptual 19,7%, pengetahuan prosedural 20,7%, dan pengetahuan metakognitif 47,4%.  Jenis kesulitan belajar matematika yang dialami peserta didik adalah kesulitan mengingat fakta 1,9%, kesulitan mengingat konsep 13,1%, kesulitan memahami fakta 8%, kesulitan memahami konsep 5,2%, kesulitan menerapkan konsep 0,9%, kesulitan menerapkan prosedur 0,9%, kesulitan menganalisis prosedur 7%, kesulitan mengevaluasi konsep 0,5%, kesulitan mengevaluasi prosedur 8,9%, kesulitan mengomunikasikan metakognitif 47,4%, kesulitan meneliti fakta 2,3%, dan kesulitan meneliti prosedur 3,8%. Kata Kunci: analisis kesulitan belajar, kapita selekta matematika sekolah menengah   AN ANALYSIS ON LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OF STUDENTS ON CAPITA SELECTA MATHEMATICS SUBJECT OF SECONDARY SCHOOL Abstract This research aims to describe the mathematics learning difficulty locations and the mathematics learning difficulties types faced by mathematics education students. This research is a mix method research study which used a quantitative and a qualitative approach. This research’s subjects were students of mathematics education in Jambi University who had learning difficulties on Capita Selecta of Secondary School II subject. The instruments used here were in diagnostic test and interview guide. The locations of learning difficulties viewed based on students’ mistakes/difficulties in completing the diagnostic test. These students categorized as students who were experiencing learning difficulties were interviewed to obtain confirmation regarding the mathematics learning difficulties types. The research result suggests that mathematics learning difficulty locations faced by the research subjects are factual knowledge 12.2%, conceptual knowledge 19.7%, procedural knowledge 20.7%, and metacognitive difficulties 47.4%. The mathematics learning difficulties types faced by the research subjects are fact remembering difficulty 1.9%, concept remembering difficulty 13.1%, fact understanding difficulty 8%, concept understanding difficulty 5.2%, concept applying difficulty 0.9%, procedure applying difficulty 0.9%, procedure analyzing difficulty 7%, concept  evaluating difficulty 0.5%, procedure evaluating difficulty 8.9%, written metakognitive communicating difficulty 47.4%, fact observing difficulty 2.3%, and procedure observing difficulty 3.8%. <p>This study aimed to evaluate and redesign an online master’s degree program consisting of 12 courses from the informatics field using a context, input, process, product (CIPP) evaluation model. Research conducted during the redesign of the online program followed a mixed methodology in which data was collected through a CIPP survey, focus-group interview, and open-ended questionnaire. An initial CIPP survey sent to students, which had a response rate of approximately 60%, indicated that the Fuzzy Logic course did not fully meet the needs of students. Based on these findings, the program managers decided to improve this course, and a focus group was organized with the students of the Fuzzy Logic course in order to obtain more information to help in redesigning the course. Accordingly, the course was redesigned to include more examples and visuals, including videos; student-instructor interaction was increased through face-to-face meetings; and extra meetings were arranged before exams so that additional examples could be presented for problem-solving to satisfy students about assessment procedures. Lastly, the modifications to the Fuzzy Logic course were implemented, and the students in the course were sent an open-ended form asking them what they thought about the modifications. The results indicated that most students were pleased with the new version of the course.</p>

Goals evaluation research ini untuk menggambarkan keefektifan pengelolaan laboratory computer pada jurusan TKJ di SMKN Kota Padang ditinjau dari dimensi konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Pada evaluation research ini melakukan pendekatan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang diimplementasikan ialah evaluasi model CIPP : Context, Input, Process, Product. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan alat pengumpul data berupa angket, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian yang terdiri dari 4 Kepala SMKN, 4 Wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana, 4 Kajur TKJ, 4 Kepala Lab. Komputer, 21 guru TKJ, dan 168 siswa TKJ kelas XI tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian pada Jurusan TKJ di SMKN Kota Padang mengatakan bahwa: (1). Segi konteks, keefektifan pengelolaan laboratory computer pada kondisi sangat baik dengan pencapaian skor persentase sebesar 86,96%; (2). Dilihat dari segi input keefektifan pengelolaan laboratory computer kondisi sangat baik dengan pencapaian skor rata-rata sebesar 86,46%; (3). Dilihat segi process keefektifan pengelolaan laboratory computer dalam kondisi baik dengan pencapaian skor rata-rata sebesar 7,0%; dan (4). Dilihat segi product keefektifan pengelolaan laboratory computer dalam keadaan baik dengan skor pencapaian sebesar 77,06%.
