<p>This research aims to find out the mental revolution concept of president Joko Widodo (known as Jokowi) and the character education concept of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas and to know the revolution mental of Jokowi viewed from the perspective of character education concept by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas. This research carried out a document study that focuses on analyzing the literature or documents using qualitative approach and content analysis technique.</p><p>The findings show that there are significant differences between the mental revolution of Jokowi and character education concept of Syed Muhmmad Naquib Al-Attas referring to 4 pillars of UNESCO namely learn to know, learn to do, learn to live together, and learn to be which are called orderly as cognitive, psychomotor, affective and teleology in this research.</p><p>Of those 4 aspects, the aspects of teleology and cognitive have major differences. In the cognitive aspect, the mental revolution of Jokowi doesn’t give a large focuses on it. Meanwhile, Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas gives the mainly focuses for this aspect. In the aspect of teleology, the mental revolution by Jokowi aims to create good citizens, while it is to create just people (insan kamil) for Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas.</p><p>From those two aspects, it is concluded that the mental revolution concept of Jokowi when viewed by the perspective of character education of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas has been in ta’dib concept in order to be a khalifah. And there are still differences in the aspect of cognitive, that the mental revolution of Jokowi only gives a little focuses on the cognitive aspect.</p>

Resumo: O envelhecimento acarreta múltiplas alterações e doenças, intensificando, assim, a necessidade de recursos de saúde. A literatura aponta que, nesta fase da vida, é frequente a polimedicação, caracterizada pelo uso de cinco ou mais medicamentos. Logo, objetivou-se compreender as experiências de idosos sobre o significado da polimedicação. Pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, a partir de entrevistas com 14 idosos, atendidos em Unidade Básica de Saúde, as quais foram gravadas, transcritas e, posteriormente, submetidas à técnica de Análise de Conteúdo, modalidade temática. Na análise, emergiram três categorias temáticas: Saúde e longevidade, Quantidade excessiva, e Confiança no médico. Idosos usuários de Unidade Básica de Saúde, ao serem estimulados a refletir sobre o significado do uso diário de cinco ou mais medicamentos, expressaram experiências acerca da polimedicação.Palavras-chave: Idosos; Polimedicação; Centros de Saúde. Elderly attended in the basic health unit: experiences on polymedicationAbstract: Aging brings multiple changes and diseases, thus intensifying the need for health resources. The literature indicates that, at this stage of life, polymedication is frequent, characterized by the use of five or more drugs. Therefore, it was aimed to understand the experiences of the elderly about the meaning of the polymedication. Research with a qualitative approach, based on interviews with 14 elderly people, attended at a Basic Health Unit, which were recorded, transcribed and later submitted to the Content Analysis technique, thematic modality. In the analysis, three thematic categories emerged: Health and longevity, Excessive Quantity, and Trust in the physician. Elderly users of the Basic Health Unit, when being stimulated to reflect on the meaning of the daily use of five or more medications, expressed experiences about the polymedication.Keywords: Elderlies; Polypharmacy; Health Center.

Abstract Money is any object that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services essential to modern civilization. It also serves as an instrument to accumulate wealth and at the same time as an asset to ensure prosperity. The problem in this research is about the study of household financial management according to Islamic teachings. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study are directed at personal development for the financial management of every Muslim household, developing Islamic financial management, developing the practice of Islamic teachings, especially in the fields of economics and finance, and developing socialization and delivery to others.   Abstrak Uang adalah setiap benda yang diterima secara umum sebagai pembayaran atas barang dan jasa yang penting bagi aperadaban modern. Ia juga berfungsi sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan kekayaan dan sekaligus sebagai aset untuk menjamin kemakmuran. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah seputar kajian tentang pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga menurut ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskiptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini diarahkan pada pembinaan kepribadian terhadap manajemen keuangan setiap rumah tangga muslim, pengembangan manajemen keuangan secara Islami, pengembangan pengamalan ajaran Islam khususnya dibidang ekonomi dan keuangan, dan pengembangan sosialisasi dan penyampaian kepada orang lain.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. This study investigated the relationships between children and adolescents with recreational spaces and leisure facilities at a private school in Florianópolis. It is characterized as a field study, descriptive and exploratory, with a qualitative approach and analysis. A total of 19 students participated in this study, between the 6th grade of elementary school and the last year of High School, as well as three school employees. To obtain the data, observations and interviews were used. The data were organized using the software N-VIVO 12 and analyzed through the content analysis technique. The categories that grouped the results were: students' desires and interests at recess; playing in different times and spaces; social relationships and interaction at recess. From this, it was possible to affirm that children and adolescents should establish relationships with the spaces and leisure facilities present in the school environment since these can foster social, intellectual and integral growth of students.

<em>This research aims to describe the use of diction,the figure of speech, the use of<strong> </strong>image andcharacter education valuesin novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah by Puthut EA. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis method. The data of research was contained in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah and the result of interview with some informants. Technique of collecting data used was library and interview techniques. In this study, the author employed flow model of analysis.The results of research were as follows. Firstly, diction used in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah consisted of six types. Secondly, there were four figure of speeches used in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah. Ellipsis as the part of linking figure of speech is used most widely by author. Thirdly, the image used in novel Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah consisted of six types visual images were used most widely. Fourthly, there were ten character education values in novel Seorang Laki-Laki Yang Keluar Dari Rumah. Curiosity education character value was the one used most dominantly.</em>

AbstrakPerekonomian yang  terjadi akhir-akhir ini membuat  pusing kepala terutama para ibu rumah tangga  yang harus bijak dalam mengelola keuangan. Hal ini akibat naik turun nya harga kebutuhan pokok. Dari pernyataan di atas, penulis bermaksud berbagi ilmu untuk menjaga kesetabilan keuangan dalam rumah tangga. Character is mental characteristics and morals that exist in a person. Besides character is also interpreted as ownership of good things. The goodness is like honesty, courage, justice, and compassion. Character education is a deliberate/conscious effort to realize virtue, that is a good quality of humanity objectively, not only good for individual individuals, but also good for society as a whole. This study aims to: Know the problems of character education in terms of micro, meso, and macro approaches. Knowing the implementation of character education according to the three approaches of micro, meso, and macro. Knowing the reason for the need for character education is carried out in MTs Negeri Klaten Regency. Knowing the results of the implementation of character education according to three approaches to micro, meso, and macro. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasa in the field of curriculum, Deputy Head of Madrasa in Student Affairs, Counseling Guidance Teacher and students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study used the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed: 1) The implementation of the micro aspect was carried out by the madrasah steakholder, the meso aspect by building madrasa culture, while the macro aspect was working with parents of the parents. 2) The results of the implementation of character education that have been developed each contribute to the madrasa, namely the improvement of better student character.

Abstrak                                                         Penelitian ini membahas pembelajaran sastra berbasis pendidikan karakter: sebuah kajian terhadap riwayat Datu-Datu Banjar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pembelajaran sastra berbasis pendidikan karakter: sebuah kajian terhadap riwayat Datu-Datu Banjar. Penelitian  ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari buku Datu-Datu Terkenal Kalimantan Selatan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan analisis data adalah teknik analisis teks. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan, yaitu: (1) nilai karakter religius, (2) nilai karakter disiplin, (3) nilai karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab, (4) nilai karakter sahabat atau komunikatif, dan (5) nilai karakter cinta damai. Kelima nilai karakter tersebut terdapat dalam riwayat Datu Murkat Rantau, Datu Kalampayan Martapura, Datu Bakumpai Marabahan, Datu Taniran Kandangan, Datu Sanggul Rantau, dan Datu Kandang Haji Paringin. Abstract This study discusses literary education based on character education: a study o the history of the Datu-Datu Banjarese. The purpose of this research is to describe literary education based on character education: a study of the history of the Datu-Datu Banjarese. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the book Datu-Datu Famous South Kalimantan. The technique used in data collection and data analysis is text analysis technique. From the results of the study found, namely: (1) religious character values, (2) disciplinary character values, (3) independent character values and responsibilities, (4) friend or communicative character values, and (5) peace loving character values. The five character values are found in the history of Datu Murkat Rantau, Datu Kalampayan Martapura, Datu Bakumpai Marabahan, Datu Taniran Kandangan, Datu Sanggul Rantau, and Datu Kandang Haji Paringin.

Neste estudo, analisa-se a formação pedagógica do Curso de Licenciatura em Letras da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, no campus do Bacanga, com sede em São Luís. A tessitura dessa pesquisa baseia-se na abordagem qualitativa, mais precisamente no estudo de caso. Fez-se uso da entrevista semiestruturada, enquanto instrumento metodológico, com alunos dos dois últimos períodos e professores das disciplinas pedagógicas. Como técnica de tratamento e análise de dados, fez-se uso da análise de conteúdo. As representações dos sujeitos da pesquisa apontam algumas fragilidades na formação pedagógica, mas com uma perspectiva de mudança, para que o Curso se fortaleça enquanto Licenciatura e para que a formação pedagógica ganhe um lugar de destaque.Palavras-chave: Formação docente. As data processing and analysis technique, it was made content analysis. The study was detailing: (1) the thematic-integrative content; (2) the scientific approach content; and (3) the authentic assessment content in teacher’s book and student’s book. The study was a content analysis using a qualitative approach. The 2013 Curriculum textbooks for Grade 2 students on the theme of water, earth, and sun which consisted of teacher’s book and student’s book that had been the subject in this study, the thematic-integrative content, the scientific approach content, and the authentic assessment content were the objects in this study. The data analysis technique that had been implemented consisted of unit selection, sample selection, data recording, data reduction, conclusion drawing, and narrative. The results of the study show that: (1) the thematic-integrative contains the aspect of integration and centers on the students’ integration; (2) the use of scientific approach is not always in sequence so that not all indicators in each aspect of scientific approach has been found in each sub-theme; and (3) in terms of authentic assessment content, not all indicators have been found.
