AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.

The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

This research was conducted in Bontoloe Village, Galesong Sub District, Takalar District, South Sulawesi Province. Sampling was done by two methods, first for sample of granary member using purposive sampling method, second fornon-member of granary using simple random sampling method. So the total sample in this study were 34 farmers. Data analysis used is the analysis of different test (t test) and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the income earned by farmer members of the granary group amounted to Rp 9,386,227.00, while the income earned by non-member farmers in the granary group was Rp 9,175,144.00. Differences in paddy production, revenue, and income levels between member farmers and non-members of the granary group based on t test proved not significantly different. Factors that significantly affect the income level of paddy farming are land area, paddy seed price, pesticide price, and labor wage. While the impact of membership of community granary group was not significant to the income of paddy farming. But simultaneously (land area, price of paddy seed, price of urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer price, pesticide price, labor wage, dummy member) can affect paddy farming income of 84.99%.

The pre-experimental method was used. Students from SMPN 1 Maiwa in 2018/2019, which comprises 20 students, were part of the research. Ten first-class students and 10 second-class students. In taking the sample, the author used a random sample. The researcher used data collection methods and questionnaires. The researcher has distributed listening tests by pre-testing and post-testing and sent questionnaires to gather information on their attitudes towards using English movies. Work suggests that the listening abilities of the students were poor in the preliminary examination. Their ability to listen is considerably increased after therapy. From their score, it can be seen that changed well. The findings evaluated with the t-test suggest that the t-test value is higher than the t-table (7.98>2.093). English Movies can be concluded to develop the listening skills of students.

This study was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on profitability (ROA) at the Rural Credit Bank in Palembang for the period 2013-2018. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative The population in the research object is all BPRs contained in Palembang city amounted to 13 BPR while the total sample of 10 BPR. The research sample was taken with a purposive sampling system with the criteria of a BPR whose financial statements were published by the Financial Services Authority in the 2013-2018 period. The method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis with a hypothesis testing tool that is the t test and the F test. However, before conducting multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test is performed first. Through the simultaneous hypothesis test results (Test F) it is known that CAR, BOPO, NPL and LDR have a significant effect on the profitability of BPR (sig 0,000). While based on the partial hypothesis test results (t test) on BPR shows that CAR variable does not influence ROA (sig 0.183), BOPO variable has no effect on ROA (sig 0.114), NPL variable has significant effect on ROA (sig 0.001) and LDR variable also no effect on ROA (sig 0,782). Adjusted R ² value in the regression model was obtained at 56.1, this indicates that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable (ROA) was 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% was influenced by other factors outside this study.
