The article analyzes and systematizes the content of the concepts «pedagogical conditions», «general pedagogical conditions», «specific pedagogical conditions». Based on the given terms' analysis, the own interpretation of the concept «pedagogical conditions in the system of training future educators» and «specific pedagogical conditions» is presented. The article defines and considers a set of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future preschool education educators. The article describes specific pedagogical requirements for the construction of professional competence of future educators: significant enrichment of the content of professional disciplines, related to the mastery of innovative technologies in education; establishing a creative educational environment focused on the formation of students’ creative approach to learning; improving the methodological organization of students’ independent work.

The article reveals the category ‘professional burnout’ and describes the ways of emotional states self-regulation of educators in modern preschool educational institutions. Methods for improving kindergarten teachers’ professional competence and self-esteem are clarified. It is defined how to find balance and harmony in professional activity to avoid overload and prevent professional burnout.The changes that are taking place in preschool education today place new demands on kindergarten teachers’ professional training. To optimize educators’ activities, it is necessary to balance the mode of their work and rest. Only by paying due attention to this issue can we avoid the phenomenon of professional burnout, which is quite common today.Attitudes towards colleagues, children, and parents should be based on the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, in particular respect for the individual, positive attitude and friendliness, and distributed leadership. In these conditions, educators of preschool educational institutions will be able to achieve maximum success in their activities, create effective learning and play environments that will form a comprehensively developed personality, and help the kindergarten teacher to maintain enthusiasm for many years.The article emphasizes that professionals must be able to resist the influence of adverse external factors that occur during professional activities. The key vectors of the educator’s life position should be optimism, self-efficacy, and the use of productive strategies to have their emotional state, to remain calm in any situation. It is necessary to be able to maintain mental balance, internal and external resources, and creative potential.

An important condition ensuring the adaptability of educational environment, hence, socialization of physically challenged children under inclusive conditions, is the competence of specialists implemented under new professional circumstances. Special attention should be paid to professional competence of specialists under inclusion in the system of preschool education. The theoretical analysis of the issue of professional competence of pedagogues in the practice of inclusive preschool education is reflected in the Russian and foreign researches, which testifies to the topicality of the issue. The research objectives are: to describe the conceptual basis of professional competence of the pedagogues of the system of inclusive preschool education (by the example of combined groups), which consists of cognitive, operational-functional and personality components; to prove the influence of professional competence of the pedagogues under inclusion on socialization of preschool physically challenged children. The practical part of the research was carried out by the following methods: analysis of scientific psychological-pedagogical sources, dissertations on the topic; summarization of theoretical conceptions; comparative analysis of the practices of inclusive education; questioning; interviews with various categories of specialists; analysis of the process and products of activities; mathematical processing of the results. The research results allowed identifying the key features of professional competence of the pedagogues of inclusive preschool educational establishments, which not only provide the efficient psychological-pedagogical support of physically challenged children, but also serve as the condition for socialization of these preschool children.

The process of building students' competence must meet modern requirements and include the use of innovative technologies. The development trends of modern society have led to the emergence of a competency-based approach in vocational education. In the process of building professional competence, it is necessary to use technologies that meet the requirements of the Federal state educational standards which contribute to the development of practical focus of training. Among such technologies we single out technologies for holding a round table. The technologies of the round table are not new, but due to combination with various innovative technologies, they become more relevant. The implementation of the round table in the training of vocational education teachers is a discussion process that speculates about a relevant topic requiring a comprehensive analysis. Modern conditions provide arrangements of round tables with their own specifics. The purpose of the article is to identify the effectiveness of holding round tables in students’ preparation in higher educational institutions. The article presents basic principles on which the technology of the round table is based, its ideas and essence, as well as the features of its holding. A study conducted at a pedagogical university during the training of vocational education teachers is presented. It showed the need for implementing round-table technologies in preparing students for future professional activities, as the ones allowing students to build effective discussions, negotiate based on arguments and facts. We have identified the effectiveness of the "round tables" in the training of students in higher educational institutions. The study made it possible to establish the level of students’ preparedness for conducting effective discussions for the implementation of future professional activities in secondary vocational educational institutions. The technology of the round table allows to increase the knowledge level of students. The results can be used in students’ training in various faculties.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

The relevance of the problem of scientific research is due to the need to improve the quality of training of future specialists for vocational education institutions. Also practicing teachers have a need to develop practical recommendations for the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process. The effective use of innovative technologies can optimize the process of conducting an occupation, as well as increase students' interest in professional disciplines. The article reveals the features of the use of innovative technologies when conducting practical classes in special disciplines. The author also analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, substantiates the expediency of their use at various stages of practical work. Also the innovative technologies in conducting professional disciplines contribute to the formation of professional competence. They develop mental activity, help to acquire new knowledge and skills. Their practical application is an important condition for the modern European education. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the use of innovative technologies that will improve the quality of training of future specialists for vocational education institutions. Research methods applied: theoretical (analysis of educational and methodological literature, generalization, forecasting, modeling), empirical (observation, comparison), varieties of heuristic methods (brainstorm, project method, etc.). The practice examples of innovative technologies are based on the research results. They characterize the innovative methods and forms of the Nutrition Physiology discipline’s practical classes. That is why, use of various innovative methods and techniques by practicing teachers, in particular, business games, problematic industrial situations, modern computer technologies of test control, at different stages of practical classes in special disciplines will not only increase students’ interest in learning, but also improve the quality of future specialists' training.

The coronavirus pandemic has had a profound impact on society. Educational institutions are taking steps to organize the learning process, which will not only preserve, but also improve its quality in the current critical situation. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of implementing distance education in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The distance learning conditions created to guarantee epidemiological safety in order to preserve the health of students and teachers include the use of innovative technological means. We have proposed several solutions to the problems that have arisen in the process of organizing distance education: organizational problems on the technical side of the subject, reducing the burden of teachers and students, organizing effective independent work, and others. It is concluded that the distance learning media and technologies used in the teaching of professional disciplines contribute to the gradual development of the students' professional competence. The results of the study showed that distance education technologies implemented in the practice of a higher education institution expand the possibilities for students to master educational material.

The article investigates theoretical frameworks of the organization of methodological work in educational institutions under the conditions of reformation and modernization of the Ukrainian education system.The author discusses how, a great deal of educational institutions, peculiarities of parents’ requests, and interaction with the social environment cause the need for teachers in the methodological assistance of experienced and competent professionals, in particular, the educator-methodologist. The necessity to re-orient methodological work to meet the modern needs of the education sector and requirements of the society is determined. The goal of the current work is to conduct a psychological and pedagogical analysis of theoretical approaches to understanding the content of methodological work, in preschool educational institutions, under the conditions of challenges and changes of the twenty-first century. The tasks of an educator-methodologist and conditions, which should be created in an educational institution in order to motivate teachers to develop their personality and creativity are illustrated by the author. Different aspects of organization of methodological work are introduced and analysed in the article. Generalization of the theoretical and practical studies on the problem enabled us to conclude that the methodological work in educational institutions is a unifying, managerial systemic activity of the educator-methodologist, which must meet the modern needs of the society. This systematic activity is composed of the following components: tasks, principles, approaches, forms and methods of work, means of influencing the subjects of the educational process. Thus, the article contextualizes the tasks and conditions of effective methodological work with the teaching staff, considering innovations in preschool education.The conducted study is not completed, and it is planned to study and develop specific functions, forms, methods and technologies of the educator-methodologist work in a modern preschool institution. The expediency of research on the problem of optimizing the educational environment management in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions that train officers for professional activities considering the gender aspect is due to a number of factors, the main one of which is Ukraine’s desire to integrate into the European and world space, where for the most part is the management of various spheres, including educational one, takes into account the gender principle of equality. The purpose of the article The purpose of the article is to outline the ways to optimize the educational environment management of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions, taking into account the gender component in the educational process. Results. The article notes that in order to form a future officer as a person and as a representative of the intellectual resource of society, educational management of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions should take into account the latest approaches, including the gender-oriented one, in order to implement the philosophy of the XXI-st century education. It is concluded that the optimization of educational environment of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions taking into account the gender marker leads to positive results, namely: overcoming certain socio-pedagogical contradictions, significant contribution to improving the methodological principles of future officers’ training; accelerating the development of a culture of relations between male and female officers on the basis of mutual respect, tolerance, etc. Value. The introduction of a gender component in the educational institutions management with specific learning conditions will ensure the officers’ formation of the new formation, who by their professional and personal qualities will be ready to perform various difficult tasks and decisions making in difficult life situations, and their professional competence will meet the requirements of international educational standards.
