Abstract: COVID-19 is a pandemic disease that spread by itself coming in the contact of people. It was initially started from China and now it has been spread all over the world and many casualties have been occurred. Social distancing commonly known as physical distancing is a non-pharmaceutical approach through which it can be reduced. But social distancing only works when people started wearing mask because it can spread by sneezing even having distance among people. So wearing mask is mandatory to stop spreading this virus at its possible extent. In this paper, it has been intended to identify the people who are wearing mask or not. By the help of CCTV camera it can be recognized at the entrance of various public places such as mall, airport, railway station, mart and many more. If facial mask can be recognized effectively with high level of accuracy then it can become mandatory for people who are violating the rules. The proposed system uses Keras and Tensorflow model for identifying whether people are following the rule or not. Tensorflow is a deep learning methodology through which facial mask can be detected with all kind of situations. Proposed system is able to classify whether a person wear a mask or not, it is also able to identify whether people incorrectly wearing mask i.e. partial wearing. It is mandatory to identify whether people are properly using the mask or not. System identify this kind of situation and classified them accordingly. System uses hybrid technique by combining two algorithms i.e. keras and tensorflow. By combining both the systems it can be identified more precisely to identify the rule violations. Keywords: COVID-19, Facial Mask, Convolutional Neural Network, Classifiers, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Pattern Recognition.

Lately, social distancing has become a trending term, more because of the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected the entire world causing more than 1 million deaths. The world we lived in a few months prior is completely different from what it is now.The lack of any antidotes and the absence of immunity, capable of fighting off the virus has made humans more undefended. Hence, Social Distancing is the only best option for us to protect ourselves from diseases, not limited to COVID-19, that may be transmitted through human contact. Social distancing is a technique that may be used to reduce the rate of new cases during a pandemic outbreak. This publication is focusing on surveillance of public places and detecting whether the people are maintaining social distancing or not. It explains the development of technology through the use of AI-based procedures to detect whether the social distancing norm is followed or not, in any public video stream. The software embedded can distinguish between a person maintaining social distance (marked green) and a person who is not (marked red) and will also keep a count of incidents where social distancing was not followed.

Most cities in Germany regularly publish a booklet called the Mietspiegel. It basically contains a verbal description of an expert system. It allows the calculation of the estimated fair rent for a flat. By hand, one may need a weekend to do this task. With our computerized version, the Munich Rent Advisor, the user just fills in a form in a few minutes, and the rent is calculated immediately. We also extended the functionality and applicability of the Mietspiegel so that the user need not answer all questions on the form. The key to computing with partial information using high-level programming was to use constraint logic programming. We rely on the Internet, and more specifically the World Wide Web, to provide this service to a broad user group, the citizens of Munich and the people who are planning to move to Munich. To process the answers from the questionnaire and return its result, we wrote a small simple stable special-purpose web server directly in ECLiPSe. More than 10,000 people have used our service in the last three years. This article describes the experiences in implementing and using the Munich Rent Advisor. Our results suggest that logic programming with constraints can be an important ingredient in intelligent internet systems.

The Dimension of Cretivity is a condition, or condition that is particularly characteristic and almost impossible to formulate completely, which the meaning is never fully understood, because each child has a level of creativity. Creativity involves the synthesis of all these functions. The section presented here is an integrative model that includes four basic functions: (a) national thinking, (b) emotional development or high-level feelings, (c) development of special talents in the mental and physical life, and (d) the high degree of consciousness resulting in the use of imagination, fantasy, and break-through at the state of consciousness or unconsciousness. The semantics mean the theory of meaning or theory of meaning. Various kinds of complicated problems such as hostility, anger, resentment, humiliation, killing and even war in the world community generally and the people of Indonesia in particular occurs due to mistakes in saying words and sentences that berdampat on the meaning of words and sentences are diverse to cause conflict between hostility and hatred among ethnic communities and religion. It is a phrase Arabic proverb which means "The word can penetrate something that can not be penetrated by a needle", and also the expression "The survival of a person lies in how he keeps his mouth and his words".

The battle of corona-virus and mankind is possible to be tackled as long as we maintain the basic norm of social distancing and wearing masks amongst ourselves as it is through our droplets from the respiratory tract that the virus spreads. With the increasing demand for man-force and people requiring to go to their workplaces post lockdown, it is very necessary that we save each other from the virus. In this project, we will go through a detailed explanation of how we can use Python, AI and Deep Learning to monitor social distancing at public places and workplaces are keeping a safe distance from each other by analyzing real-time video streams from the camera and also detect facial mask monitoring using OpenCV and Python. To ensure if people are following social distancing protocols in public places and workplaces, we wanted to develop a tool that can monitor if people are keeping a safe distance from one another, wearing masks or not by processing real-time video footage from the camera. People at workplaces, factories, shops can integrate this tool into their security camera systems and can monitor whether people are keeping a safe distance from each other or not along with that we detect facial mask monitoring using Python with help of haar-cascade algorithm to see whether a person is wearing a mask or not. We are also planning to include thermal screening detection to measure the temperature of the subjects, a dashboard which will display a live report of corona cases around the world. We will also include an alert system that will send a notification to the authorities if the social distancing is not followed or if the temperature exceeds the threshold. The authorities can take suitable measures to isolate the subject and thus prevent the spread of Covid-19.

AbstractIn the coronavirus outbreak pandemic by COVID-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) has been issuing several guidelines through all government agencies. In line with those guidelines, social distancing in the population has been a major prevention practice, compelled by all government agencies worldwide. Despite strong recommendations to maintain at least one-and-a-half-meter distance between the persons, the guideline is not scrupulously followed. To overcome this situation, an IoT-based technical solution is proposed through this paper. PIR sensor is used for the detection of a target in the vicinity (1.5 m). Upon violation of social distancing norms, the system will trigger an audio alarm after the detection of the target object. The research paper model is prepared by considering the needs of the people. Many researchers are focusing on tracking affected persons, but few are focusing on the social distancing preventive. The suggested portable device will always notify the person who is violating the norm of 1.5 m. The proposed device will minimize the possibility of transmission and reduce the infection rate of COVID-19. The device uses a PIR sensor depending upon the applicability area of the human being.

This paper discussed the increasing danger of population explosion in Nigeria and its implication to available food supply and social infrastructures. The objective of the paper is to show that over population is the reason for high level of illiteracy, wide spread unemployment, poverty and violent crime. The study reveals that with the rate of population increase in Nigeria if nothing is done, time will come when it will result to environmental hazards, malnutrition and other infectious diseases. It observed that while other countries of the world like China and India with increasing rate of population like Nigeria are making serious efforts through Laws and legislation to combat this population increase. The Nigerian leaders are not putting any effort to fight this menace rather what is taking centre stage in Nigeria is this issue of corruption and embezzlement of government funds. The paper was of the opinion that this attitude of our leaders is what has resulted to unemployment armed robbery, kidnapping, underdevelopment and crises of killing and marginalization.  It concluded by suggesting a way forward which includes reduction in early marriages which leads to increase in child bearing, corruption and poverty. Finally, it recommended that the government should encourage the people to do away with outdated customs and traditions which make it possible for people lay more emphasis on male children to the extent that unless they have male children, they will not be satisfied.  DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3382455

SARS-CoV-19 is one of the deadliest pandemics the world has witnessed, taking around 5,049,374 lives till now across worldwide and 459,873 in India. To limit its spread numerous countries have issued many safety measures. Though vaccines are available now, still face mask detection and maintain social distance are the key aspects to prevent from this pandemic. Therefore, authors have proposed a real-time surveillance system that would take the input video feed and check whether the people detected in the video are wearing a mask, this research further monitors the humans for social distancing norms. The proposed methodology involves taking input from a CCTV feed and detecting humans in the frame, using YOLOv5. These detected faces are then processed using Stacked ResNet-50 for classification whether the person is wearing a mask or not, meanwhile, DBSCAN has been used to detect proximities within the persons detected.

Background:: The coronavirus, which is now spreading around the world as a pandemic, has caused more than 30 million cases and nearly 1000,000 deaths worldwide. No vaccine has been used against the virus so far and there are no specific drugs to cure the patients. This paper examines the impact of coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic on employees’ health, either in governmental or private sector. The aim of this study was to protect staffs against disease in pandemic conditions by identifying the main ways to keep employee healthy during COVID-19 pandemic in different scenarios. Methods:: This paper is a perspective article and different scenario were assessed in order for consideration of employee health. Results:: Two scenarios could be considered first, when, the vaccine against Covid-19 is not available for prevention and the second scenario is that the vaccine is available for all in the world. In both cases, maintaining the health of the staff will be different. If the coronavirus disease will continue to occur in humans as long as access to a safe vaccine is not possible, emphasis on health standards, social distance and wearing the mask is the only way to deal with this dangerous disease. Even, with preparation of vaccine the health standards, social distancing, and wearing of mask must be continued in any situations. Conclusion:: The high level of health for employee must be considered by governments in different scenarios.

Most of the people from various races and nations of the world have reached a high level of material civilization. Nevertheless, the moral and social decline are seen at the same time which leads to numerous consequences such as destruction of the family institution and children, the spread of dangerous diseases, and various other adverse effects. The issue arises from several key factors such as free sex culture or what is called in Islam as adultery. The practice of free sex or adultery is viewed in Islam as a serious social problem and the need to be battled from being transmitted into society. Study after study shows an increase in cases over the years and very a low awareness amongst the public regarding the prohibition of free sex culture and it's implications. The transmission of the culture is now at worrying stage because most of those involved in this phenomenon consists of young people who are an important asset for the future of the country. Therefore, this article will debate the meaning of adultery, the importance of preserving the lineage, Islam and other religions such as judaism and Christianity against the evil of adultery, and the adverse effects caused by the practice. Thereafter, I will formulate the measures and approaches taken by the Sunnah (prophetic traditions) in particular to address this social ill of the society.
