<p><em>This research was conducted to test and analyze the influence of market orientation on customer advocacy in choosing Maitreyawira Batam senior high school. This study presents three dimensions of market orientation as an independent variables (competitor oriented behavior, customer oriented behavior, interfunctional coordination behavior) and one dependent variable (customer advocacy). The population in this study were all parents/guardians of student active in the 2018/2019 academic year at Maitreyawira Batam senior high school. Respondents in this study were 151 samples from parents/guardians of class XII students in Maitreyawira Batam senior high school 2018/2019 academic year. They are suitable</em> <em>to be used as primary data sources because they have interacted longer and more familiar with school. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires to parents/guardians of students of class XII of Maitreyawira Batam senior high school. The analysis technique </em><em>is used multiple</em><em> regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the results of the F test conducted simultaneously show that the independent variable in the form of customer oriented behavior, competitor oriented behavior, and interfunctional coordination behavior can explain the level of customer advocacy at Maitreyawira Batam senior high school. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that only competitor oriented behavior has a significant effect on customer advocacy because the significance is less than 5%, while the customer oriented behavior variable and interfunctional coordinator behavior have no significant effect on customer advocacy.</em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh antara orientasi pasar terhadap advokasi pelanggan dalam memilih SMA Maitreyawira Batam. Aspek dalam orientasi pasar terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu Competitior Oriented Behaviour, Customer Oriented Behaviour, Interfunctional Coordination Behaviour. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua/wali murid kelas XII di SMA Maitreyawira Batam tahun ajaran 2018/2019 sejumlah 151 orang tua/wali. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada orang tua/wali murid kelas XII SMA Maitreyawira Batam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hasil  dari uji F yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan variabel independen berupa Customer Oriented Behaviour, Competitior Oriented Behaviour, dan Interfunctional Coordination Behaviour mampu menjelaskan tingkat advoksi pelanggan SMA Maitreyawira Batam. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan hanya Competitior Oriented Behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap advokasi pelanggan karena signifikansi kurang dari 5%, sedangkan variabel Customer Oriented Behaviour dan Interfunctional Coordination Behaviour tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap advokasi pelanggan.</p>

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran probing prompting. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probility sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 dan siswa kelas XI IPS 5. Jenis penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian dua kelompok sampel yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert, terdiri dari 50 butir soal motivasi dan diuji validitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbac yang menunjukkan indeks reliabilitas yaitu nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,87 > 0,302 ) maka item yang dinyatakan reliabel 25 item digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian. Sebelum dilakukan analisis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas yang menunjukkan bahwa pada angket berdistrubusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajran probing prompting dan model pembelajaran konvensional menggunakan metode ceramah. Perbedaan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji-t yang dilakukan dengan bantuan Miscrosoft Office Exel 2007. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diatas didapatkan uji-t (thitung) sebesar 4.24 sedangkan untuk ttabel dengan dk = n1+ n22 = 44+432 = 85 , taraf signifikan 5% di dapat ttabel 1.988, maka dapat dilihat bahawa thitung > ttabel yaitu 4.24 > 1.999 kemudian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan dmikian terdapat perbedaan antara motivasi belajar XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 5Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Probing Prompting, Mata Pelajaran Sejarah, Motivasi Belajar Siswa. This research has purpose to increase the students’ motivation by using Probing Prompting. This research is quantitative research. The researcher used experimental research. This experimental research was held at the Science of Social at Senior High School 8 Batam with the population in this research is all students at Eleven Grade the Science of Social . The researcher used probility sampling and took sample at the class at the Eleven Grade the First Science of Social as experimental class and the Eleven Grade the Fifth Science of Social as control. The technique of collecting data used liker scale, consist of 50 of motivation questions and validity test by using Alpha Cronbac that showed reliability was rcount > rtable (0.87 > 0.302) so the items that reliable was 25items and used for test instruments. Before the analysis, normality test and homogeneity test was doing by the researcher, and showed that the questionnaire was normal and homogeny. After that, the technique of analyzing data that used was t test.The result of analysis can be concluded that the use of probing prompting gave significant effect in the students’ motivation in learning process than the use of close procedure, lecturing method. Traffic accidents include non-natural disasters (Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2007 concering Disaster Management) that must be addressed immediately so as not to cause negative impacts and can affect the degree of public health. Surabaya city one of the metropolitan cities that is used as a pilot in East Java, although the traffic conditions in Surabaya are still classified as accidentsprone and traffic accidents often occur. The purpose of this study was to analyze the preparedness of traffic accident cases in Schools, Health Centers, and Surabaya City Police. This research is an observasional descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The time of this research was conduted in Desember 2018. The unit of analysis in this study was 91 students of State Senior High School 9 Surabaya, 6 health workers (doctors and nurses) at the Ketabang Health Center and 8 Policemen Section Dikyasa Surabaya Police Traffic Unit. Sampling in this study using non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data collected is primary data in the form of interviews by giving questionnaires and secondary data. The results showed the level of preparedness of State Senior High School 9 Surabaya to traffic accidents was not ready (20%), whereas the level of preparedness of State Senior High School 9 Surabaya students was almost ready (60%). The level of preparedness of Ketabang Health Center health personnel and the Surabaya City Police showed a good level of preparedness (100%) while the preparedness level of Ketabang Health Center (87.5%) and Surabaya City Police (82%) was also good. To reduce the number of traffic accidents in the city of Surabaya, it requires strong coordination between schools, health centers and the police related to traffic accident preparedness to the distribution or financial assistance in the Save Our Student (SOS) program launched by the Surabaya City Police. Abstrak Kecelakaan lalu lintas termasuk bencana non alam (UU RI No. 24 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanggulangan Bencana) yang harus segera ditanggulangi agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif dan dapat memengaruhi derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan yang dijadikan percontohan di Jawa Timur meskipun kondisi lalu lintas di Kota Surabaya masih tergolong rawan kecelakaan dan sering terjadi kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapsiagaan kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas di sekolah, puskesmas dan kepolisian Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2018. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 siswa/siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 9 Surabaya, 6 tenaga kesehatan (dokter dan perawat) Puskesmas Ketabang, dan 8 polisi bagian Dikyasa Unit Satlantas Polrestabes Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probablity sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer berupa wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan SMAN 9 Surabaya terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas belum siap (20%), sedangkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan sebagian besar siswa/siswi SMAN 9 Surabaya adalah hampir siap (60%). Tingkat kesiapsiagaan dari tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Ketabang dan polisi Polrestabes Surabaya menunjukkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan yang baik (100%) sedangkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan Puskesmas Ketabang (87,5%) dan Polrestabes Surabaya (82%) juga baik. Untuk menurunkan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Surabaya diperlukan koordinasi yang baik antara sekolah, puskesmas, dan kepolisian terkait kesiapsiagaan kecelakaan lalu lintas sampai dengan hal penyaluran atau bantuan dana pada program Save Our Student (SOS) yang dicanangkan oleh Polrestabes Surabaya

<p><em>This study examines the focal point of illustration of the first winner of the contest for writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan. This study aims to describe 1) the focus point of illustration of the title of the first winner of the contest writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan? 2) the focal point of information information of the first winner of writing contest for high school level opinion in South Kalimantan; 3) the focal point of illocution of the moral message of the first winner of the high school opinion writing contest in South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in October 2016 at Balai Bahasa Balai. The method used is qualitative deskreptif. The technique used in this paper is the sampling purposive sampling. The sample used as data is the first winner of the contest for writing the opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan, in South Kalimantan Language Hall, in 2016. This first winner is named Norhidayah, a student of SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, with the title of Language Role in Introducing Children of Nation. Data analysis is done by steps, data collection, data identification, classification, selection and interpretation. The results of data analysis are presented in ordinary words with technical terminology. Based on the results of the study of the focal point of the article, the first winner of the South Kalimantan high school opinion writing contest includes the focus point of the title illusion, the focus point of information illocution, and the focus point of the illustration of the moral mandate. The focus of the title illustration can be seen in the meaning of its ilokusinya, language, and suitability of the theme in the title. The focus point of the information illumination of the article can be seen in its meaning of ilokusinya, its language style, and the type of discourse. The focus point of the illustration of its moral mandate can be seen in the author's expectations contained in the title, the focus of the information, and on the final paragraph of the paper</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Masalah yang dibahasa mengenai titik fokus ilokusi  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan 1) titik fokus ilokusi judul artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan? 2) titik fokus ilokusi informasi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan; 3) titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskreptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang dijadikan data adalah artikel pemenang pertama lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan, di Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Selatan, tahun 2016. Pemenang pertama ini bernama Norhidayah, siswa SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, dengan judul Peran Bahasa dalam Mencerdaskan Anak Bangsa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  langkah-langkah, pengumpulan data, indentifikasi data, klasifikasi, seleksi dan  interpretasi. Hasil analisis data disajikan dengan kata-kata biasa dengan terminologi yang teknis sifatnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian titik fokus ilokusi artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan  meliputi titik fokus ilokusi judul, titik fokus ilokusi  informasi , dan  titik fokus ilokusi amanat moral.Titik fokus ilokusi judul dapat dilihat pada makna ilokusinya, gaya bahasanya, daya bahasa, dan kesesuaian tema pada judul. The population of this research was the second-grade students of SMA 3 Hangtuah Mataram in academic year 2015/2016 which consist of 2 classes. It means that all of the population was 30 students and this population makes sample 30 students’. The thesis aimed to find out the student’s ability in writing English exposition text: descriptive study at the second grade of senior high school of Hangtuah 3 Mataram in academic year 2015/2016. The researcher took 30 students of the second years' students of Hangtuah 3 Mataram to be respondents/sample, the population only two classes consists of 30 students. In collecting data, the researcher used a writing test. The students were asked to make a paragraph in exposition text. The data analysis, the students score was found that student’s ability in writing English exposition text as good in 2 class (30 students), in this case, in class 2 there are no students got excellent , 20 students got good level (67%), 8 students got very good criteria (26%), and 2 students got fairly good criteria (7%). Based on the result above it can be concluded that the students' ability in writing English exposition text 20 students “good” criteria or 67%.

The purpose of this research is produce chemistry teaching material using concept map strategy that valid, practical, and effective to improve understanding of concept and critical thingking ability of student in senior high school. The development of teaching material used to four D Models and was tested to 2 classes in class X of SMAN 1 Muara Bengkal second semester in academic year 2014/2015. Teaching material tested to One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Tested of teaching material used to one group pretest and posttest design. The data collection used observation method, test, and quetionnaires. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis of quantitative, qualitative and statistic non parametric. The results of this research are: 1) Teaching material developed has a valid category; 2) The practicality of teaching material in terms of a good category in feasibility of lesson plans and the students activities in accordance with steps of direct instruction using concept map strategy; and 3) The teaching material effectiveness in terms of: (a) Improving understanding of concept and critical thingking ability of student by getting the n-gain score from students and  the result of non parametric analysis (b) The students’ responds toward material and implementation of teaching are very positive. It’s conclusion that the teaching material through concept map strategy are valid, practical, and effective to improve understanding of concept and critical thingking ability of student in senior high school. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran Kimia yang berbasis strategi belajar peta konsep yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4-D dan diujicobakan pada 2 kelas di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Muara Bengkal pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Ujicoba perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, kualitatif dan uji statistik nonparametrik. Temuan hasil penelitian, yaitu: 1) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori valid; 2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik dan aktivitas siswa sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan pada model pembelajaran langsung yang menerapkan strategi belajar peta konsep; dan 3) Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) Peningkatan Hasil belajar pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang  terlihat dari nilai n-gain masing-masing siswa serta hasil analisis data nonparametrik yang telah dilakukan; (b) Respon siswa terhadap perangkat dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sangat positif. Disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran kimia berbasis strategi belajar peta konsep yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA.

This research aims to know thecorrelation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang and used the correlational quantitative research. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. The research sample are 68 people consisting of 3 classes with ages ranging from 16-18 years. Data Analysis methods use the spearman rank technique and SPSS Version 23 for windows. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,037  where is p<0.05, it means there is correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. Other word that one of the factors that can influence adversity quotient is achievement motivation.

This research explored the use of the ICARE Model to studying the writing ability at the Senior high school in Parepare. ICARE includes five essential elements of a good learning experience, can be applied to children, teenagers, and parents, namely Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, and Extension. This research involved a population from Senior high school in Parepare in the academic year 2015/2016. The students consist of two classes, an experimental class, and a control class. Each class consists of 36 students. This research utilized a cluster random sampling technique to select the sample. The instrument used in this research is the writing test. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The research reveals that there was a significant increase in students writing ability. This finding indicates that the mean score of the post-test of the experimental group is getting much better than the control class. It meant that using ICARE developed the students' ability in writing, and the writing component increased the highest is in the vocabulary aspect.

The main objectives of the research are: (1) to identify whether pictures can improve students’ paragraph writing skill for the tenth graders of Senior High School in SMAN 1 Magetan; (2) to identify the students’s motivation when the pictures are used to teach paragraph writing skill for the tenth graders of Senior High School in SMAN 1 Magetan in academic year 2018/2019. The Research was carried out at SMAN 1 Magetan, East Java, in second semester from January 2019 to May 2019. The subjects of the research are 34 students of grade X. MIPA -1 consisting of 14 boys and 20 girls. The data were obtained from several techniques: test, observation, interview, questioners, and document analysis. To analyze the qualitative data, I used interactive model; while to analyze quantitative data, I applied a descriptive statistics. It is done by comparing the mean of pre-test and post-test. There are some findings of the research which include: pictures can improve students’ paragraph writing skill for the tenth graders of Senior High School in SMAN 1 Magetan. The improvements of paragraph writing skill comprise: (1) writing topic sentence; (2) writing supporting sentences; and (3) using correct grammar and cohesive devices (conjunctions). In addition, the students’ motivation is better when the pictures are used to teach paragraph writing skill for the tenth graders of Senior High School in SMAN 1 Magetan. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that applying pictures as media can improve students’ paragraph writing. Therefore, it is recommended that the teachers can use pictures as an effective media to improve the students’ paragraph writing skill.

This research in general is aimed to develop student worksheet base on contextual approach on the coordination system for senior high school in grade 11 using metode of 4-D development. The subjects of this research is one of lecturer majoring in biology at Padang State University, two teachers of SMAN 3 Padang, and 30 students in grade 12 of SMAN 3 Padang as potential users of the product. Data that used in this research is primary data. Instrument of data collection in this research is a questionnaire of validity and practicalicity filled out by expert and students. The result for validity is 91,2% that criteria is very valid. Result for practicalicity from teacher is 90,5% that criteria is very practical and from stucent is 81,3% that criteria is practical.st

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) bagaimana penggunaan Small Group Discussion dapat meningkatkan kemampuan ketrampilan membaca siswa dalam materi descriptive text. (2) Kelebihan menggunakan Small Group Discussion dalam pembelajaran penguasaan ketrampilan membaca. Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada siswa kelas X MIPA-7 SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. Terdapat dua jenis data: data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar pengamatan, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Kemudian, data kuantitatif diperoleh menggunakan tes (pre-test dan post-test). Data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan 5 tahapan yang disarankan oleh Burns (1999: 157-159) yakni sebagai berikut: menghimpun data, mencatat data, membandingkan data, membangun teori, dan melaporkan hasil penelitian. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Small Group Discussion dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam ketrampilan membaca. Selain itu, Small Group Discussion dapat digunakan untuk mendukung guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Peneliti juga menemukan kelebihan Small Group Discussion dalam pembelajaran ketrampilan membaca. Small Group Discussion tidak hanya membuat suasana kelas menjadi nyaman dan menarik, akan tetapi juga meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam berbagi ide dan bertukar informasi dalam pembelajaran ketrampilan membaca descriptive text.
