Notwithstanding that many efforts to overcome environmental problems have been carried out by several parties, yet the issues still occur. Improving students’ responsible environmental behavior (REB) can be an alternative to solve environmental problems. This study aimed to analyze the relation between the both variables (i.e. naturalist intelligence and personality) and students’ REB at SJHS 51 of Bandung. The research was carried out using quantitative descriptive method through a correlational approach. Naturalist intelligence, personality, and REB data were collected using questionnaires. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression at α = 0.05. The research results showed that there was a relation between: (1) naturalist intelligence and REB;. (2) personality and REB; and (3) the both predictor variables and REB. Therefore, empowering the both competencies (naturalist intelligence and personality) is the essential step to improve students’ REB.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

Abstrak: Pajak kendaraan bermotor termasuk pajak daerah yang dikelola oleh pemerintah tingkat satu atau provinsi. Dalam mengelola pajak kendaraan bermotor, pemerintah daerah mendirikan Kantor Samsat dimana kantor tersebut memberikan bermacam-macam layanan seperti Samsat Keliling, Samsat Drive Thru dan E-Samsat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan Penerimaan Pajak dari Samsat keliling, Samsat Drive Thru dan E-Samsat terhadap penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor di Jakarta Timur. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Diskriptif Kuantitatif dan di analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial Samsat Drive Thru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor, sedangkan Samsat keliling dan E-Samsat secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan Pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor Samsat Jakarta Timur. Secara Simultan Samsat Keliling, Samsat Drive Thru, E-Samsat berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor Samsat Jakarta Timur   Kata kunci: Samsat keliling, Samsat Drive-Thru, E-Samsat, Pajak kendaraan Bermotor   Abstract: The motor vehicle tax includes local taxes which are managed by the first or provincial level government. In managing the motor vehicle tax, the local government established the Samsat Office where the office provided various services such as the Mobile Samsat, the Samsat Drive Thru and the E-Samsat. This study aims to determine the effect of partial or simultaneous tax receipts from mobile Samsat, Samsat Drive Thru and E-Samsat on motor vehicle tax in East Jakarta. The analysis method uses quantitative descriptive method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed partially Samsat Drive Thru had a significant effect on motor vehicle tax revenue, while mobile Samsat and E-Samsat partially had no effect on motor vehicle tax receipts in the East Jakarta area. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and competitive advantage on service and culinary companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is the quantitative descriptive method and using a questionnaire with 65 respondents who have businesses in the service and culinary fields. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 16.0 application. The results showed that the variables of work culture and competitive advantage had significant importance on the performance of culinary and service companies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is; (1) To study and analyze the influence of clerical leadership and the workethic of cleric / cleric to the professional competence of teachers at the Qotrun Nada Islamic BoardingSchool Depok jointly, (2) the influence of the cleric leadership on the Teacher Competence at the QotrunNada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (3) the influence of the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to theTeacher Competence at the Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (4) which is more influentialbetween the clerical leadership or the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to the Teacher Competence at theQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The sample taken is the wholepopulation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the results of the study it was found that the influence of the kyai's leadership on TeacherCompetence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School was not too significant. This is evidenced by the ttest value, sig value of 0.136 <0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is an influence of ustadz/ ustadzah's work ethic on Teacher Competence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School. This isevidenced by the t test value, sig value 0,000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The leadershipof the kya and the work ethic of the cleric / cleric contributed concurrently to the Teacher Competence atQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School at 52.8%, this was evidenced by the f test.Keywords: clerical leadership, teacher competence, work ethic.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how much influence partially murabahah financing has on profits, how much influence partially mudharabah financing has on profits, and also to find out how much influence murabahah and mudharabah financing have on profits simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the murabahah financing variable has a partially significant effect on profits, the mudharabah financing variable does not have a partial effect on profits, the murabahah and mudharabah financing variables have a simultaneous effect on profits at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri period 2012-2020. This research was conducted at MMUGM Hotel Yogyakarta, aimed to analyze and explain the effect of job Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance with motivation as mediate variable. This study uses quantitative descriptive method, data collected through questionnaires and interviews, population of 85 people also used as sample known as census sampling methode, data was tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The result of data analyze shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee's motivation and performance, job stress does not have positive and significant effect to employee's motivation and performance, work motivation mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance and motivation does not mediate the effect of work environment on employee performance MMUGM Hotel Yogyakarta.

Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

This study was conducted to find out factors affecting and level of mussel production, level of efficiency of using the tools and materials in cultivation process and whether the cultivation of mussels in Pasaran. This study was analyzed using Cobb-Douglass. The study were analyzed in quantitative descriptive, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of efficiency. The dependent variable (Y) is the result of production of green mussels cultivation and free variables are the number of bamboos (X 1), the amount of strap (X2), grouper (X3) and labor (X4). Mussel fisherman in Pasaran NPM with Px calculated to obtain the level of efficiency of each factors of production in messels cultivation. Studies show that the most influential factors production are variable bamboo, rope and labor. While the results of analysis the level of efficiency of using tools and materials is not efficient. The number of bamboo and labor should be reduced, because it tends to be a waste and not profitable either technically or economically. The value of the return to scale of 1.22 showed cultivation mussels are on increasing return to scale.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>
