This study aims to find out the students’ mastery learning outcomes in learning biology on the concept of human respiratory system by using images media in MTsN Jongar Aceh Tenggara Regency. The method used was Quasi Experimental Research with one group pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were students class VIII/A of MTsN Jongar Aceh Tenggara Regency. The data were collected by using test, namely pre-test and post-test. They were analyzed by using descriptive quantitative technique. The results showed that students’ mastery learning outcpme classically was 89,47% with the criteria of minimum passing grade was 75. It can be concluded that media images could increase the students’ mastery in learning biology on the concept of human respiratory system at MTsN Jongar Aceh Tenggara Regency.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pengaruh Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 13 Mataram dan (2) mengetahui pengaruh Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 13 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test and post-test group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh PBL terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Mataram. Pengaruh PBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 13 Mataram pada masing-masing ranah adalah: (1) ada pengaruh PBL terhadap hasil belajar sikap sosial siswa, (2) tidak ada pengaruh PBL terhadap hasil belajar spiritual siswa, (3) ada pengaruh PBL terhadap hasil belajar pengetahuan siswa (4) ada pengaruh PBL terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan siswa. Penerapan PBL untuk meningkatkan motivasi agar menjadi lebih maksimal sebaiknya dilakukan modifikasi.The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the influence of problem-based learning (PBL) to the motivation of study of class VIII students in SMP Negeri 13 Mataram and (2) to know the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) to the result of learning of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 13 Mataram . This research uses a quasi-experimental research design (quasi experiment) using pre-test and post-test group design. The result of the research shows that there is no influence of PBL on the motivation of the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Mataram. The influence of PBL on the learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 13 Mataram in each of the domains is: (1) there is influence of PBL on the learning result of social attitude of students, (2) no influence of PBL on student's spiritual learning result, (3) The influence of PBL on the learning outcomes of students (4) there is the influence of PBL on learning outcomes of students. Implementation of PBL to increase motivation to be more leverage.

Courselab can be able to make the lessons more varied and fun, so that adds to the interest of students to participate in learning. This study aims to determine whether the use courselab effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. This study is an experimental research conducted in class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe Luwu Utara. The samples are saturated sample consisting of all students of class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe consisting of two classes, namely class VIII A of 27 students (grade control) and VIII B class consisting of 22 students (experimental group). The instrument used is the achievement test. Descriptive analysis of pre-test the control class and experimental class was flat at 53.40 and 52.68. This means that both classes have the same level of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis of post-test on the control and experimental classes are 55.55 and 76.77. Thus, it appears that the use of media courselab effective in improving learning outcomes math class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Macromedia Flash CS 6 learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes in human circulatory system material and to know the implementation of Macromedia Flash CS 6 learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes in class VIII human circulatory system in Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental research. Based on the results of the study, the posttest results showed an average value of 78.4 which means reaching the KKM value standard of 75. While the ANOVA test shows that the Sig.value.> α which is 0.00> 0.05, which means that there are differences in the macromedia flash CS 6 learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes in class VIII human circulatory system material in Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga.

This research aims to determine whether using Think-Pair-Share strategy can improve speaking ability of students in SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk. It applied a quasi-experimental research using non-equivalent design. The research populations were the eighth grade of students in SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk and the sample of the research were class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII B as the control class. The research instrument used a test which was divided into two parts, namely pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed statistically. After being analyzed, the result showed that there was a significant improvement in students’ speaking ability in using Think-Pair-Share strategy. In the experimental class, the mean score in pre-test was 46.3 while in the post-test was 81.2. In the control class, the mean score in pre-test was 45.8 while in the post test was 61.6. From the calculation in t-counted was higher that t-table. The result in t-counted was 14.984 while the t-table in the degree of significance 0.05 was 1.667. If the value of t-counted > t-table, it means that Ha is accepted and HΟ is rejected. In other words, the alternative hypothesis is proven. From the result of the research showed that there was a significant improvement in students’ speaking ability in using Think-Pair-Share strategy.

Abstract: This research is focused on  to cope with the problems commonly encountered by students in learning Arabic including low retention, low motivation, lack of skills and unsatisfactory learning achievement due to insufficient learning facilities and variations.  This study is aimed at acquiring  obtaining empirical data "The influence of Arabic language-based learning model SAVI (somatic visual auditory intellectual) in improving the learning outcomes of students of class VIII in MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung in 2016/2017". This study is a quasi-experimental research (quasi experimental research). Based on the analysis of homogeneity is known that both data result of learning the Arabic language learners class VIII G (experimental class) and the result of learning the Arabic language learners class VIII F (control group) have the same variance (homogeneous). So as to test the hypothesis can be used t-test. The calculation result obtained using t-test, t-test = 4.698 and of the distribution table at significant level known ttabel = 2.00 therefore thit> ttable.The results of these calculations at the same time also shows that the application of the model of learning Arabic based SAVI can significantly affect the learning outcome Arabic language learners because learning model Arabic-based SAVI can make students more creative, independent, more active and feel unfettered in the learning process in the classroom. Keywords: Arabic, Learning, Models, SAVI

The purpose of this research is to determine whether using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve students’ ability to write descriptive texts at SMPN 6 Toili Barat. This research uses quasi-experimental research that requires a post-test for both groups. The research population was eighth grade students of SMP 6 Toili Barat. The sample of this research was class VIII A as an experimental class and consisted of 26 students while class VIII B was a control class and consisted of 27 students. The test consisted of pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed statistically. After being analyzed, the result of t-counted was 6,744 with a degree of freedom 51, and a significance level of 0,05, t-table was 1,675. Therefore, the t-test result is higher than the t-table. It means that the hypothesis of this research can be accepted. The result showed that there was a significant influence in using Numbered Heads Together to improve students’ writing abilities in descriptive text in eighth grade at SMPN 6 Toili Barat Keywords:Improving; Writing; Descriptive Text; NHT.

The objective of this research was to find out whether the Interactive technique could improve students’ reading comprehension. This was a quasi-experimental research. The population of this research was the eighth grade students of SLTP Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu which consisted of 193 students. The sample of this research was the class VIII.2 (34 students) as the experimental group and the VIII.3 (40 students) as the control group. The instrument was a reading comprehension test, which consisted of 40 items. Before the pre-test was given, it was tried out to the students of the same level. The result was t-count in the pre-test was smaller than t-table (1.26 < 2.042). This indicated that the groups were of equal ability. For the post-test, in contrast, the t-count was greater than t- table (2.7 > 2.042). This indicated that the interactive technique could improve students’ reading comprehension.

Research and development (R&D) aims to find out how to make integrated science modules based on discovery learning,feasibility of integrated science modules,increase motivation and learning outcomes of students using integrated sciencemodules,advantages and disadvantages of integrated science modules based on discovery learning in human respiratory system material Research results : 1) Development of integrated science modules based on discovery learning in human respiratory system material.2)Feasibility of integrated science learning based on discovery learning from the material validator the results of 91.30 % categories are very feasible, the results of the science teacher 93 % respone categories are very good, the response of limited-scale student is 88.78 %in very good categories.3) increased learning motivation of students by using integrated science modules based on discovery learning in human respiratory system material 81.83% very high categories,4)Improving student learning outcomes with an average the average pre test value of 39.06 was 70 in the post test and the n-Gain 0,51 moderate categories

Background: This study aims to determine the relationship of e-book based teaching materials on Android and think critically to the learning outcomes of the concept of the human respiratory system. Method: The type of research used is quase experimental research with one group pre-test post-test research design. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Bula on October 29, 2018 - November 29, 2018. The sample in this study was eighth grade students consisting of 22 people, data collection instruments in the form of learning outcomes tests and questionnaire sheets. Data were analyzed using correlation test with the help of SPSS Version 23.0 for windows. Results: There is a very weak relationship of teaching materials based on android e-books on the learning outcomes of the concept of the human respiratory system with a correlation value -, 145. There is a very weak relationship with learning outcomes with a correlation value (r) of - 104. There is a very strong and significant relationship between teaching materials based on android e-books and critical thinking together on the learning outcomes of the concept of the human respiratory system with a correlation value (r) of 0.971. Conclusion: Both variables have a very weak negative relationship. Critical thinking on learning outcomes has a very weak negative relationship. Critical thinking contributes to learning outcomes of 10.4% and the remaining 89.6% comes from other factors. There is a relationship between Androidbased Ebook teaching materials and critical thinking on learning outcomes

Self disclosure is one of the important things that students must have because self- disclosure can encourage students to develop themselves, achieve, and have a good friendship environment. However, not many students have good self-disclosure, especially in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkah. This problem can be overcome by providing group counseling to students who have self-disclosure problems. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling in increasing self-disclosure in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkah. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design in the form of one-group pretest-postest. The population studied was all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkah with a research sample of 8 students of class VIII who had low to moderate levels of self-disclosure.
