ANALYSIS OF DETERMINANT FACTORS TOWARD MARGIN MURABAHAH OF INDONESIA ISLAMIC BANKS

This research was conducted to find out the effect of the internal and external factors toward margin murabahah at syariah banks for period 2011-2016. The type of data used in this research is secondary data of Islamic Banks publish in quarterly financial statements by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Through purposive sampling, this research got 54 observations from three Islamic banks in five years which fulfill the criteria. This research used quantative approach, using multiple regression and has passed the classical assumption test. Based on the result, it is concluded that there are 4 independent variables which areThird Party Funds, Operational Efficiency Ratio, Non-Performing Financing, and Inflation which having significant effects toward margin murabahah. Simultaneously, the variation of four independent variables can explain 63.81% effects to dependent variable. The remaining of 36.19% is explained by other factors outside this research.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of NPF, FDR, deposits, and DER to Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. This study used the annual financial statements population of the entire Islamic Banks (BUS) in Indonesia in 2010-2014. The samples in this study used purposive sampling, that the sampling method using specific criteria. The amount of data used by 30 the annual financial statements of six Islamic banks which fulfilled the criteria as a sample. The results showed that the NPF, FDR, deposits, and DER simultaneously affected the murabaha financing. The magnitude of the effect of the four independent variables against murabaha financing amounted to 95.9% and the remaining 4.1% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. For partial results, variable DPK and DER positive effect were occurred on murabaha financing. As for the variable FDR and NPF, there was no significant effect on the murabaha financing.

The aim of this study was to determine whether there is difference in the level of health of Islamic Banks using CAMELS method approach and RGEC period 2012-2014. The method used is quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. This study uses eight Islamic Banks; Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, BCA Syariah, BRI Syariah, Bank Panin Syariah Bukopin Syariah. The data used are secondary data by collecting the data of annual financial statements and GCG report in the period 2012-1014, then test the difference by using the Wilcoxon test.The research found that there are differences in the level of health of Islamic Banks using CAMELS method and RGEC method.

Abstract. Mudharabah, Murabahah and Musyarakah Against ROA on Sharia Purchases listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this study are quarterly financial statements at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah with a purposive sampling technique and obtained research samples of 6 samples of 30 data. For the dependent variable (Y) of this study is Return On Assets (ROA). For independent variables (X) published: Murabahah, Mudharabah, and Musyarakah. The method used is a quantitative research method. For the data source is secondary data using SPSS 20.0 data processing analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that Murabahah and Mudharabah have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Musyarakah have a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), and Inflation does not play a role on Return On Assets (ROA). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah, Mudharabah, Murabahah dan Musyarakah Terhadap ROA pada Perbankan Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan triwulan pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 6 sampel 30 data. Untuk variabel dependen (Y) dari penelitian ini adalah Return On Asset (ROA). Untuk variabel independen (X) meliputi: Murabahah, Mudharabah, dan Musyarakah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk sumber data adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan analisis pengolahan data SPSS 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda, maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Murabahah dan Mudharabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA), Musyarakah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA), dan Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA).

Islamic banks provide mudharabah financing to foster the business. This service is offered to various scale of business, encompassing smaller or larger ones. However, the amount of mudaraba financing is less prevalent than the murabaha financing, in which the latter aimed for consumptive purpose. This paper aims to determine the constraints of Islamic banks in promoting mudarabah and optimizing it as one of the means to proliferate individual financial independence through owning a business. The study  uses a field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The findings are corroborated  using SWOT analysis to discover internal and external factors related to Mudharabah. Primary data  are obtained interviews with related parties in Islamic banks. Secondary data is also utilized  and obtained through literature studies. The results show that the strategy established by Islamic banks in optimizing mudharabah financing by implementing the linkage program. Islamic banks cooperate with BPRS and Cooperatives using mudharabah contracts, then BPRS and Cooperatives distribute the fund to the  public in, improving the economc activities.

Profitability is the most appropriate indicator to measure the performance of a company. The company's ability to generate profits to measure the level of performance of a company. The higher the company's profitability, the better the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), OEOI, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on profitability (ROA) of Islamic bank financial statements published by Indonesian banks. in the period 2008-2012.This study aims to analyze the effect of the FDR ratio, operational efficiency (ROA), CAR, and NPF on profitability (ROA) in Islamic banks on published finances. Bank Indonesia, while the research sample was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 41 samples from 11 banking companies during the observation period (2009-2012). The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Islamic bank financial statements at PTwww.bi.go.id.The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that FDR has no significant effect on Indonesian Islamic banks, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA in Islamic banks in Indonesia, CAR does not have a significant effect on Islamic banks in Indonesia, NPF has no significant effect on Indonesian Islamic banks.Keywords: FDR, OEOI, CAR, NPF and ROA. Abstrak Profitabilitas merupakan indikator yang paling tepat untuk mengukur kinerja suatu perusahaan. Kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja suatu perusahaan. Semakin tinggi profitabilitas perusahaan maka semakin baik pula kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Bank Indonesia, sedangkan sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 41 sampel dari 11 perusahaan perbankan pada periode observasi (2009-2012). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan bank syariah di PTwww.bi.go.id.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa FDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bank syariah Indonesia, BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA pada bank syariah di Indonesia, CAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bank syariah di Indonesia, NPF tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bank syariah Indonesia.Kata Kunci: FDR, BOPO,CAR, NPF dan ROA.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Commissioners on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from 12 banks.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results partially show that the sharia supervisory board and board of commissioners positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously,the board of commissioners and the sharia supervisory board positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic bank

This research is motivated by the number of traffic violation cases carried out by the community in Bangka Belitung. Many traffic violations carried out by children. This study aims to determine the number of traffic violators based on the level of education of the people in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2016, thus it can be seen the number of traffic violators at certain levels of education in the Bangka Belitung region. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This descriptive research is used to describe an event or event and social phenomenon in factual and systematic. This method is used to explain the data contained in the table by using descriptive explanations. The data used is secondary data. The results showed that the highest violations in Pangkalpinang City compared to other districts. Based on the data obtained, the high school level in the city of Pangkalpinang becomes the highest number of traffic violators. Many factors cause violations among students, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the individual, while external factors are found in the surrounding environment. Need appropriate handling to overcome the occurrence of various traffic violations among students. The method taken can be preventive and repressive.   Keywords: BPS, students, minor violations.

This study aims to identify and explain how the effect Inflation, Interest Rate Deposit, and Finance to Deposit Ratio Total Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks. The method used is multiple linear regression. The object of research used in this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri using secondary data from the publication of monthly financial statements starting from 2010-2014. The results showed that: The rate of inflation has a negative and significant effect on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. Furthermore, other results showed that the rate of interest did not affect positively and significantly to Total Deposit Mudharabah. While the results of Finance to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant influence on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. The test is performed with a significance level of α = 0.1.

<p>This study aims to examine the role of the board of commissioners’ characteristics, managerial ownership, and financial performance on financial risk disclosure. The target population of this study was sharia banks registered in the Indonesian banking directory in 2012-2016. This study used secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the source sites of each bank. Using purposive sampling, 11 sharia banks in Indonesia were selected as the appropriate sample. This study employed a scoring technique to measure the level of financial risk disclosure. The results show that the independent variables including the board of commissioners size, independent board of commissioners proportion, profitability, and size as the control variable significantly influenced the variable of FRD. However, the variable of CAR, FDR, and managerial ownership had no effect on financial risk disclosure. The result of F test showed that independent variables included in the regression model simultaneously affected the dependent variable.</p>

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, inflation, and interest rates on the value of the company. Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 as a population. Purposive sampling method for sampling and research is quantitative type. The data sources used secondary data are obtained from annual financial statements and analysis used multiple linear regressions. The results of research into external factors of the company namely inflation and interest rates influenced the increase in the value of the company. While the company's internal factors namely leverage and liquidity do not affect the increase in the value of the company.
