ABSTRACTIntroduction: Ex-drug addicts might potentially experience a relapse. Previous research hadfound that one of the factors that could affect ex-drug addicts to survive from a relapse was selfesteem.Self-esteem is essential for every human being, especially for the ones who are in theirrecovery, such as addiction recovery. This research aimed to describe the self-esteem of ex-drugaddicts working at a rehabilitation center.Method: The participants of this research were three men working at a rehabilitation center andhad stopped using drugs minimum in a year. This research was conducted in Jambi in 2018, useda qualitative research method with a phenomenology approach. The data collection techniqueused an in-depth interview.Result: All of the participants still disregarded some values yet had some appropriateexperiences in other aspects of self-esteem. The main factors that significantly contributed totheir self-esteem were relatively different. Conclusions and recommendation: It appears that the self-esteem of all the participants tendsto lead to the mediumcategory Keywords: addiction recovery, ex-drug addict, rehabilitation, self-esteem   ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Mantan pecandu narkoba yang berhasil lepas dari ketergantungan narkobaberpotensi untuk mengalami kekambuhan. Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan salah satu faktoryang dapat mempengaruhi mantan pecandu narkoba mampu bertahan untuk tidak kembalimenggunakan narkoba adalah harga diri. Harga diri penting dalam kehidupan seseorang, terutamabagi seseorang yang sedang dalam masa pemulihan, seperti pemulihan adiksi. Penelitian inimendeskripsikan mengenai harga diri pada mantan pecandu narkoba yang bekerja di pusatrehabilitasi “X” Jambi.Metode: Partisipan penelitian ialah tiga orang laki-laki dewasa yang berusia antara 25-45 tahun,sedang bekerja sebagai staf di pusat rehabilitasi “X” Jambi, dan telah berhenti menggunakannarkoba minimal satu tahun. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Jambi pada tahun 2018, menggunakanmetode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, serta metode pengumpulan datamelalui teknik wawancara mendalam.Hasil: Ketiga partisipan masih belum memenuhi beberapa nilai-nilai kebajikan, namun partisipantelah berhasil memenuhi sebagian besar nilai yang terkandung dalam aspek harga diri. Faktoryang paling berperan dalam pembentukan harga diri masing-masing partisipan secara khususmemiliki perbedaan yang mendasar. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Harga diri ketiga partisipan cenderung mengarah ke dalamkategori harga dirisedang berdasarkan keseluruhan aspek yang hampir terpenuhi dan beberapayang tidak terpenuhi.Kata kunci: harga diri, mantan pecandu narkoba, pemulihan adiksi, rehabilitasi

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><span lang="EN-GB">A Psychospiritual therapy was found to be effective in the treatment of drug addiction carried out in government and private care centers. Psychospiritual therapy itself is a psychotherapy that uses a spiritual approach in its application. Islamic Psychospiritual Therapy with the concept of Tazkiah al-Nafs is incomplete without Ruqyah Syar'iyyah aspects. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the method of implementing Ruqyah Syar'iyyah elements in the context of drug addiction recovery. Thus, qualitative research was carried out in five treatment centers for drug addicts selected using an Islamic psychospiritual approach. Data obtained through text analysis, interviews and observations. The study found that the Ruqyah Syar'iyyah aspect was carried out in the Psychospiritual treatment process in the recovery of drug addicts. However, he was not given serious attention from the point of consciousness, understanding and appreciation. As a result, trainers are less concerned with training after completing the treatment period at the drug rehabilitation center and ignoring it. After that the coach is easy to return to drug addiction. In addition, research suggests that some elements of Ruqyah Syar'iyyah and their appreciation be added and applied systematically through the process of riyadah al-Nafs and Muraqabah al-Nafs.</span></p>

Abstract: The technical instruction number: 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 dated on 1-02-2019 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration Program Based on the Community Participation (Juknis PTSL-PM) enables the presence of community involvement as the manifestation of Article 42 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Ka.BPN Number 6 of 2018. The practice can be found in Bojonegoro District which has started the PTSL–PM program before the issue of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM so that it causes issues related to the compatibility of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM implementation with the participative mechanism occurred in Bojonegoro District. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM. This research used qualitative research method through descriptive approach. The result of the research found that from 97 description of the activities as the comparison instrument, 48 activities were not appropriate, while 42 activities were appropriate (the activities type contains participation which is not regulated in the technical instruction of PTSL-PM) and 7 activities have not been studied so that those were not included in the research object. The components related to the working map, land data collection formation basic, and measurement method used were the components which affect the implementation of technical instruction of PTSL-PM the most. Land office of Bojonegoro District cannot perform the technical instruction of PTSL-PM fully since the participation method uniformity is not possible considering the community characteristic, human resource, and facilities-infrasturure which are different in each region.Keywords: PTSL, Community’s Participation, Technical Instruction Intisari: Petunjuk Teknis Nomor 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 tentang Kegiatan PTSL Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (Juknis PTSL-PM) memungkinkan adanya keterlibatan dari masyarakat sebagai perwujudan dari Pasal 42 ayat (1) Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Praktiknya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah memulai program PTSL-PM sebelum diterbitkannya Juknis PTSL-PM sehingga menimbulkan persoalan terkait kesesuaian pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM dengan mekanisme partisipatif yang telah terjadi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 97 uraian kegiatan sebagai instrumen pembanding, 48 kegiatan tidak sesuai, 42 kegiatan sesuai atau dapat disesuaikan (jenis kegiatan bersifat partisipasi namun tidak diatur dalam Juknis PTSL-PM) dan 7 kegiatan belum diteliti sehingga bukan merupakan objek penelitian. Komponen yang berkaitan dengan peta kerja, dasar pembentukan pengumpul data pertanahan dan metode pengukuran yang digunakan merupakan komponen yang paling mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak dapat melaksanakan secara penuh Juknis PTSL-PM karena keseragaman metode partisipasi tidak dimungkinkan mengingat karakteristik masyarakat, sumberdaya manusia dan sarana prasarana memiliki perbedaan di setiap daerah.Kata Kunci: PTSL, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Petunjuk Teknis

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. The study discusses the effects of the abuse experienced by David’s character in David Pelzer’s A Child Called It and The Lost Boy. The theory applied is psychological theory about child abuse and the research method applied is qualitative research by Blaxter. Based on the research, it is found that the effects of the above abuse that David experienced were flashback through nightmares, the feeling of insecure  and frightened, low self esteem and inferior feeling, difficulties to trust others and develop friendliness, and deteriotating school performance. Besides, David had deviant actions (stealing), obstacles to understand and receive love and/or properness, and emotional control disorder.

This Final Report is entitled "The Policy Implementation of the BANTAR (Clean, Safe, and Smart) Village  Program in Realizing Environmental Development in the Paal Merah District of Jambi City Jambi Province". The purpose of this observation is to find out how is the policy implementation of BANTAR Village and to find out the outcome of the policy program. The method used in this study is the Qualitative Research method. This research uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the discussion showed that the policy implementation of the BANTAR Village program in Paal Merah District has not been running optimally. This is proven by the fact that not all RTs in Paal Merah sub-district participate in the BANTAR Village program. The obstacle experienced is the lack of funds which causes the program has not run optimally then the second obstacles is many agencies involved causes this program to be hampered, so far the team is only an assessment team, not as development team, so there is no sustanibility of this program because the development team has not carried out their duties optimally. To overcome these problems, the authors suggest the need to make a budget for RTs that follow the program, there needs for socialization related to the program, conduct training for accompanying scholars, the need for CSR from companies in the BANTAR village area and reduce the agencies involved in the program. This study describes the Javanese language used by the presenters when bringing a wedding ceremony in the Sidoarjo area. Organizers have many variations of the language used at weddings with Javanese customs. The research method uses a qualitative research method approach where this research is in the Tambak Kemerakan village area, Krian sub-district, Sidoarjo district. The time of the research was carried out from May to July 2021. The data collection techniques in the study were in the form of documents, interviews and observations. The research instrument used a mobile phone and a list of questions to the presenters. The results of the study show that the use of language includes language variations, language variations based on lecturing functions, language variations in terms of formality using official language. Code switching in this study is an analysis of the language used when hosting weddings. And the occurrence of language code mixing in the form of Javanese krama alus switching to Indonesian and language interference in its morphological and phonological use.

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah banyak dijumpai di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran terdapat beberapa anak yang pada saat melakukan kegiatan tari, tampak berbagai reaksi anak yang berbeda-beda salahsatunya seperti kurangnya percaya diri pada anak.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari pada usia 5-6 tahun di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari usia 5–6 tahun di TK Santa TheresiaUngaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan tanpa adanya manipulasi dari peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang Kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aspek kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari yang meliputi aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemandirian dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan seni tari. Kemampuan kemandirian dapat dimunculkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial dimana anak sudah mampu menunjukan rasa percaya dirinya, tidak tergantung kepada orang tua maupun kepada guru pada saat mengikuti kegiatan tari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang disampaikan adalah kepada siswa dan guru bahwa kemandirian juga dapat di terapkan dalam kegiatan tari, yang diharapkan siswa mampu bersikap mandiri dalam segala aktifitasnya, khususnya dalam kegiatan seni tari.Kata kunci : Kemandirian. Tari ABSTRACTThe background that led to this research was that there were many children in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten, there were several children who when doing dance activities, showed various reactions of different children, one of them was a lack of confidence in children.The focus of this research is the independence in dance activities at the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten with the aim of analyzing the independence in art activities from the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten.This study uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects in accordance with the conditions in the field without manipulation by the researcher. Data collection methods in this study are by observation, interview, and documentation. This study analyzes the independence of dance activities at Santa Theresia Ungaran Kindergarten. This study discusses the aspects of independence in dance activities that cover emotional, intellectual and social aspects.Research results show that independence can be applied to dance activities. Independence skills can be raised in several aspects, namely emotional, intellectual and social aspects where the child is able to show his self-confidence, not dependent on parents or teachers when attending dance activities. Based on the results of this study the suggestions submitted are to students and teachers that independence can also be applied in dance activities, which students are expected to be able to be independent in all their activities, especially in dance activities.Keywords: Independence. This paper discussed the acculturation of Chinese and Sundanese culture in a ceremony at the Shia Djin Kong temple, Jonggol. On the right side of the temple there is a special room for the cult  of Jonggol's ancestors, namely Embah Jago, Embah Sabin, Embah Surkat, Embah Jagakarsa, and Embah Nagawulung. In that room there are also many heirloom objects, such as keris, spears, lafadz Allah, and swords. Acculturation between Sundanese culture and Chinese culture can be seen at the birthday ceremony of the god Shia Djin Kong, which is the similarity between local culture and Chinese culture, in ancestor worship. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques in this writing are participant observation, observation, and interviews to the temple officer, and people who come to pray both during the god's birthday ceremony and on ordinary days.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir, analizar y comparar la autoestima y las habilidades sociales de un grupo de jóvenes, entre 17 y 24 años de edad, consumidores de drogas que se encuentran realizando tratamiento en la comunidad terapéutica Aylén (Argentina). Es una investigación de tipo descriptiva comparativa, con un diseño de diferencias entre grupos (G1, grupo de admisión) y (G2, grupo de reinserción social). La muestra estuvo conformada por 54 sujetos (25 para grupo de admisión y 29 para el grupo de reinserción social). Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el inventario de Autoestima de Barksdale y la Escala de Habilidades sociales de Goldstein, las cuales fueron adaptadas y validadas para ser aplicadas a la población de estudio. Asimismo, a partir de los procedimientos de validación de estos instrumentos se propusieron para cada uno, nuevos agrupamientos de factores. Los resultados mostraron, bajos niveles de autoestima para ambos grupos y entre niveles bajos y normales de habilidades sociales en cada una de las categorías componentes y el total. Finalmente, no se confirmaron las hipótesis de diferencias significativas en los niveles de autoestima y los niveles de habilidades sociales entre los jóvenes en etapa de admisión y los jóvenes en etapa de reinserción social. AbstractThe objective of the present investigation is to analyze and compare the socials skills and the self-esteem of a group of juveniles between the ages of 17 and 24 years, drug addicts, both under medical treatment in a Community center in Argentina. This is a comparative-descriptive study, with the design of two groups: G1 for admission group and G2 for the reinsertion group. The sample was made of a group of 56 people, 25 for the admission group and 29 for the social reinsertion group. The instruments used were the Goldstein Social Skills Scale and the Self-Esteem Inventory from Barksdale, that were adapted for the use in such case. Also for the use of such instruments, new validation measures were implemented in the selection of the variables. The results showed low levels of self esteem for both groups and between low and normal levels of social skills in each category. Finally, no important differences were founded in the levels of self esteem between the admission group and the social reinsertion period for the juveniles.

The presence of big companies holding the certificate of cultivation right on lands or <em>hak guna usaha</em> in Mesuji, Lampung has triggered numerous land conflicts. Various efforts have been made, but in fact, they have not been able to resolve the conflicts. A new approach in resolving the conflicts is, thus, needed. This article, using descriptive-qualitative research method, tries to present a new model of resolution of land conflicts in Mesuji, Lampung Province, based on local wisdom called <em>piil pesenggiri</em>, the philosophical values of Lampung people. Piil pesenggiri itself is a sense of self-esteem; it is principles the Lampung people must follow in order to live in dignity. The article argues that the values contained in piil pesenggiri can be used to resolve the land conflicts in Mesuji since they have been inherent in the life of Lampung society. The values are such as <em>juluk adek</em> (principles of success), <em>nemuin yimah</em> (principles of respect), <em>nengah nyappur</em> (principles of equality), and <em>sakai sambayan</em> (principles of cooperation). All those values are a manifestation of peace culture that can be used as a medium of conflict resolution.
