This study aims to analyze the ability of mathematical connections of vocational students. The research population is all students of class X SMK in one of School Cimahi City. The sample taken is one class X in the private SMK as the experimental class. The research method used in this study is quasi-experimental method. Instruments in this study is a set of description tests to determine the ability of students' mathematical connections. Based on result of data analysis, it can be concluded that students' mathematical ability with CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) has high category with 5% significance level.

The population of this research is all students in the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Meranti consist of 5 classes or 170 students. The samples of this research are the students of the eleventh grade consist of 2 classes. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. This research method used quasi-experimental design with factors 2 × 2. The instruments used are IPS result test for 32 valid questions of multiple choice with four options and Multiples intelligence questionnaires for 35 questions with 2 options (choice a and b). The technique of data analysis used is two ways ANOVA in significance level of  α = 0.05. The research result shows that: 1) the students’ achievement of IPS  taught by using  NHT learning strategy (average is 81.95) is higher than the students  who are taught by using STAD Learning Strategy (average is  79.10) ; 2) The students achievement who have interpersonal intelligence (average is 84.06) is higher  than the students who have intrapersonal intelligence (average is 77.64); and  3) there is interaction between NHT learning strategy and STAD learning strategy and multiples intelligence (intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence) towards students’ IPS achievement. Based on the students’ average mark it gives indication that students group who has interpersonal intelligence will be better taught by using NHT learning strategy and the students who have intrapersonal intelligence will be better taught by using STAD learning strategy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the application of group counseling in reducing students' aggressive behavior. The research method used is the experimental method. The population in this study amounted to 76 students and the sample used to obtain data was 8 students who had a high score of aggressive behavior (purposive sampling). The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique of this research uses the t-test formula. The results of this study indicate that the data analysis t count is 5.401 with a t table value at the 5% significance level with db (N-1) = 7 of 2.365. Thus the t value is greater than the t value in the table (5.401> 2.365), so it can be concluded that there is an effect of group counseling on aggressive behavior of class XI students in hospitality accommodation at SMKN 4 Mataram.

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes that use learning with inquiring minds want to know strategy and students who use conventional learning lectures. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design with non-equivalent kontrol group design.The research sample is class 3C as many as 25 students as an experimental class and 3D class as many as 25 students as a kontrol class. Data collection techniques using a test, which consist of pretest and posttest questions.  Data analysis using Independent Sample tTest with t count obtained in the Independent sample t-Test is 2,932. Whereas the t table for the 5% significance level is 2.02 and 1% is 2.69, it can be seen that t count is greater than t table that is 2.02 <2.932> 2.69, meaning that there are differences in learning outcomes between experimental and kontrol classes. So it can be said that the Inquiring Minds Want to know Strategy influences student learning outcomes on “Money type and use” material.

This study aims to determine an increase in the mathematical connection ability of students of class VIII MTs Mathlabul Falah Labuan by using the Probing-prompting learning model based on Islamic values. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental method. Sampling was done by sampling technique saturated with a sample of 40 students from class VIII A as the experiment class and class VIII B as the control class. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that there are differences in the ability to improve mathematical connections between experimentasl class students and control class students. This study aims (1) to describe the effect a problem -solving learning methods assisted by GeoGebra Software on mathematical communication skills (KKM) of class XI Private SMK PAB 12 Saentis. (2) describe the problem- solving answer process for students solving the problem- solving methods assisted by GeoGebra and expository learning. The research method used is the quasi-experimental method. Samples were taken randomly and obtained 64 students who were likened to the experimental class and the control class. Tests of mathematical communication skills were measured through 4 items of description. Data analysis was performed using the t-test. Based on the results of the analysis, the problem -solving learning method has a significant influence on mathematical communication skills. The process of student answers to the problem- solving learning method assisted by GeoGebra is better.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Talking Stick model to the learning outcomes of students in the theme of the ideals of my fourth grade students at SD N 1 Sukodadi. This research method used is a quasi- experimental method with the research design used was pre experimental design. The sample in this study were 32 students. The results of data analysis showed that the learning outcomes of students in the posttest in the experimental class were effectively used at 0,14. This mean learning by applying an effective Talking Stick model with high criteria towards learning outcomes of class IV students in learning the theme of my ideals at SD N 1 Sukodadi.

This research is motivated by the low creativity of students in language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas. This condition is thought to be due to factors that influence the low creativity of students, one of the factors that is thought to greatly influence is the use of learning media that is less effective and efficient. This study aims to see the creativity of students through the use of Canva application learning media in language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas. This type of research is using a quantitative approach to the quasi-experimental method (Quasi Experiment). The population in this study were students in the language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas as many as 25 students, all of whom became the research sample. By using data analysis using the test formula paired sample t-test. From the data processing, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the creativity of students before being given an action (pretest) and after being given an action (posttest) using the Canva application learning media in the language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas. Suggestions and results of this research are for educators to be able to further increase the creativity of students in using the Canva application learning media and for school principals at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas as leaders at the school so that they can further increase the availability of facilities and infrastructure, especially effective and efficient learning media. as well as to support the creativity of students

Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah peranan pembelajaran open-ended dan tingkat kemampuan awal statistik matematis mahasiswa terhadap pencapaian kemampuan penalaran statistik dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis ditinjau secara keseluruhan dan pada tingkat kemampuan awal statistik matematik siswa (Tinggi, Sedang, Rendah). Berdasarkan hasil temuan dicari asosiasi kemampuan penalaran statistik matematis dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis mahasiswa jurusan matematika di kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol dan postes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  seluruh  mahasiswa  jurusan  matematika di Kota Cimahi, sampelnya adalah mahasiswa semester dua dari salah  satu  perguruan tinggi di  Kota  Cimahi dan dipilih  dua kelas mahasiswa semester dua secara acak kelas yang ada. Tes kemampuan penalaran statistik, berpikir kreatif dan reflektif matematis mahasiswa masing-masing disusun mengacu pada kemampuan penalaran statistik matematis dan berpikir kreatif matematis serta  pedoman  penyususunan  tes  yang  baik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan   penalaran   statistik   matematis  m a h a siswa    yang    memperoleh   pendekatan pembelajaran  open-ended  lebih  baik  daripada  yang  memperoleh  pembelajaran biasa. (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan penalaran statistik matematis mahasiswa pada ketiga kategori TKASM (baik, sedang dan kurang) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. (3) Kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis m a h a siswa yang memperoleh pendekatan pembelajaran open-ended  lebih  baik  daripada  yang  memperoleh  pembelajaran biasa. (4) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis mahasiswa pada TKASM Tinggi terhadap TKASM Sedang pada taraf signifikansi 5%. A Comparison of Statistics Learning Through CTL and Problem-Posing Approach in Terms of Learning Achievement and Interest in Learning Mathematics AbstractThis research aim s to describe the effectiveness of statistics learning through the CTL approach and problem posing approach in terms of learning achievement and interest in learning mathematics and to investigate which approach is more effective in learning mathematics for Vocational School students. This research is a quasi-experimental research using the pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. The research population comprised all year XI students of SMK Negeri 5 Yogyakarta. From the population, two classes were randomly selected as the research sample. To test the effectiveness of statistics learning through the CTL and problem-posing approach, one sample t-test was used in the aspect of learning achievement and a proportion test on the aspect of interest in learning. The data were analyzed using the T2Hotelling’s test to compare the effectiveness of the CTL approach and problem-posing approach. If differences in effectiveness were found, then further study of t-univariate was done to determine certain variables that contributed to the overall difference. The results show that: (1) statistics learning through the CTL approach is effective in terms of learning achievement; (2) There is a significant difference of students' mathematical statistical reasoning ability in the three categories of TKASM (good, medium and low) at significance level of 5%. (3) The ability of students' mathematical creative thinking to get an open-ended learning approach is better than those who get regular learning. (4) There is a significant difference between students' mathematical creative thinking ability in TKASM Tinggi to TKASM Sedang at the level of significance of 5%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

This study aims to determine the difference of students’ representation ability through the Augmented Reality (AR) and kinetic sand as learning media. This research is a quasi-experimental by nonequivalent control group design. The students’ representation ability compared based on students’ prior mathematical ability (PMA) as high, medium, and low category. The data analyzed by using two path Anova on SPSS 16. The results of data analysis shown that there is no difference on students’ representation ability in both AR class and kinetic sand class in significance value of 0.68. In addition, there is no interaction between AR media and kinetic sand in significance value of 0.542.
