Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS melalui penerapan discovery learning berbantuan media visual siswa kelas VB SDN 1 Banjar Jawa tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVB SDN 1 Banjar Jawa sebanyak 38 orang, yang terdiri dari 23 siswa perempuan dan 15 siswa laki – laki. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah metode tes. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan persentase rerata hasil belajar IPS sebesar 4,08% dari 82,36% berada pada kategori tinggi pada siklus I menjadi 86,44% berada pada kategori tinggi pada siklus II. Selanjutnya peningkatan kuantitas siswa yang mendapat nilai minimal 85 mencapai 31,57% dari 19 siswa atau 50% pada siklus I menjadi 31 siswa atau 81,57% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan media visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VB SDN 1 Banjar Jawa tahun ajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci:  discovery learning, hasil belajar IPS, media visualThis research aims to increase social study learning outcomes through discovery learning assisted visual media on VB grade students of SDN 1 Banjar Jawa in academic year 2017/2018. This study used a classroom action research which conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject was VB grade students in SDN 1 Banjar Jawa that included 38 students which consist of 23 female and 15 male. Data collection was done by test method. Social study learning outcomes data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The result showed there was an enhancement in the mean percentage of result social study by 4,08% from 82,36% as high predicate on the first cycle became 86,44% as high predicate on the second cycle. Further, improvement quantity of students who received a minimum score of 85 reached 31,575% from 19 students or 50% in the first cycle became 31 students or 81,57% in second cycle. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that through the application of visual media -aided discovery learning is proven to improve learning outcomes VB social study graders of SDN 1 Banjar Jawa in academic year 2017/2018.Keywords: discovery learning, social study learning outcome, visual media

This study aims to describe the increase in activeness and learning outcomes of writing explanatory text in Indonesian subjects by implementing the Discovery Learning model through the online-based Whatsapp Group assisted by Google Classroom during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used was classroom action research with a research design using the model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart which consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting stages. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 3 Bojong, Pekalongan Regency. The technique of collecting data by means of interviews, observation, questionnaires and tests. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research in the pre-cycle showed student activeness was 6.25%, in the first cycle it increased to 28.13%, and in the second cycle it increased by 15.62%. From the test results in the pre-cycle the average value was 69, in the first cycle it increased to 73, and in the second cycle it became 76. Students who achieved learning completeness in the pre-cycle 12,%, in the first cycle were 15.63, and in the second cycle it became 84.38%. It can be concluded that with the application of the Discovery Learning learning model through Google Classroom assisted by online-based Whatsapp Group during the Covid-19 pandemic, it can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of competency / explanatory text material for class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 3 Bojong.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media audio-visual pada siswa kelas IVB semester genap di SD Negeri 3 Banjar Jawa tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri 3 Banjar Jawa yang berjumlah 31 siswa yang terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar IPS pada siklus I yaitu 74,35 dengan kategori sedang dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,13 dengan kategori tinggi. Peningkatan yang terjadi jika dihitung menggunakan rumus Gn skor yaitu sebesar 0,46 yang jika dikonversikan pada tabel kriteria peningkatan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media audio-visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri 3 Banjar Jawa tahun pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: kontekstual, audio-visual, hasil belajar IPSThis study aims to improving the learning outcomes of IPS through the implementation of contextual learning model assisted audio-visual media based on fourth grade students on second semester of SD Negeri 3 Banjar Jawa in the academic year 2017/2018. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Banjar Jawa as many as 31 students consisting of 13 male and 18 female students. Data were collected through a test. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of IPS in first cycle is 74.35 with the medium category and on the second cycle the learning outcomes of IPS increased to 86.13 with high category. Increases that occur when calculated using the Gn score formula that is equal to 0.46 which if converted on the table of increased learning outcome criteria are in the medium category. So that it can be concluded that the implementation of contextual learning model assisted audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of IPS fourth grade students in SD Negeri 3 Banjar Jawa in the academic year 2017/2018.Keywords: contextual, audio-visual, learning outcomes of IPS

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of inquiry based learning is able to increase the student activity and learning outcomes of X TKRO 3 class at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta in Automotive Basic Engineering Subjects. This study is a Classroom Action Research using the Kemmis & Mc Taggart design. Kemmis & Mc Taggart's design includes the stages of planning, action & observation, and reflection. The study subjects were X TKRO 3 class of SMKN 2 Yogyakarta 2018/2019 academic year totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques using the method of observation and test results. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. This is indicated by student learning activeness data of 60.71% in the first cycle and 62.67% in the second cycle. For student learning outcomes data, indicated by the class average value of 77,48 with the percentage of learning completeness of 85,2% in the first cycle and the class average of 91.56 with the percentage of learning completeness of 93,5% in the second cycle.

Based on the results of pre-cycle test and observation of the fifth-grade students at Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School, it`s found that the average students` science literacy is low.This study attempts to discover the improvement of Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School fifth grade students` science literacy when apply discovery learning assisted by audio visual media. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that conducted in Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School, in even semester in the academic year of 2017/2018. The subjects of this research are the researcher as the teacher model and the fifth grade students that consists of 29 students. This study held for two cycles, there are two meeting in every cycle and consist of four phases: plan, action, observe, dan reflection. The independent variable of this study is discovery learning assisted by audio visual media, and the dependent variable is science literacy. Data collections of this study are science literacy test for knowledge aspect (cognitive), and observation for science literacy of attitude aspect (affective), competention aspect (psychomotor). This study is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study shows that, there is enhancement of science literacy of the fifth grade students of Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School in the force material, between first cycle 71,9% and improved in the second cycle 81,5% with high category. This results shows that the application of discovery learning model assisted with audio visual can improve science literacy of the fifth grade students of Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through portfolio learning in Class II PKN subjects SDN 2 Uekuli. The research method used was classroom action research with 15 students of class II SDN 2 Uekuli as the research subjects. The research instrument used observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student activity and teacher performance in the learning process. The increase in the learning process has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, student outcomes have increased each cycle. Cycle I shows that classically students who have completed learning reached 25.58%, cycle II increased to 81.39%, then increased again in cycle III to 97.67%. The average learning outcomes also increased, in the first cycle was 53.05; cycle II increased to 73.49; and increased again in cycle III to 86.51. This shows an increase in students' understanding of learning material on children's rights at home and at school.

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes about mixed arithmetic in the Mathematics learning process using learning strategies through sticky numbers games. This study uses a classroom action research method which is carried out in 2 (two) cycles. Each cycle is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were Grade VI students of SD Inpres 3 Tolai in the 2020/2021 school year. Data collection techniques using tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the increase in student activity, the pre-cycle average is 49.68. In the first cycle it increased to 67.31, and the second cycle increased to 83.97. While the increase in student learning outcomes that have met the completeness value, namely pre-cycle by 50%. In the first cycle it increased, namely to be 79.17% and increased again in the second cycle to 100%.

In real conditions of PPkn learning in class VIII E SMPN 6 Salatiga, the teachers only use the lecture method in the delivery of teaching materials and students are passive, so based on the results of the evaluation, there were 19 students (67.85%) have not yet reached Minimum Completeness Criteria ≥76. Based on these problems, its were need to be repaired by Learning model examples of non examples to improve PPKn learning outcomes in class VIII E. Classroom action research is conducted in two cycles and each cycle is carried out through planning, action, observation, and reflection. There were 28 students of class VIII E as the research subject. Methods of data collection are documentation, observation, and test. Technique of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis by comparing the percentage of completeness PPKn learning outcomes before and after the action in cycle 1 and cycle 2. Indicator of research success is learning outcomes corresponding completed PPKn Minimum Completeness Criteria ≥76 achieved to 85% of all students. Result of study shows that increasing outcome of PPKN learning after using examples of non examples learning model. Prior to the act of learning, there were only 9 students (32.15%), which reached Minimum Completeness Criteria ≥ 76, increased to 19 students (67.85%) in cycle 1 and 25 students (89.29%) in the second cycle after the act of learning. Based on the results of this study concluded that using of non examples examples learning model can improve outcomes of PPKn learning in class VIII E SMPN 6 Salatiga.

The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the application of internet media and (2) to increase the learning outcomes of fashion decoration subjects through the application of internet media. This type of research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, field notes, performance tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) the application of internet media is carried out through planning, implementation and evaluation activities. (2) The application of internet media can improve the learning outcomes of making fashion ornaments. The average ability of learning outcomes for making fashion ornaments in pre-action is 54% with sufficient categories, increasing in the first cycle to 70.50% with good categories and increasing in the second cycle to 78.33% in the very good category.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to describe an increase in Indonesian language learning outcomes through cooperative learning method Number Head Together (NHT) in Class XI IPS 2 students at SMA 2 Watampone. This research approach, which is descriptive. The design or model of this research is Action Research. This research was carried out in Class XI IPS 2 of SMA Negeri 2 Watampone totaling 38 people. This research was conducted in the even semester 2016/2017. Data collection is done through observation, documentation, and test techniques. Data analysis techniques, namely quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were categorized as medium with an average value of 64.15 and increased in the second cycle to be a high category with an average value of 77.89. Learning completeness in the first cycle was 44.73% and increased in the second cycle to 92.11%. Thus, the application of NHT cooperative learning can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in Class XI IPS 2 at SMA 2 Watampone. (2) Cooperative learning NHT increases the student's effectiveness in learning. The indicator of improvement can be observed based on the learning outcomes of the first cycle and the second cycle which experience changes especially in changes in motivation, enthusiasm and values of students learning students understand the material.
