This research was motivated by the problem of the low cognitive competence of students in learning Biology at SMAN 7 Solok Selatan. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between extrinsic learning motivation and cognitive learning competencies of students in Biology subjects at SMAN 7 Solok Selatan. This research is a descriptive correlation study, the data collection technique used by the writer is to use a questionnaire given to students, with this questionnaire the writer obtains data about extrinsic learning motivation with cognitive learning competencies of students in Biology subjects during online learning at SMAN. 7 South Solok. After the data is obtained the writer uses the value criteria formula and normality test and performs hypothesis testing using the product moment and using the coefficient of determination formula to determine the contribution of variables X and Y. The research subjects are 48 students of class X, which was carried out in March sd April 2021. After the research was carried out, the authors obtained the results of the study that there was a positive and significant relationship between extrinsic learning motivation and cognitive learning competencies of students in the Biology subject at SMAN 7 Solok Selatan, namely (0.65). The contribution of extrinsic learning motivation to students' cognitive learning competencies in Biology is (12.13%) and (87.87%) determined by other factors.

The aims of this research are to improve children's learning motivation through the implementaion of Whole Brain Teaching and to describe the improvement of children's learning motivation through the implementation of Whole Brain Teaching. This research is a classroom action research, then research subjects consisted of 18 students at TK Aisyiyah 1 Tanggulangin, especially group A. The location of this research is in TK Aisyiyah 1 Tanggulangin. Data collection technique is done by observation. The results show that the implementation of Whole Brain Teaching method can improve the learning motivation of students at TK Aisyiyah 1 Tanggulangin. It  can be seen from the improvement of children's learning motivation from the state of the 33% grade completeness score in the pre cycle, up to 56% in cycle I, then 83% grade mastery score in cycle II. So in accordance with the level of completeness of the action that the score of 75% -100% is in very good qualifications and the implementation of the action declared successful

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Many factors influence cognitive competency in learning, one of which is student motivation. Motivation is an impulse that is contained in a person to try to make behavioral changes that are better in meeting their needs. Learning motivation is basically divided into two, namely intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is motivation that arises from within the individual himself without any coercion or encouragement from others, but on the basis of his own will. While extrinsic motivation is an encouragement from outside a person. This study aims to determine the relationship between intrinsic learning motivation and IPA cognitive learning competencies of class VII students of SMP 16 Padang. This study is a descriptive study that seeks the relationship between two variables. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation formula to see how the relationship between intrinsic learning motivation and science learning cognitive competencies. Correlation analysis to see how much the relationship between motivation and learning competence and t-test analysis contributed to see the significance of a relationship. Data collection techniques used in this study were research instruments in the form of questionnaires on students' metacognitive abilities. The biology learning competency value of VII grade science students of SMP 1 Padang is taken from students' daily test scores in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The results showed that there was no positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and students' IPA cognitive learning outcomes in class VII of 16 Padang Junior High School with a tcount of 0.78, and ttable of 1,697The correlation of learning motivation with learning competencies is in the very low category with a value of r = 0.14.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan kebiasaan belajar dan disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Sadewa Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling sebanyak 103 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,749 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 54,2%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,777 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 57,6%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,790 termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 62,3%.   Abstract The purpose of this research was to examine the correlation between study habits and learning discipline with social studies learning outcomes of 4th grade students in Cluster Sadewa Elementary School Petanahan Kebumen. This is a quantitative research correlation design. The sample technique was proportional random sampling of 103 participants. Data collection technique were questionnaires, interview, and documentation. These data were analyzed by having descriptive statistic analyzed and product moment analyzed. The result of this research showed that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between study habits and social studies learning outcomes, rcount = 0.749 which included in strong category and contribution of 54.2%; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning discipline and social studies learning outcomes, rcount = 0.777 which included in strong category and contribution of 57.6%; (3) there was a positive and significant correlation study habits and learning discipline toward social studies learning outcomes, rcount = 0.790 which included in strong category and contribution of 62.3%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the discussion learning method and the learning motivation of students in class X Social Studies in sociology at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. This research is quantitative descriptive. In this study, the population used was 30 students of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling who were representatives of Class X IPS 1, X IPS 2, and X IPS 3. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation with analytical techniques. The data used are Product Moment validity and Cronbach Alpha reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a ralationship between the discussion learning method and students learning motivation, this is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.589 which implies that the influence of the independet variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 58.9% and the remaining 41.1% is imfluenced or determined by other factors.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh disiplin belajar dalam  pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, asosiatif berupa sebab akibat. Penggunaan sampel sebanyak 55 siswa dari populasi 122 siswa. Teknik pengambilan hasil data menggunakan angket skala bertingkat, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan signifikansi persamaan regresi dengan hasil nilai Fhitung25.932 dan Ftabel dengan dfreg=1 dfres=53  adalah 4,03 pada taraf 5%. Dengan demikian Fhitung> Ftabel (25.932> 4,03) sehingga H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran akidah akhlak. Hasil koefisien determinasi yaitu 0.5732 = 0.328 artinya hasil yang ada dalam proses belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak sebesar 32.8% dipengaruhi oleh disiplin belajar. Sedangkan 64.6% hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.KATA KUNCI: akidah akhlak, disiplin belajar, hasil belajar.  THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING DISCIPLINE AGAINST STUDENTS AT SUBJECT AQEEDAH MORALSABSTRACTThe purpose of research to determine whether or not the influence of learning discipline in instructional process of learning outcomes on the subjects of moral aqid. This research used quantitative, associative approach in the form of cause and effect. The sample use of 55 students from the population of 122 students. The data collection technique used multilevel scale questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The results showed the significance of regression equation with the result value of Fh25.932 and Ft with dfreg = 1 dfres = 53 is 4.03 at 5% level. Thus Fh> Ft (25.932> 4.03) so that Ho is rejected, it means there is a significant influence between the learning discipline with student learning outcomes subjects akidah akhlak. The result of coefficient of determination is 0.5732 = 0.328 means that the results of existing in the learning process of students on the subject of moral aqid is 32.8% influenced by the discipline of learning. While 64.6% of students' learning achievement subjects akidah akhlak influenced by other factors.

This study sought to determine the influence of grammar and vocabularies mastery on the  students ability of  translate in the Kudus Islamic University. The approach articles used in this study is a quantitative approach because researchers wanted to test the hypothesis that shaped assosiative hypothesis (is the hypothesis that asks a relationship between two or more variables). This approach is said to be a quantitative approach because the existing data in the form of numbers and statistics used in analyzing it. Meanwhile, the method used is research Correlation, because the correlation study researchers wanted to uncover the relationship of variations in the correlation coefficient. The results of this research are: 1) the effect of gramatikan mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as 0.4925 rhitung score greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant correlation while the coefficient of determination between X1 and Y of 24.25303%. 2) the effect of vocabulary mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as a score of 0.605 rhitung greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant relationship coefficient of determination between X2 and Y amounted to 36.62499%, 3) The calculation Ry.X1X2 0.589, ryx1 0.492 and 0.605 ryx2 greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows that there is a relationship multi positive correlation between mastery of vocabulary and grammatical to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University and acceptance of the hypothesis.


This research aims to describe the development strategies of students' (Santri) digital literacy skills in modern Islamic boarding schools through Civics Education Learning Community Education. Civics Education is a school subject that has a strategic role in shaping the young citizens' digital competence. The development of digital literacy in Santri discussed in this research is divided into two aspects, among others are the technology literacy and information literacy. This research is designed with qualitative research methods. The data collection technique applied purposive sampling. The research subjects were both students and teachers of Civics Education subject in Modern Islamic Boarding School. The data collection technique carried out by applying interview techniques, observation and document analysis. The data analysis techniques cover the data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. Before conducting this research regarding the Santri's digital literacy development strategies, researchers first explored santri's digital literacy skills. The results of this research indicated that, there is a digital divide phenomenon among the santri(s)' attitudes and pesantren with regard to current policies using technological advancements. Then, the development of digital literacy skills is identifiable from the learning and evaluation process. The development of digital literacy skills through the learning process of Civics Education carried out through using digital media. It effectively helps santri develop their skills using technology, in addition to developing santri(s') in processing information through digital media. The Santri's learning skills in using digital media using the Civics Education reflects common effective strategies in developing their skills in realizing information, searching, and using information

This study aims to find out if the factors that consisting of factors promotion, factors influential damage value services and factors of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri as well as to know whether the most commonly the influential between promotion , services and factors factors value assessment of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri kcp polewali .The research is quantitative research with the methods descriptive .As for the data collection was done through the distribution of the questionnaire The methodology that was used to test hypotheses is by using the practical , reliability test , normality test , of multiple regression analysis , t test , test f , the coefficient of determination ( adjusted r square ) , and correlations double .Based on the research done it can be seen that the regression equation is linear research and the worship of idols in this is y: 3,138 + 0,141x1 + 0,270x2 + 0,407x3, The results of the testing simultaneously ( f ) variable x consisting of the x1 ) ( promotion , the service ( ) x2 , and the damage the x3 ( ) led to a positive and significant of the decision of customers to use the gold pawn of significantly by 0,000; 0,05 & it .Then , the results of the test on this fact ( ) suggests that the variable t ( service x2 ) value assessment and the x3 ( ) most dominant influence simultaneously with the resolution of customers to use the gold pawn , it is spotted with significant value and 0,000 0,006; 0,05 & it .

The purpose of this study is to obtain a picture of how the strategy of implementing clinical supervision of supervisors to improve teacher pedagogical competence. This study uses a qualitative approach supported by a quantitative approach to get a general picture of the implementation of clinical supervision. The location of this study was conducted in two Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in Masbagik sub-district, namely MTs Al-Ijtihad Danger and MTs Al Khaer Ambung Masbagik Timur. The type of data collected in this study is divided into 2 (two), namely primary data and secondary data. Research informants obtained by Snowball sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are using interviews, observation and documentation. 1) Interview, a data collection technique through question and answer with research subjects and informants. Research results indicate that: 1) The implementation of clinical supervision includes the stages: planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis and follow-up. Supervision planning is designed by arranging the supervision program and socializing it to the madrasa so that all teachers know it. The implementation phase includes initial meetings, observations, and feedback meetings. MGMP and work shop are solutions that are taken as a follow up from clinical supervsi which is a discussion forum to discuss the lack of teacher performance. 2) The initial meeting of clinical supervision is done by first establishing familiarity with the teacher so that it does not seem daunting, then examining the syllabus and lesson plans, agreeing on aspects that will be supervised in the supervision instrument and setting the supervision schedule. At the observation stage, observe and record all activities of teachers and students in the class as a reference in feedback meetings. Feedback is carried out in feedback meetings to assist teachers in solving problems experienced while doing learning in class. 3) Internal constraints that are sufficiently hampering the implementation of clinical supervision are those of the supervisor himself because he is hampered by the many activities and workloads of supervisors. To overcome this obstacle, the East Lombok district office of the Ministry of Religion continues to work to overcome the discrepancy in the number of supervisors through the recruitment of prospective supervisors annually based on an analysis of supervisor needs made by the chairperson of the pokjawas. While the efforts of the Chairperson of the Pokjawas are to form a supervisory supervision team that will be tasked with conducting clinical supervision so that all teachers have the opportunity to be supervised.
