The development of today's technology is very advanced and very important to today's society. This proves that more and more information can be obtained through print media or electronic media and for nowadays social media can also get information. Currently Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta, the promotional media is provided through print media such as brochures, flyers and other print media or through social media such as instagram to provide information about the hotel. In order for the promotion media to be well communicated and accepted by the public through the promotion video will be easier to understand and the promotion video is presented with an interesting look by using software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect for the editing of this promotional video. Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect to give the effect more attractive and easier to unify the video into one to become the desired video. The method used is data collecting observation, problem analysis, production concept method, design analysis method and mavib production concept (KPM) which include preproduction, production and postproduction. With this promotional video media it is able to make Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta easier to provide information to the public about the hotel. Promotional videos made with interesting concepts such as video bloggers (VLOG) for today are indeed in the interest of the wider community. With the aim of this research intends to make promoting media through video that is hopefully helpful and helpful to Fave hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta it is easier to provide information to the public about the hotel especially for lodging service users. The contents of this promo video include facilities available and the nearest destination tour of Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta.

In the field of information, audio visual is one of the supporting media in delivering effective information, and is more attractive in its presentation. One of them is sisingaan art from Subang Regency, West Java.  Currently, the art of sisingaan requires the design of media in the form of audio-visual because in presenting information on the existing side arts, there is no latest information on the latest side arts.  The purpose of this study is to design audio-visual based media so that it can be useful and become an attraction for the community and art craftsmen regarding matters related to the arts of Subang district and increasing the number of sisingaan uses every year.  The research methodology carried out during this research is problem analysis method, data collection method, design analysis method and media production concept method which includes preproduction, production and postproduction.  After analyzing the above problems, the researchers designed a video for the Sisingaan art information of Subang Regency which is used to provide historical information and a very important lion shape icon.  From the design of the art information video, it is hoped that the public will know more about the historical value and the lion symbol icon in the secondary arts of Subang Regency which cannot be removed or replaced with anything.

The development of the media information is evidenced by the number of communications and telecommunications pioneer who compete creates media information either through print media, television, even internet radio is very easy to reach by anyone without limit. With the importance of media information at this time, because through the medium of information the public can find out information or exchanging information to other communities as well as interacting with each other especially in the field of education, namely SMK ( Vocational High School). His research methods, namely: Data collection, Analysis, Problem analysis method of design Media, and Production method of the concept of Mavib (KPM) which include: PreProduction, Production, Multimedia Design, planning of Audio, Visual, and Perecanaan PostProduction. The results of his research in the form of promotional video CMS Ariya Metta Tangerang contained item images, motion, sound and music. So that through the promotion done, SMK Ariya Metta can be easily recognized community and was able to increase the number of registrants registrants.

Technology is developing rapidly, technology products are created to provide convenience to the community, which is new media. When through the development of technology, the spread of comics is also widely spread, comics that were originally using print media are now developing using digital media. To disseminate comic content, digital comic authors now using social media to promote their comics to a large extent. So digital comic authors need a strategy to disseminate digital comic content, attract readers, and get collaborative offers to raise their name. In this research the authors used a descriptive qualitative analysis method, to find out the strategies used by Ghosty's comic authors in spreading, and raising their names. The author collected data by interviewing the author of Ghosty's Comic, and his friends at once readers to get the data needed in this research. The results of this reserach illustrate that it is important to use strategies to create interesting digital comic content so that the Ghosty's comics can get collaborations such as Tokopedia, Orang Tua Group, Line Webtoon.Teknologi berkembang dengan pesat, banyak produk teknologi diciptakan untuk memberikan kemudahan pada masyarakat, salah satunya adalah media baru. Saat melalui perkembangan teknologi medium penyebaran komik juga meluas, komik yang semula menggunakan media cetak kini berkembang menggunakan media digital. Untuk menyebarkan konten komik, pengarang komik digital kini menggunakan media sosial untuk mempromosikan komiknya ke kalangan yang luas. Maka pengarang komik digital memerlukan sebuah strategi untuk melakukan penyebaran konten komik digital, menarik pembaca, dan mendapatkan tawaran kolaborasi untuk membesarkan namanya. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis,  untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan pengarang komik Ghosty’s dalam menyebarkan, dan membesarkan namanya. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pengarang komik Ghosty’s, dan teman sekaligus pembacanya untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa pentingnya menggunakan strategi untuk membuat konten komik digital yang menarik sehingga dengan besarnya nama komik Ghosty’s bisa mendapatkan kolaborasi seperti Tokopedia, Orang Tua Group, Line Webtoon.

This research uses the theory of Symbolic Convergence, with the Subjective-Interpretive paradigm, with the Qualitative approach, and the Fantasy Theme Analysis method. The object of this research is the public audience/netizens who use Youtube-TVONE social media, during the broadcast of the 2019 Presidential Election Debate (Pilpres). Methods of data collection, using Observation and Documentation techniques. Netizens’ comments on Youtube social media at the time of the Debate show, are data that are the object of research. The research data is in the form of comments from netizens who are considered relevant are support presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto. The purpose of this study is to identify and interpret fantasy themes that appear in comments on Youtube. The results showed that fantasy themes that often appear in netizen’s comments are Leadership and Character. The meaning of the imagination of Prabowo’s support group is that the public wants Prabowo to be president, because he has a good character, honest, courageous, assertive, and has a leadership spirit, so he can regulate and discipline state ofcials and realize national economic independence. Prabowo’s support group was convinced that the president had to be replaced, because he did not have a leadership spirit, and the government was now considered less effective, and not pro-people.

Tradisi Dewa Mesraman merupakan salah satu tradisi yang tergolong upacara Dewa Yadnya yang terdapat di Kecamatan Dawan, Desa Paksabali, Banjar Timrah tepatnya berada di Pura Panti Timrah. Film Dokumenter Dewa Mesraman ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengimplementasikan Pengembangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Dewa Mesraman Di Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) meluruskan persepsi masyarakat terhadap makna dari tradisi Dewa Mesraman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cyclic strategy atau strategi berputar, cyclic strategy merupakan sebuah metode yang ada kalanya suatu tahap perlu diulang kembali sebelum tahap berikutnya dilanjutkan. Pengulangan tahap ini sering disebut dengan loop. Adapun tahap – tahap dari cyclic stragey diantaranya adalah Brief, Tahap 1, Tahap 2, evaluasi 1, Tahap 3, Evaluasi 2, Tahap 4, Outcome. Pengembangan film ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 sebagai software editing video beserta bantuan Adobe After Effect sebagai penambah efek pada video. Dengan dibuatnya film dokumenter “Tradisi Dewa Mesraman”, masyarakat diharapkan bisa lebih mengetahui dan mengenal segala kearifan lokal yang ada di Desa Paksebali Klungkung, sehingga film dokumenter ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi serta menjadi inspirasi bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Klungkung dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya.Kata Kunci : Dewa Mesraman, Pura Panti Timrah, Film Dokumenter, Tradisi. Dewa Mesraman tradition is one of the traditions that belong to Deity ceremony Yadnya contained in Dawan sub district, village Paksabali, Banjar Timrah precisely located in Panti Pura Timrah. Documentary Mesraman Dewa aims to: (1) implement the Development of Documentary Tradition Dewa Mesraman In Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) align public perception of the significance of tradition Mesraman god. The method used is the cyclic strategy or strategies revolve, cyclic strategy is a method that is sometimes a necessary step before the next step was repeated followed. The repetition of this phase is often called the loop. As for the stage - the stage of cyclic stragey include Brief, Phase 1, Phase 2, the evaluation 1, Phase 3, Evaluation 2, Phase 4, Outcome. Development of the film is implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as video editing software along with the help of Adobe After Effects as an addition to the effect on the video. With the making of the documentary film "Gods Mesraman Tradition", the public is expected to be more aware of and familiar with all the local knowledge that exists in the village Paksebali Klungkung, so this documentary can be used as a medium of information as well as an inspiration for the people of Klungkung and the public at large. keyword : Dewa Mesraman, Pura Panti Timrah, Documentary, Tradition.

In today's modern era, online information technology is widely used by companies or other institutions to convey information and serve as promotional tools, using audio-visual media with a 2-dimensional animation-based method that is able to attract audiences. To get this information, you can access it in various social media. SMK Kartika X-1 West Jakarta is a private vocational education institution that still uses printed media such as benner, brochures, banners in the form of images and text as information media. However, using this print media to provide information is less effective because of its less extensive reach. Based on the above problems, a study is needed to design a video company profile to complement the school's information media.This research uses methods such as: problem analysis, data collection, SWOT analysis, media production concept (KPM). The design of this video is assisted by editor software such as Adobe Illustrator (Ai), Adobe After Effects (Ae) and Adobe Premiere Pro (Pr). This information video will be implemented through YouTube and social media of the Official SMK Kartika X-1. With this video company profile it can help this school in introducing the school profile.

Over the years, social media has brought many benefits to different fields, especially in the business sector. Most of the existing organizations have taken these benefits to actively engage with the public to increase their online business value. The use of hashtags on numerous social media platforms especially on Instagram is one of the highly used benefits. By tagging specific postings, business organizations are able to promote and communicate with their customers directly in a more interactive manner. In this article, the authors are exploring the following: (1) to determine the effectiveness of the existing analytics method (text identification and trend analysis) for analyzing Instagram hashtag data and; (2) to determine the effectiveness of existing analytic techniques such as Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machines (SVM) suited for the selected analytics method. As a result, the authors have identified that the combination of Trend Analysis method and SVM are an effective social media analytics approach for analyzing Instagram hashtag data.

Social media can be one of the tools of state diplomacy to provide information to the public, change public perceptions and ultimately influence public behaviour. During the pandemic, social media has become one of the strategic diplomatic tools to reach the public and governments of other countries. In addition to conveying information about state policies in dealing with the pandemic, social media is also a means for the state to influence the public and other countries in taking a stand against the pandemic. This article looks at the policies and communication efforts of the two American Presidents on Twitter social media related to the Covid19 Pandemic through the descriptive analysis method. A structural approach to the concept of social media diplomacy is used to show that the narrative on Twitter influences the perception and behaviour of its users. This research found that the different narratives on Twitter and the differences in user perceptions and behaviours, indicating that social media diplomacy has a real impact on user perceptions and behaviour.

<p><em>Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) as one of the state-owned companies that provide services to the public feels good a few years back and is the aim of researchers to conduct a survey of customer satisfaction with one of the Microsoft product Genesys customer service applications that have been connected with social media as a supporting application in serving train service users. The method used by researchers is the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and Service Quality, the Jakarta Central Railway office agent who filled in the questionnaires as much as 51 of 80 with 78.76% results in CSI and 0.24 on servqual. This customer service application has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, as well as an evaluation for application providers.</em><em></em></p>
