The problem of conceptual underdevelopment of the supervisory practice of tutor support is discussed. The reason for the absence of theoretical models of supervision is seen in the empirical outstripping of this practice in relation to the conceptual reflection of tutoring as a type of professional activity. As a possible theoretical model for the supervision of a tutor, a “tutor system” is proposed, similar to the psychotherapeutic supervision system, which includes 3 types of focus of attention: on a tutorant, a tutor, and the process of tutor support. The content of supervision is indicated, which is determined by each of these angles of attention. Behavioral patterns characterizing tutors and tutorants are described, the corresponding deficits of subjectivity and identity are identified. Deficiencies in educational and professional subjectivity, as well as diffuse educational and professional identity, are defined as criteria for identifying a “complex” supervisor and tutorant. The most important conditions for effective supervision of tutoring practice are called accurate recognition in the process of supervision of the limitations and shortcomings of the personal, activity and communicative plan, which are characteristic of a tutor and a tutorant, as well as the implementation of the fundamental idea of the activity approach about turning the concept of action into activity.

The presence in the newest Russian urban planning practice of special objects of professional activity - local urbanized formations is revealed. Their appearance is due to the adoption of new regulatory legal acts in various sectors of activity, significantly expanding the scope of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation. They establish general requirements for the formation of territories with preferential development regimes and their subsequent use, which contain the prerequisites for significant changes in the state of territorial objects and their systems. However, to date, they are not fully used either at the stage of developing urban planning documentation, or at the stage of its implementation. Urban planning practice indicates the need to establish the relationship between the properties and characteristics of regional systems of settlements and local formations, depending on environmental factors. As a result of the analysis and systematization of modern experience in the implementation of projects for the development of local territories, the influence of the activity of their urban development on the parameters of the functioning of regional systems has been established. The revealed dependence is proposed to be used in the development of model schemes for the reorganization of regional systems, which characterize their susceptibility to the emergence of new centers of urban development. The expediency of using the developed theoretical models in the process of improving the methodology of territorial planning has been substantiated. Purposeful planning of local territories in settlement systems is presented as forecasting the emergence of new foci of development through a comprehensive assessment and consideration of the available resource potential. Thus, it ensures the regulated development of the territory. This is expressed in the achievement of the predicted parameters of changes in the state of regional settlement systems, corresponding to the conditions and requirements of their functioning. The main difference between the proposed methodology and traditional approaches lies in the simultaneous provision of the stability of the formed spatial structures and the innovation of the forms of regional systems due to the activity of local formations.

The paper features some results of a pilot research on the formation of I-concept of one’s professional identity during practical training and at work. The issues of the I-concept draw attention of modern scientists; however, the problem of I-concept of one’s professional identity remains largely understudied, e.g. its sensitive period of formation, conditions, factors and dynamics, interrelations between the I-concept of one’s professional identity and one’s professional activity, etc. An adequate I-concept plays a special role in the activities connected with extreme conditions, a high degree of responsibility and a brief adaptation period, e.g. public transport. The research involved first thirdand fifth-year students of State Transportation University of the Far East (Khabarovsk) and railroad employees of the corresponding profile. The diagnostic package was shaped according to the theoretically revealed structure of the I-concept. The results confirmed the initial assumption that one’s "I-concept" of the professional identity is rooted in one’s learning and practical training, but its actual formation happens during one’s professional activity. The paper contains some recommendations on I-concept formation in students majoring in transport.
