Mobile Application for Displaying Voice Message on LCD Screen

This paper talks about an innovative and rather an interesting manner of intimating the message to the people using the wireless electronic display on the screen. This will help us in passing any message almost immediately without any delay just by sending an SMS which is better and more reliable than the old traditional way of passing the message on a screen. Our aim is to reduce the amount of paper work and make use the possible technological resources.  In this paper, we are trying to implement our system in such a way that it can display message send from the authorized user to the various receiving ends. So spreading of important message or screen will take place within the very short span of time to respective mobile application. Means user or registered person will be able to send the message from anywhere and this message will be displayed on a screen at the respective place.

In India, the position of mobile banking was in saga and this time, it is in pic position. The speedof reaching the people is going high and high. This is time of wireless world and sense of prestige; no doubt the mobile commerce is contributing to enhance the beauty of life and playing the role of metaphor and has become the part and parcel of our life. This growth has changed people to do business in mobile commerce (М- Commerce). Peoples are transferring to M-Commerce to attain good and fast transaction into market and saving their precious time. M-Commerce has become distinguished in Indian people, quickly during last few years. Due to large number of mobile application, growth rate in mobile penetration in India is increasing with the rapid speed. The mobile users has shifted to use the android phone from simple and black and white phone and taking the service of internet, the role of telecom companies is also important in the being popular of mobile commerce. Although many people have started E-Commerce but still a separate part of the society feel uncomfortable and hesitate to use M-Commerce because of security problems, payment issues and complexity of mobile applications. This paper identifies facts about the feasibility of MCommercein India today its growth and the Strength and opportunity, weakness and threats lying ahead.

Kecanggihan  teknologi  device  yang  semakin  merambah  di  dunia  pengetahuan  dan  teknologi membuat pengembangan sistem pemanfaatan baru seperti aplikasi Pen+ berbasis mobile yang dimanfaatkan oleh dosen dalam menginput hasil nilai ujian mahasiswa. Seluruh orang di dunia pasti  memiliki  handphone.  Teknologi  yang  digunakan  pada  handphone  kini  telah  menjadi smartphone yang lebih banyak fitur-fitur aplikasi yang canggih menggunakan jaringan internet. Oleh  karena  itu  dengan  mengembangkan  suatu  aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  yang  dapat  di akses  secara  online  untuk  dosen  bisa  melakukan  penginputan  nilai  lebih  cepat  dan  efektif. Aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  yang  digunakan  juga  mempermudah  pelayanan  dengan  lebih dahulu   login   dengan   email   secara   pribadi   dan   lebih   nyaman   dibutuhkan   kapan   saja. Pengembangan  aplikasi  Pen+  juga  melalui  perencanaan,  desain,  dan  pengujian.  Maka  hasil dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  dimana  aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  dapat di download  dengan mudah dan kapan saja untuk memudahkan penilaian secara online. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Pen+, Mobile, Dosen The sophistication of device technology is increasingly pervasive in the world of knowledge and technology makes the development of new systems such as the utilization of Pen + based mobile application  that  is  used by lecturer in entering the results of student test scores. All the people in  the  world  would  have  a  mobile.  The  technology  used  in  mobile  phones  have  now  become more  smartphone  features  advanced  application  uses  the  internet.  Therefore, by developing a Pen + based mobile application that can be accessed online to the lecturer can make inputting values more quickly and effectively. Pen + based mobile application that is used also facilitate service  with  advance  login  with  your  email  private  and  more  comfortable  whenever  needed. Pen + application development also through planning, design, and testing. So the results of this analysis,  which  Pen  +  based  mobile  application  can  be  downloaded  easily and at any time to facilitate the online assessment. This paper proposes a prototype for real-time epilepsy seizures detection using skin conductance, temperature and sense movement. This proposed work is expected to help epilepsy patients to receive immediate help from the people around when seizures happen. This prototype is wearable and developed using Arduino Nano, Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sensor, accelerometer, temperature sensor and pulse sensor. Epilepsy patients can wear this prototype just like a watch. The prototype is connected to the mobile application via Bluetooth and can alert the people around by buzzing alarm as well as sending text message to the doctor or family member. Details development and results are discussed in this paper.

Visual impairment burdens the people heavily in today’s fast-moving culture. Although there are several measures for this impairment, many people skip such chances in fear of their economic condition. In view of helping those people, a sophisticated stick is designed using sensors like ultrasonic sensor, IR sensor and Arduino ICs. Electronically designed walking stick helps to trace the locations using GPS module and to avoid collisions through detection of objects at a certain range of distance from the person in all directions. Sensor placed beneath the bottom of the stick enables the identification of pits/hindrances on the ground. The visually impaired person will be alerted with a voice message generated using the voice recorder which records the response of all the sensors operating in different tracks. In this paper, GSM and sensors together have initiated the role of smart walking stick in the life of several human kinds.


At this time the application for mobile applications on an industrial scale and companies are still considered very lacking for it’s application, it is because the industry that is currently running is still likely to use a desktop. Which with the mobile application opportunity and understanding of technology from everyone in the company, business process automation can be done more efficiently through mobile applications. Planning of this people management system aims to resolve the problem experienced by one of the telecommunications companies in Indonesia, which at present employees find it very difficult to make requests for overtime, leave and claims, because the current system is still in desktop or manual form filling which still depends on the office network environment. Therefore, a mobile application-based People Management System (PMS) will be made in which the process will run in real time and can be done anywhere. For the initial stages of development planning Mobile applications for People Management System (PMS) will greatly help the company problems mentioned earlier. By using Heuristic Task Analysis (HTA) as a method for reviewing the effectiveness of work and activities that are not properly carried out, so it can be obtained desirable productivity (Stanton, 2006)., and the System Usability Scale (SUS) method for interface testing which is carried out directly by end users (Martoyo & Falahah,2015). Based on the provisions of the System Usability Scale score, the assessment results of 10 respondents for the People management system application of 79.0 where the score is the Acceptability Ranges in the Acceptable category and are in grade B. From these results it is felt that there is still need for further development because current planning is for the initial planning phase, there needs to be further development to improve the performance of the company and comfort for employees.

The pre-merger judicial system of Swat was famous for speedy justice. Even death cases were solved in days. The people of Swat expected the same judicial system from Pakistan. Civil as well as criminal cases take long time for decision with no guarantee of fairness. Maulana Sufi Muhammad raised voice for Islamic Sharia for the first time in 1990. For the sake of Islam and speedy justice the common illiterate people of Swat supported the movement of Sufi Muhammad called TNSM. It was banned after accepting some of their demands. In 2004 another movement named TTP (Swat faction) appeared andgot control of most of the areas of Swatin a short span of time. The clerics of TTP preached their own version of Islam on FM channels and loud speakers. Imposition of Islamic laws and speedy justice were the main points of their agenda which inspired the common people of Swat and Malakand region.


Online polling system is the web based project to build for voting online among between the people and the citizen.The word “Vote” means to choose form the list, to elect, or to determine. It promotes the casting online voting from any location over the world. Online polling system analysis the real-time implementation or virtual.it helps to reduce thewaste of time, no paper work, no count of votes by hand and no hand-work. It prevents from the chance of falsevoting. It’s very simple, safe, secure and take less-time to conduct votes. The main objective of online polling system to allow the people to cast their votes by online over the world .Prevent voters from voting more than once for the single people or person.Easily handled the larger voters andusers.We are developing an on-line voting system by taking advantage of the database with to store a web interface. We have to create the table for store the data into the database . For identification we use the ‘keys’, which is called the “primary keys “or may be for “forieng key”, which should be should be unique or not null.Here,we requiredhardware as well as software component.For developing this polling first we create or the moduls then after we integrate all the module together to build and enhance the project.

in this present world, child security has become greater issue. Not only children even women has to be safeguard from threats. So, we are developing the smart wearable device for low cost which can be affordable for common people. To track the real-time location of the children, this project presents a mobile application where we have used Java, XML for code. This device is designed such that it monitors the child location and alerts the parents by sending SMS or voice message when the child moves out of the boundary. Even though using Wifi and Bluetooth, many systems are there for security purpose. This paper describes the system which comprises of an MPU 6050 gyroscope, Node MCU microcontroller and other sensors, GPS receiver for smart and safe usage. This includes some characteristics of high reliability, efficiency, short response time, high accuracy. The requirements enable to child's safety.

With the increasing growth of population in mega cities like Dhaka, most of the Agricultural land has given away for housing, factories, highways and other urban needs. As a result, lack of crop production as well as various environmental crisis has already been showing up with a great threat to humankind. Rooftop gardening can be an effective method to reduce this problem and the nutritional needs of the inhabitants. But for the unavailability of the necessary resources, supports and lack of awareness among the people, most of the spaces available at the rooftop are being unutilized. We have proposed an online and smartphone-based approach to overcome the above limitations. Though the current popularity of smartphones causes rising of different mobile application technologies and selecting the appropriate one could be challenging. Here we have introduced some latest technology stack that fit best to develop our application with a comparative study of the suitable geo-location-based services. AgriTouch, a smartphone app, will act as a bridge between the gardeners and the service providers to maintain the balance of nature.

In the modern world, people need immediate remedies for their health problems. Without considering the future effects of the heavy dose medicines, people intake those medicines to get immediate relief. As a result, they forget the natural and side effects free home remedies. And there is no awareness among the current generation youngsters and kids. To overcome this problem, we are developing a mobile application in dart language using flutter framework [2]. It uses KMP Algorithm [4] to recommends the medicine based on their allergic conditions matching. By this our system recommends the natural homemade medicines for their temporary health issues. This will increase the acceptance of these homemade medicines among the people.
