The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the effect of extra feeding activities and parenting on children's independence. The method used in this study is an experimental method with children's independence as the main problem which is the dependent variable. In this study the sampling technique that will be used is multistage cluster sampling. The sample in this study was in two elementary schools namely SDN 4 Banjar Agung and SDN 5 Banjar Agung, researchers only chose students based on the results of questionnaires parenting parents based on authoritarian, permissive, democratic parenting categories and 10 students each so that the sample in this study was 30 students as a control class at SDN 4 Banjar Agung and 30 students as experimental classes at SDN 5 Banjar Agung. This research is an experimental design with 2x3 factorial design. Therefore, data analysis used a two-way ANOVA, if differences were tested, followed by the Tukey test or Scheffe test to determine which one was higher. From the findings, it can be recommended to use extra feeding activities with fun cooking to increase children's independence.

This article discusses the use of PowerPoint animation in learning with the aim of knowing the differences in learning outcomes of students whose learning uses power points and without using power points in three-dimensional topics. The method used is an experimental design with a True Experimental Design, namely Posttest-Only Design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Student learning outcomes data were obtained through the learning outcome test instrument in the form of essays. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential data analysis. Hypothesis testing using a parametric analysis t-test. The results of the analysis show that the average learning outcomes of students who are taught using power points are higher than those of students taught conventionally. One of the factors that support the improvement of student learning outcomes is a learning approach to geometric shapes that involves interesting visualization. Interesting visualization makes students not just imagine something abstract but can directly observe the object being studied.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of entomopathogenic fungi on adults of Rhynchophorus palmarum (Coleoptera: Curculionidae). The experimental design was completely randomized in a factorial design (5x3) + control, composed of five treatments (isolated IBCB 66, CPATC 032, CPATC 057 and T9, and the commercial product Boveril®) and three concentrations of each fungus (107, 108 and 109 conidia.mL-1). The data of confirmed mortality were submitted to analysis of variance (ANOVA) using the Proc ANOVA of SAS, and the means compared by Tukey test at 5% probability. To determine percentage survival, confirmed mortality data were subjected to Log-Rank test using the Kaplan-Meyer method. Subsequently the values of LC50 and LT50 were estimated submitting mortality confirmed the Probit analysis. For the concentration 108 conidia.mL-1, the isolates CPATC 032 and CPATC 057 caused confirmed mortality of 52 and 44% of the adults of R. palmarum, respectively. At the concentration 109 conidia.mL-1, the isolates CPATC 032 and CPATC 057 caused mortality of 64 and 52% of the insects, respectively. For the CPATC 032 isolate, in the three concentrations tested, the insects had an average survival of 11 to 12 days. The TL50 of isolate CPATC 032 at concentrations 108 and 109 conidia.mL-1 was approximately 17 days. All isolates tested and the Boveril® product are pathogenic to R. palmarum.
