This research discusses the influence of woman lecturer’s participation and actualitation toward her job productivity. Research done by distributing the questionnaire in to 8 faculties in UIN Suska Riau. Based on the statistical test, it is known that by parsial, the actualisation and job participation has a positif effect but it is not significant toward productivity. Considering the small influence on the both variable which have been specified previously, hence, the early research model is modified ( model 1) by adding estimated variable which also influence productivity like the year of service and the fungional position. The result of the statistical test indicates that the functional position has positive and significant influence to job productivity.'The self actualisation also has a positive influence, but it is not significant. While the job participation and the year of service have a negative influence and there is no significant. The result of statistical test indicates simultanly that the fourth of free varibels, self actualisation, job participation, year of service, and functional position has significant influence to job productivity

This study examines whether board diversity affects firm performance. We investigate this study using panel data of a sample of S&P 500 firms during a 12 year period. After controlling for industry, firm size, and other board composition variables, we find that all three board diversity variables of interest – gender, ethnicity, and age have a significant influence on firm performance. While ethnicity and age have a positive influence on firm performance, it was found that gender has a negative influence. Implications for future research are discussed.

This research goal is looking for the effect of natural disaster, climate change, and environment quality to the amount of tourist visit to Indonesia. This research uses panel data from 2014 untill 2017, the data get from the related institutions, and uses multiple regression analysis. This research result: 1) Natural disaster has negative influence and it is not significant to tourist visit to Indonesia, 2) Climate change has positive and significant influence to tourist visit to Indonesia, and 3) Environment quality has positive influence and is not significant to the amount of torist visit to Indonesia.

The study aims to examine if employees’ motivation and satisfaction mediated by loyalty can result in company’s advantage. Using 100 young staffs and supervisors in either local or foreign companies in Surabaya, Indonesia as respondents and being tested using regression and path analysis. The simple regressions analysis in the study found that employee’s loyalty is not significant to influence company’s advantage and employee’s satisfaction is not significant to influence employee’s loyalty as well. Employee’s motivation significantly influences loyalty and company’s advantage. Employee’s satisfaction has significant influence to company’s advantage. Multiple regression tests shows that employee’s motivation has positive influence but employee’s satisfaction has negative influence to employee’s loyalty. Both employee’s motivation and employee’s satisfaction have positive influence to company’s advantage. Path analysis has the results that employee’s loyalty is not moderating variables between Employee’s motivation, employee’s satisfaction and company’s advantage.Keywords: motivation, satisfaction, loyalty, company’s advantage Indomaret and Alfamart are the example of a retail business in Indonesia, which is the market leader in their field. Both companies are mini network that provides basic needs and daily necessities. But the problems faced Indomaret and Alfamart are the position of those who are always nearby.These problems is not a barrier for both. This is caused by them are in the same market share, selling products that uniform and is in the center crowds. The firm value is important because it reflects the performance of the company that affect the perception of investors to the company. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity to the firm value. Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples are 12 companies in the food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. The results showed that simultaneously profitability have significant influence to firm value, leverage have significant influence to firm value, and liquidity have significant influence to firm  value. Partially profitability has a positive influence significantly to  firm value, Leverage has negative influence not significanlyt to firm value, and Liquidity has a positive influence significant to firm value. Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Percentage of Profit Sharing (PBH) indirectly influence the distribution of Musyarakah financing to Islamic banking. NPF occurs because the customer is unable to pay installments from the musyarakah financing that he has received, the inability of the customer to pay monthly installments is due to the percentage of profit sharing that is too high. The phenomenon that has been happening to PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, namely the distribution of funding did not increase significantly due to an increase in NPF. Based on these thoughts, in this study a research question was taken to find out what factors would influence the distribution of funding to PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Based on this phenomenon, the distribution of Musyarakah Financing to PT Bank Syariah Mandiri can be seen from the percentage of revenue sharing that has increased significantly, while the NPF and Financing have an interrelated relationship. It can be seen from the Financing data from 2012 to 2014 that the increase in financing was very small due to the increasing value of the NPF. The research method used is a quantitative method in which financial statement data taken through the official website www.syariah.mandiri.co.id will be processed through SPSS data. The results of the study are: The development of NPF of Syariah Mandiri Bank during 2012-2014 has fluctuated, where the percentage of NPF sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down, the results of statistical tests show Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a positive and significant influence on the distribution of Musyarakah Financing to Bank Syariah Mandiri. Because the significance value is smaller than 0.05. This indicates an increase and decrease in the amount of Musyarakah financing disbursed is strongly influenced by the NPF. The development of Bank Syariah Mandiri's Production Sharing Percentage (PBH) during 2012-2014 sometimes increased and sometimes decreased, the statistical test results showed that the Production Sharing Percentage (PBH) had a positive influence and had a significant influence on the distribution of Musyarakah Financing to Bank Syariah Mandiri. Because the significance value is smaller than 0.05. Keyword : Non Performing Financing,  Share of Percentage, Musyarakah Financing.   Abstrak Non Performing Financing (NPF) dan Persentase Bagi Hasil (PBH) secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi distribusi pembiayaan Musyarakah ke perbankan syariah. NPF terjadi karena pelanggan tidak mampu membayar cicilan dari pembiayaan musyarakah yang telah ia terima, ketidakmampuan pelanggan untuk membayar cicilan bulanan disebabkan oleh persentase pembagian keuntungan yang terlalu tinggi. Fenomena yang telah terjadi pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, yaitu penyaluran dana tidak meningkat secara signifikan karena adanya peningkatan NPF. Berdasarkan pemikiran ini, dalam penelitian ini pertanyaan penelitian diambil untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang akan mempengaruhi distribusi dana ke PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, distribusi Pembiayaan Musyarakah ke PT Bank Syariah Mandiri dapat dilihat dari persentase bagi hasil yang meningkat secara signifikan, sedangkan NPF dan Pembiayaan memiliki hubungan yang saling terkait. Dapat dilihat dari data Pembiayaan 2012-2014 bahwa peningkatan pembiayaan sangat kecil karena meningkatnya nilai NPF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dimana data laporan keuangan yang diambil melalui situs resmi www.syariah.mandiri.co.id akan diproses melalui data SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Perkembangan NPF Bank Syariah Mandiri selama 2012-2014 mengalami fluktuasi, dimana persentase NPF terkadang naik dan terkadang turun, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan Non Performing Financing (NPF) memiliki hasil positif. dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap distribusi Pembiayaan Musyarakah ke Bank Syariah Mandiri. Karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Ini menunjukkan peningkatan dan penurunan jumlah pembiayaan Musyarakah yang disalurkan sangat dipengaruhi oleh NPF. Perkembangan Persentase Bagi Hasil (PBH) Bank Syariah Mandiri selama 2012-2014 terkadang meningkat dan terkadang menurun, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa Persentase Bagi Hasil (PBH) berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran Pembiayaan Musyarakah. ke Bank Syariah Mandiri. Karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kata kunci: Non Performing Financing, Persentase Bagi Hasil, Pembiayaan Musharakah.

Since 2008 financial crisis, many banking service personnel have not only lost their confidence, but serious day by day.  To promote efficiency and have also caused unemployment rates to be more performance, some enterprises have taken the steps of reorganizing their enterprises, merging.  and even laying off their employeesto reduces manpower cost Therefore,  employment relationship between the staff and organization become more unstable and forecast with dificulty This research purpose are D to determine influence of job instabiliry toward job performance banking services personnel in Surabaya,  2)  to determine influence of Job instability toward job stress banking services personnel in Surabaya,  3)  to determine influence of job stress toward job performance banking serices personnel in Surabaya.  The sample in this study is banking services personnel of bank rating based on assets February 2010 in Surabaya is consisted of 50 respondents.  Sample decision used survey method.  Data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) by software SMART PLS and SPSS 13.0 From the results of the analysis note that 1)  there is significant influence between Job instability with job performance and has negative influence,  2)  there is significant influence between Job instability with job stress and has positive influence,  3)  there is significant influence between job stress with job performance and has negative influence

The title of this study is the factors that influence the use of e-filling tax facilities by taxpayers as a means of submitting effectively and efficiently annual notice (SPT) in Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu city. In the use of e-filling facilities, not all taxpayers use it for various reasons. This study aims to find out the empirical evidence of the influence of perception of usefulness (X1), perception of easiness (X2), complexity (X3), security and confidentiality (X4), taxpayer information technology readiness (X5), and counseling to taxpayers (X6) toward the intensity of behavior in the use of e-filling (y) in the Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu city. In this study, the samples taken were 100 taxpayers registered in the Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu City. Data collection is done through direct observation and surveys, and the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. This study uses Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) with the SPSS program. The results showed that the perception of usefulness (X1) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for the use of e-filling. Easiness perception (X2) had a positive significant influence on the intensity of behavior for the use of e-filling, Complexity (X3) had significant negative influence on the intensity of behavior for e-filling, security and confidentiality (X4) had significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling, taxpayer information technology readiness (X5) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling, and counseling to taxpayers (X6) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling. Keywords: Perception of Usability, Perception of Convenience, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality, Taxpayer Information Technology Readiness and counseling to Taxpayers on Behavioral Intensity in the Use of E-Filling.

This research is motivated by a decrease in profitability in several companies over the last few years. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the decline in profitability of banking companies over the past few years. This study has two types of variables consisting of dependent variables namely intellectual capital whose indicators are (VACA, VAHU, and STVA), while the independent variable is profitability whose indicators are represented by (ROE) in the 2013-2017 period. The results of this study indicate simultaneously VACA, VAHU, and STVA have an influence on company ROE. Partially VACA, and STVA have a significant influence on company ROE. Whereas VAHU has a negative influence on company ROE. 29.3% of all variables in this research model namely VACA, VAHU, and STVA have a contribution to affect profitability (ROE)

Data analysis method that will be used is Stuctural Equation Modeling analysis. In this study data analysis using PLS approach. PLS is a model of SEM equations based on components or variants. Population in this research is all employees of Agency Personnel, Education and Training Area of Samarinda City. The results showed that; Leadership gives a negative influence on motivation, leadership does not have a significant effect on motivation, Leadership gives a positive influence on performance, leadership gives no significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive influence on motivation, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a negative influence on performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on performance, work ability has a positive influence on motivation, work ability provides significant influence on motivation, work ability gives a positive influence on performance, work ability provides insignificant influence on performance, motivation has a positive influence on performance, motivation has a significant influence on the performance.

The aim of project was to estimate relationship between physical activity, socio-economic conditions and BMI in sample of youth. A group consisted of 177 youth aged 14-16 years from two Warsaw junior high schools. The research included questionnaire information (socio-economic condition, lifestyle), measurements and tests of strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and reaction time. To determinate the relationship between fitness and five factors stepwise multiple regression was used. The results showed that higher stress level had negative influence on grip strength of hand and agility of shuttle run. Exposure to smoking had a negative impact on result in grip strength of hand, endurance, and explosive power of the lower extremities. The number of people in family had negative effect on grip strength of hand, however lifestyle had a positive influence on number of sit-ups (abdominal muscular strength and endurance). In case of youth characterized by lower BMI category, weaker handgrip and increased spine flexibility were observed. Socio-economic conditions mentioned above had small influence on physical activity
