PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as one of the oldest SOEs in Indonesia strives to survive in the 4.0 industry era. One of the efforts is by diversifying its business. However, the current strategy implemented is not in accordance with the current condition of the company. It can be seen from the performance of PT Pos Indonesia which has been getting worse from year to year and does not reach the planned company targets. The condition causes a value-reducing for PT Pos Indonesia. To identify problems in this research using external analysis, internal analysis, and SWOT analysis. This research uses qualitative methods using primary data and secondary data. The business issue of PT Pos Indonesia is the performance and sustainability of PT Pos Indonesia which is getting worse related to business units and affiliations. To find the appropriate solution for company’s problem, this research proposes a new corporate strategy by restructuring. The tool used in analyzing corporate restructuring in this research is hexagonal restructuring. Hexagonal restructuring can help company to examine constraining opportunities to value-creating by improving operations, restructuring its business, managing assets, and improving governance. The research focused on determining corporate strategies that can be proposed to be implemented. The research was expected to provide contributions for the research on hexagonal restructuring theory.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors of UD Betris, as well as to determine the strategy for developing the business of bamboo batik handicraft industry UD Betris. Betris in Meras Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and interviews which are divided into two parties, namely internal parties (business owners and labor) and external parties (local government and consumers) with 8 (eight) respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Analysis of the data used is by using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal factors include: raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, product uniqueness, business spirit and craftsman skills, product prices, product durability and quality, not having financial records, traditional production equipment, product arrangement that has not been arranged neat, promotion is not efficient, does not have a special place of business, and there is no parking space. external factors include: high market opportunities, government support, opportunities for training, opportunities to participate in exhibitions, plastic substitute goods, interest in business successors, and the existence of competitors using modern production tools. Based on the SWOT diagram, the chosen strategy is a combination of SO, namely: 1) Maintaining product quality and continuing to develop products by innovating to create bamboo handicraft products with new designs. 2) Continue to work with the government and related agencies to develop and expand marketing areas so that products are better known to local and foreign communities through training and exhibition events. *jnkd*.

Progress of agriculture is becoming increasingly reliant on the successful application of technology. However, many developing countries depend on technology transfer from other countries to be utilized in large and complex projects in agriculture. This study intends to identify strategic directions for successful technology transfer in developing countries’ agriculture with Kazakhstan as a case study. A SWOT analysis was conducted using Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, Strategic Position and Action Evaluation, and Quantitative Strategic Planning matrices as analytical methods, based on primary data from interviews and secondary data from reports. With a weight of 52%, opportunities prevail in external factors, with emerging good geographical position, land area latitude, and participation in economic integrations as the most significant ones. On the other hand, internal factors such as emerging low skills in agricultural innovation, insufficient resources in agriculture, old technologies and worn-out equipment, and lack of mechanisms for effective adaptation of foreign technologies to local conditions are indicated as weaknesses, with the percentage of 82%. This study includes twenty-six strategies that were specially designed for technology transfer, and nine of them are considered the most relevant in overcoming internal weaknesses by exploiting external opportunities. Promoting agriculture in an innovative direction, expanding the resource base necessary for technology transfer, and increasing sources of funding for the transfer of technology and the R&D expenditures in agriculture make a top 3 of these strategies. These results will be of interest for policymakers in decision-making on technology transfer in agriculture.

Objective - The purpose of this study is to identify the issues in implementing information sharing practice in an organization related to the technical and non-technical aspect. This study attempts to discuss the indicator and strategies for information sharing practice, which appropriate in Malaysian land administration. Methodology/Technique - This study will be conducted in a qualitative method. Primary data will be obtained from an interviewed session with the respondents and will be analyzed using a thematic and SWOT analysis. Secondary data will be collected from the content analysis of literature and previous study Findings - It shows that the issues related to technical and non-technical aspect divided into four themes. Each theme is divided into external strength and weakness; and internal threat and opportunities. Based on the findings, the discussion is expected to highlight the suggestions strategies in enabling information sharing for solving problems related to land administration. Novelty - There is a lack of study related to information sharing practice in land administration organization in this region. This study can fill in the gap and provide a useful solution and reference taken into consideration to the top management, policy maker, technical team and the user in land administration organization. Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini dibuat dengan didasarkan pada sebuah permasalahan terhadap faktor secara fisik di rumah sakit. Termasuk hal mengenai peralatan dan sarana prasarana kerja yang belum tertata dengan baik, temperatur ruangan tempat bekerja terasa panas dan tidak dingin, tempat bekerja yang kurang nyaman dan kondusif, terjadi kepadatan di lingkungan kerja, polusi suara yang tinggi menyebabkan kebisingan pada lingkungan kerja, luas ruangan kurang memadai yang mengakibatkan area perekam medis tersebut bekerja termasuk dalam beraktivitas berdampak buruk terhadap tingkat fokus bekerja tenaga perekam medis secara langsung. Pada akhirnya kenyamanan kerja tenaga perekam medis terganggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling bola salju dalam penentuan sampel serta memakai metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dalam pembahasan dan pengolahan penelitian. Data primer merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dan juga teknik data sekunder. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi bahwa lingkungan bekerja, konsentrasi dan kenyamanan bekerja masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Dari kegiatan wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 9 sampel yang diuji melalui lembar study kasus, menghasilkan informasi bahwa secara bersama-sama lingkungan bekerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan terhadap kenyamanan kerja. Pengaruh lingkungan bekerja terhadap kepuasan bekerja diperoleh besaran nilai yaitu 66,7%, kemudian faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi akan tetapi tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan besaran nilai 33,3%.  Abstract - This research was made based on a problem with physical factors in the hospital. Including matters regarding work equipment and infrastructure that have not been properly organized, the room temperature is hot and not cold, the work place is less comfortable and conducive, there is density in the work environment, high noise pollution causes noise in the work environment, the area of ​​the room inadequate which resulted in the location of the medical recorder working including in activities having a negative impact on the level of focus of the medical recorders work directly. In the end, the work comfort of the medical recorders was disrupted. This study uses snowball sampling techniques in determining the sample and uses descriptive and verification research methods in the discussion and research processing. Primary data is a data collection technique used as well as secondary data techniques. This research produces information that the work environment, concentration and work comfort are in the good enough category. From interviews and questionnaires to 9 samples tested through the case study sheet, it provides information that together the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work comfort. The influence of the work environment on job satisfaction obtained a value of 66.7%, then other factors that also influence but are not discussed in this study show a value of 33.3%..

Indonesia is an agricultural country where the majority of population has a livelihood as a farmers. Rice is one of the many agricultural commodities needed by the community to fulfill their daily needs. Rice farmers has problems running their farms so they join a group to solve the problem. Farmers group have a role as a learning class, a vehicle for cooperation, production units and business units, sampling is done using census method, the data taken is primary data and secondary data which is then analyzed using simple regression. The result of the study show that farmer group as a learning class has a high category, as vehicle of cooperation has a moderate category, as a production units has a moderate category and as a business units has a high category. Akasia farmer groups have taken on all the roles as a farmer groups. Advice given is the existence of a rice storage warehouse facility for members of the akasia farmer groups.

This research is aimed to analyse legal consequences of port enterprise regarding claim over negligence in loading and uploading services to expeditor to investigate how the responsibility is performed by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV regarding the claim over negligence in loading and uploading services to the expeditor and what measures are taken by the port enterprise to settle the dispute. This is an empirical legal research that employed socio-juridical approach. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews and observation, while the secondary data from library research that relevantly supports the issue observed. All those types of data will be analysed with descriptive and qualitative methods. The research result reveals that the implementation of the responsibility of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV is restricted by law. As implied in Article 468 Paragraph (2), if the port enterprise could provide proof of being not guilty, in which the goods are damaged when shipped or forwarding, this damage is not the responsibility of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV. The claim can be responded through non-litigation process in which negotiation may take place between two involved parties.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

This research aims to analyze the growth of the fisheries sector, analyze the commodity market strength of the fisheries sector and analyze the strength of the fisheries sector's base and non-base sectors in regional development in Batam City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using secondary data cross-section and time series which are then analyzed using descriptive statistics, and qualitative methods using primary data obtained through interview questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is growth index analysis, Trade Area Capture (TAC) analysis, Pull Factor analysis (PF) and Minimum Requirement Approach (MRA) analysis. The results of the growth index analysis show that the GDP of the fisheries sector in the Batam City has increased by 126 % in the period 2013-2018. The results of the 2013-2018 TAC analysis showed that the TAC value> population indicated that Batam City was able to capture the opportunities of trade in fisheries products in other regions. PF value of the Batam City fisheries sector> 1 which shows that the Batam City region can attract customers from other regions and has a specialization in terms of fishery product markets. MRA analysis results in Batam City in 2017 obtained the largest base multiplier in BatuAji District with a value of 2.4 which means that every 20 workers in the base sector are expected to create 4 workers in the non-base sector.
