The article described at first conceptual of halal tourism which is based on Islamic Shariah. Second, analyses of halal tourism effectiveness practically. Third, research of Indonesia as biggest Muslim populations in the world provide and serve halal tourism. To research this thing authors used a descriptive analytical research method coupled with literacy techniques. As a summary that halal tourism is growing fast in Indonesia with some special advantages and efforts actually. Evidently, Indonesia has been selected as the best halal tourism in the world by 2019 and the trend of increasing visitors especially from middle east whom mostly Muslim’s travelers to the country. The implications of the research are found relatively new development of halal tourism conceptually and the implications in promoting halal tourism, serving Muslims community to get satisfactions in tourism without deny their belief, halal tourism is a health tourism that provide only foods, beverages and healthy advertisement and also green tourism that secure environment practically. Practical implications there are first, promote halal tourism. Second, serve Muslims community to get satisfactions in tourism without deny their belief and Islamic tennets. Third, halal tourism is a health tourism that provide only foods, beverages and healthy advertisement and green tourism that secure environment. The article is original as a result of a research in international issue that concern of halal tourism which service tourists specially for Muslims, and also offers new platform in tourism business.

Language Arabic, which has now become an international language, has a big contribution in developing science. This Tern shows the existence of active Arabic communication with the languages that exist in this world. By using a language that is understood together, one can establish social relations in the community. The purpose of this study is to design Arabic learning curriculum development specifically for the purpose here of tourism as a tour guide. This research method used library research. The results of the research show that the design learning of Arabic curriculum development is a special purpose tour guide, a tour guide is more, able, fluent and professional in communicating Arabic and knows the ins and outs of the world of tourism, as well as the destination when dealing with tourists from the Middle East.

Extradition Agreeament (treaty) provides facilities for countries that have an agreement, where the agreement is to act against, arrest and prosecute criminals in a country who have fled to another country outside national jurisdiction. The presence of the perpetrator in another country is to avoid attempts to arrest him in connection with the crime he has committed in the country of origin. So by running out of the country, this means that there are other countries whose interests are harmed because they cannot arrest the perpetrator, in which the perpetrator has committed a violation of the law based on the location where the crime was committed (locus delicti). One of them is that the criminal case of corruption is considered a threat of extraordinary crime that harms all people in the world, in upholding the law of corruption in which the perpetrator has fled abroad so that he feels safe and free from a crime he has committed. So extradition is very necessary for the perpetrators of corruption who have fled to other countries. From the background that has been explained, the following problems can be made inventory, namely 1) what is the position of the extradition agreement in international law related to criminal acts of corruption and 2) how is the implementation of extradition agreements against perpetrators of corruption in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical research method, namely legal research that refers to legal norms contained in statutory regulations with descriptive analytical research specifications with the aim of obtaining an overview of the application of extradition agreements to perpetrators of corruption in Indonesia based on Law Number 1 of 1979 of Extradition. The results in this research have shown that indeed there have been regulations regarding extradition treaties but it has been long enough and it is necessary to have regulatory reforms according to existing needs, furthermore it is necessary to improve diplomatic relations because law enforcement of criminal acts of corruption which involves cooperation between two countries is not only achieved through extradition treaties, but also good diplomatic relations.

This chapter is aimed at examining the concept of alliances, which has been used as a strategy in the service industry, with a theoretical perspective and how it can be applied to the tourism industry. Specifically, alliances in health tourism are examined by an integrated model proposed for Turkey. Therefore, a literature review has been presented in this chapter. From this, a model created for strategic alliances in the health tourism industry is adapted from the literature. From explaining strategic collaborations in a general context, strategic alliances in tourism industry, examples about Health Tourism Alliances from the world and from Turkey specifically, a model is proposed for Health Tourism Alliances. Lastly, some theoretical and practical implications and suggestions for future studies are presented.

The world of the 21st century is remarkably different from those of previous centuries. It is more so as a result of the changes in communication, style of living and the horrendous unleashing of violence against humanity by pockets of dissidents around the world. In Nigeria for instance, the clamour for change in every facet of her national life including restructuring of the entire country has never been more pronounced than it is now. People are exposed to all kinds of inhuman treatment from the most unlikely sources including the government of the day whose stinginess with the truth has become legendry. In all these cases the need to make life a little bit whole and liveable becomes imperative. Theatre and film are regarded as entertainment industries charged with giving pleasure, reducing stress and prolonging life no matter how small. This makes it necessary that research be conducted to determine how both media can be made to yield the best in them in the service of humanity in a changing world, with emphasis on Nollywood, the Nigerian video film industry. This is the focus of this paper. It uses the analytical research method to actualize this. Conclusion was drawn based on the findings and recommendations made on that basis.

One of the information spread about the arrival of the Mahdi priest was that he led the war troops by carrying a black banner from the east. This information comes from several histories in several hadith books. Pro contra has occurred in response to this history. The Muslim groups who believe in the truth of this black banner tradition have flocked from all corners of the world to the Middle East conflict area which is believed and believed there is a group of mujahids carrying black banner as mentioned by the hadith. Even in the conflict area there was mutual claim between the factions that their faction was mentioned by the hadith carrying its black banner, so that even from one another, civil war was not inevitable in some places. But what is the origin of the hadith? This note is the adoptive writer to criticize the hadith by issuing all of his paths with the takhrīj al-hadīth method, Jarh wa ta'dīl and ‘Ilalu al-hadīth.

This book critically reflects on the failure of the 2003 intervention to turn Iraq into a liberal democracy, underpinned by free-market capitalism, its citizens free to live in peace and prosperity. The book argues that mistakes made by the coalition and the Iraqi political elite set a sequence of events in motion that have had devastating consequences for Iraq, the Middle East and for the rest of the world. Today, as the nation faces perhaps its greatest challenge in the wake of the devastating advance of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and another US-led coalition undertakes renewed military action in Iraq, understanding the complex and difficult legacies of the 2003 war could not be more urgent. Ignoring the legacies of the Iraq War and denying their connection to contemporary events could mean that vital lessons are ignored and the same mistakes made again.

Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.

Our Islamic world passes a critical period representing on factional, racial and sectarian struggle especially in the Middle East, which affects the Islamic identification union. The biggest challenge faced by students nowadays and in the future, is how to deal with the increasingly high competition in the world, the increasing number of undergraduate and limited job opportunities. In this kind of situations, the students had to find a creative way and change the approach of being a university graduate looking for a job, to become scholars who can create their own jobs, or even able to create jobs for others. The purpose of this study was to determine the youth interest on entrepreneurship in Indonesia. It seems that the youth are unaware to see that the job is increasingly difficult to find nowadays. So through this study, researchers wanted to find out what causes youth in Indonesia, reluctant to become an entrepreneur. While being an entrepreneur, the youth can open or create jobs for others and can reduce the level of unemployment in Indonesia. Self-confidence is an important factor in entrepreneurship. Family environment and quality education also participate in creating interest for youth in entrepreneurship. This research is using basic research method; where researchers will try to link the theories of the existing variables. Thus, researchers can conduct research by distributing questionnaires to the youth throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the cause of Indonesian youth lack of interest in entrepreneurship.
