Sexual harassment is increasingly prevalent. This is a concern because most sex offenders are teenagers. Sexual harassment committed by adolescents is related to the psychological development they are undergoing. Adolescence is a transitional period between children and adults characterized by ongoing processes of change in biological, psychological and sociological terms. Adolescent students live their lives in school throughout the day, if calculated spending about 7 hours/day at school This study aims to describe the sexual abuse behavior of adolescents. The research sample consisted of 182 vocational students who were selected by the proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a scale of sexual harassment behavior. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability The data analysis in this study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the acts of adolescent sexual harassment, in general, were in the high category of 76 students (42%). The implications of this study are as a basis for counselors to prevent acts of teenage sexual harassment in schools.

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

The present investigation is a comparative study in which a total of 564 tribal and non-tribal adolescent students of Jammu And Kashmir State were selected by stratified random sampling technique. The tribal and non-tribal students were compared for the relationships between academic achievement and scientific temper. Data collected by The Scientific temper scale (2008) by Showkat and Nadeem showed a significant relationship between academic achievement and scientific temper in non-tribal adolescents only. Further gender wise comparisons revealed that male and female students of non-tribal group had significant relationship between the two variables as compared to tribal group.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang..1.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with causal methods. The population in this study were all employees at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. The research sample amounted to 54 employees using.1.the sampling technique is the proportionate stratified random sampling technique..1.Data collection techniques are carried out by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression testing through.1.the help of the SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. the results of the study show: 1) Work Motivation employees at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang are in the good category (74.07%). 2) Employee Discipline is in a very good category (59.26%). 3) R Square 0.155 and a significance value of 0.03 which means that.1.there is a significant effect between work motivation on work discipline of 15.5% while the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to measure the self-efcacy among adolescent students in Guntur district. It consisted of a sample of 200 students. For data-collection, self-efcacy scale by Dr. Arun Kumar Singh and Dr. Shruti Narain was used. Stratied random sampling technique was also used. The main ndings of the study showed that there was a signicant difference among boys and girls students. Moreover the results also showed that there was no signicant difference among students in relation to their student’s residential area and age

In the study, the aim is to determine the effects of the application of first aid training lessons on sports injuries. The group of the study was determined by the simple random sampling method included in the random sampling technique and consists of 20 physical education teachers who are still on duty in the 2020-2021 academic year. All of the physical education teachers are experienced teachers who have taken first aid lessons in undergraduate education. Vignette technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. With the technique in question, teachers were asked to express their opinions following the first aid scenarios. The interviews were made over the phone and recorded with the consent of the participants. Content analysis was used in the study, and the validity and reliability of the data were provided. The opinions received from the participants were examined and themes were created by the content analysis and given with direct quotations. The opinions of the participants were interpreted by comparing with the findings of the experts in the field in accordance with the vignette technique. According to the results of the study, it was determined that physical education teachers gave similar answers to expert opinions about all scenarios. However, the accuracy rates of these answers vary with the scenarios. Therefore, it was determined that teachers' first aid knowledge varies, in some cases, they behave closely to expert opinions, and in some others, they move away from expert opinions. It has been observed that this situation resembles similar studies in the literature. When the mentioned results are compared with the literature; it is recommended that first aid training be sustainable and implementation techniques are continuously improved.

Background: One of the serious health concerns is rape to adolescents. It is caused by unwanted behaviors through threats, force and physical pressure. The purpose of this study was to review rape in adolescents and methods for its prevention. Methods: This systematic review study was conducted from 2000 to 2017 in the databases of PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus. The CONSORT was used to assess interventional studies. The evaluation of observational studies was performed using the STROBE tool by two researchers independently. Inclusion criteria were studies published from 2000 to 2017, in English languages, and on the samples of 10-20 yr old. Overall, 202 articles published from 2000 to 2017 in English languages were retrieved. Of them, 154 articles were excluded due to lack of inclusion criteria and 38 articles were deleted due to lack of quality And nonrelevance. Finally, 10 articles were selected. Results: In the review of interventional studies, the prevalence of sexual harassment and sexual assault by the means of adolescents’ empowerment and education of self-defense techniques was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group. In other non-interventional studies, there was a statistically significant relationship between the high level of knowledge and attitude of adolescents and the reduction of risk factors and sexual assault. Conclusion: Promotion of awareness and attitudes through evidence-based interventions can prevent sexual abuse in adolescents. Appropriate education programs in schools and adolescent centers to adolescent students and their caregivers can promote healthy relationships and prevent sexual harassment.

Hypertension is one of the important factors as a trigger for non-communicable diseases. Hypertension is a preventable and controllable disease that can be managed with medications and lifestyle changes. The purpose of this study was to determine perceptions of Nurse Ability to Increase Expectations and Motivation of Hypertensive patients. The type of research used is cross-national survey. The Population in this study were all nurses in hospitals in East Java who had been fully accredited. The sample amounted to 200 nurses with a simple random sampling sampling technique. The research instrument uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Perception of Nurse's Ability in Increasing Expectations and Motivation of Hypertension Patients in Hospitals in East Java is an important matter that is equal to 75.7%. This shows the importance of nurses' ability to increase motivation and expectations of patients suffering from hypertension.

This purpose of research to see about discipline student coaching by the team of Gerakan Disiplin Sekolah in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The population of the research was 899 students taken from the population using The Simple Random Sampling Technique. The total number of samples for this research was 90. The research uses the description of the quantitative method. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that have been tested for validity and reliability by using application SPSS 16.0 version. The based on the research (1) discipline student coaching from giving an example by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (2) discipline student coaching from giving punishment by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (3) discipline student coaching from giving motivation by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (4) discipline student coaching from supervision by team GDS to student is in a good enough category.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor determinan dalam implementasi kurikulum. Pengkajian terhadap implementasi kurikulum sangat penting termasuk pada kurikulum muatan lokal dengan karakteristik kedaerahannya. Peran muatan lokal dalam mengangkat kembali nilai, kearifan lokal, dan kekayaan budaya perlu senantiasa dicermati untuk melihat relevansinya dalam era globalisasi. Faktor-faktor determinan yang menjadi kajian utama penelitian ini adalah persepsi guru terhadap implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal, pelaksanaan pembelajaran muatan lokal yang dilakukan guru, dan dukungan terhadap guru dalam implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran muatan lokal, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel guru terpilih diminta menyatakan sikap dan pendapatnya terkait variabel penelitian melalui pengisian instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup, dengan skala Likert. Teknik uji instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji keterpahaman, validitas, dan reliabilitas. Data yang berhasil dihimpun kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis persentase dan uji t. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mendeskripsikan kondisi faktor-faktor determinan dalam implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal di lapangan. Sebagai rekomendasi, persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran sebaiknya ditingkatkan, terutama keyakinan dalam diri guru untuk melandasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terstruktur agar berdampak positif bagi siswa. Dukungan stakeholder pun berimplikasi signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran muatan lokal sehingga perlu dijamin keberadaannya.  Kata kunci:     faktor-faktor determinan, implementasi kurikulum, persepsi guru, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dukungan.   ANALYSIS OF DETERMINANT FACTORS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL CONTENT CURRICULUM  Abstract:This study aims to analyze the determinant factors in curriculum implementation. Research on local content curriculum is very important with its regional characteristics. Its role in raising values, local wisdom, and cultural wealth needs to be constantly examined to see its relevance in the era of globalization. Determinant factors that became the main study of this research were teachers' perceptions of local content curriculum implementation, the local content learning conducted by teachers, and support to teachers in the implementation of the local content curriculum. This research uses survey method with quantitative approach. The research sample was the local subject matter teachers, selected using random sampling technique. Selected teacher samples are asked to state their tendencies and opinions related to research variables by filling the research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire, with a Likert scale. The instrument testing technique used is comprehension, validity, and reliability test. Data collected is then analyzed using percentage analysis and independent-samples t-test. The results of this research are expected to describe the condition of determinant factors in the implementation of local content curriculum in the field. As a recommendation, teachers' perceptions of learning should be improved, especially teachers beliefs to underpin the implementation of structured learning in order to positively impact students. The purpose of this study are to find out students’ math learning achievement description using Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) method, to find out students’ math learning achievement description using expository method and  to find out there’s influence using Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) method toward students’ math learning achievement. The population is all students of grade X SMA Negeri I Sliyeg. Furthermore the sample is taken 2 of 8 grades’ by simple random sampling technique. Grade X-3 as first experiment class that use Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) method and grade X-2 as second experiment class that use expository method. The instrument of this research applied six essays and each indicator represents one point essay and the validity and reliability of the instrument has been examined. Based on the analysis result of the postest, know that is a difference between students’ learning achievement using Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) method and expository method. As a result, in can be concluded that the influence Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) method toward students’ math learning achievement.
