This study aims to influence the variables that affect the performance of non-permanent teachers in kindergarten level in Alian District. The variables studied include compensation, competence and work motivation that is suspected to have an effect on the performance of non- permanent teacher in kindergarten level in Alian sub-district through job satisfaction variable. The population in this research is the kindergarten teacher in kindergarten level in Alian Subdistrict which is 50 people. Sampling with sampling method saturated as many as 50 people. Data collected by questionnaire. Data analysis used is instrument validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that compensation had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competence has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has no effect on performance. Job satisfaction has no effect on performance. The result of the coefficient of determination of substructure I of 42,4% indicates the influence of meaningful relationship between compensation, competence and motivation to job satisfaction of GTT Kindergarten level in Alian Subdistrict. The result of the coefficient of determining substructure II is 44,6% showing the influence of compensation, competence and motivation through job satisfaction  on  GTT   performance   of   kindergarten   level   in   Alian   Subdistrict.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The hypothesis in this study proposed is that there is a meaningful relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District,Padang City. This type of research correlational with a kuantatif approach,which describes the relationshipof work motivation with the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The population in this study, with 82 teacher  who taught in kindergarten in Padang Utara Subdistrict,Padang City,and were sampled in this study,with 43 people taken using the stratified Proposional Random Sampling techninque. The instruments in this study are likert scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability and the result are valid and reabel. Data were analyzed using Produt Moment correlation formula with SPPS version 17. Based on data analysis,the coefficient of determination of work motivation was obtained at 0,512. The correlation coefficient between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers is 0,715.This means that motivation is 71,5% towards the performance of significant 5% kindergarten teachers. Based of these data it can be concluded work motivation has a positive relationship with the performance of  kindergarten teacher in Padang Utara District,Padang City.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training programs, work ethics, and employee satisfaction on employee performance at the Directors' Office of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by a simple random sampling method of 92 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of the training program, work ethic and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Office of the Directors of PTPN III Medan. The coefficient of determination of 0.515 means that the effect of the training program, work ethic and job satisfaction on changes in employee performance in the Office of Directors of PTPN III Medan is 51.5%.

This study aims to analyze attitudes on the campaign of 100% love Indonesia, ethnosentrime level of consumers and willingness to buy local products Indonesia. Furthermore, we want to examine the influence of attitude on 100% of Indonesia love campaign and consumer ethnocentrism on willingness to buy local product of Indonesia. Smpel in this research is 100 people, taken by purposive sampling method and then analyzed to data obtained by using quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: test of validity and reliability, test of classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test through t test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the research and the results of data processing that has been implemented by giving explanations and explanations. The result of the research found that partially consumer ethnocentrism only had positive effect on willingness to buy local product, while together, consumer attitude and consumer ethnocentrism have positive and significant effect to the willingness to buy Indonesian local product. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on employee performance at the Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo National Higher Education Foundation, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents using simple random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using path analysis techniques and questionnaire data. Path analysis hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test and intervention test. The transformational leadership and communication variables partially show a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership variables and communication simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means transformational leadership variables, communication can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. Transformational leadership and communication variables simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that transformational leadership and communication variables can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment. , compensation and others.

<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Astra International, Tbk-Toyota Auto 2000 cabang Bumi Serpong Damai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Astra International, Tbk-Toyota Auto 2000 cabang Bumi Srpong Damai. Model penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, asosiatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang melakukan service berkala pada PT. Astra International, Tbk-Toyota Auto 2000 cabang Bumi Serpong Damai, dalam waktu 5 ( lima ) tahun yaitu sebanyak 624 pelanggan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin didapat sebanyak 86 responden. Metode analisis dalam pengolahan data adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji-t), dan uji korelasi pearson product moment untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Yaris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil, bahwa terdapat pengaruh hubungan positif antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,602 sehingga adanya hubungan antara citra merek terhadap  keputusan pembelian, dari hasil regresi lienar sederhana dapat dilihat persamaan yang bernilai y=16.546+0,583X. Yang memiliki arti bahwa variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, dari hasil uji determinasi sebesar 0,362. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 36,2% Keputusan Pembelian konsumen terhadap pembelian mobil Toyota Yaris dipengaruhi oleh variasi dari ketiga variabel independen, yaitu keunggulan asosiasi merek, kekuatan asosiasi merek, keunikan asosiasi merek, Sedangkam sisanya sebesar 63,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Hasil t hitung adalah 6,907 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 1,9886. Oleh karena itu t-hitung lebih kecil daripada t-tabel, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha≠0 diterima. Ini menunjukkan bahwa antara pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan.</strong></p><p><em><strong>Kata Kunci</strong> : Citra merek, Keputusan Pembelian.</em></p><p align="center"> </p><p><em>Abstract</em><strong> - This research was conducted on PT. The research model used is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies conducted systematically based on research objectives. This research method using quantitative method, associative with population in this research is customer who do periodical service on PT. Astra International Tbk-Toyota Auto 2000 branch Bumi Serpong Damai, within 5 (five) years as many as 624 customers. Sampling method using Slovin formula obtained as many as 86 respondents. Method of analysis in data processing is test of validity and reliability, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (t- test), and Pearson product moment correlation test to find out how much the influence of the brand image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision. Based on the results of research and discussion obtained the results, that there is influence positive relationship between the brand image to purchase decision of 0.602 so that the relationship between the brand image of the purchase decision, from the results of simple lienar regression can be seen the equation y = 16,546 + 0,583X. Which means that brand image variables have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, from the test determination of 0.362. This shows that 36,2% Consumer purchasing decision on Toyota Yaris car purchase is influenced by variation from three independent variables, namely the superiority of brand association, the strength of brand association, uniqueness of brand association, the remaining cages of 63,8% influenced by the variables others not examined. Result t count is 6,907 bigger than t table that is 1,9886. Therefore t-count is smaller than t-table, then H0 is rejected and Ha ≠ 0 is accepted. Human resources play an important role in company management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 95 respondents. The analysis tool uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that there is a positive and partially significant effect between leadership on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari with a contribution of 32.6%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> ttable or (6,710> 1,986). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 42%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8.214> 1.986). There is a positive and significant effect between leadership and work motivation on employee performance with an influence contribution of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing test obtained Fcount> Ftable or (43.020) 2,700), it is also strengthened by a significance of 0,000 <0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compasation on intention to stay with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used in this study nonprofit sampling with purposive technique. The total sample in this study was 40 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all items of each variable are valid and reliable. The first model fulfills the criteria for the classical assumption test with no multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity, and fulfills the normality assumption, but in the second model there is multicolonierity. Based on the t test, it shows that job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on intention to stay, organizational commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay.

This study aims to examine the factors that influence employee turnover intention in Batam City. The problem factor is job stress and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention partially and simultaneously. The total sample of 96 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling method and then the data were analyzed by using the SPSS program. The methodology in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results showed that work stress partially had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention with a t value of 3.532 and a significant value of 0.001. Job satisfaction partially has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention with a t value of -2.509 and a significant value of 0.014. Simultaneously this study shows that job stress and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intentions with an at-count value of 13.213 and a significant value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination of the two independent variables together on the dependent variable is 22.1% and 77.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence Emotional Intelligent and Work Motivation  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating variable (Study at  employees PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta). This study used 168 employees of  PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta. The sampling technique was done by using probability sampling. In this study  a model of analysis was Regression Analysis with path analysis. Hypothesis Test Results show Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on OCB, Work Motivation has a significant on OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Emotional Intelligence towards OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Work Motivation towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). F test results are known the value of F = 125,764  significance of  0.000 <0.05, with the conclusion of the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The total coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.798 can be interpreted as variation in OCB Employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta explained by the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of 79.8% and the remaining 20.2% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.Keyword: Emotional Intelligent, Work Motivation,  Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
