This research is motivated by the use of the monotonous method of implementing the forum annisa extracurricular activities, namely the lecture method so that the skills of the participants are low. One of the skill tests conducted by the forum annisa is prayer movement skills. Therefore, it is necessary to renew the implementation method, namely applying the talking stick method in the process of implementing the forum annisa activities, especially the prayer movement material. This study aim to see the effect of the application of the talking stick method on improving prayer movemen skills in the extracurricular activities of the  forum annisa for seventh grade students. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental approach with the type of Pre experimental design a one group pretest posttest design. The population of this study were all participants of the VII class forum annisa. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using pretest and posttest. Data collection tools in the form of knowledge tests in the form of question and skills tests in the form of performance appraisal sheets. While the data analysis technique uses the t-test sample correlation formula. The result was a significant effect between the application of the talking stick method on improving prayer movement skills with a value of th < -11.5099 < 2.06 on the knowledge test and th < to -12.0175 < 2.06 on the skills test.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to analyze the psychological aspects (creative psychology capital and ethical sensitivity) to the performance. This research was conducted in several hospitals in Jayapura City. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is staff of finance or administration and program. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling method. The number of research samples taken as many as 38 respondents. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the developed hiptotesi significantly influence the performance. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.
