This study aims to investigates the supporting and inhibiting factors in non vowel Islamic’s Kitab Kuning (The Yellow Books) educa- tion at Pesantren Putri al-Ishlahiyyah Singosari. Qualitative research method is used in this study by using descriptive qualitative data. From the analysis, this study finds : 1) The implementation of the education is still in a traditional form, which is, using only pesantren’s material and exclude the public school’s general material in it’s curriculum. Moreover, language learning methods used in Madrasah Diniyah classes consist of enumeration methods ( bandongan ), rote methods ( hafalan ), and assess- ment methods; 2) This study concludes that supporting factors in this pesantren are: educational infrastructure and facilities , interconnected learning materials, highly educated santri and ustadz . Meanwhile, the in- hibiting factors are : less active and motivated students, lack of the in- structional media and related books, the existence of translation books which make students less motivated to learn the non-translated source books, Monotonous teaching methods, and lastly, insufficient duration due to short period and time allocation.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. This study aims are to describe (1) Application of tahsin and tahfidz activities with Tsaqifa method in learning the Qur’an at Muhammadiyah vocational high School 3 Surakarta. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the application of the Tsaqifa method, and (3) Results in the activities of tahsin and tahfidz of the Qur’an using the Tsaqifa method. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were teachers, students, and the learning process of the Qur’an subjects at Muhammadiyah vocational high School 3 Surakarta. The object of this study is the result of the teaching methods used by teachers in learning the Qur’an. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The inhibiting factors are the large number of Qur’an reading skills still stammering, lack of interest in learning the Qur’an, and lack of infrastructure. Supporting factors namely internal factors are factors that arise from students themselves, and external factors namely family, institutional, and school environment. To overcome each problem or inhibiting factors are still being studied to find the right solution.

This research aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of educational innovation implemented by SD Muhamadiyah 7 Kota Bandung. By identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, the implementation of the innovation program is hoped can be more successful. The research method that was used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, displaying it, taking conclusions, verifying, analyzing, summarizing, and analyzing data. The research results show; supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung City in developing the quality of school management, some are internal and external.

The crime of seizure and theft of motorized vehicles with violence is so disturbing to the public. This research method was conducted using empirical juridical research methods. The role of the investigator is very important in overcoming the crime of seizure and theft of motorized vehicles with violence, bearing in mind the high number of crimes that occur in the community, especially in the surrounding area of the Medan City Police. The role of the Medan City Polrestabes in dealing with motor vehicle theft with violence appears from preventive and repressive efforts. As law enforcers, patrons and community guides through routine raids and patrols in places suspected of being prone to motor vehicle theft and socialization to the public. Inhibiting factors in the police, including the lack of witness participation in providing information in the investigation process, the limited number of investigators, inadequate income / salary factors of investigators, the lack of an investigative budget, inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support investigator performance and lack of participation witness in providing information in the investigation process.

Today there are various methods of teaching a foreign language. All teaching methods are designed at different times to provide the need for a wide range of people to master a foreign language. Progress and fundamental changes in language learning methods are associated with innovations in the field of psychology of an individual and a group. The psychological factor of learning foreign languages is moving forward. Among the many methods of learning languages, one of the most popular was developed by Ilya Frank. The Frank reading method helps passively master a non-native language in a short period of time. This particular article deals with new method of teaching reading English based on Ilya Frank’s methodology.

This Study Aims To Obtain The Information And Data Of The Implementation Of Academic In Improving Teacher Competences. The Method Used In This Research Is Descriptive Method With Qualitative Analysis Approach. The Results Showed That: (1) The Education Office And The Supervisors Involved In The Preparation Of Academic Supervision Program By Analyzing The Earlier Programs. The Main Objective Of Academic Supervision Activities Is To Develop Teacher Capacity In Learning Aspects; (2) The Supervision Techniques Include Class Visit, Group Discussion, And Individual Discussion; All Of Which Are Still General; (3) Supporting Factors Include Motivating Teachers To Uphold The Urge And Willingness To Teach And Equipping Them With Various Teaching Methods. The Inhibiting Factors Include The Lack Of Time Allocation For Academic Supervision. A Supervisor Handles Up To 10 Schools. Thus, Not All Teachers Get Utmost Supervision.

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Road Maintenance Programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Case Study in Pandeglang District). This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are: Interview, observation, documentation. Research location of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Pandeglang Regency and Pandeglang District. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) Implementation of Road Maintenance programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Pandeglang District Case Study) has been going well because the planned program has been realized in 2017 and adjusted to the given budget to the PUPR Service but not all maintenance can be carried out. 2) Supporting factors, namely the possibility of infrastructure funding that can be obtained not only from the APBD but the assistance from the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), the National Budget, assistance from the province and human resources and applicable regulations. The inhibiting factor of the implementation is of course the budget that is lacking but many roads must be handled so that it is not handled quickly, unexpected weather can slow down repairs

This research was motivated by the covid-19 pandemic which makes the world of education, especially Indonesia innovate to do Arabic language learning that is implemented online. This study aims determine the effectiveness of inline learning on Arabic language subjects that include the response of students, parents and teachers as well as the difficulties encountered in the implementation of online learning at PAI subjects. The subject in this study is the students of class VIII SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung with a total of 36 students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are carried out using interview, questionnaires and documentation. The result of the interview and questionnaire distribution was that 75% of parents agreed that online learning was not effectively applied in learning and 50% of parents are dissatisfied with online learning. 69% of students think face-to-face learning is more effective than online learning and ranges from about 50% above who do not like changes in the implementation of learning, while teachers argue that online learning is less effective in applying Arabic language learning because students have difficulty understanding lessons. The biggest difficulty experienced by many types of respondents is the inadequate internet network.

The implementation of licensing services through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Binjai City Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Licensing Service (DPMPPTSP) can still be said to be unsatisfactory because it still has problems in licensing services, especially Construction Services Business Permit (IUJK) services. Problems that are often faced include the completion of the Construction Service Business Permit (IUJK) not on time and business actors do not understand the operation of the OSS system, which results in licensing services through the OSS not yet maximized. This study is to determine the quality of licensing services through OSS at the DPMPPTSP Binjai City and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of licensing through OSS at the Binjai City DPMPPTSP. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate the quality of licensing services through OSS at DPMPPTSP of Binjai City which is examined from the dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance ( guarantee), Empathy (empathy) as a whole is considered good but not optimal. The DPMPPTSP Of Binajai City is expected to have a technical team located at the Dinas and Dinas to conduct socialization regarding the use of the OSS system to the public so that the public is able to register their own permits and not through third parties/brokers.
