ABSTRACT This study aims to describe Educational Values in Tor-Tor Naposo Nauli Bulung. Theories used in this study include value theory and educational theory. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The population of this research are South Tapanuli people in Mabar Hilir and Deli Serdang, and the sample of this research are 3 South Tapanuli people in Deli Serdang and Mabar Hilir. In the discussion of this study as for the focus of my research is using the theory of religious values according to Abdul (2012: 129) and moral values according to Sutardjo (2011: 54). This study aims to describe the educational values in Tor-Tor Naposo Nauli Bulung. Data collection in this research is done by observation method, interview, documentation, and analysis technique. This study discusses the explanation of the values of education contained in Tor-Tor Naposo Nauli Bulung for dancers and the public to know that in a dance there are also good values that can be a positive value in everyday life and can be used as material teachers for learners. The results of the research can be seen that in Tor-Tor Naposo Nauli Bulung, contained the values of education in which viewed from the pattern of motion, fashion, music, and rules. The values are peeled through religious values and moral values which can then be used as a source of information to the community and the dancers that there are values that can be used as learning can also be used as teacher material for learners. Keyword: Value, Education, Religious Value, Moral Value, Tor-Tor Naposo Nauli Bulung.

The aim of this research is to explain the intrinsic elements and the moral form of the story contained in Tarian Bumi novel by Oka Rusmini (2007). The data of this research were obtained from a novel entitled “Tarian Bumi” by Oka Rusmini (2007). Data were collected by observation method and note-taking technique. The collected data were analyzed using the theory of the Intrinsic Fiction Element (Nurgiyantoro, 2015) and the Moral Value theory in Fiction (Nurgiyantoro, 2009). The results of the analysis are presented using informal methods. Based on the analysis that were conducted the intrinsic elements contained in the novel Tarian Bumi are divided into themes, plots, characters, background, point of view, and language. The form of moral values contained in the novel Tarian Bumi is distinguished into a human relationship with itself, human relationship with God, human relationships with other human beings, and human relations with the environment is manifested with social life. The moral value contained in the novel is a reflection of Balinese people’s life that clings to the concept of Tri Hita Karana.

ABSTRACT   Panitibaya fiber is one of the piwulang Javanese texts that needs to be preserved because the teachings contained in it are still very beneficial for the community. For that Panitibaya Fiber will be examined on (1) how the sound layer in Panitibaya Fiber, (2) how the meaning layer in  Panitibaya Fiber, (3) how the object layer in Panitbaya Fiber, (4) Moral Value in Panitibaya Fiber. This study uses a literary sociology approach according to Ian Watt. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study is the text of the Fiber Panitibaya written by Bathara Katong. Data collection techniques in this study were heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The analysis technique uses an analysis of the building blocks of poetry Roman Ingarden which includes sound layers, meaning layers, object layers. From the data, it was analyzed using Ian Watt's sociology theory of literature to find out the teachings contained in Panitibaya Fiber. The results of this study indicate that the existence of sound layers, layers of meaning and layers of objects, as well as moral values ​​contained in the Panitibaya Fiber for pursuing are summarized as eleven teachings as follows, (1) obligations to the Creator, (2) disgraceful qualities that must be shunned, (3) commendable traits, (4) actions that are not justified for men, (5) attitudes that must be considered in speech, (6) ancestral messages, (7) people who are not approachable, (8) actions related to children, (9) actions related to firearms, (10) there are visits and neighbors, and (11) attitude in handling a job. The teachings of the Panitibaya Fiber need to be disseminated in the Javanese community, either through print media or online media. Two problems in Scheler’s thought are (1) his reason/feeling dualism, which artificially limits his classification of values, undermining the coherence of experience and its rational intelligibility; and (2) his restriction of moral value to a by-product of realizing non-moral values, which leads him to misidentify the value attaching to personal agency exclusively with moral value. To resolve these problems, I enlist Herman Dooyeweerd’s analysis of experiential aspects, analogical concepts, and subject-object relations, which illumine both Scheler’s insights and his oversights.

NILAI MORAL DALAM ANTOLOGI CERPEN FILOSOFI KOPIDAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SASTRAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menemukan nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung dalam antologi cerpen Filosofi Kopi melalui kajian hermeneutik serta implikasinya dalam pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Nilai moral yang diteliti dibatasi pada nilai positif dalam antologi cerpen Filosofi Kopi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni antologi cerpen Filosofi Kopi karya Dewi Lestari yang berisi 18 cerita yang terdiri 8 cerita pendek dan 10 prosa liris, tetapi yang diteliti hanya 8 cerita pendek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan terhadap delapan cerpen, dapat disimpulkan bahwa cerpen-cerpen karya Dewi Lestari mengandung nilai-nilai moral positif yang meliputi kejujuran, bertanggung jawab, kesetiaan, sopan santun, hati nurani, rendah hati, dan konsekuen. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dengan menggunakan beberapa judul cerpen dalam antologi cerpen Filosofi Kopi karya Dewi Lestari sebagai sumber pembelajaran berpotensi menghasilkan siswa yang mempunyai nilai-nilai moral yang baik. Kata kunci: nilai moral, cerpen, pembelajaran sastraAbstractThis study was aimed at identifying the moral values contained in Filosofi Kopi short story anthology through hermeneutic studies and its implications in the study of literature in thesenior high school. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with a content-analysis technique. The moral values under study were limited to positive values. The data source used in this study was written by Dewi Lestari. This short story contained 18 stories consisting of 8 short stories and 10 lyrical proses. The samples of this study were 8 short stories. Results show that the short stories of Dewi Lestari's work contain positive moral values that include honesty, responsibility, loyalty, courtesy, conscience, humility, and consequence. The implications of the study include the fact that literature learning using this anthology is able to improve the students’ moral values.Keywords: moral value, short-story, literature education

AbstrakNaskah Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj merupakan salah satu cerminan kebudayaan masyarakat Jawa pada masa lampau yang berisi nilai-nilai sebagai sumber kedamaian dalam bermasyarakat. Pengkajian terhadap naskah tersebut dianggap penting, mengingat adanya krisis moral di kalangan siswa-siswi di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai moral Jawa dalam naskah Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj dan relevansi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis konten dengan pendekatan hermeneutik. Sumber data penelitian adalah naskah Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj yang berisi 25 teks, tetapi hanya 8 teks yang dapat mewakili nilai-nilai moral Jawa dalam naskah. Adapun pengesahan data dengan cara validitas semantik dan reliabilitas intrarater. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya relevansi nilai-nilai moral dalam naskah dengan nilai pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa. Nilai moral dalam naskah berupa nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kerukunan, keadilan, dan hati nurani. Nilai-nilai tersebut relevan dengan nilai pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa, yaitu pada nilai jujur, tanggung jawab, toleransi dan cinta damai, demokratis, dan peduli sosial. Dengan demikian, nilai-nilai moral dalam naskah Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj dapat diterapkan sebagai acuan atau contoh pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Kata kunci: naskah kuno, nilai moral Jawa, pendidikan, Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj AbstractThe Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj manuscript is one of the manifestation of Javanese culture in the past which consists of many values as the peace and society sources. The study of this manuscript is vwry significant. It is caused by the moral crisis happenedto the students in the school. The aim of this study is to unravel Javanese moral values in Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj manuscript and the relevance of these values in character education at school. The research method used was content analysis technique with hermeneutic approach. The data source in this study is Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj manuscript, which originally contains 25 texts, but only 8 texts represent Javanese moral values. The data validation was done by applying semantic validity and intra-rater reliability. In brief, the result shows that there is relevance of moral values in Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj manuscript with the values of cultural education and national character. The moral values in Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj manuscript comprise honesty, responsibility, harmony, justice, and conscience. Moreover, these values are relevant to the values of cultural education and national character; they are the values of honesty, responsibility, tolerance and love for peace, democratic, and social care. Therefore, the moral values in Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj manuscript can be applied as references or examples of character education at school.  Keywords: ancient script, Javanese moral value, education, Tashrihah Al-Muhtaaj

<p><em>The school environment has an important role in the learning process of Hinduism and Pekerti in school, this is because when the school environment is not comfortable such as noise, the room is too glare, and there is not enough plants to make the school shady, then students will not concentrate in the process learning. When the school environment is comfortable, students will be happy and even motivated to learn. </em><em>This study aims to determine (1) the role of the school environment in the process of learning Hinduism and Budi Pekerti at Canggu 1 State Elementary School. (2) To find out students' perceptions at SD Negeri 1 Canggu about the role of the school environment in the process of learning Hinduism and character traits. (3) To know the educational values contained in the school environment that play a role in the process of learning Hinduism and character.</em><em></em></p><p><em>The theories used to dissect the problem are: Education Theory, from Titib to dissect the first problem, Perception Theory, from Robbins to dissect the second problem, the Value Theory, from Louis O. Kattsoff (in rahayu) to dissect the third problem. The subjects of this study were Hindu religious education teachers and Hindu students at Canggu 1 Elementary School. Data collection method is by Observation Method, Interview, Literature, and Documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method with steps of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.</em></p><p><em>The results of the study show (1) The role of the school environment in the Hindu and Pekerti learning process is to provide a means of learning through the physical environment of the school, and as a mental form of students through the school's social environment as well as students' self-development through the school's academic environment. (2) Students' perceptions at SD Negeri 1 Canggu about the role of the school environment in the process of learning Hinduism and character are students realize that the school environment is very instrumental in the learning process because schools provide facilities and infrastructure, methods that support the learning process, the existence of trees - trees that are shady and not noisy which makes students focus on learning. (3) Educational Values contained in the School Environment that play a role in the Learning Process of Hinduism and Characteristic are the Value of Praise, Sradha Value and Cultural Value.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan sastra lisan yang ada di sepanjang pinggir Sungai Citanduydi Kabupaten Ciamis yang dikaji dari struktur dan nilai pendidikan. Deskripsinya mencakup jenis,struktur intrinsik, dan nilai pendidikan dalam sastra lisan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metodedeskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah telaah pustaka, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, danrekaman. Dari 26 dongeng ditemukan 11 dongeng sasakala, 7 dongeng mitos, dan 9 dongeng sage.Dongeng tersebut ada hubungannya dengan masalah keluarga, kekuasaan, kerajaan, unsur kekuatangaib (jin dan siluman-sileman, hubungannya dengan sesama makhluk hidup dan alam. Pelaku dalamdongeng ini rata-rata mewakili manusia biasa, manusia sakti, raja, putri, jin (onom), punggawa,dan prajurit. Latar tempat yang digunakan umumnya di hutan, sungai, pesisir, gunung, sawah, danperkampungan. Latar waktu yang digunakan umumnya mengenai tanggal, tahun, dulu, hari, danmalam. Latar suasana yang digunakan umumnya gembira, khawatir, merasa tidak nyaman, tidakenak perasaan, merasa takut, dan adanya interaksi dengan kerajaan lainnya. Alur yang digunakandari 26 dongeng yaitu alur maju. Amanat yang disampaikan rata-rata mengenai hidup secarabersama di dunia harus sesuai dengan perilaku yang baik berdasarkan yang sudah ditentukan olehagama, adat, dan negara. Dongeng tersebut memiliki 26 nilai moral yang berhubungan denganpribadi, 10 nilai sosial yang ada hubungannya dengan masyarakat, dan 11 nilai keaagamaan yangberhubungan dengan kepercayaan.AbstractThe research was about oral literature along the banks of Citanduy River, in Ciamis regency,speci􀂿cally examining its structure and educational values. It described the genre of oralliterature, its intrinsic structure, and the moral value. The method used was quantitative usinga descriptive method comprising interviews, book reviews, recording, and documentation. Outof 26 oral literatures (stories), 11 were classi􀂿ed as legends, 7 myths, and 9 ‘saga’ stories. Thestories contain issue of families, authorities, kingdoms, and unseen powers, (genie, ghost and theirrelationship with other creatures and nature). The characters of the stories were mainly ordinarypeople, kings, magicians, princes, queens, genies, guards and soldiers. The settings were jungles,rivers, beaches, mountain, paddy 􀂿elds, and villages. Time setting general used was date, year, dayand night. The nuances were happiness, worry, discomfort, uneasiness, fear, and interaction withother kingdoms. The plot of the 26 stories was forward plot. The morals of the stories in generalwere how to live peacefully in the world in accordance with values set by religions, norms, andstates. The 26 stories contain personal values, social values and religious values or beliefs.

This research analyzed Shawshank Redemption movie, a movie by Frank Darabont. This movie told about the struggling of Andy Dufresne who was accused of the murder of his wife and her affair. This research focused on moral value of the movie. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative method. This study aims to found the moral values of Shawshank Redemption movie. Documentation method was used to collect the data and descriptive analysis technique to analyze the data. The results of this study are the moral values found in the Shawshank Redemption movie; honestly, hard work, unconditional love and kindness, compassion, and co-operation. Then hard work as the most dominant moral value appears in the Shawshank Redemption movie, because this moral value often occurs in this movie.

AbstractThis study was used to explore the inculcation of moral values in students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine how the education of values in early childhood in the Covid 19 pandemic era. The method used was qualitative. The results showed: (1) Education Moral values in the Covid 19 pandemic era carried out at TK Al Hidayah IV are: (a) Education of religious values, (b) Education of moral values, (c) Education of social values. Conclusion: (1) The education of moral values in students is carried out using the method of assigning students to students, (2) The method of moral value education is adjusted to the conditions of the students (3) To facilitate the learning process at home the teacher coordinates with the parents of the students. Recommendations: (1) Schools need support from the government in the learning process in the Covid pandemic era, (2) The learning process in the Covid pandemic era requires collaboration between teachers and parents of students, (3) In the distance learning process, teachers, students and people need to be aware of health protocols.Keywords: Early childhood, Values, Morals, Education, Social. AbstrakStudi ini digunakan untuk menggali penanaman nilai moral pada siswa pada pandemi covid 19. Kesimpulan: Konsep, kendala dan dampak pendidikan nilai moral pada anak usia dini pada era pandemi covid 19 mencakup koginif, emosional dan budaya siswa. We have been quite familiar with art and literary work in our life. They can be music, pain or literature. Literature is human expression consisting experience, consideration, feeling, idea, spirit, and conviction in form of concrete description that arouse attraction by using language. Literature is the result of ideas that belongs to human. The result of literary works can be written work , pictures or music. Literary works in written form include the novel, poem, short story, verse, etc. While in pictures form include painting, movie, photograph, etc. And literary works in the form of music include songs that every day we listen.   This thesis is an effort to analyze the moral values in the movie entitled “47 Ronin”, which might be very useful for the researcher himself, the readers, and other researchers who might need it as source of information. There are three research problems proposed from this “47 Ronin” analyzing film. They are: (1) The moral value found on this film, (2) The moral values conveyed on this film, (3) The messages that can be delivered to the viewers. Based on the result of this study the researcher found some moral values contained in the movie”47 Ronin”, such as: friendliness, tolerance and acceptance, self-confidence, determination, honesty, positive attitude, patience, initiative and courage, motivation, self respect.  The researcher hopes those values would be useful for the Viewers and the readers of this thesis as their life guidance to be better persons.   Keywords: Moral Value, “47 Ronin” Film
