The article analyzes the main activities of the postwar period choreographic groups in the dance theorists and practicing dance experts’ theoretical achievements. It is noted that on the basis of years of practice and experience of K. Vasylenko’s predecessors, his own didactic bases of work with amateur dance groups were developed and practically tested, which later became the basis of his author’s methodology. They included implementation of the following activities: 1) political and mass work; 2) educational activities; 3) staging work; 4) concert activity; 5) organizational and cultural work; 6) creative group and public leaderschoreographer’s seminars. Based on the analysis of artistic and pedagogical literature and periodicals of the second half of the twentieth century, the main components of educational activity in amateur choreographic groups according to K. Vasylenko are generalized and thoroughly revealed: 1) planning work; 2) training sessions; 3) learning and practicing of separate dance choreography and routines on the basis of which staging work will be carried out; 4) acting skills development; 5) ballroom dancing learning. It is established that each of the named components had an educational direction. The content of all components is considered. It was found out that in planning activities an important role was given to creating various work plans, keeping records of the team activities and self-government body functioning, the bureau. The organization of the initial training process peculiarities in dance groups led by K. Vasylenko are revealed: regularity of training sessions, the practical importance of training, application of mixed training, the subordination of educational work to the production plan of the team, use of various forms of the training organization. The role of acting skills and ballroom dancing leaning for the formation of participants’ creative individuality is determined. The practical significance of K. Vasylenko’s experience in modern conditions is proved, which is due to the requirements of the present and the needs of amateur activities in the qualitative organization of the pedagogical process in choreographic groups.

In this article the great attention is drawn to the important component of cultural life of Kremenets. The creative heritage in the cultural concentration of the Kremenets was made by the representatives of spiritual culture of other nations. The article analyzes the main directions of the educational work of the society, national cultural work on the background of development and changes in socio-political relations. The role of the Ukrainian intellectuals in the preservation and development of culture and education in Volyn voivodeship between the two world wars was revealed. The author highlighted the achievements and untapped opportunities of the district Prosvita in Volyn, the difficulties and problems, which the society faced and followed the relationship between Prosvita and the Polish state administration in Volyn voivodeship. The role of Volyn gymnasium and lyceum as an important center of public, educational and scientific life, is revealed in this article as well. The cultural educational traditions of Kremenets are closely related with the outstanding figures, such as Tadeush Chatsky, Hugo Kollontai, Juliush Slovatsky and others. The article is devoted to the history study of the formation and functioning of district societies «Prosvita»in Volyn between the two world wars. The formation of the public-educational organization in Volyn was in 1918 and functioned up to the end of the 30s of the twentieth century in the region, until it was banned by the Polish authorities. The article analyzes the main directions of the educational work of the society, national cultural work on the background of development and changes in socio-political relations. The paper poses a problem of lifelong learning. Brief analysis of paradigms of future specialists training for their professional work is done. There has been described in detail personality-oriented training system as well as done the analysis of recent researches and publications relating to this issue. The model of personality-oriented training system in higher technical educational institution is analyzed and stressed the importance of using a variety of sources of scientific information for each student. There has been exposed and given a brief description of the essence of the “media technology” concept. The important principles for using media technologies in teacher’s educational activity are considered. The basic requirements to didactic software development using media technology as supplement are presented. It is noted the important role of the teacher of higher technical educational institution in implementing the main components of personality-oriented training system using media technologies, as well as revealed the qualities that students of higher technical educational institution should develop.

One of the most important parts of the educational experience of the Russian military emigration is the involvement of young people in the historical and cultural work in the museum, military, memorial, literary and publishing field. Active military emigration in education can be regarded as an essential component of the historical heritage of the Russian abroad in general and as a field for the development of socio-cultural dialogue with the world of our compatriots abroad. Educational activity of the Russian military immigration, carried out in the framework of cultural, educational, military, sporting and charitable organizations covered a wide range immigrant youth in various countries around the world and helped to maintain the authority of the military societies and unions in the society of Russia abroad.

The article analyzes the essence and peculiarities of the moral and aesthetic culture of the teacher personality. Comprehension of this problem is based on philosophical and pedagogical works of academic I. Ziaziun. In the article it is proven that the main idea of the scholar was the idea of cognition and self-cognition. The main components of the structure of the moral and aesthetic culture of the teacher personality – consciousness, relationships and pedagogical action were analyzed. The position and role of the moral and aesthetic culture in the educational activity of teachers were  determined.  The author proves  that  the teacher  personality is the subject of a moral and aesthetic culture, since it is directly integrated with subordinate and coordinate relations of different types. The conclusion was made that in conditions of democratization and humanization of society priority is set on coordinate relations. Therefore, the ideas and principles of pedagogy of cooperation are consistently established. The defining characteristic of the moral and aesthetic culture of the teacher personality is pedagogical action. Its significance goes far beyond the boundaries  of  Ukrainian  educational  institutions  and,  according  to  academic I.  Ziaziun, the progress of the whole society depends on it.

The study of history of cultural and educational society’s activity, as well as the way they influence the socio-cultural space of provincial towns, contributes to holistic perception of cultural development of Siberia as well as Russia in general. Some  issues  relating  to  creation  and  development  of  Barnaul  Society  of  Care for Elementary Education and its educational activity through libraries are considered in the article. The society was founded due to the selfless work of such an outstanding public person as V. K. Shtilke. Shtilke’s initiative as well as the initiative of other members of the society contributed to the opening of schools for children and weekend schools for adults, strengthening of public education through library organization, public readings, lectures, accessible performances. The main directions, methods, forms and results of educational work identified in the course of the study have led to the conclusion about the leading role of the Society in extracurricular education in Barnaul in 1880s – the beginning of 20th century. The conclusion about the significant influence of libraries of the Society on the dissemination of book culture among the broad masses of the population is justified.

The article is devoted to the activities of student public organizations, its role and influence on the formation of the social culture of young people. The purpose of this article is to study the role of student organizations in the higher education system of modern Kazakhstan society. The scientific significance of the research is the substantiation of the main activities of student organizations and the motivation of young participants. There has been used a questionnaire as the main method of studying the role of student organizations among students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. And its results have been analyzed by statistical analysis and data analysis. Based on the materials of the sociological research, the role and relevance of student organizations in the implementation of educational work with students are determined. The theoretical and practical importance of the article lies in the fact that the features of student organizations are presented and the potential possibilities of student self-government as a social institution are analyzed. According to the results of the study, the authors have found that students in most cases join student organizations in order to expand the circle of acquaintances and are interested in the opportunity to make a career in the future.

В статье рассматриваются причины сокращения количества воспитательных колоний и количества несовершеннолетних осужденных, отбывающих наказание в виде лишения свободы. Анализируются психологические особенности личности несовершеннолетних осужденных, отбывающих наказание в местах лишения свободы, а также характер влияния изоляции от общества на поведение и личность подростка. Выделяются пять категорий осужденных, требующих к себе пристального внимания со стороны психологов и воспитателей: агрессивные; склонные к членовредительству; лица, имеющие психические аномалии; лидеры с отрицательной направленностью; лица, характеризующиеся трудностями в адаптации к условиям отбывания наказания в местах лишения свободы. Характеризуются психические состояния, которые испытывают несовершеннолетние осужденные в период отбывания наказания в воспитательной колонии. Раскрывается содержание пенитенциарного этапа ресоциализации несовершеннолетних осужденных (задачи, решаемые в процессе воспитательной работы, профессиональная подготовка, получение среднего образования). На примере Тюменской воспитательной колонии рассматриваются осуществляемые в ней направления воспитательной деятельности, анализируются особенности психологической работы с агрессивными подростками, подростками, склонными к членовредительству, и подростками, имеющими зависимость от психоактивных веществ. Полученные результаты имеют практическое значение и могут быть использованы для повышения эффективности процесса исправления несовершеннолетних осужденных. The article discusses the reasons for reducing the number of educational colonies and the number of juvenile convicts serving sentences of imprisonment. The psychological characteristics of the personality of juvenile prisoners serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty are analyzed, as well as the nature of the effect of isolation from society on the behavior and personality of a teenager. Five categories of convicts are identified, requiring close attention from psychologists and educators (aggressive; self-mutilating; people with mental abnormalities; leaders with a negative orientation; people characterized by difficulties in adapting to conditions of serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty). Mental conditions that are experienced by juvenile offenders during the period of serving their sentences in the educational colony are characterized. The content of the penitentiary stage of the re-socialization of juvenile convicts (tasks solved in the process of educational work, vocational training, secondary education) is revealed. On the example of the Tyumen educational colony, the directions of educational activity carried out in it are examined, the features of psychological work with aggressive teenagers, adolescents prone to self-harm, and adolescents who are addicted to psychoactive substances are analyzed. The results obtained are of practical importance and can be used to increase the efficiency of the process of correction of juvenile convicts.

The comparative results of the 15-year study on stereotypical associations regarding the ethnonym “Uzbeks” among uzbek youth are presented in the article. Methods. The main components of the content of the ethnic autostereotype of uzbek youth at the beginning of our century (2003–2005) and today are revealed by the method of associative experiment. Comparative analysis of the results of the association experiment in the context of 15 years showed a significant increase in the role of “personal traits” in the characteristics of their ethnic group, as opposed to a sharp reduction in the share of traditional activities and their products. Results. It is pointed out that despite the fact that the concepts related to national clothing retain their leading positions (for example “tyubeteika”, “atlas”, etc.) and objects of national life (“lagan”, “tandyr” etc.), the strengthening of ethnic self-perception through the historical prism and geographical features was recorded, which may be a consequence of active educational work, which focusing on historical achievements and the special geostrategic position of the country. It is concluded that the results obtained can be a sign of noticeable shifts in the national consciousness of uzbek youth, which are manifested in the shift of attention from the external attributes of the traditional way of life of the ethnic group to the internal composition of these formal features.

The article presents the psychological growths of the transition from preschool to primary school age. Their value for the formation of psychological readiness for educational activity and the premises of tolerance is disclosed. A detailed analysis is given of how the loss of children's spontaneity during the crisis of 7 years leads to the formation of a "facade" of the personality and a new type of tolerance. The phenomenon of "bitter candy", revealed by A. N. Leontiev, is considered in the aspect of awareness of social norms as a criterion for assessing one's behavior, forming ethical instances and changing the grounds for self-acceptance. The article analyzes the correlation of a new type of relationship between a preschooler during the seven-year crisis period with adults, peers, and self-reliance with the main components of educational activity. The role of decentration in the formation of the prerequisites for educational activity and tolerance is disclosed. The problem under study is correlated with the results of research by Jean Piaget of moral realism and moral relativism. The legitimacy of the conclusion of N.V. Nizhegorodtseva that preschool age is a sensitive period in the formation of tolerance is theoretically justified.
