The article touches upon the problem of improving the labor standardization system, which requires regular updating of automation systems that reduce labor intensity and increase productivity of specialists in labor regulation and organization. The study is aimed at reducing labor costs while increasing productivity. There has been proved the urgency of creating the complex software at the industrial enterprise, which will cover the development of standards of numbers and will provide analyzing standard numbers on the entire enterprise involving the production personnel. There is presented a description of the Software complex of automated data processing and primary documentation to justify the number of employees of the industrial enterprise. The application of the Software complex allows to avoid the duplication of functions by different structural units of the enterprise, to exclude the “loss” factor of management functions of the structural unit specified by the regulations and to form output documents in different formats (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.). There have been listed the main stages of the studied software: setting the problem; developing the requirements for the system functionality; digitization of normative documentation, development of a database structure for storing information; creating subsystems, interconnections between them and system layout; GUI development and approval of instructions for working with the system, rules for each role of the system; trial operation, refinement of the system according to test results. Some analytical forms developed manually in Microsoft Office Excel or using other software products are considered. It is noted that, in addition to analytical forms, the project provides different types of data visual presentation, helps to select the values of indicators along the axes, to build various diagrams and to print the needed form.

AbstractThis paper presents results of the effect of different translation modalities on users when working with the Microsoft Word user interface. An experimental study was set up with 84 Japanese, German, Spanish, and English native speakers working with Microsoft Word in three modalities: the published translated version, a machine translated (MT) version (with unedited MT strings incorporated into the MS Word interface) and the published English version. An eye-tracker measured the cognitive load and usability according to the ISO/TR 16982 guidelines: i.e., effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction followed by retrospective think-aloud protocol. The results show that the users’ effectiveness (number of tasks completed) does not significantly differ due to the translation modality. However, their efficiency (time for task completion) and self-reported satisfaction are significantly higher when working with the released product as opposed to the unedited MT version, especially when participants are less experienced. The eye-tracking results show that users experience a higher cognitive load when working with MT and with the human-translated versions as opposed to the English original. The results suggest that language and translation modality play a significant role in the usability of software products whether users complete the given tasks or not and even if they are unaware that MT was used to translate the interface.

The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

Pemahaman microsoft office sangat penting untuk dipelajari dan diimplementasikan, namun ironisnya masih banyak yang belum memahami bagaimana cara menggunakannya terutama dalam memasukkan data administrasi. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan mengadakan pelatihan yang meliputi teori dan praktik yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan fitur-fitur pada microsoft word dan microsoft excel. Untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan microsoft office kepada kepala lingkungan di Kelurahan Abianbase dengan baik dan terstruktur maka pelaksanaan kegiatan dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan seperti tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi, tahap monitoring, dan tahap evaluasi. Materi yang disampaikan ada 2, yakni mengenai microsoft word sebagai alat pembuatan surat-menyurat, dan microsoft excel sebagai alat penginputan data warga. Para peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan sangat antusias. Setelah diadakannya pelatihan mengenai microsoft office, pemahaman kepala lingkungan terhadap materi tersebut semakin meningkat serta peserta lebih bisa menggunakan microsoft office lebih optimal dalam menginput data administratif.

A fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) tool is a type of energy management and information system that continuously identifies the presence of faults and efficiency improvement opportunities through a one-way interface to the building automation system and the application of automated analytics. Building operators on the leading edge of technology adoption use FDD tools to enable median whole-building portfolio savings of 8%. Although FDD tools can inform operators of operational faults, currently an action is always required to correct the faults to generate energy savings. A subset of faults, however, such as biased sensors, can be addressed automatically, eliminating the need for staff intervention. Automating this fault “correction” can significantly increase the savings generated by FDD tools and reduce the reliance on human intervention. Doing so is expected to advance the usability and technical and economic performance of FDD technologies. This paper presents the development of nine innovative fault auto-correction algorithms for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning pi(HVAC) systems. When the auto-correction routine is triggered, it overwrites control setpoints or other variables to implement the intended changes. It also discusses the implementation of the auto-correction algorithms in commercial FDD software products, the integration of these strategies with building automation systems and their preliminary testing.

At the present stage, the development of the domestic economy is closely connected with the digitalization of the activities of industrial enterprises as the main producers of vital material values. Based on the analysis, the nature of the digital economy of industrial enterprises is substantiated and a system-structured model of its construction is proposed. Taking into account the importance of scientific and technological progress for industrial enterprises, a conceptual system-digital model of quantitative linking and balancing of scientific and technological progress management functions and their components was developed. The model combines the functions management content into an integral unit in order to obtain objective quantitative indicators from each of them and from the totality of their actions. The model of level relations of divisions of the industrial enterprises participating in their scientific and technical activity is developed. It is focused on the transition from disparate actions of business units to actions that combine them on a systematic basis, thereby eliminating the existing disorder in their interaction in response to the request of the digital economy to ensure the accuracy of the results obtained from them. Assigning the most important place to the assessment of the economic efficiency of scientific and technical activities and their developments, and taking into account the fact that labor costs have a great influence on its formation, the need to streamline their regulatory framework, which allows on a parity basis to provide time standards for the implementation of individual stages of the development of scientific and technical products, is shown. The recommendations and suggestions presented in the article are aimed at high-quality training and active inclusion of industrial enterprises and their scientific and technical potential in the digital economy and at their effective functioning in its conditions as the most important strategic factor in the development of the economic system.

The article systematizes and analyzes the list of resources for IT companies. A causality diagram between model variables by the software product complexity was built on the basis of dependencies between the time and the number of specialists involved in the development of software products, as well as company performance indicators. The nature of causal relationships between the model variables in terms of the software product labor intensity is presented. Using the VenSim simulation system, a simulation model for determining optimal labor standards for IT companies was built. The results of evaluating the adequacy of the model for determining optimal labor standards are presented. The optimal labor standards by labor intensity levels are determined, at which the efficiency of using the technical, technological, information, labor, and financial resources of the company increases and the profitability of activities for IT companies is maximized. A methodological approach has been presented, which outlines the cost standards of innovative labor of IT companies’ specialists. The developed approach is aimed at determining the time and number of an IT company specialists who, due to the impact on the efficiency of using information, technical, labor and financial resources, provide the necessary level of profitability of the IT companies’ activities. The advantages of the developed methodological approach to rationing labor costs in IT companies are presented.

Penguasaan teknologi menuntut setiap prajurit/ anggota TNI-AD pemegang peranan administrasi perkantoran untuk dapat memanfaatkan dalam mendukung pelayanan dan perbaikan kinerja dalam tata kelola di perkantoran Komando Resor Militer 102/ Panju Panjung Batalyon Infanteri Raider 631 Antang . Hingga saat ini perkembangan fasilitas dan dukungan software office dalam memudahkan tata kelola dokumen masih blum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dikalangan para Prajurit TNI-AD Asmil Raider 631 Yonif Antang. Faktor inilah yang memberikan peluang bagi pakar dalam bidang tehnologi untuk berperan membantu masyarakat dalam pendayagunaan teknologi sehingga mereka dapat memahami dan mengerti lebih lanjut tentang kemanfaatannya. Proposal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat khususnya anggota/prajurit TNI-AD untuk mengenal, memahami, menggunakan dan mempraktekan secara langsung kemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung penyelesaian permasalahan dokumentasi ataupun administrasi perkantoran. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan di Perkantoran Kantor Mayonif Raider 631  Antang terletak di Tjilik Riwut Km. 6 Palangka Raya dan masih berada diwilayah kota.Software dukung yang digunakan dan dimanfaatkan adalah Microsoft Office, yang merupakan sebuah sofware yang banyak menyediakan fasilitas dukungan dalam pengeolaan dokumen dan data yang merupakan salah satu kegiatan administrasi perkantoran. Melalui keluaran yang ingin dicapai pengusul maka masyarakat dapat memanfaatkannya Microsoft Office dan seluk beluknya dalam penanganan problem adminstrasi. Software Grafis akan mendukung desain gambar dan Software Browsher dan media Sosial yang mendukung  komunikasi elektronik jarak jauh baik untuk pengiriman dokumen ataupun data. Perpaduan ketiga software aplikasi bantu tersebut yang perlu diperkenalkan pengelolaannya sehingga membantu kinerja administrasi perkantoran.Instruksi berikut merupakan panduan untuk mempersiapkan artikel untuk diterbitkan dalam Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat J-DINAMIKA.Gunakan dokumen ini sebagai template jika anda menggunakan Microsoft Word.

How organizations survive following global phenomena in the form of increasingly random and unpredictable changes, which have now entered the industrial era 4.0. by increasing the acceleration of internet-based multi-media computer technology, in communication and control systems that are integrated with automation systems? Organizations must make a big leap by realizing the convergence of business strategies with HR strategies. Business and HR strategies are not only unidirectional but united in harmony. Where HR can respond to changes in the external and internal environment that affect business strategies, right at the moment the changes occur, so that convergence is always realized and sustained sustainably, then the focus of innovation drives the achievement of target organizations. Two things must be done to unite is to align the direction of departmental policies - as standard guidelines for individual work processes - with the direction of organizational strategy, then develop HR to be able to build integrated systematic work processes to eliminate routine work, so that the full focus of innovation responds to each convergence of disruptive changes. Our research in measuring the distance of policies from work functions to business strategies in private organizations, found an average achievement of 50%, to make improvements that reach 100%. For research conducted in public organizations, it was found that the achievement was very small, namely below 20%. The smaller the level of achievement the further away the organization is from the position of convergence. For this reason, HRD must build a Strategic KPI that encourages all management functions in line with organizational strategy, while developing Strategic HR to be ready to follow global developments.

For the implementation of top-oriented agricultural Technologies, machines are used whose control systems have devices for automatically determining their location. These devices are based on the use of GPS (global positioning system) systems with corresponding geo-information software products (GlS packages) and signals in network satellite radio navigation systems (CCPHC). With their automatic location detection systems, in principle, they can be based on the use of open-access navigation signals (HC) of any SSRNS or on the simultaneous use of signals from both systems. For most ous, the most common type of auxiliary energy is electric. Therefore, the next step in the design of automation systems will be the development of basic electrical circuits. Then, after selecting (ordering) the necessary hardware, they develop connection and connection schemes and design replacement devices.

Nowadays KORTES remains the main software complex for calculation of traction power supply system. However, in regard with the development of software and hardware facilities and the necessity to gain precise results the most important task is the improvement of separate software products aimed at refinement of calculation and solution of such tasks as thermal processes in traction power supply system, change of parameters at high-speed and heavy traffic and etc. The paper presents an algorithm developed for power supply system of mainline railway section, which allows calculating required power of transformers installed in traction substation not only for classic, but also for other schemes of connection of transformer winding.
