Using a manual system in the companies or organizations today, has many disadvantages like inefficient, wasting time, require a lot of costs, and make work difficult. By integrating a DISC personality analytical psychological test with information system, the tests are carried out with computers initially using paper, so it more economical for using less paper. More than that, the test results are done automatically check by the computer, no need to manually check by the psychologist. In addition to being effective in examining, the validation of examinations is very high because it can recover human errors.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.

Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.

Introduction: Knowledge about reproductive health is very important for adolescents. They can make informed decision on their reproductive health. One of important media that serve as the source of information on reproductive health in adolescents is website. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between the use of web-based information and knowledge about reproductive health in adolescents. Method: A Cross Sectional was conducted from February 2013 to April 2014, involving the Tenth and Eleventh Grade students of SMA, SMK, MA in Ponorogo Regency. The study was conducted in schools with computer facilities and internet connection, involving 210 adolescents, who were selected using Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted in univariate, bivariate with using Spearman Rank test, and multivariate ways using logistic regression test. Results: The study showed that mean website access frequency and duration for information about reproductive health by adolescents were 1.36 times a week and 1.65 hours; knowledge about reproductive health was 58,1% in low category; and no relationship was found between the use of web-based information system and knowledge about reproductive health in adolescents, even though there was an increasing trend in the frequency and duration of website visits for information related to reproductive health in adolescents. Discussion: The use of web-based information system does not have a significant relationship with knowledge about reproductive health in adolescents. Further research is necessary to explore the same subject with a different method, which is not selecting the respondents in the first meeting and use a closed questionnaire to select the respondents. This way, the adolescents will feel free and open to the researcher.Keywords: web-based information system, knowledge, reproductive health in adolescents

The development of Internet technology is widely used for positive things in helping human work, one of which facilitates communication between humans. In this case, CV. Unomax Indonesia is still relying on human as an online customer service to respond to inquiries from customers. As customers grow, it is less effective for customers who want to get quick reply information without time constraints. This study aims to create a web-based information system in the form of chatbot application that can be used by CV. Unomax Indonesia to respond to customer inquiries quickly. The method used is the prototype method as a modeling tool. This application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the built chatbot application is based on test results using black box testing, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer each question quickly as expected.

In every institution, it is definitely needed employees workers who manage the company so that it can run the activities of companies that use HR (Human Resources) one of them is in the education field, it needs workers who manage it, so that it can run teaching and learning activities well. In the procurement of labor or employees that must be really selective, to maximize performance in their respective duties. The development of technology is very possible that the information system is not only used as a tool for the implementation of the lecture process but it can also be used in the implementation of the web-based recruitment test. A web-based information system will be designed and developed to enable the employee selection process in a psychological test to be more selective and easier.

Digital information boards are widely used for displaying one-way information and announcements in a fast, precise, and up-to-date manner. In the Department of Electrical Engineering University of Riau, the media used to convey information and announcements is still conventional, which is using wall magazines and banners. This study aims to build a digital information board or Papan Informasi Digital (PINDIT), a web-based information system that will be displayed on a monitor screen or LED TV and placed in front of the Electrical Engineering office. The academic community or visitors can easily access information or announcements related to campus activities through these digital information boards. Information on PINDIT can be updated by administrators from anywhere via the internet and displayed in real-time. PINDIT uses Rasberry Pi as a device that connects the information system with the LED TV screen, it also equipped with an RFID device which is used as a tool to record lecturers' attendance status in the room. We conducted Usability Testing for PINDIT on 33 respondents using the USE Questionnaire with aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. From the overall test results, PINDIT can be categorized as "Very Satisfactory" with an average percentage of each aspect of 86.23%.

Information about the TOEFL test at Palangka Raya University is still being carried out manually starting from registration, payment confirmation, announcing when the exam will be held, the TOEFL test process, and graduation announcements. The TOEFL test is still being carried out continuously at Palangka Raya University which of course will require more time for both participants and language center officers. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based information system that will provide registration services, scheduling, division of exam rooms and announcement of the TOEFL test results at the UPT Language, Palangka Raya University.

The design of the E-Tailor sales information system is a web-based application as a means for employees or business owners to make it easier to order clothes online. Websites with this system can provide solutions to owners or tailors and consumers or ordering goods for smooth orders, transactions and completion of ordered goods on time and this will also make it easier for users to be able to order sewing items online without having to come to a tailor shop. In the design here it is also explained how a system will be built and run according to the manufacturing method carried out, for the design of the E-Tailor Information System is presented using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The testing method on the design of the e-tailor information system using the black box method only focuses on input and output that informs the suitability of the application developed with the specified specifications. The test results show that the success rate of the application runs well in accordance with the tests that have been carried out.

Panarung village office, pahandut sub-district is one of the sub-districts located in the city of palangkaraya. In carrying out these tasks and functions, the Panarung village office does not yet have an information system that can support public service activities. All service processes are carried out manually. This study aims to create web based information system that can be used by outward employees in Panarung Village to carry out service activities to the people in the Panarung Village area using waterfall software development methods, PHP programming languages ??and MySQL databases. The Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah of Manokwari Regency has four departments from Al-Quran Education School which are required to report the attendance and achievements of students each month in their respective departments. This report will be presented to the parents and to the Head of the school for evaluation. Both of these assessments are still carried out manually so it is inefficient because the data will be easily lost or scattered. With these problems, the author did some researches to carry out the Design and Development of Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance at Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. This research was conducted by creating an assessment input information system and responsive web-based data recap, using the Laravel framework, MySQL database and the research method used was the Prototype Method. At the final stage of this research is testing the system with the Black Box Method. The final result of this research is the formation of the Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance for the Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. The test results show that the Prototype Method can be used in building the information system in question.
