AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul “Pergeseran Bahasa Sunda dalam Leksikon Makanan Tradisional Sunda di Kabupaten Bandung dalam Perspektif Sosiolinguistik Mikro”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk perubahan dan inovasi bahasa dalam leksikon-leksikon makanan tradisional Sunda yang menjadi faktor penentu terjadinya pemertahanan atau pergeseran suatu bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berupa leksikon-leksikon makanan tradisional di Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) bahasa Sunda dalam leksikon makanan tradisional Sunda sebagian besar telah mengalami inovasi; (2) gejala perubahan bentuk dari leksikon-leksikon makanan tradisional Sunda adalah inovasi leksikal penuh, inovasi fonetis, dan inovasi morfemis; (3) bahasa Sunda di Kabupaten Bandung dalam konsep makanan tradisional Sunda telah mengalami pergeseran bahasa secara sosiolinguistik mikro, mengingat faktor-faktor internal bahasa, yaitu berupa inovasi, telah terjadi. Inovasi tersebut meliputi inovasi leksikal penuh, inovasi fonologis, dan inovasi morfemis. The methods used in this research is descriptive-qualitative method. The data source on this research are lexicons of Sundanese traditional foods in Bandung Regency. The results show that (1) Sundanese Language in the lexiconsof Sundanese Food in the majority hasundergone an innovation; (2) the morphemic change phenomemaof theSundanese traditional food lexicons consist of the full lexical innovation, innovation, innovation and phonetic morfemis; (3) There has been a shift in Sundanese language micro-sociolinguistically regarding the lexiconsof Sundanese traditional food in Bandung Regency based on internal factors of language, i.e. in the form of innovation. These innovations include the full lexical innovation, phonological innovation, and innovation morfemis. In sociolinguistics, there is a phenomenon in which a community stops using their parent’s heritage language by making the use of the language in which they are located or stay as a mean of communication, it is called as a language shift. In this research, it aims to find out the factors that affected the students whose parents originated from Sunda not interested to learn their parent’s heritage language. Moreover, it aims to find out the most dominant factor that affected the students not interested to learn their parent’s heritage language. This research used the qualitative method and the data source comes from the students of English literature in Universitas Gunadarma. The result of this research shows the factors that affected the students not interested to learn their parent’s heritage language such as social, economic, and political factor, demographic factor, attitudes and values factors, education factor, migration factor, and bilingual or multilingual factors. Furthermore, education factor is assumed as the most dominant or influential factor to the students not interested to learn their parent’s heritage language, because all of the students choose agree to the education factor.

The focus of the problem in this study is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of the times and the rapid flow of globalization making the Dayak ethnic in Samarinda City specifically, becoming an ethnic minority so language retention needs to be made in multilingual minority language communities. The language that is the focus of research is Dayak Kenyah Language. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of preservation of Dayak Kenyah Language in Samarinda City. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a sociolinguistic approach. The research data were written text (conversational transcripts) from the data source of the Dayak Kenyah ethnic community in Samarinda City. Data collection techniques using the stages of observation, Simak Free Engage Involved (SBLC) techniques, and interviews. Research instruments in the form of devices, stationery, notebooks, and indicators of language maintenance. The results of the study found that there were efforts made by the Dayak Kenyah community in Samarinda City as a manifestation of the language of the Dayak Kenyah region. The research findings are: (1) family factors, (2) social factors, (3) communication intensity factors, (4) activity factors, and (5) desire factors in language retention. The conclusion in this study focuses more on the care and contribution of various layers of ethnic Dayak Kenyah communities, especially in Samarinda, towards the regional languages ​​they have.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk etika humanisme sastra profetik dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi tokoh beretika humanisme di dalam cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pati. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan folklor, yaitu pendekatan yang mempelajari kebudayaan suatu masyarakat yang secara khusus disebarkan secara lisan. Pendekatan folklor digunakan untuk meneliti cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pati yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori sastra profetik khususnya etika humanisme. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data di dalam penelitian ini adalah cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pati yang di dalamnya terkandung etika-etika humanisme. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri atas dua sumber yakni sumber tulis dan sumber lisan. Sumber tulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu kumpulan cerita rakyat Kabupaten Pati yang terdapat dalam buku berjudul Sejarah Masyarakat Pati: Dari Tradisi Lisan Menuju Sejarah Kritis dan Sunan Prawoto Cucu Sunan Kali Jaga. Adapun sumber lisan dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti kepada beberapa narasumber untuk memperoleh cerita rakyat yang tidak ada di dalam sumber tulis tersebut. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan perekaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk etika humanisme yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pati merupakan wujud saling menghormati di antara sesama manusia, serta saling mengajak ke dalam kebaikan. Para tokoh yang melakukan etika humanisme dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal  dan faktor eksternal seperti faktor desakan situasi dan lingkungan.   This study aims to describe the forms of ethical humanist ethical literature and the factors behind the ethical character of humanism in folklore in Pati Regency. The approach taken in this research is the folklore approach, which is the approach that studies the culture of a society that is specifically spread orally. The folklore approach is used to examine folklore in Pati Regency which is then analyzed using prophetic literary theory, especially ethics of humanism. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research is folklore in Pati Regency which contains humanism ethics. The data source of this research consists of two sources namely the source of writing and oral sources. Sources of writing in this study is a collection of folklore Pati Regency which is contained in a book entitled Sejarah Masyarakat Pati: Dari Tradisi Lisan Menuju Sejarah Kritis and Sunan Prawoto Cucu Sunan Kali Jaga. The oral source of this research is the results of interviews conducted by researchers to some resource persons to obtain folklore that is not in the source of the write. Data collection conducted in this research using several techniques that are observation, documentation, and recording. The results showed that the ethical form of humanism contained in folklore in Pati Regency is a manifestation of mutual respect among fellow human beings, and mutual invite to the good. The figures who do ethics of humanism are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors such as the situation and environmental pressures.

The purpose of this research is to find out how far the introduction of Jakarta's traditional foods to the public through Instagram media. The background of this research is the number of foreign food and the trend of unique and foreign foods that enter Indonesia such as pasta, pasta is very common in Indonesia, even there are many variants of pasta, pasta is also easily found in various places to eat, even many coffeshop that sell pasta and other foreign foods, so that it causes Indonesian special food or Indonesian traditional food to be less frequently exposed and the lack of public interest in traditional and traditional foods. In writing this research uses descriptive qualitative method that focuses on the use of social media in the introduction of Jakarta's special foods to the public. The results obtained are comparisons of traditional and modern and international food.

The novel Sepertiga Malam di Manhattan by Arumi E is very interesting to study. This novel is a novel about the struggle of a family to get happiness. This novel is the Arumi E's 27th newest novel. The struggle in this novel is to make the family happy, expecting for the baby. Before writing the novel, Arumi E did a research in the places written in the novel to achieve a very interesting fictional story and most of this story was taken from the traveling results so it was so interesting. The objective of this research is to describe (1) the Autopoetic System in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. (2) The differentiation system in the Novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E.The research method used is in the form of a descriptive qualitative method that uses a social system approach. The method used by the researcher is the dialectical method. The data source used in this research is the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E, published by Gramedia publisher in 2018. The data collection in this study uses the steps of reading the novel. To collect data, the researcher use any instrument.There are two results of the study: (1) The autopoetic system in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. is concerning to some characters who have their own beliefs or rules in their lives who do not want to follow the rules of others, they are more confident in their own way to success and purpose of life. (2) The system of differentiation in the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E. is covering the handling of changes in the environment, the characters are able to adapt to the new environment, which has a different culture from the original culture. This shows evidence of the system autopoetic and differentiation in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E.

This article begins with a parody, a fictitious set of regulations for the production of “traditional” Italian polenta. Through analysis of primary and secondary historical sources we then discuss the various meanings of which polenta has been the bearer through time and space in order to emphasize the mutability of the modes of preparation, ingredients, and the social value of traditional food products. Finally, we situate polenta within its broader cultural, political, and economic contexts, underlining the uses and abuses of rendering foods as traditional—a process always incomplete, often contested, never organic. In stirring up the past and present of polenta and placing it within both the projects of Italian identity creation and the broader scholarly literature on culinary tradition and taste, we emphasize that for so-called traditional foods to be saved, they must be continually reinvented.

This research is entitled “The Translation Problem Types in Translating Indonesia textinto English (A Case Study of Translation Subject of Fifth Semester English Department –UPY) . It is about how Indonesia text is translated into English by English students, toidentify the translation problems, and to identify the problematics of translation technique.This research uses qualitative method to analyze the data. Techniques of analyzing datain this research consist of 3 components, they are (1) reducing the data, (2) explaining thedata, and (3) taking a conclusion. Reducing data is a process of selecting, focusing,simplifying and abstracting the data. Explaining the data is a process of organizinginformation and arranging the complete narration. Taking a conclusion is a process ofdrawing conclusion from the data. The data source of this research are Indonesia text andstudent’s translation.After conducting the research, the research find the data that all respondents havesimilar translation problem types in translating Indonesia text into English. The problems arediction, tenses, no equivalence translation; others have problems of adverb, article, andrelative clause. None of respondents apply other translation technique. They only apply wordper word translation technique. The accuracy of transfer level is adequate level. Only onerespondent have almost completely successful transfer level. Other respondents haveadequate accuracy transfer level. By applying the untrue translation technique has an impactto translation accuracy transfer level.This research is expected to open wide opportunities and challenges to academicians,especially those in translation linguistics sphere to deepen their research and study, especiallyin translating Indonesia text to English in order to be a new contribution to the translationfields.

The entrepreneurial interest of students in higher education tends to be low,albeit the introduction of entrepreneurial education at colleges and universities. There is no exception of lack of interest in entrepreneurship at traditional food businesses where these businesses in Indonesia have an unlimited market share, higher profit, lower riskof loss, and continuous innovation. Entrepreneurial education is not the only determinant asthe students' environment, especially their family background also has an important role in influencing and building student entrepreneur interest. Hence,this study assesses the influence of entrepreneurship education and family background towards the interest of entrepreneurs especially in nutritious traditional foods based on a sample of 150 higher educationstudents. Data was collected usingquestionnaire whiledata was analysed usingdescriptive and multiple regression analyses. The results of the studyshow that entrepreneurial education as well as family background positively affect students’ entrepreneurial interest in traditional food. Therefore, entrepreneurship education should become a serious concern in higher education as can be one the students’ starting point in building the interest and spirit of entrepreneurs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui external and internal factors strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata di Kota Davao, Filipina. Metode penelitian ini adalah qualitative method. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota travel and tour di Davao City, Philippines dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel 100. Data primer terdiri dari wawancara dengan kuesioner, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Davao City Tourism Office, Department of Tourism in Region XI, National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Region XI, Bureau of Immigration in Region XI, Davao City Travel and Tours. Analisa data dengan menggunakan Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis, Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) membuktikan bahwa strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata di Davao City, Philippines, berada pada posisi Kuadran Pertama yang terletak antara peluang eksternal dan kekuatan internal di mana hasil analisis diperoleh skor total IFAS adalah 3,36 dan EFAS adalah 3,01 serta berada pada titik X 3,36 dan titik Y 1,57. Hal ini menunjukkan internal factors lebih berpengaruh dalam strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata dibandingkan external factors. Strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata dengan produk dan jasa serta harga bisnis pariwisata Kota Davao  yang kompetitif sangat menarik, kemampuan sumber daya yang handal dalam berbahasa Inggris dan kompetensi teknologi informasi yang baik sebagai modal dasar pariwisata Kota Davao. Diversifikasi produk dan jasa bisnis pariwsata (dive tourism, eco tourism, medical tourism and golf tourism) meningkatkan kunjungan turis domestik dan asing berkunjung ke Kota Davao. Tourism multiplier effects memiliki dampak positif pada berbagai sektor usaha di Kota Davao. Dampak positif peningkatan beberapa indikator antara lain: occupancy rate atau tingkat hunian hotel berbintang dan kelas melati di Kota Davao Sebesar 75%, tenaga kerja yang bekerja tahun 2018 sejumlah 2.862.500 atau 94,2% dan tenaga kerja yang tidak bekerja sejumlah 2.906.250 atau 5,8%, pemilik bisnis pariwisata mengalami peningkatan dari 40.499 tahun 2017 menjadi 41.292 tahun 2019 dan investasi bisnis pariwisata mencapai Rp 74.700.000.000.000.
