Character education has been a solution to resolve identity crisis for Indonesian young generation.excavation of original value from Indonesia has been a lot of tested and study.character education base local wisdom.Dayaknese Ngaju on Middle Borneo have recommendation values as character education enhancement.the study do on Pemantang village,East Kotawaringin District,Middle Borneo.the study using Qualitative Research Method,data collective:observation,interview and documentation.local wisdom embraced by the Dayaknese Ngaju on Middle Borneo is a philosophy of huma betang,habaring hurung,hatamuei lingu nalatai hapangkaja,karende malempang, the biggest love to the universe as the source of life. Internalized value process through paragon of the elders and indigenous,traditional events and enactment the Adat Law.

This paper tries to look at the irreverent phenomena that occur in students today, and to find a way out through a series of events in the past with the value of local wisdom in the past. There are two things (more precisely an offer) to be conveyed in this paper in solving this problem. First, an explanation of the value of local wisdom contained in pappasang to riolo, the second tells about the exemplary suri to-riolo (ancestors). These two things are integrated into the historical material and conveyed to students so that students with character can be created. This paper uses a qualitative research method with an anthropological-historical approach in seeing the character (value) of students who experience moral degradation. The results of this study are a new model of character education approach using culture as a role model.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all aspects of life. One of the things that has been affected is the achievement of the SDGs which has been hampered by this pandemic. The condition that has been deteriorated due to the pandemic should not be used as an excuse to achieve the SDGs, in this case the role of youth is very important to achieve SDGs, especially in the post-pandemic period. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The data used are primary and secondary data that have been collected, processed, made conclusions, and then interpreted. This study aims to design a character education system for the younger generation in their role in achieving the SDGs. The results of the interpretation of data that have been collected and then processed in the research process, make a proposal for "FAST Generation". These concepts are some of the main characteristics that youth must have in their role in achieving the SDGs in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. FAST Generation is a character that must be possessed by youth in achieving the SDGs. Youth with character will make the world safer, more prosperous, and more focused, so that the achievement of the goals contained in the SDGs will be easier.

The research aims at revealing the performance of teachers in science learning management integrated with character education. This study employed qualitative research method. Based on the result of the t-test of the correlation coefficient, this study obtained t value 4,210 with significance 0,001. The significance value 0,001 < 0,05 showed that there is influence from teachers’ performance in arranging learning media integrated with character education to the teachers’ performance in science learning. The conclusion of research stated that the performance of science teachers in junior high schools in Semarang City in integrating character education is categorized into a very good category with average score 85,05.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the reasons for the usage and positioning of writing in the field of plastic arts by using semiotic analysis. Therefore, the purposes for which the writing is used in pictorial expressions has been researched by using literature scanning techniques, and it has been exemplified over different methods of use by elaborating on a few artists. During the research, qualitative research method was used and the works of the artists who used writing in their paintings were examined by examining the research examples made in this field together with the literature review. Research; The use of images in the article is important in order to reveal the present status of the century in Turkey, it is limited by the Contemporary Turkish Painting Artists and their works using text in this important line in the works. While Contemporary Turkish Painting Art constitutes the universe of the research, he uses painting and writing together in his works as a sample; The works of Aylin Beyoğlu, Bedri Baykam, Gültekin Akengin, Kayıhan Keskinok, Özdemir Altan, Rauf Tuncer and Seyit Mehmet Buçukoğlu were selected. Undoubtedly, many artists who used writing in their works could be included in this research. However, the main purpose here is not to create a complete list of artists who use writing in their works; to reveal the existence and usage purposes of writing in contemporary Turkish painting. The use of folktale as a medium of character education can certainly be explored in various ways – through the character’s behaviour, the character’s qualities, and the character’s way of speaking. Employing library and descriptive qualitative research method, the present study investigated the strategic values of mental revolution found in the main characters of Prince Pekik folktale. The finding suggests that throughout his reign the Prince Pekik possessed numerous exemplary qualities – i.e. wise, knowledgeable, motivated, smart, persistent, firm, humble, courageous, responsible, and conscionable. The implication of this study is that by studying the main character’s qualities of this folktale, character education can be taken place where mental revolusion is possibly promoted.   Keywords: Strategic values of mental revolution, folktale, educational media, Prince Pekik

The aim of this research is to uncover the presence of character building in Topeng Malangan dance tradition according to Transpersonal Psychology perspective. This tradition is one of the art cultural heritage that exclusively from Malang and has some rituals as Silem (meditation) and Suguh. There is something unknown beyond human personality which is connected with spirituality so it is correlated with human’s character building. Topeng Malangan dance tradition and all of the rituals inside have contribution and correlation with the character building in the dancer. This research is using qualitative research method with ethnography. It founds that sub-personality and some objects in transpersonal psychology has significant result in building character education at Malang mask dance.

This study aims to analyze how the concept and form of implementation of religious integration in science learning (biology, mathematics, physics and chemistry subjects) at Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimin Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor Kab. East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) -Indonesia. By using a descriptive-analytic qualitative research method, data was collected through document techniques, interviews, and observations to explore data about the integration and internalization of Islamic values, namely the values of tawhid, syari'ah, morals and the development of science into students which have implications. on the behavior and enthusiasm of using science (science axiology) of students. Science strengthens and supports the belief about God as the creator of the universe, while religion strengthens and directs science to provide benefits and fulfill the needs of human life. With the apologetic integration model, it is an integration model based on the view that science is a universal and value-free product. Therefore it can be used and applies anywhere and in any environment. In the context of integration of science and technology and Imtak, trying to legitimize the results of modern science by looking for appropriate verses from the Qur'an, which are related to Islamic values with scientific theories and have existed in religious teachings

The purpose of this study is to find the values of character education by using material of the Struggle of K.H Gholib in defending Indonesian Independence at the Lampung Residency. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with library research. The results of this study are briefly elaborated on the biography and struggle of K.H Gholib as a local figure who fought to defend Indonesia's independence at the Lampung Residency. Then the values of character education contained in the material include: religious attitudes, hard work, curiosity, love for the country, nationalism and communicative. These character values can be actualized by students in learning local history in high school. The hope is that students can emulate the figure of a figure from K.H Gholib, especially for those who live in the area of Lampung and apply it to their lives both now and in the future.

Penelitian mengenai indikasi pencitraan dalam upacara adat Rebo Pungkasan bertujuan sebagai media introspeksi masyarakat agar selalu merawat nilai-nilai keaslian budaya dan spiritualnya. Kesadaran tentang upacara adat sebagai media untuk berhubungan dengan segala isi alam semesta dan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa perlu dibangunkan kembali guna menjadi pembatas agar tidak terjebak dalam sebuah pencitraan semata. Metode penelitian kualitatif dipilih untuk memperoleh segala informasi tentang upacara adat Rebo Pungkasan. Pada akhirnya sebuah indikasi pencitraan ditemukan dalam ritual tersebut. Pencitraan sudah merajalela dalam area ritual. Pada satu ruang lingkup upacara adat Rebo Pungkasan, pencitraan dapat dilihat jelas dalam kepalsuan lemper Boga Wiwaha yang dijadikan sebagai persembahan/caos dhahar. Wujud lemper dilebih-lebihkan dengan ukuran panjang antara dua meter dan diameter sekitar setengah meter supaya menarik untuk dijadikan sebuah ikon. Segalanya dikemas manis dan menarik seperti pada iklan di televisi, orasi pada kampanye, aktivitas dalam sosial media, dan sebagainya. Hampir dibalik itu semua terdapat sesuatu yang dilebih-lebihkan, kepalsuan bahkan kebohongan yang disembunyikan. Sesuatu yang disajikan/ditawarkan belum tentu sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi. Sebuah pencitraan sama halnya dengan sebuah topeng yang menjadi penutup citra yang sesungguhnya. Research on the imaging indication ceremonial Rebo Pungkasan intended as a medium of introspection people to always take care of the values of cultural and spiritual authenticity. Awareness about the ceremonies as a medium to get in touch with all the contents of the universe and God Almighty needs to be woken up again to be a barrier to not get stuck in an imaging alone. Qualitative research method was chosen to obtain any information about Rebo Pungkasan ceremonies. In the end an imaging indication is found in the ritual. Imaging is already rampant in the ritual area. In the scope of traditional ceremonies Rebo Pungkasan, imaging can be seen clearly in falsehood donuts Boga Wiwaha used as offerings / caos Dhahar. Exaggerated form of donuts with a length between two meters and a diameter of about half a meter so interesting to be an icon. Everything is packaged sweet and charming as the ads on TV, speeches on the campaign, the activity in the social media, and so on. Almost behind it all there is something exaggerated, even falsity lies hidden. Something that presented / offered not necessarily correspond with the reality of the matter. An imaging as well as a mask that became the cover image of the real thing.

To support the enforceability of character education, schools should be conditioned as a major supporter of activities especially in SMP Negeri 9 Banjarbaru.  Character education can also be demonstrated in the behavior and attitudes of teachers in providing. Teachers are expected to be the role models for their students.  This study used a qualitative research method, which gives an idea of character education in teaching social science in SMP Negeri 9 Banjarbaru.  Data collection techniques in the study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study character education in schools is also strongly associated with the management of the school, how the character education is adequately planned, implemented, and evaluated in the educational activities in schools.  Therefoe, the character education should be combaining by many values, such us: religious, honesty, tolerance, discipline, curiosity, achievement appreciation, environmental care, social care, and responsibility.Keywords: character education and social studies learning.
