Identificar as principais falhas no registro de sinais vitais de um hospital e construir um plano de educação para miniminzar esse déficit. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação realizada com os técnicos de enfermagem da unidade traumato-ortopédica de uma instituição de Saúde em Pernambuco. O estudo constituiu-se em três fases: investigação de registro dos sinais vitais e entrevista; pré-teste e oficina educativa; pós-teste. Os técnicos de enfermagem possuem conhecimento sobre a importância da mensuração correta e registro adequado dos sinais vitais, entretanto, possuíam dúvidas quanto a alguns conceitos do assunto. A realização de oficinas educativas proporcionou oportunidade de aprendizado e a técnica usada mostrou-se efetiva, sendo indicado atividades de capacitações para as instituições de saúde que buscam fornecer assistência adequada aos seus clientes.Descritores: Educação em Saúde, Equipe de Enfermagem, Sinais Vitais. Promotion of educational practice: registration of vital signs in a trauma-orthopedic unitAbstract: To identify the main flaws in the registry of vital signs of a hospital and to construct an education plan to reduce this deficit. This is an action research carried out with the nursing technicians of the trauma-orthopedic unit of a health institution in Pernambuco. The study consisted of three phases: investigation of vital signs registration and interview; pre-test and educational workshop; post-test. Nursing technicians have knowledge about the importance of correct measurement and adequate recording of vital signs, however, they had doubts about some concepts of the subject. Esta es una investigación de acción realizada con los técnicos de enfermería de la unidad de traumatología y ortopedia de una institución de salud en Pernambuco. Patient safety in hospitals is a global issue and it is important to establish a safer and more comfortablesystem of nursing and health services in hospitals. Nursing care is expected to be of good quality anduseful in preventing incidents of unwanted events that can harm patients and hospitals. The reality inthe hospital even though the socialization and training of patient safety have been carried out by thehospital to nurses and health workers there are still cases of injured patients, patients falling and wrongtreatment. This study aims to determine the relationship of nurse competencies that was nursingstudies, nursing ethics, drug administration and measurement of vital signs with patient safety in PiruHospital in 2017. The type of research is descriptive analytic with design cross-sectional. Theinstrument used was a questionnaire, with a sample of 66 nurses at the Piru Hospital in Seram BagianBarat District. The results showed that there was a relationship between significant nursing assessmentcompetencies, nursing ethics, administration of drugs and the measurement of vital signs with patientsafety, at the Piru Hospital. Therefore nurses' knowledge and technical skills regarding patient safetythrough various socialization and training activities must be improved so that the safety and security ofpatients in hospital services is guaranteed and the hospital image becomes better. During the Covid-19 pandemic, good immunity was needed to avoid the corona virus infection. One of the efforts to prevent corona virus infection was to increase the body's immune status. High body immunity can be obtained from eating healthy foods, getting adequate rest and avoiding stress / mental stress. One local wisdom of the people in Indonesia to increasing immunity level was the habit of consuming herbal drinks which were believed to increase immunity level because there were several very useful ingredients. One of the herbal drinks made from ginger and lemon was JASULE (Jahe Susu Lemon), which was a ginger milk drink with lemon added. In this training, the participants were given material about the importance of the herbal drink JASULE  (Jahe Susu Lemon). The importance of growing ginger and lemon as a medicinal plant in the yard. Also given training in making JASULE  drink until all participants can make it themselves. The training activities for making herbal drinks JASULE to increase body immunity level during the Covid-19 Pandemic were held in Pangkalan Jati Cinere, Depok. This activity was well received by all participants with enthusiasm and the questions asked. Participants gained additional knowledge and skills in making herbal drinks JASULE, which can be seen from the increasing in post test scores after counseling and training in making herbal drink JASULE to increasing body immunity level during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pangkalan Jati Cinere, Depok was 42.4% ie from 47.9% to 90.3%.

Abstract. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) for Developing Intellectual Capabilities of Teachers and Students in Web Design at SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura aims to overcome the problems faced by SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura (partners). The partner problem found was the limited number of teachers with IT backgrounds. Most teachers who teach in the Department of Multimedia are the function teachers from other departments in the school. Web programming and multimedia are the leading fields in this school, but because of the limited knowledge of the teachers, the subject of expertise to form and improve students' competencies is hampered. The solution we offer is to provide direct training to teachers on web programming, namely web design and web development so as to provide appropriate material to students at SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura. The training aims to develop the Intellectual Capability of Teachers and Students in Web Design which is a compulsory competency that must be possessed by graduates of the Multimedia Department Vocational School The training activities are carried out for 3 (three) days by reviewing better interactive practicum-based learning program and training plans. The results of this PKM found an increase in knowledge of 18.40% for Web Design Training at SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura.Keywords: Multimedia, Web Programming, Web Design, Web Development. Abstrak. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Pengembangan Kemampuan Intelektual Guru dan Siswa dalam Web Desain di SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura (mitra). Permasalahan mitra yang ditemukan adalah terbatasnya jumlah Guru yang berlatar belakang IT. Kebanyakan guru yang mengajar pada Jurusan Multimedia adalah guru alih fungsi dari jurusan lain di sekolah tersebut. Pemrograman web dan multimedia menjadi bidang unggulan di sekolah ini, namun karena terbatasnya pengetahun para guru menyebabkan mata pelajaran keahlian untuk membentuk dan meningkatkan kompetensi para siswa pun jadi terhambat. Solusi yang kami tawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada guru mengenai pemrograman web, yaitu web design dan web development sehingga dapat memberikan materi yang tepat kepada siswa di SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura. Pelatihan bertujuan untuk Pengembangan Kemampuan Intelektual Guru dan Siswa dalam Web Desain yang merupakan kompetensi wajib yang harus dimiliki siswa lulusan SMK Jurusan Multimedia. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) hari dengan mengkaji rencana program pembelajaran dan pelatihan berbasis praktikum interaktif yang lebih baik. Hasil dari PKM ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 18,40 % untuk Pelatihan Web Desain di SMK Negeri 5 Jayapura.Kata Kunci: Multimedia, Pemrograman Web, Web Design, Web Development.

RESUMOObjetivos: identificar a percepção de enfermeiros sobre a abordagem familiar para a doação de órgãos. Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, explicativo e exploratório, com seis enfermeiros de duas instituições de saúde realizado por meio de entrevista aberta e discutida pela Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: demonstrou-se que a falta de conhecimento relacionada ao processo de doação de órgãos, principalmente sobre a morte encefálica, é a maior dificuldade encontrada pela equipe de Enfermagem. Conclusão: conclui-se que o enfermeiro atuante na abordagem familiar deve aperfeiçoar-se constantemente, bem como as instituições de saúde devem investir em educação continuada e permanente para todos os colaboradores, além de investimentos financeiros para a maior divulgação sobre a temática. Method: this is a qualitative, explanatory and exploratory study with six nurses from two health institutions conducted through an open interview and discussed by Content Analysis. Results: it was demonstrated that the lack of knowledge related to the process of organ donation, mainly on brain death, is the greatest difficulty found by the Nursing team. Conclusion: it is concluded that the nurses working in the family approach must constantly improve, as well as health institutions should invest in continuous and permanent education for all employees, as well as financial investments for greater dissemination on the subject. This community service activity aims to improve awareness towards the environment from children on the students in the School of Kusuma Bangsa through the implementation of educational waste sorting and training in the processing of waste. The purpose of carrying out this activities to reduce this problem, namely: 1) Provide education in the sorting and processing of garbage 2) Provide skills in managing waste into innovative products and economic value, 3) Provide training in additional skills such as planting, 4) The target of this activity is the students in the School of Kusuma Bangsa. The method of implementation of these training activities will be made by the method of pre and post test. The output of this activity are: 1) Create the character of students who cares about the environment and is smart in making decisions, 2) Create an innovative products  and have the economic value of the problem of found in the School of Kusuma bangsa, 3) Development of skills for students to carry out the third tri darma of higher education, namely community service.

This study aims to find out the relationship between learning style and students’ knowledge aspect on Computer System Subject at SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu, the type of research is quantitative and the subject of research is grade X in SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu. Data collection techniques using observation, Questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were Descriptive Analysis, and inferential Statistical Analysis. The results of visual learning style post-test were 11 people with a mean of 76.36, an auditory learning style of 8 people at a mean of 62.14, a kinesthetic learning style of 3 people at a mean of 50.33, apart from that (r x y = 2.35) and the magnitude of r is reflected in the table (r table = 0.4132). Then rxy > r table ie = 2.35> 0.4132. In other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It has a significant relationship between the learning styles of students and students’ knowledge aspect on Computer System Subject of grade X TKJ in SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu

This Collaborative Classroom Action Research aimed at enhancing students’ speaking skill through the application of Circle Game. It was conducted in one cycle consisting of two meetings. The subject was the seventh of C class of SMPN 2 Alas Barat consisting of 22 students. The types of data were qualitative (acquiring observation during the learning process) and quantitative (speaking tests). The results qualitatively showed that the implementation of Circle Game enhanced the students’ speaking skills. Such improvement could be seen from their enthusiasm, their interesting feeling in various materials presented by the teacher, their active involvement. In the quantitative findings, the result also showed a higher value of the mean score of the post-test (77.34) rather than the pre-test (75.75). In conclusion, the use of Circle Game can improve students’ speaking skill.

This study attempts to improve students’ writing achievement in recount text through Think-Pair-Share Strategy. This study was conducted by using classroom action research. The subject of the research was class VIII-1 SMPN 1 Pematangsiantar. The number of the students was 32 students, consisted of 5 males and twenty seven females. The research was conducted in two cycles and consisted of six meetings. The instruments for collecting data were writing tests as the quantitative data and diary notes, observation sheet, interview sheet and questionnaire sheet as qualitative data. Based on the writing score, students’ scores kept improving in every test. In analyzing the data, the mean of the students’ score for the first test as a pre-test was 57.84, for the second test as a post test I was 73.56, for the third test as a post test II was 77.56. Based on diary notes, observation sheet and questionnaire sheet, it was found that students were actively involved in writing process. The result of the research showed that Think-Pair-Share Strategy can improve students’ achievement in writing recount text.   Keywords: Think Pair Share, Writing, Recount text, Action research

Today, worldview, spiritual and moral problems that have always been reflected in education and upbringing come to the fore in society. In this situation, there is a demand for philosophical categories. One of the priority goals of education in modern conditions is the formation of a reasonable, reflexive person who is able to analyze their actions and the actions of other people. Modern science is characterized by an understanding of the absolute value and significance of childhood in the development of the individual, which implies the need for its multilateral study. In the conditions of democratization of all spheres of life, the child ceases to be a passive object of education and training, and becomes an active carrier of their own meanings of being and the subject of world creation. One of the realities of childhood is philosophizing, so it is extremely timely to address the identification of its place and role in the world of childhood. Children's philosophizing is extremely poorly studied, although the need for its analysis is becoming more obvious. Children's philosophizing is one of the forms of philosophical reflection, which has its own qualitative specificity, on the one hand, and commonality with all other forms of philosophizing, on the other. The social relevance of the proposed research lies in the fact that children's philosophizing can be considered as an intellectual indicator of a child's socialization, since the process of reflection involves the adoption and development of culture. Modern society, in contrast to the traditional one, is ready to "accept" a philosophizing child, which means that it is necessary to determine the main characteristics and conditions of children's philosophizing.
