Abstract The origins of the national choral art are based on Church singing, which has been widely developed since the founding of the Putnyansky and Nyametsky monasteries. In the further development of the centuries, Church singing intertwined with folk choral singing, which was reflected in the works of such conductors and composers as G. Muzichesku, M. Berezovsky, A. Kristya, M. Byrke, V. Popovich. Special attention is paid to the creative and conducting activities of Gavriil Muzichesku, all of whose initiatives were innovative and progressive, later becoming the leading ones in the national choral activities of Romania and Moldova. This article identifies and systematizes the main trends related to the process of creating vocal and choral works and their application in the system of Romanian and Moldovan musical education. Their analysis shows that the composer worked on the theoretical generalization of his own experience, turned to the best ideas of domestic and foreign pedagogy, including Russian, and thanks to this he was able to bring his knowledge and experience into a fairly coherent and integral system of musical education and education through vocal and choral culture.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.

The article considers the issue of state security in the context of the objective attention of public administration. Based on the semantics of the concepts of "state" and "security", elaboration of a set of approaches to the interpretation of these definitions, analysis of options for different authors in favor of certain approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "state security" formed and motivated the author's vision of this term such a state of protection of various vector interests of the state and its simple cluster unit - the citizen - which ensures the effective functioning of all spheres, industries, institutional sectors (including their units), mechanisms in general and the implementation of the functions and powers of the state institution in particular for their further development in a changing environment, external and internal threats. The proposed in some way unification approach allows emphasizing the content of the concept, as a logically related set of relevant objects, in the context of the prevailing philosophical nature of the phenomenon of "security", leaving open the "scope" of the concept for further more detailed detailing of its characteristics in the segment. theoretical foundations of the science of public administration in the field of public security concerning its elemental components. This approach provides a focus on the most general object-subject features of the concept while avoiding minor characteristics. AbstractU.S. choral societies typically formalize themselves as secular organizations analogous to symphony orchestras and opera companies. Yet choral societies differ from symphonic or operatic organizations because almost all choruses depend on volunteer singers. Part of what attracts singers into choruses is a sometimes unacknowledged affinity between the religious traditions of liberal Christians and Jews and the culture of choral singing as practiced in formally secular choral societies. The liberal tradition in religion encourages a habitus toward music that might be called a “sense of liturgy”: The interpretation of musical works historically and collectively, rather than as didactic works addressed to an individual. Although many canonical choral works are Christian in content, liberal religion encourages distancing mechanisms that allow people from other faith traditions, or none at all, to engage with these works. In short, the posture of artistic autonomy often found within formally secular choral societies, in which there is no overt religious test for membership, owes part of its genesis to the religious habits of liberal Christians and Jews. The present article explores this affinity by drawing on ethnomusicological fieldwork among choral singers in New England, as well as published accounts of a 1996 controversy over the performance of religious music by a public school choir in Utah.

Amateur musical ensembles draw participants from widely varying disciplines into shared artistic activity in a way that few other artforms do; in particular, choral music, in which bodies both create and directly receive sound, raises profound questions of how performers’ uniquely embodied creative approaches interact. Amateur choral singing therefore offers a lens into how musical creativity is distributed among, and emergent from, a diverse group of individuals. This article explores how the performance of indeterminate and improvisatory choral works offers a powerful example of this distributed creative agency via a network of sounding bodies. This article centres on a case study (March–October 2017) involving three British amateur choirs in the performance of improvisatory choral scores by Kerry Andrew (2005) and Cornelius Cardew (1968–70). Complexity Theory (Davis and Sumara 2006) offers a useful framework for understanding how creative impulses and constructions interact; both the vocal expression and corporeal receipt of these creative ideas occurs in an embodied way, drawing on dance and embodiment theory (Sheets-Johnstone 2009, Downey 2002). The research process and qualitative-data-processing methodology (Charmaz 2014) of the case study are described, before findings are laid out with a view to how they point towards ideas of embodied, complex interaction. These findings offer an important, and hitherto unexplored, view into how Complexity Theory (a common theoretical framework in other fields across the sciences and humanities) might usefully describe musical performance. In transcending attempts to atomise ensemble interaction according to shared intellectual knowledge and verbal communication, the complex, embodied interaction of diverse singers, through the physical connection of sound, might involve those singers in the distributed authorship of a musical work.

Introduction. Unstable Economy of Ukraine due to political and military factors accelerates the negative impact of the competitive environment in entities making their business vulnerable and unstable. The issue of companies’ economic security is becoming especially important. Gained experience is to be improved and further development of theoretical and methodological apparatus of companies’ economic security as an important direction of Security Studies is required. Goal. The article aims to study the author’s definition of economic security entities on the basis of acquired scientific experience. The object of the study is the processes of economic security. The subject of research is the theoretical bases of economic security at a separate business entity. Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the definition of economic security as a scientific category, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, the method of theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, abstract and logical, and others. Results. The article analyzes the current set of definitions of the company’s economic security. The basic approaches to the interpretation of the term are grounded. The expediency of refining classifications and increasing the number of approaches to the definition of economic security are substantiated. The author defines the complex economic category “economic security” as it relates to the business entity. Discussion. It is necessary to clarify purposes and principles of providing economic security of business entity under unstable economy.

The methodical aspects of preparing the future teacher of musical art during obtaining of higher education are studied. It is emphasized on the necessity to enrich the cognitive thesaurus of students, to develop a valuable perception of vocal and choral works, analytical thinking, possession of methods of learning vocal and choral works. The preparation of a teacher for work with choir collective or vocal band is opened. The students' work on the analysis of vocal and choral works, selection of educational repertoire for schoolchildren of different age groups and enrichment of auditory experience has fundamental importance. At this stage, it is necessary to create students' capability to make analysis (musical-theoretical, vocal-choral, performing) and interpretation of choral works, to compose it annotations, to collect and train exercises for developing the vocal-acoustic skills. The approximate vocal and choral analysis of the M. Lysenko Choir "Son" is presented; its general genre features are opened as a musical work intended for choral performance. Based on theoretical knowledge gained during the professional training, acquired methodical skills and independently working out specific choral works, the teacher of musical art can achieve the desired results in musical development of schoolchildren by vocal and choral singing.

The paper is devoted to the management of the production potential of a construction company. The importance of the production potential as one of the most significant elements of the organization resource base is substantiated in the article. Theoretical foundations of the concept of “production potential” and the element structure of the production potential are considered. The management of the production potential is considered from the point of view of the system approach. Taking into account the specifics of the construction sector, the structure of the managing subsystems, such as the target, supporting, managed and managing ones, is represented. The implementation of management decisions in the system of management of the productive potential is to ensure an increase in the management effectiveness of all elements of the production potential, contribute to its further development, and enhance efficiency of a construction company as a whole.

This paper examines existing theoretical approaches to determining the essence of the concept of Internet banking as a banking service. The authors have conducted an analysis of the concept of Internet banking through the lens of its major characteristics in accordance with various approaches. The paper summarizes the scholarly/theoretical foundations of the effect of Internet banking on banks’ competitiveness; identifies some of the key trends in the development and areas for the implementation of the system of serving Internet banking clients; determines the methodological characteristics of reflecting the effect of Internet banking on banks’ competitiveness in putting together bank rankings; identifies some of the latest global trends in the market for Internet banking which are opening up new vistas of opportunity for its further development.

The paper highlights the importance of studying theoretical architectural thought as a cultural phenomenon. The variety of architectural and urban planning theories in the period from the 1st century BC to the early 21st century needs to be reconsidered from the modern perspective using contemporary methodologies and tools. The development of a concept reflecting the evolution of architectural scholarly knowledge and its representation as an integral system are essential steps towards solving major problems faced by the fundamental architectural science and predicting its further development.

This article provides counselors with an introduction to the knowledge and skills involved in providing narrative family therapy (NFT). Following an overview of the theoretical foundations undergirding this therapeutic approach, a case study is used to illustrate the use of numerous NFT techniques. These techniques include eliciting stories to meet families apart from their problems, recognizing cultural discourse and its impact on family narratives, externalizing the problem from the family, and re-authoring the story through the identification and understanding of exceptions and unique outcomes and the identification and enactment of preferred narratives. The article concludes with recommendations for further development of competence in this area.
