Abstract: Located in Meuraxa district, Banda Aceh, Ulee Lheue is the only port that serves the water mode transportation from Banda Aceh to Sabangservices crossing crossing to the city of Sabang and vice versa. The number of tourists visited Sabang increasing very year. The increasing of tourists visited Sabang every year cause port no longer able to accommodate the surge of passengers. Because of that Ulee Lheue port need to develop. The port planned to developed in stages from year 2015 to 2035. Development of Facilities and infrastructure Ulee Lheue ferry port covers an land and sea area. This study aims to determine factors of facilities and infrastructure Ulee Lheue ferry ports. This study used a questionnaire addressed to user and port management, interviews with Ulee Lheue port stakeholders. Obtained 100 sample using the Slovin equations. Questionnaire tested for validity and reliability using SPSS. Data analysis using Likert Scale analysis and USG methods (urgency, seriuosness and growth). The results of this research is a  determine the most dominant factor in the development of Ulee Lheue port, and the suitability of development stages that has been planned in the master plan to the needs of users and port managers. Abstrak: Pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue berada di Kota Banda Aceh tepatnya di Kecamatan Meuraxa merupakan satu-satunya pelabuhan penyeberangan yang melayani jasa penyeberangan menuju Kota Sabang. Jumlah wisatawan yang mengunjungi Kota Sabang melalui pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue direncanakan untuk dikembangkan secara bertahap dari tahun 2015-2035. Pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue meliputi area darat dan area laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada pengguna dan pengelola pelabuhan serta wawancara kepada pemangku kebijakan pada pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue, dengan menggunakan rumus persamaan Slovin maka diperoleh sebanyak 100 sampel kuesioner, kemudian sampel diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan program SPSS. Metode yang digunakan untuk meyelesaikan penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis Skala Likert dan metode USG (urgency, seriuosness, dan growth) serta penyatuan kedua analisis tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa persentase dari persepsi pengguna terhadap pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pelabuhan, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang paling dominan pada pengembangan pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee Lheue, serta kesesuaian tahapan pembangunan yang telah direncanakan pada masterplan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang paling dibutuhkan oleh pengguna dan pengelola pelabuhan pelabuhan Ulee Lheue.

This study aims to determine what factors are considered Muslim entrepreneurs in determining the business performance of a Muslimpreneur in the city of Batam. Techniques of collecting data using kuisoner, observation, and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analaisis (CFA). The result of the research shows 4 variables forming the business performance of a Muslimpreneur namely Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Production. While the most dominant factor considered by employers in determining the performance of a muslimpreneur in Batam City is the production and human resources with the value of variance of 0.23% and 1.45%.

Research on factors that affect the value of residential buildings in the city of Denpasar has been done consisting of literature review, interviews with experts, data collection and statistical analysis. Obtained from literature review were 45 factors which then grouped into four, namely: land characteristics, environment, location, and building characteristics. Survey on 27 valuation expert respondents was done to obtain their perceptions on the factors, and then their perceptions were measured with Likert scale. The data were then statistically tested to determine its validity and reliability, after which factor analysis was performed to obtain factors that truly valid within its group. To further evaluate the dominant factor in each group, two hundred data of previously assessed residential buildings were collected and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that group of factors that affect the value of residential building the most is location (7.723) followed by environment (3.843), building characteristics (3,741) and land characteristics (3.253). Downtown area, road width, building area, and land area are the factor of location, environment, building characteristics, and land characteristics, respectively, that dominantly showed positive effect within its group. SUTET transmission, poor road conditions, poor physical condition of the house, and the land at road end "tusuk sate" dominantly showed negative impact within its group.

This study aims to examine the effect of variables with the title “The Effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement in Bekasi City”. This research was conducted on employees at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik in the city of Bekasi. The sample used was 60 predetermined employees. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability test, regression analysis, correlation, determination coefficient, t test and f test by first testing classic assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the training variable partially (XI) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) where t count = 4.598 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Work discipline variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), where t-count = 2.720 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Simultaneously obtained the results of F-count 22,392 F-table which is equal to = 3.16 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that training variables and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The determination coefficient of 44% is explained by training and work discipline while the rest is explained by other factors outside the research variable.

One form of bureaucratic reform in public services is to bring innovation. Since 2015 the city of Banda Aceh has implemented innovations in birth certificate services, by presenting PELANGI (direct servants). Pelangi is a mechanism for making birth certificates based on a mobile car with a proactive system. Department of Population and Civil Registration of the city of Banda Aceh visited villages in Banda Aceh City and provided birth certificate registration services on-site. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the "Pelangi" program and the extent to which the program was able to increase ownership of birth certificates in the city of Banda Aceh. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative. With the hope of being able to answer in more detail related to Department of Population and Civil Registration's efforts in increasing the ownership of birth certificates for residents of the city of Banda Aceh through the innovation of the Pelangi. The key informants in this study came from officers and leadership elements of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banda Aceh and village officials who were partners. While data collection techniques are obtained through observations, interviews and documentations. Data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Pelangi innovation in the city of Banda Aceh based on a mobile car has become one of the innovations that is able to increase the number of birth certificate ownership in the city of Banda Aceh.

Banda Aceh is one of the city of Islamic tourism in Indonesia, therefore it is expected that regional income can be obtained from tourism income. As a source of  revenue of income, tourism is influenced by tourist visits. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the visiting of the domestic tourists and the foreign tourists to the regional revenue in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative approach and data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The source of this research is taken from the Banda Aceh Statistics Data Report 2012 to 2015. The results show that there is influence between the visit of tourists to the city's original revenue of Banda Aceh, this is indicated by the increase of the number of tourists to increase the original income of the regional.

AbstractThis associative research was conducted to see whether there was an effect of variations in products and facilities on consumer repurchase interest at the Café Ilo Peta Kota Bima. The instruments were arranged using a liker scale which distributed 96 samples from an unknown population. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability, and the results were all statements made were valid and reliable, so the questionnaire was worthy of being distributed for data collection tools. From the results of data analysis using the SPSS version 20 application, partially Product Variations have an effect on the Consumer Buyback Interest in Café Ilo Map of the City of Bima, it is marked by the value of Sig = 0,000 <α = 0.05. The same thing also happened at the facility, that the Facilitator also influenced the consumer's repurchase interest in the Café Ilo Map of the City of Bima because of the value of Sig = 0.04 <α = 0.05. Seen from the Simultaneous relationship, Product and Facility Variations together affect the repurchase interest in Bima Café Ilo Map because the Sig value is smaller than α or standard error (0,000 <0.05).

Traditional food is food that is formed by a process of development that lasts for years, because of the fear of being abandoned by the younger generation, forgetting and refusing to consume traditional food which has existed before. So the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the motivation of traditional food culinary lovers in Semarang City. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and factor analysis using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn. The motivational factors for choosing food for traditional food culinary lovers in the city of Semarang by using 400 respondents can be drawn the following conclusions, namely, there are six determining factors that can be seen from the highest loading factor of each formed factor. These factors are natural ingredients factors, sensory attractiveness factors, price, mood factors, healthy food factors, and familiarity factors. The dominant factor of motivation for choosing food for traditional food culinary lovers is the natural content factor.

The research was aimed to analyze the perception, attitude and behavior of consumer durian pancakes production Celebrity Pancake. Research method: study area is defined as purposive on the street S.Parman in the city of Bengkulu. Consumer respondents  were taken by  used accidental  sampling.  Intended  for  consumers  who purchase the products of durian pancake at Celebrity Pancake. Methods of data analysis used Likert scale, analysis of descriptive, and Fishbein. The result showed, consumer perceptions to attribute durian pancakes had been different result, that is attribute taste, flavour, color, and sachet appear are in good category, while the price is at category less well, The consumer attitudes to durian pancakes which indicated trend to a positive attitude. The consumer behaviour to durian pancakes product indicated behaviors liking. Abstrak. Kesiapsiagaan bencana merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus diketahui oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam hal manajemen bencana. Kurangnya pengetahuan akan kesiapsiagaan bencana akan berdampak langsung pada sikap seseorang dalam hal menanggapi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai perbandingan pengetahuan dan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana pada kecamatan yang telah terkena dampak langsung dan yang tidak terkena dampak langsung bencana di kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Kutaraja dan Lueng Bata dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square (p =0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kecamatan Kutaraja dan Lueng bata telah memiliki pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan baik adalah (49,0%) dan kurang baik (51,0%) dalam hal kesiapsiagaan bencana. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan masyarakat dengan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana tentang kesiapsiagaan bencana (p=0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap kesiapsiagaan pada masyarakat yang terkena dampak langsung dan dampak tidak langsung dari bencana tsunami pada responden penelitian di Kecamatan Kutaraja dan Lueng Bata. Kata Kunci: Kesiapsiagaan bencana, pengetahuan, sikap, masyarakat Abstract. Disaster preparedness is one of the important factors that should be recognized by all levels of society in terms of disaster management. Lack of knowledge on disaster preparedness will have a direct impact on one's attitude in responding to disasters. This study aims to assess the comparability of knowledge and attitude of disaster preparedness in sub-districts that have been directly affected and not directly affected by the disaster in the city of Banda Aceh. The type of this research is descriptive with the cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is the people of Banda Aceh who are domiciled in Kutaraja and Lueng Bata sub-district with a sample of 100 people. The data were collected by using questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi-square test (p = 0,05). The results showed that the people of Kutaraja and Lueng Bata sub-districts had good knowledge of disaster preparedness (49.0%) and unfavorable (51.0%) in terms of disaster preparedness. The chi-square test shows that there is a significant correlation between community knowledge and disaster preparedness attitude on disaster preparedness (p = 0,05). The conclusions of this study are the different levels of knowledge and attitudes of preparedness in the communities directly affected and the indirect impact of the tsunami disaster on the research respondents in Kutaraja and Lueng Bata sub-district.Keywords: Disaster preparedness, knowledge, attitude, community

The purpose of this paper was to study the relationships among city branding, e-WOM (electronic word of mouth), and tourist’s intention for visiting. The study focused on the tourists who would visit Batu City as the sample by using a nonprobability sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 participants by google forms. Data analysis techniques were Multiple Linear Regression with validity and reliability test, classic assumption, and hypothesis test (t-test). The results indicated that city branding is positively influenced by the tourist’s intention for visiting, but e-WOM is negatively influenced by the tourist’s intention for visiting. The implications in this study can be used as input for the Batu City Government in developing the city branding “Shining Batu” to increase tourist’s intention for visiting.
