Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh nilai iklan yang dipersepsikan dan getok tular (wom) terhadap minat wisata kota di Kota Yogyakarta dengan dimediasi oleh citra destinasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Yogyakarta dengan mensurvei 386 responden wisatawan domestik. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan sistem acak menggunakan sampling daerah (cluster). Metode analisis datanya menggunak an analisis regresi sederhana bertahap dan analisis mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara nilai iklan yang dipersepsikan dan getok tular terhadap citra destinasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pula bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara nilai iklan yang dipersepsikan dan getok tular terhadap minat wisata Kota Yogyakarta melalui citra destinasi sebagai variabel pemediasi komplementer. Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of perceived advertising value and word of mouth on intentions of city visit Yogyakarta is mediating by destination image. This research was conducted in the city of Yogyakarta with 386 respondents by surveying domestic tourists. Sample collection techniques with a system using a random sampling area (cluster). Methods of data analysis using stages of simple regression and mediation analysis. The results of this study found a significant and positive influ ence between perceived advertising value and word of mouth on the destination image. This study also shows that significant influence, directly or indirectly between it perceived value advertising and word of mouth to the intentions of city visit Yogyakarta through the destination image as a variable complementary mediator.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist motivation, electronic word of mouthand destination image on the decision to visit the Gunung Mas Palace in Lamongan. The sample usesnon probability sampling method with a purposive sampling or random sampling procedure byselecting 106 visitors. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results ofmultiple linear regression analysis prove that tourist motivation and destination image proved not tohave a significant effect partially on decisions leading to Gunung Mas Palace in Lamongan, whileelectronic word of mouth proved to have a partially significant influence on the decision to visit theGunung Mas Palace in Lamongan

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of the development of tourism infrastructure to increase tourist visits on the attractions of Lake Linting Deli Serdang District. The sample of this research is 133 visitor of Lake Linting, sampling using random sampling is sample determination giving equal opportunity to every member of population to be sampled. Data analysis using Simple Regression test with model accuracy (classic assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient of determination test (R2) and partial test (t test), while data processing using SPSS 20. The result showed that the development of tourism infrastructure able to explain its existence to Variable of tourist visit, have positive and significant influence to tourist visit. <em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust of OVO users in Jakarta. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM through the Lisrel 8.70 application. The results showed that there was a significant influence of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust. Between the two dependent variables, what has a greater influence on brand trust is electronic word of mouth. The conclusion of this research to improve brand trust can be done by improving electronic word of mouth and brand experience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust para pengguna OVO di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust. Diantara kedua variabel dependen maka yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap brand trust adalah electronic word of mouth. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan brand trust dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki electronic word of mouth dan brand experience.

The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang is one heritage building  in Bandung. However, its existence as a Heritage Building is still less known by the public in society Bandung. The attitude of the people of Bandung to Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang just a meeting place that can only be visited by people of Bandung that are members of the society. This study aims to determine the attitude of the people of Bandung to the existence of Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang as a heritage building. This study took a sample of 100 respondents by job. Data were processed using simple regression models.The results showed a significant influence on the attitude of the people in Bandung against BPBS Building existence as a Heritage Building. Perceptions of Attitudes Bandung society to Buildings BPBS rated Good. Similarly, public assessment of the existence of the building BPBS Bandung as a Heritage Building also rated Good.A good assessment of the attitude of the people of Bandung to the existence BPBS building as a heritage building, but managers still need to increase efforts to inform BPBS building as one of the heritage building in the city of Bandung. Keywords: Heritage building  , Attitude

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa salah satu universitas di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat mutu layanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian lembaga perlu meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik agar kepuasan mahasiswanya pun meningkat.Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswaACADEMIC SERVICE QUALITY AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT SATISFACTIONThe aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. This research used explanatory survey method. The data were obtained used questionnaire with likert scale model. The respondents in this reseach were 348 student of university in Bandung.  The data was analyzed by using simple regression. The result of the data analysis revealed that academic service quality was classified as middle category, also student satisfaction classified as middle category. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction. Thus the organization need to improve academic service quality that the student satisfaction is also improve.Keywords: academic service quality, student satisfaction
