The Village

Ranu Pane Village is an enclave village located in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. This village still maintains the traditional Tengger culture which has natural potential in the form of Lake Ranu Pane and Lake Ranu Regulo. Located in a national strategic area of 10 priority tourist destinations, Ranu Pane village is directed to become a tourist village. Tourism development in the perspective of local independence is the embodiment of a community order that is carried out independently. Community participation is very decisive in the development of tourist villages, so as not to be separated from the cultural values of the local community and the decline in environmental quality, so that tourism management will be able to create a prosperous society together with nature conservation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with direct observation techniques and library data collection. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of the Ranu Pane village community in the development of a tourist village. through a SWOT analysis obtained a strategy for the development of tourist villages. In general, it is necessary to increase the participation of the village community so that it is better.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. The Village

Community-Based Tourism (CBT) has become a new trend for local-based development. However, many villages have not developed this potentiality as a new commodity as a tourism-based community. For this reason, this article explains three important elements in the development of community-based tourism in the Sekapuk Village community, Gresik Regency, East Java, namely following the potential, participation, and development of Setigi tourism. This research highlights three critical issues concerning i) how the role of local communities in maximizing village potential, ii) how Community-Based Tourism practices work effectively in increasing community social awareness, and iii) how communities build new tourist destinations. The research method using observation in Setigi tourism, interviews with village leaders, managers of Tourism Awareness Group/Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), local traders, and visitors. The indication of community has built Setigi tourist destinations by utilizing the potential of nature. Meanwhile, CBT is implemented in environmental conservation, tourism training, accessibility of transformation, and the development of communication systems. Setigi tourism is built based on social participation, which results in nature-based tourism destinations, the development of the Mbok Inggih kitchen, and the home industry. As a successful tourist village development, the village has achieved the icon of the Millionaire Village. Nevertheless, in the end, Setigi tourism still has limitations in optimizing the socio-cultural and socio-religious potential.

The purpose of this study was to determine the principle of language politeness in the discourse of husband-wife dialogue in the village community. The sources of data in this study were the husband and wife community of the Tonronge Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research used qualitative descriptive research to clearly describe the form of the principle of language politeness. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, recording, tapping techniques, and documentation. The results showed that the principle of language politeness in society in the discourse of husband-wife dialogue in the community reflects the implementation of the cultural values of "siri" as a central value. The use of special vocabulary, such as taalani (please get it), ta (yours), iye (yes), ki (you) shows politeness in language.

Tista Tourism Village is the developing tourist village, that located at Kerambitan Village, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this community service is to deliver the understanding and skills, improving for Tista community in playing an active role and participation in preparation of local lodging (homestay) along with supporting facilities to provide security and comfort when tourists stay and can increase tourists length of stay at Tista Tourism Village to enjoy various tourism products and tour packages in Tista Village in support of development and management of Tista Tourism Village, so as to provide economic benefits in directly to the Tista Village community. The devotion technique that is giving counseling to the tista village community which was attended by the village head, the chairman of pokdarwis, the manager of the tourist village and the community, the subject that presented about the homestay to be clean, confortable, and the availability of clean water. Homestay is prepared to be the main accommodation alternative for tourists whotakes the vacation at Tista Wisata Village. But about the cleanliness, is still a shortcoming that must be addressed. Not only homestay, a number of tourist destinations that are intended to attract tourists, should provide the widest information to tourists and maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. All parties must be involved in fixing the existing shortcomings, because to increase tourism requires a high awareness, ie the community will be involved.

This research get focus on strategic empowerment of communities through tourist village spirit riding and agricultural in an effort to improve the condition of the Leban village. As for the purpose of this research is to draw up strategies community empowerment through tourist village the spirit of riding and agricultural in an effort to improve the welfare of the village community wide, to analyze the barricade factors and to know the efforts made to address the factors a barrier. The research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach to the source of the data from the results of interviews, review literature that analyzed using SWOT analysis to search for strategies that will be used. Based on the research done, produced 1 (one) of alternative strategy for implementation who recommended to the local government of district kendal as well as the government leban village, namely: A performance of traditional arts and culture the village community leban routinely; Based on the results of this research is recommended to the government district kendal to provide support to the rural community empowerment wide and immediately issue a decree regent kendal on the determination of wide villages into tourist village. For department of culture and tourism in order to strengthen the role of tourist group conscious (pokdarwis) and held an education and training that sustained to villagers wide community to empowerment more optimal in terms of conscious tourism.

Abstrak: Arus globalisasi saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas bagus dan modern yang sangat diminati oleh khalayak. Sehingga mampu menggeser segala sesuatu yang dianggap ketinggalan jaman dengan lebih memilih dan mengedepankan hal-hal yang dianggap lebih kekinian. Misalnya di daerah-daerah yang saat ini berlomba-lomba membangun pariwisata yang menghadirkan unsur modern dengan segala fasilitas kekinian yang dapat dinikmati oleh para wisatawan. Pembangunan pariwisata sangat menjadi prioritas utama sebagai upaya untuk kemajuan dan peningkatan terhadap potensi yang dimiliki, baik dari masyarakat maupun daerah. Hadirnya destinasi wisata modern yang juga mengusung pasar tradisional papringan dengan memasukkan budaya Jawa sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan serta mengenalkan kepada para pengunjung, menjadi tujuan utama masyarakat yang ada di Desa Jambu. Segala wujud tindakan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat menurut Parson memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai, sehingga dengan memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan segala potensi yang dimiliki, kini desa tersebut menjadi destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan baik dari dalam maupun luar kota. Adanya pasar tradisiona,l juga memberikan kesempatan bagi para wanita yang notabennya adalah ibu rumah tangga untuk bisa lebih mandiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Pada era modernisasi saat ini dianggap memberikan kemudahan untuk dapat mempromosikan segala keunikan dan keistimewaan yang dimiliki oleh desa wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pasar Tradisional Papringan, Masyarakat Desa Jambu, Fungsioanlisme   Abstract: Current globalization can not be denied that there are good and modern facilities that are very popular with the public. So as to be able to shift everything that is considered outdated by preferring and prioritizing things that are considered more contemporary. For example in areas that are currently competing to build a tourism business that presents a modern element with all the current facilities that can be enjoyed by tourists. Tourism development is a top priority as an effort to progress and increase the potential of the community and region. The presence of modern tourist destinations that carry Papringan traditional markets by incorporating Javanese culture as an effort to preserve and introduce to visitors, became the main destination of activists in Jambu Village. All forms of actions taken by the community according to Parson have goals to be achieved. So that by utilizing and developing all the potential that is owned, the village has now become a tourist destination that is visited by many tourists both from within and outside the city. The existence of traditional markets also provides opportunities for women who incidentally are housewives to be more independent in meeting family needs. In the current era of modernization, it is considered to be easy to be able to promote all the uniqueness and privileges that are owned by the tourist village. The interaction that arises from the impact of the residence used as a tourist village one of the habits of the community will be affected as the language and behavior of tourists. Cultural values become the guidelines of human life passed down from generation to generation so that the role of heir in this family becomes very important to be applied to the next generation. The purpose of this study to determine the role of families in applying cultural values that exist in the Sasak tribe. This research was conducted in Ende Village, Kecamatan Pujut, Central Lombok. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive, data obtained from observation, interview, documentation and literature review related to research substance. The results of this study provide information that the family tribe Sasak play an active role in presenting cultural values in children from childhood. The local cultural values of the Sasak tribe include the mother educating the girls weave, the father educates the farm boys, the father and mother show by example make us polite clothing in the village that is a sarong for men and women's woven cloth skirt, family religion will decrease to the child, and most of this can be sustained today because of the role of families who continue to apply cultural values from generation to generation. So, to preserve the cultural values of the tribe sasak required the role of the family, especially parents to inherit the habits and behavior in accordance with the norms prevailing in that tribe.

The development and management of tpurism conducted professionally can increase tourist visits and improve the economy of the community. Klaten Regency has many tourist destinations, one of which is the interesting natural attractions of the Getuk River located in the village of Socokangsi, Jatinom district. The destinations is fairly new and still needs a lot of improvements, both infrastructure to supporting the activities of tourism.The research method uses qualitative method and data analysis using SWOT analysis is used as the formulation of strategy problem on the identification of internal and external factors on the object that has been studied.Getuk River which the management is still done by the local community requires the role of government to be able to develop the potential of existing tourism and can be managed professionally so as to bring in local and foreign tourists.

ABSTRAK. Desa Buwun Sejati di Kabupaten Lombok Barat merupakan salah satu desa yang sedang berkembang untuk menjadi desa wisata alternatif di Pulau Lombok. Panorama alam Tibu Atas yang berlokasi di Desa Buwun Sejati memiliki potensi untuk mendukung desa ini menjadi salah satu destinasi andalan di pulau Lombok. Namun, Tibu Atas belum banyak dikunjungi karena terletak di wilayah yang relatif terpencil. Pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa ini telah membantu menata Tibu Atas sehingga lebih siap untuk menjadi destinasi alternatif di pulau Lombok. Berbagai program yang telah dilaksanakan antara lain pembuatan taman bunga sebagai penujang keindahan panorama Tibu Atas, edukasi pengelolaan wisata bagi masyarakat setempat, dan sosialisasi Tibu Atas kepada khalayak umum melalui sosial media. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan peluang Desa Buwun Sejati sebagai desa wisata semakin besar._____________________Kata Kunci : Desa Buwun Sejati, Air Terjun, Pariwisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  ABSTRACT. Desa Buwun Sejati in West Lombok Regency is one of the developing villages to become an alternative tourism village on Lombok Island. The Tibu Atas natural panorama located in the village of Buwun Sejati has the potential to support this village as one of the mainstay destinations on the island of Lombok. However, the Upper Tibu has not been visited much because it is located in a relatively remote region. Devotion done in this village has helped organize Tibu Atas so that it is better prepared to become an alternative destination on the island of Lombok. Various programs that have been carried out include the creation of a flower garden as a supporter of the panoramic beauty of Tibu Atas, education on tourism management for the local community, and the socialization of Tibu Atas to the general public through social media. The study was backed by the existence of equitable development and the acceleration efforts around countryside, has done several programs/activities at the village level -based community empowerment as well as optimize the local potential in the village such as tourist village. With the participation of the community directly in the tourist village development, then it can also be used for local community empowerment efforts. This research aim is to find the community participation in the legislation implementation through the Village tourism development Tanjungsari County of Rowosari Sub district Kendal. This research type is qualitative, descriptive research was carried out in the village in Kendal. Focus of the study was excavation of the tourism potential village, forms management in the development of tourism and other forms of activities upon community participation through the development of village tourism. Data collection methods used is interviews, observation, documentations. Technique of data analysis applies qualitative approach. The results shows that the Tanjungsari Village developed into a decent Education about how to cultivate fish and make crafts calligraphy that has tourism potential among other industrial centers household processing and marketing Fish Boiled & smoked fish, as well as the calligraphy craft. Tanjungsari Village Development model geared at empowering communities by involving the community in the development of tourist villages ranging from socialization and decision making in order to prepare the tourism components and the Pokdarwis formation. The research conclusion indicates that public participation can be rated high enough and enthusiastic but there has been no support program from the Government to prioritize the village tourism development. While the obstacles faced that there isn’t law regulation because the tourist village development program is not yet contained in the RPJMDES and RKP village then be followed up with SK (Circulating Letter) Regent Tanjungsari assignment as rural education. It suggests that socialization program in order to disseminate the existence in Tanjungsari Village with invites schools to learn to cultivate fish, creating crafts calligraphy through website and social media.
