Diamond Beach is located at Pelilit Village, Pejukutan Village, Nusa Penida District. This tourist attraction was developed since 2014. Even though it have been developed since five years ago, there is still bad perception from local community about the components at Diamond Beach, in specific about amenity, accessibility, and human resource. Those local community perception contrasts with the perception of tourists that visited Diamond Beach, which they have good perception of all destination components in Diamond Beach. This research used qualitative descriptive approach that concerned about the perception of tourist and local community towards destination component at Diamond Beach. All perceptions and collected data using triangulation were used to identify internal and external environment condition at Diamond Beach. Result of internal and external factor analysis at Diamond Beach were both in medium condition. Then, the proper grand strategy to be applied in next level is keeping up and maintaining without changing the strategy that has been used before. This grand strategy is stressing more about product and service development, also market penetration. Keywords: perception, development strategy, tourist attraction

In the village, Batu Jong-Jong Village, Bahorok District the land is very fertile. Lush plants that can be used as a mixture of traditional medicines. Housewives with a hereditary recipe to produce herbs derived from plants that become traditional business ingredients Karo. The purpose of this research is to find out alternative strategies and priority strategies that can be used as an effort to develop karo traditional ingredients in Batu Jong-Jong Village. Research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection through interviews, observations, discussions. Interviews were conducted with the owners of the traditional herbs Karo business in the stone frog hamlet and also a questionnaire with forestry counselors and village heads. The results of the study, based on the results of the calculation of the IFE (Internal Factor Evalution) matrix, found that the total score was 3.15. While the results of calculations on the EFE (External Factor Evalution) matrix table, obtained a total weighted score of 2.87. The conclusion is that the traditional herb business in Karo is of moderate value because the score weight is above 2.50. So that the right strategy is market penetration and product development strategies.

This study aims to obtain data on changes in function and initial forms of performing Lebon in the community, Pepedan Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. With the development of the current era through various factors, the Lebon art has turned into a means of entertainment that is arranged in such a way that the aim of the Lebon art remains sustainable and is accepted by the Papedan community. Lebon art in the language of the local community lebon has a meaning that is grave or buried. Lebon art performance can occur because there are two groups fighting over plantation land ownership or fighting over women to be wives, Lebon art is art that contains violence in earlier times, because in this art required as winners are surviving champions and losers must reach die and be buried in the place of the Lebon art performance. Lebon art in general Pangandaran community has become an art that was born originally from Pangandaran Regency.

Angseri village is located in_Baturiti subdistrict, Tabanan regency, Bali. Angseri village has_Angseri Hot Springs as a tourist attraction. This tourist attraction has a special characteristic than another hot springs tourist attraction._The special characteristic of this hot springs is in the middle of bamboo forest. The management of this hot springs started in 2007 until now and this management still running well with many involved party in it. The research that will be done is_about how is the actual condition of Angseri hot springs reviewed on tourism product component and how is the pattern of participation in management of Angseri hot springs in Angseri village which the_management is managed by the local community itself.                   The research method used is qualitative descriptive with in-depth interview, observation, documentation, and literature_study. The data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data. The theory and concept used are concept of attraction, concept of management,_concept of tourism product component, and theory of participation_typology in management.                   The actual condition is reviewed from tourism product component located in Angseri hot springs which is an attraction that take benefit from natural potential in the form of hot springs, an adequate access, feasible infrastructures, and the completeness of supporting facilities. In the participation typology of local community in management of Angseri hot springs, there were well organization and management structure and the participation of local community which belongs to pushed participation. In this case, the local community is given socialization by Tourism Department in the beginning of planning Angseri hot springs tourist attraction.   Keywords:Participan, Management,Product Component, Angseri Hot Springs

Educational tourism as one of the development sectors of tourism is based on the community's need for educational variations. Educational tourism is suitable to be developed in locations that have limited locations and are in areas with residents. Tukad Bindu, as one of the densely populated areas in Denpasar, has the potential to develop educational tourism. The fast flow of the river becomes an attraction and strength in the tourism development needed by the local community. The learning model and the introduction of caring for nature can be applied to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu. In its development, the arrival of Covid-19 also affected the visit to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu which was seen in a drastic decrease in domestic tourists for almost 8 months. Strategic steps are needed in adapting the covid-19 virus so that the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu can still run. This study aims to obtain a standard health protocol that can be done in entering the area of Tukad Bindu tourist attraction using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research can be used in application during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that people can still visit the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu by following the applicable protocol.

This research was conducted to find out the most precise management strategy to enhance competitiveness of Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and also observation by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method consists Input Stage consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, Matching Stage consisting of Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat Matrix and Internal External Matrix, and Decision Stage consisting of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. After analyzing from the existing data, it is known that the Market Penetration strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented for Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall and Market Development strategy can be used as a support.

Persaingan untuk menonjolkan keunggulan pariwisata sudah banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai daerah. Bukit lawang sudah banyak dikenal oleh mancanegara sebagai konservasi orang utan dan Sungai Bahorok sebagai objek atraksi utama pariwisatanya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kawasan ini ialah belum adanya kesadaran didalam memperbaikan akses utama menuju kawasan wisata. Akses didalam kawasan wisata seperti zona parkir dan sirkulasi pejalan kaki terhadap kawasan belum terlihat jelas. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji sistem penghubung pada kawasan bukit lawang menuju wisata berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengunjung. Jaringan penghubung yang lengkap dan baik tentunya dapat memberikan dampak yang baik juga bagi keamanan dan kenyamanan pengunjung kawasan wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui hasil dari wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan penarikan sampel bola salju dengan responden utama adalah masyarakat yang sudah lama tinggal disana. Hasil penelitian adalah penataan sistem penghubung pada kawasan Bukit Lawang yang berkelanjutan berdasarkan jalan utama, jalan pengunjung dan sirkuit pengunjung sebagai akses dari luar dan didalam kawasan.   Competition to highlight the benefits of tourism has been carried out by various regions. Bukit Lawang has been widely known by foreign countries as orangutan conservation and Bahorok River as the main tourist attraction. The problem that occurs in this region is the lack of awareness in improving primary access to tourist areas. Access in tourist areas such as parking zones and pedestrian circulation to the area is not yet clear. The aim of the study is to examine the connecting system in the Bukit Lawang area towards sustainable tourism that is suitable for visitors' needs. A complete and good connecting network can certainly have a good impact on the safety and comfort of visitors to the tourist area. The method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach through the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies. Sampling uses snowball sampling with the main respondents being people who have lived there for a long time. The results of the study are structuring the connecting system in the sustainable Bukit Lawang area based on the main road, visitor roads and visitor circuits as access from outside and inside the area.

The purpose of this study was to identify potential tourist attraction, reviewing internal environmental conditions (such as their strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental conditions (such as opportunities and threats), and review the appropriate tourism development program in the Long Beach-based to tourists and local community perspective. The analytical method used in this study, namely diskritif analysis to identify the availability of infrastructure and the potential and power trarik travel and quantitative analysis with the help of Matrix IFAS and EFAS matrix. The number of respondents who were taken by accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The results showed that the potential tourist attraction located in Long Beach with a score of +0.910 internal factors and external factors with a score of +1.90. Thus the position in the grand strategy matrix (matrix internal-external) are in a position with a growth strategy occupies one cell in the matrix. A cell's position one shows the strategy to grow and establish (Rapid growth strategy), strategies to increase the growth rate of tourist arrivals with a faster time (the second year is greater than the first year and thereafter), improving the quality of that factor into force in order to maximize the utilization of all the opportunities (grand strategy). Karanganyar Regency is an area that has great potential for agroindustry development. Equivalance with development priorities in this district, industry and agriculture have an important role. Agroindustry processing can improve the performance of the agricultural sector. The purpose of this research is to find out the priority map of agroindustry in Kranganyar Regency, to know the position of competing sweet potato agroindusty, and to formulate priority of development strategy of sweet potato agroindustry in Karanganayar Regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive analytic. Priority agroindustry was analyzed by Delphi method, and the determination of competing position and alternatives strategy was analyzed with Internal-External Matrix (IE) and Grand Strategy Matrix. The decision on strategy selection is determined by Quantitative Startegic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that sweet potato agroindustry as leading agroindustry in Karanganyar Regency. Based on IE matrix analysis, the position of competing sweet potato agroindustry is in quadrant II (product development strategy and market penetration). Based on the Grand Strategy Matrix, the position of sweet potato agroindustry is in quadrant I which means having perfect strategic position. Based on QSPM obtained the most appropriate strategy recommendation of sweet potato agroindustry is product development strategy.


This study aimed to determine the potential of the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang tourist attraction as a special interest tourist attraction in terms of the 4A tourist attraction component. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis. The data collection in this study was collected by using a literature study due to limited space in the middle of the Covid-19. Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon Tourism Attraction has the potential to be used as a special interest in a tourist attraction. Natural tourism with interesting beauty becomes a tourist attraction. Tourists can do many activities, such as trekking along the river, local resident’s housing, and plantations. The access to the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang is quite easy to reach by land transportation modes. Supporting tourism facilities provided to fulfill the needs of tourists. Although it has the potential to be a special interest tourist attraction, Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang's tourist attraction still has some obstacles, such as lack of knowledge of foreign languages by local tour guides in delivering information to foreign tourists. Abstract. This study aimed to identify what factors affecting the development of tourism in Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. As well as to identify a strategy for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. The variables used consisted : (1) Tourist Attraction; (2) Supporting Facilities; (3) Safety and Comfort; (4) Information and Promotion; (5) Accessibility; (6) Job Opportunities; (7) (Income). The analytical method used chi-square, likert scale scoring, and SWOT analysis. There were four variables that have effect on the tourism potential development strategy in Kuri Caddi Beach, which are tourist attraction, safety and comfort, job opportunities and income. Meanwhile, there were three variables that have no effect, such us supporting facilities, information and promotion, and accessibility. The strategy that can be used for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach is by utilizing the tourist attraction of Kuri Caddi Beach by referring to the Maros Regency Regional Regulation number 2 of 2014, concerning the implementation of tourism, involving the community in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism  based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, and involves investors in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism, so that PAD and local community income are increased.. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Serta untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari tujuh diantaranya: (1) Daya Tarik Wisata; (2) Sarana Penunjang; (3) Keamanan dan Kenyamanan; (4) Informasi dan Promosi; (5) Aksesibilitas; (6) Peluang Kerja; (7) (Pendapatan). Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa chi-square, sistem skoring Skala Likert dan analisis SWOT. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi ada empat variabel yaitu daya tarik wisata, keamanan dan kenyamanan, peluang kerja dan pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki pengaruh ada tiga yaitu sarana penunjang, informasi dan promosi, serta aksesibilitas. Sehingga strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros yaitu dengan memanfaatkan daya tarik wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi dengan mengacu pada pada Perda Kabupaten Maros nomor 2 Tahun 2014, tentang penyelenggaraan kepariwisataan, melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Kepariwisataan Daerah, serta melibatkan investor dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan PAD dan pendapatan masyarakat lokal.
