Formalin has been used widely in tofu and wet noodle as a preservative in Indonesia even it has been classified as a confirmed carcinogenic agent. The aim of this study is to analyze the behavior of traders and producers of tofu and wet noodle in the use of formalin in its products in DKI Jakarta. This study was conducted in March-June 2015 by using a qualitative method, descriptive study design, through literature study, interview and observation. The informants are producers and traders of wet noodles and tofu. Formalin was examined by Rapid Test Kit analysis. The results showed that knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of formalin; facilities and infrastructure, production and preservative; punishments, counseling, social support, income, and communication strategy played important roles in behavior of using of formalin. Communication and supervisory for public, traders, manufacturers are still limited. The distribution of formalin which is conducted by the government has not run optimally yet. Counseling and development to the community, traders and manufacturers are limited. Supervision of distribution of formalin has not worked optimally yet. As the recommendation to the number of parties to do research on safe preservatives, intensification of coaching traders and manufacturers as well as consumer empowerment should be done.

This study aims to understand language management for learning in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study. The results show that the State of Indonesia has carried out language management in relation to the recognition of existing languages and is regulating for the government in the context of the state and nation so that there is a triangular relationship between language and the state which is regulated by the government for the benefit of the nation. If the state has guaranteed the existence of a language as a whole, then a number of policies will emerge to guarantee the rights and obligations of each in managing the existing language. Policies are formulated in the form of rules known as regulations, to serve as joint guidelines between the government and speakers of existing languages.

ABSTRACT Background: Indonesia is one of the countries affected by COVID-19 pandemic. In overcoming this pandemic, the government waives the service fees for COVID-19 patients. It provides an opportunity for hospitals serving COVID-19 patients to submit claims for treatment financing to the Ministry of Health. There are technical guidelines for payment; there are still frequent problems, leading to a dispute. This is also experienced by the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) as one of the COVID-19 referral hospitals. This study aimed to provide an overview of the claim problem encountered and their solution. Subjects and Method: This was a descriptive study conducted at University of Indonesia Hospital from July, 2020. The theme of this study was problem in claiming payments for COVID-19 patients. Several informants were selected for this study included: hospital claim officers, medical record units, inpatient units and registration units. The data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, disputed claim data. Results: The results of the investigation found that the problem of dispute claims for COVID-19 in RSUI was dominated by the incompleteness of filling in administrative files as evidence of service practice for patients in the field, such as incomplete ventilator usage curves (7.8%), swab results (3.9%), and rapid test (6.8%) which was not listed. Conclusion: Discipline needs to be applied in the completeness of documents, and a clear flow of patient care is required to avoid incomplete records. The Covid 19 has had an impact on various sectors of human life. One of them is the tourism sector. The tourism industry which is predicted to be the second largest source of foreign exchange contributions for Indonesia has experienced a drastic decline. Likewise, the halal tourism sector has also been severely affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. This is because the key to developing the halal tourism sector is Muslim tourists or visitors who come. To revive the tourism sector, it requires a number of strategies prepared by the government to improve the economy in the halal tourism sector. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the impact of Covid 19 on the halal tourism sector and how the strategy to revive the halal tourism sector during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques used is literature study. The results of the study state that the strategy to restore the halal tourism sector from the Covid 19 pandemic consists of 3 stages and recommendations for implementing health protocols. The existence of this strategy and also the health protocol is expected by the enthusiastic community to return to enliven the tourism sector, including halal tourism.

Many areas in Indonesia region still have social problems such as poverty, education, and health. The problem requires the local government to conduct communication strategies by increasing regional revenues through tourism. One of the regional efforts is to attract tourists visiting, through the city branding program. This article seeks to analyze the slogan Impressive Probolinggo is related to the tourism communication strategy of the Probolinggo City Government. The data was collected through interviews with City Government institutions, community leaders, and tourist visitors in 2018. The data was analyzed using an interactive qualitative method from Miles Huberman. The results showed that the slogan Impressive Probolinggo City became a city branding the Probolinggo City Government to attract tourists. The slogan is executed through a communication strategy that includes core and field communicators, worth of mouth-based messages, diverse media platforms, and involves community engagement. The government needs to improve socialization and design a more creative and innovative communication strategy so that the tourism potential in Probolinggo city develops sustainably.

A child who commits a legal offence is a special concern from the state. Diversi is the application of versioning is an effort from the government to protect the child from negative stigmatization and based on the best needs and interests for children, by seeking a version through the approach of Restorative justice. This research aims to determine how the implementation is versioned as a child's human rights implementation and what constraints are faced by related parties in the running of versioning. This research uses a qualitative method of research approach with a literature study technique that is further analyzed qualitatively. Children are trusting and give that must be guarded because the child is the hope of the state as a nation's successor so that children should be protected. The results of this study show that versioning is one of the government's efforts to protect the child's rights from adverse influences and the stigmatization of the community and is done for the best interest of the child. Obstacles faced in the form of lack of the presence and the existence of a sectoral ego between the law enforcement officers so that the version has not run optimally and the need to socialize about the law of the Child criminal system Community.

Indonesia is a country that is fertile ground for drug trafficking carried out by domestic dealers and drug dealers internationally. The rise of drugs today causes victims to die every day. President Jokowi came to state that Indonesia was on the verge of a "drug emergency", because every day 50 people died. If in just one year it could reach 18,000 people die each year. Seeing these facts, of course the government appealed through the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) that this should not be left unnoticed because it would have an increasingly bad impact. This research aims to give an idea to the churches that the spread of drugs and the number of users is alarming in the midst of this nation. The method that the author uses in writing this article uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The role that can be demonstrated by the church in drug prevention by preaching the dangers of drugs in the pulpits, partnering with BNN institutions as the frontline in eradicating drugs, conducting visits to rehabilitation sites and optimizing the role of families as supervisors. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang menjadi lahan subur dalam peredaran narkoba yang dilakukan oleh para bandar dalam negeri maupun bandar narkoba secara internasional. Maraknya narkoba di masa kini menyebabkan adanya korban yang meninggal setiap hari. Presiden Jokowi pun sampai  menyatakan bahwa Indonesia telah berada pada ambang “darurat narkoba,” dikarenakan setiap harinya meninggal 50 orang. Bila dalam setahun saja  dapat mencapai 18. 000 orang meninggal setiap tahunnya.  Melihat fakta-fakta ini, tentunya pemerintah menghimbau melalui Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) mengemukan hal ini tidak boleh dibiarkan begitu saja karena akan semakin berdampak buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kepada gereja-gereja bahwa penyebaran narkoba serta jumlah pemakainya sudah mengkuatirkan di tengah bangsa ini. Adapun metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Peranan yang dapat ditunjukkan oleh gereja dalam pencegahan narkoba dengan mengkhotbahkan bahaya narkoba di mimbar-mimbar, bermitra dengan lembaga BNN sebagai garda terdepan pemberantas naskoba, mengadakan kunjungan ketempat rehabilitasi dan mengoptimalkan peran keluarga sebagai pengawas.

This paper aims to map the root of terrorism in Indonesia from the Islamic movement perspective. The authors want to know how the root of terrorism has strengthened in Indonesia. A qualitative method approach was taken through a literature study regarding the delivery of research map information while the data was exported in the RIS Export file format. Then, the authors exported the data and processed it using VOSviewer to find out a bibliometric map of research development based on significant themes of Indonesian terrorism cases. Nvivo 12 plus provided exploration and description of terrorism in Indonesia to get an efficient explanation of the data. The findings are, the first to map the issue of terrorism in Indonesia. First, there was a correlation between terrorism, radicalism, and Islam. Different views of religious teachings eventually led to the terrorism movement. Several radical Islamic organizations in Indonesia have portrayed Islam as a terrorist religion. Second, the factors causing the strengthening of terrorism in Indonesia were due to injustice, oppression, and discrimination leading to terrorism and radicalism using the concept of jihad. This research suggests that the government can handle terrorism cases in Indonesia and neutralize ideas that are considered radical with a de-radicalization approach. (Tulisan ini bertujuan memetakan akar terorisme di Indonesia dari aspek gerakan Islam. Penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana akar terorisme menguat di Indonesia. Pendekatan metode kualitatif ditempuh melalui studi pustaka sedangkan untuk penyampaian informasi peta penelitian, data diekspor dalam format file Ekspor RIS. Kemudian, penulis mengekspor data dalam format (RIS), mengolahnya menggunakan VOS viewer untuk mengetahui peta bibliometrik pengembangan penelitian berdasarkan tema signifikan kasus terorisme di Indonesia dan menggunakan Nvivo 12 plus untuk memberikan eksplorasi dan deskripsi terorisme di Indonesia demi mendapatkan penjelasan yang efisien dari data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah; Pertama, pada tahap pemetaan isu terorisme di Indonesia, terdapat korelasi antara terorisme, radikalisme, dan Islam. Perbedaan pandangan terhadap ajaran agama pada akhirnya memunculkan gerakan terorisme. Beberapa organisasi Islam radikal di Indonesia telah mencitrakan Islam sebagai agama teroris. Kedua, diketahui faktor penyebab menguatnya terorisme di Indonesia adalah rasa ketidakadilan, penindasan dan diskriminasi yang berujung pada gerakan terorisme dan radikalisme dengan mengusung konsep jihad. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar pemerintah dapat menangani kasus terorisme di Indonesia dan menetralisir ide-ide yang dianggap radikal dengan pendekatan deradikalisasi.

  In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business groups that have the largest number. In addition, this group has proven to be resistant to various kinds of shocks to the economic crisis. So it is imperative to strengthen the UMKM group which involves many groups because the UMKM sector has a big contribution to workforce absorption, developing the UMKM sector will be able to absorb more existing workers and of course it will be able to improve the welfare of the workers involved in the workforce. In it so that it can reduce the unemployment rate and in the end it will be used to reduce poverty. The criteria for businesses that are included in MSMEs have been regulated in a legal umbrella based on law. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Banking in Encouraging Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesian Sharia Banks (BSI) kc. Ahmad Yani Kota Bogor during the Covid Pandemic 19. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and the data used in this study were primary data. This study uses data collection techniques through literature study and interviews. The instrument used in the primary data is an interview with a source from Bank Syaria Indonesia Kc Ahmad Yani, Bogor City. Respondents revealed that the Role of Islamic Banking, especially Islamic Bank Indonesia Kc. Ahmad Yani played an important role in maintaining MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic as now because he helped distribute government programs, namely KUR (People's Business Credit), Providing.relaxation or relief to entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19 and facilitating the financing process for entrepreneurs. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a high impact on the business and economy sector in Indonesia. To respond to this, the government has issued various policies, especially for MSMEs. Tax incentives for MSMEs issued by the government can be utilized by taxpayers until June 2021. This research aims to see the effectiveness of the use of tax incentives by mapping the factors that affect MSME taxpayer compliance and the determinants of MSME business success during the crisis due to the pandemic. This study uses a literature study approach with a descriptive qualitative method. The effectiveness of the use of tax incentives during this pandemic can show the level of compliance of MSME taxpayers and affect the sustainability of MSME businesses. Taxpayer compliance with the use of incentives is seen from the socialization of taxation, tax rates, understanding of taxation, and the perception of tax convenience provided by the government in the context of handling the impact of the pandemic, which shows that the response of MSMEs is very good in the first quarter of 2021. It is also seen from the perspective of MSME business continuity. The financial impact caused by this pandemic has caused MSMEs to be unable to carry out their tax obligations so that these tax incentives can provide relief and convenience for them MSME actors to carry out their tax obligations.

One of the basic human needs that is guaranteed by the government of a country is health insurance. In Indonesia, the state business entity designated to provide health services for all Indonesians is the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS) which has spread throughout the regions. In providing services to participants, a communication strategy is needed that is in accordance with the needs of the participants. This study will provide a description of the communication strategies used by BPJS Kesehatan Padang Branch in providing public services to JKN-KIS participants. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection using interview methods and documentation sources. The results of this study show that the services provided are in accordance with Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services which is then developed through trainings provided to service officers (frontliners) who directly face JKN-KIS participants so that the expected services are in accordance with participant needs. The public services provided are also supported by appropriate facilities and infrastructure, both verbal and non-verbal communication facilitiesKeyword : BPJS Kesehatan, Health Communication, Service Excellent.
