The research purposes are to find out  the relationship between effectiveness principals leadership with teachers work productivity, the relationship between organisational climate with teachers work productivity, the relationship between effectiveness principals leadership and organisational climate simultaneously with teacher’s work productivity. The population of this research were teachers of elementary school in Tenggarong District, with the total of 750 teachers and 88 of them were taken as sample by using random sampling. Quantitative research method is the kind of descriptive research with correlative study. The result of descriptive analysis showed that there has constribution teachers work productivity was in middle  category, is equal to 60%, the majority of effectiveness principals leadership in middle category that is equal to 56%, and the organisational climate is in the middle category. So  majority that is equal to 62%. Thus a good descriptive performance, motivation and discipline of teachers working at the medium category.  The results found that (a) there was a positive and significant relationship between effectiveness principals leadership (X1) with teacher’s work productivity (Y) at a weak level, amounting to 0.356 with a 0.114 coefficient of determination, and the regression equation Ŷ = 37.438 +0.56 X1.  (b) there was a positive and significant relationship of organizational climate (X2) teacher’s work productivity (Y) at the current level of closeness, amounting to 0.491 with a coefficient of determination value of 0.2411, and the regression equation Y = 9.082 + 1199X2 (c) there was a positive and highly significant correlation between the variables of work motivation of teachers (X1) and the variable of work discipline teachers (X2) together with special-ed teacher performance variables Samarinda (Y) at the level of closeness that is, that is equal to 0.646 with value coefficient of determination of 0.418 and regression equation y = 11 460 + 0.152X1 + 1.317X2.

This study aims to analyze and test the relationship or influence of work culture and work motivation on the work productivity of airline employees of PT Pelita Air Service Tangerang. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 employees from various parts of the company using purposive sampling techniques. The research design uses quantitative research survey methods, interviews and questionnaires. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the correlation regression analysis method. The results showed that work culture and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work productivity by 71% while 29% were influenced by other factors.

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

Abstract: Employee work motivation in an organization can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans are easy to be motivated by giving what they want. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. The main data was obtained through questionnaires to respondents as many as 44 people who were determined by purposive sampling, then supported by the results of observations and direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. It was concluded that the results of the Simple Regression Equation in this study were Y = 18.165 + 0.719 X. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, because at the 5% significance level t counted greater than t table (8.510 > 2 , 02). The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.633 which means the ability of the work motivation variable (X) can explain the variable work productivity (Y) of 63.3% while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: motivation, productivity, Bati-Bati Subdistrict Abstrak: Motivasi kerja karyawan dalam suatu organisasi dapat dianggap sederhana dan dapat pula menjadi masalah yang komplek, karena pada dasarnya manusia mudah untuk dimotivasi dengan memberikan apa yang menjadi keinginannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Data utama diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada responden sebanyak 44 orang yang ditetapkan secara purposive sampling, kemudian didukung dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Disimpulkan bahwa hasil Persamaan Regresi Sederhana dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 18,165 + 0,719 X. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap poduktivitas kerja, karena pada taraf signifikasi 5% t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (8,510 > 2,02).  Koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,633 yang berarti kemampuan variabel motivasi kerja (X) dapat menjelaskan variabel produktivitas kerja  (Y)  sebesar 63,3% sedangkan sisanya 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : motivasi,  produktivitas, Kecamatan Bati-Bati

ABSTRACT  This research was motivated by the low self-confidence development of children aged 6-7 years in Anak Air, Batipuh Panjang Village, Padang City. It is suspected that the cause of the child's low self-confidence is partly due to the inappropriate application of parenting methods. This study aims to: 1) describe the parenting methods applied by parents to children; 2) describes the self-confidence of children aged 6-7 years; and 3) looking at the relationship between parenting methods and the self-confidence of children aged 6-7 years in Anak Air, Batipuh Panjang Village, Padang City.This research is a correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were children aged 6-7 years and their mothers as many as 50 people with a sample of 75%, namely 38 people with simple random sampling technique. The data technique used a questionnaire and a check for the observation of children's self-confidence development, the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and formula-data-moment.The results of this study indicate: 1) the parenting methods applied by parents to children aged 6-7 years are still inaccurate and inconsistent; 2) the development of self-confidence of children aged 6-7 years is still low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between parenting methods and the development of self-confidence of children aged 6-7 years in Anak Air, Batipuh Panjang Village, Padang City. Research suggestions are: 1) it is hoped that parents in Anak Air Kelurahan Batipuh Panjang Padang City can pay attention to and apply the application of parenting methods to children so that they can contribute to the development of children's self-confidence as expected; and 2) it is hoped that further researchers can find or examine other variables that affect the development of children's self-confidence. Keywords: self-confidence, parenting methods, family education

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and mathematical anxiety with the problem solving ability of students of class VIII SMP in scientific based learning. This research is quantitative research. The instruments of this study were self-efficacy questionnaire, mathematical anxiety questionnaire and problem solving ability test questions. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and problem solving ability with a regression coefficient value of 22.1% (2) there is a negative and significant relationship between mathematical anxiety towards problem solving ability with a coefficient of determination of 13 % (3) there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and mathematical anxiety with the ability to solve problems with a coefficient of determination of 22.4%.

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Moral Guidance by Christian ReligiousEducation teachers on the learning discipline of students in SMP Negeri 3 Balige 2018. The method of thisresearch is descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population in this study were allstudents in Balige 3 Public Middle School in 2018 with a total of 102 people with a sample of 51 people.Data was collected by a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The study was conducted on 51 students who were nottrial respondents and validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is apositive and significant effect of Moral Guidance by Christian Religious Education teachers on the learningdiscipline of the of students in 201 Balige Public Middle School.Research data were analyzed with the following steps: 1) Test requirements analysis: a) test positiverelationships obtained rxy = 0.693 = 0.05, n = 51) = 0.297 thus it is known that there is a positiverelationship between variables X with Y variable. B) Test significant relationship obtained value t =6.734rtable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 49) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X andvariable Y. 2) Test of influence: a) Test the regression equation, obtained a regression equation. b) Test theregression coefficient of determination (r2) = 48.06%. 3) Test the hypothesis by using the F test obtainedFcountt table ( Ftable that is 45,347 2,00 thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted that is there is a positiveand significant influence Moral Guidance by the Christian Education teacher on the learning discipline of inPublic Middle School 3 Balige 2018.Kata kunci : Pembinaan Moral, Guru PAK, Disiplin Belajar Siswa

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and organizational climate on teachers’ work motivation at vocational high school in Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative research methods, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Fifty teachers participated in this research. The analytical method used is the Pearson product-moment correlation. Based on the calculation, the relationship between leadership and teachers’ work motivation at vocational high school in Banda Aceh using the Pearson product-moment, the value of correlation coefficient = 0.539 is obtained with a significance level of p = 0.000 0.05. It means that there is a positive relationship between leadership and teachers’ work motivation. However, the relationship between organizational climate and work motivation teachers using the Pearson product-moment was -0.466. It is obtained with a significance level of p = 0.001 0.05. It implies a positive relationship between organizational climate and teachers’ work motivation.

The purpose of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 72 students of class XI and XII majoring TKJ SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as 72 students. Data analysis used validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis test, contribution test, and classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the entrepreneurial character had an effect on the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang, with the results of the t test, it was obtained that the t-count value was 1.981 which was greater (>) t-table 1.660 and the result of the Sig. 0.002 <0.05. The closeness of the relationship between the X and Y variables is 0.600. Based on the results of data analysis, it means that the level of closeness of the relationship between the variables of business character and life skills is moderate or sufficient. The coefficient of determination is 0.360, that 36% of the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang are influenced by entrepreneurial characters and the remaining 64% is influenced by other variables

This study aims to determine the relationship between balance and passing ability, the relationship between ankle coordination and passing ability, and the relationship between balance and eye coordination on the passing ability of the futsal sport of SMA Negeri 8 Gowa students. This type of research is correlational with the independent variable being balance. and ankle coordination, while the dependent variable is the ability to pass. The study population was students of SMA Negeri 8 Gowa and a sample of 30 students was taken. The technique of determining the sample is random (random sampling) by lottery. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 16. The results showed that 1). There is a significant relationship between the balance of the passing ability in the futsal sport of SMA Negeri 8 Gowa students with a correlation value (R) = 0.703. 2). There is a significant relationship between the coordination of the ankles and the passing ability of the futsal sport of SMA Negeri 8 Gowa students with a correlation value (R) = 0.742. 3). There is a significant relationship between balance and eye coordination on the passing ability of the futsal sport of SMA Negeri 8 Gowa students with a correlation value (R) = 0.887, and with the coefficient of determination (r2) = 786 or equal to 7.86%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balance and coordination of the ankles on the passing ability of the futsal sport of SMA Negeri 8 Gowa students.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee productivity at PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan. To determine the relationship between work motivation and work productivity of employees at PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan. This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline and work motivation with employee work productivity at PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan. This type of research uses quantitative research conducted at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan from August 2019 to January 2020. The population in this study was the total number of employees, which consisted of 50 workers. By determining the number of samples developed and using several samples with an error rate of 5%, the sample in this study amounted to 50 workers or employees. The method used is the method of observation, questionnaire method, and interview method. The results showed that the hypothesis can be accepted with a value of 4.955 so that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan where the t table value is 2.878 from t table 2.010 and has a significance value of 0.002 from 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Work Productivity of PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan with a t-count value of 2.315 from t-table 2.010 and has a significance value of 0.004 from 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT.
