PERANAN KEJAKSAAN TINGGI  DALAM PENCEGAHAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI   DI KALIMANTAN TIMUR

East Kalimantan cannot be detached from the spotlight of the prevention and eradication of criminal acts of corruption. This is because of the opportunity that exists in East Kalimantan is more wide open. The number of orientation field a more natural resources in East Kalimantan turns out to be a sweet target object for the perpetrators of the corruptor if no supervision and intensive prevention beforehand by the stakeholders concerned. This is where the role of the Prosecutor in East Kalimantan are challenged not only to uphold the law but also embodies the prevention of the occurrence of the crime of corruption that occurs in East Kalimantan. This research aims to find out and assess the efforts of the Prosecutor of East Kalimantan as well as obstacles faced in preventing criminal acts of corruption. In this study using a Purposive Sampling Technique. The technique of data collection is the observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data type is the type of primer and under with data analysis is qualitative. Results achieved in this study the existence of the description of the role of the Prosecutor in carrying out efforts in the prevention and eradication of corruption so that created a conducive society, secure, and comfortable away from the criminal acts of corruption.

The purpose of this study is to explain the locus of control as a moderating variable that has the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling using the Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires for Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. Data analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test. The results of the moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test indicate that the locus of control variable as a moderating variable influences the role of stress on job satisfaction of accounting employees at Melia Bali Hotels. The results of this study indicate that the higher the role stress felt by Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees, the job satisfaction felt by employees will decrease. This research is located in Pakraman Karang Sari, Village Office Suana, Nusa Penida in tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri which aims to determine the function of local communities in the management of the attraction in the development and planning as a community-based tourism destination. Data collection techniques in this study, by observation, in-depth interviews with 6 informant, and documentation study by taking a picture in the attractions of Goa Giri Putri. The data have been analyzed with descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques are broadly communicating, and systematic explanation of the data obtained in the field with the aim of obtaining a clear picture and objektif. The result of this research is the role of local communities in the management of a tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri is as pengemong / pengempon who have the responsibility to maintain and grow attractions Goa Giri Putri directly or indirectly such as participating maintain cleanliness, keeping tourist attraction Goa Giri Putri, keeping pemedek or tourists who visit and support the implementation of the current pujawali ceremony / ceremony at Pura Goa Giri Putri with managers and other stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

Role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community of BintanPurposeThis study aimed to determine the role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community in Kawal village, Gunung Kijang district, Bintan regency.MethodsThis study used a qualitative method with a case study design and purposive sampling technique, with the cadres of posyandu. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD), with triangulation of sources and methods.ResultsThe role of cadres are as a health motivator, with the extension officers of the health and medical services as well as cadres being able to identify the needs, barriers and help to coordinate in providing health services.ConclusionPosyandu cadres have high social spirit created by the combination of internal and external motivation, resources and potential as well as experience developing ability, with the social spirit capable of inspiring, activating, stimulating, mobilizing and motivating people.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

The experience of teenagers using pornography in Semarang City has greatly increased. Many teenagers don’t understand what the harm use pornography harm. The impacts that occur include difficulty concentrating, not focusing while studying, daydreaming, hallucinations, increased sexual appetite with masturbation and masturbation. Adolescents become more precocious and they had sex before marriage. This study aims to explore the experiences of adolescents who access pornography at SMA Setia Budhi Semarang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to determine the appropriate sample, namely adolescents who accessed pornographic media for more than 2 months. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive phenomenology approach. Obtained data saturation in the fifth participant. Data collection through in-depth interviews (in depth interviews) and field notes (field notes). Researcher's data analysis was carried out after and during the study and the validity of the data by using member checking. This study resulted in 4 themes, namely the supporting factors for adolescents in using pornography, increasing the frequency of using pornography, the response of adolescents when using pornography, and the perceived impact of using pornography. The main reason why teenagers access pornography is due to the invitation of their friends and their own desires, so that the desire to access pornography appears continuously. This results in adolescents having difficulty concentrating, learning problems, difficulty sleeping and the desire to try and imitate seen sexual behavior.

Bindu Village is located at Badung district, which has potency to develop the wellness tourism. Development wellness tourism at Bindu village involves the elite people. The purpose of this study was to identify tourist attractions and the role of elite people in developing wellness tourism at Bindu village. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentary techniques. The determination technique of informant uses the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the discussion that can be concluded is wellness tourism activities by doing healer activities, purification and therapy. Bindu Village has tourism potency such as the natural potential, the cultural potential and the artificial potential. The role of elite people in the development of wellness tourism in Bindu village is carried out by developing those potencies, building tourism facilities and promotions. This study aims to examine the role of the Village Head of Pulo Brayan Bengkel, East Medan District, in increasing the participation of the community in the implementation of the UN. The method used in this research is concurrent mix method. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is concurrent triangulation that is quantitative and qualitative data is done simultaneously in one stage of research. The results showed that there are still people in Pulo Brayan Bengkel Village who have not fulfilled their duties as tax payers. This is evidenced by the realization of UN revenue that is still far from the target.

The phenomenon of radicalism has become the talk of the world community, one of which is marked by the entry of transnational ideology into Indonesia, this phenomenon has also penetrated universities. Radicalism is often associated with religion, although theoretically it can be related to social, politic, and other similar issues, but in fact radicalism is more prominent associated with religious issues. This phenomenon is interesting to study by exploring the scientific building of Islamic lecturers through a real question such as what is the construction of Islamic lecturers about radicalism and how do they think that radicalism does not flourish. The aim of this study is to explore the construction of Islamic religious lecturers on radicalism and their opinions so that radicalism does not flourish on campus. Research data collection used in-depth interviews with Islamic religious lecturers in East Java. Data analysis was performed with qualitative narratives and through Forum Group Discussions (FGD). The results of the study can be stated as follows, (1) The construction of Islamic lecturers at universities in East Java in general religious-nationalist (2) religious lecturers think that a strict policy is needed from campus leaders by optimizing the role of Islamic religious lecturers because radicalism is always associated with issues religion, so that radicalism does not flourish on campus.

The aim of this study is to analyze the role of women in preserving the environment in the Karimunjawa Islands. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection used are in-depth interviews and observations. The data analysis research used is coding, by putting the codes on the material obtained. Coding is intended to be able to organize and systemize data in a complete and detailed manner so that data can appear in the description of the topic under study.From the findings of the study it can be concluded: one of the roles of women in preserving the environment in Karimunajawa Islands is to manage waste, which is done by forming a waste bank and inviting families and other people to manage waste. While informants who have lodging houses also use water wisely and sort waste in the form of organic and non-organic waste. For informants who are teachers, besidesplanting crops that is needed everyday, they are able to invite their students to take care of the environment around the school and clean the beach. Keywords: karimunjawa, environmental conservation, women's role AbstrakTujuan Penelitian adalah menganalisis peran perempuan dalam melestarikan lingkungan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini adaah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan. Dalam penelitian analisis data yang digunakan adalah koding, dengan membubuhkan kode-kode pada materi yang diperoleh. Koding dimaksudkan untuk dapat mengorganisasi dan mensistemasi data secara lengkap dan mendetail sehingga data-data dapat muncul gambaran tentang topik yang diteliti. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan: salah satu peran perempuan dalam melestarikan lingkungan di Kepulauan Karimunajawa adalah mengelola sampah, yang dilakukan dengan membentuk bank sampah dan mengajak keluarga serta orang lain untuk mengelola sampah. Sedangkan informan yang memiliki rumah penginapan juga menggunakan air secara bijak dan memilah sampah dalam bentuk sampah organik dan nonorganik. Untuk informan yang berprofesi guru selain menanam tanaman yang bisa diperlukan sehari-hari juga mengajak muridnya dalam menjaga lingkungan di sekitar sekolah dan upaya melakukan bersih-bersih pantai.
