Simultaneous General Election: It Is Fair for Democracy in Indonesia

This study discusses the implementation of simultaneous elections in 2019 which is the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 14/PUU-11/2013 on simultaneous elections, and the purpose of this study is to examine and analyze whether the 2019 concurrent elections took place democratically and have a success rate to strengthen the consolidation of democracy and institutionalization of political parties in Indonesia. This research was conducted in North Sumatra, Banten, West Java and West Kalimantan. Furthermore, this study uses the theory of the pillars of the democratic system and the Theory of Success of Procedural and Substantive Quality Democracy. The method of research that is used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. With data analysis techniques. The findings show that the democratization of a concurrent election in 2019 is analyzed based on the pillars of a system that gives influence to the quality of the success rate of a democracy both procedural democracy and substantive democracy that measures the success rate of a democracy. Simultaneous elections in 2019 have increased public political participation and the Indonesian Democracy Index (IDI) but a new study is needed to measure the institutionalization of political parties so that comprehensively it can be known the level of democratization, consolidation of democracy and its relation to institutionalization or institutionalization of political parties.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.

The problem in this study relates to the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures as well as direct and indirect expenditure in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) Garut district fiscal year 2013-2017. The aim of this study was to determine the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, as well as direct and indirect expenditure on Budget Realization Report (BRR) Garut regency Fiscal Year 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study is an analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) data, and 3) conclusion / verification. The result is the expenditures to Garut regency 2013-2017 fiscal year quite well.

The conclusion of this article is all parties must be able to support the efforts of the election organizers in terms of improving the quality of electoral processes; Increase voter participation; Improving public confidence in the democratic process; Generating volunteerism and civil society in the elections and democratization agenda.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

This paper aims at analyzing current situation in Entikong as a border region of Indonesia-Malaysia. Economically, this region is dominated by agricultural sectors and mostly harvested valuable commodities were traded in border by farmers from Entikong. This study employed a phenomenological qualitative approach for describing problems faced by farmers and the efforts related to farmers’ household empowerment for improving their quality of life. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation, and it was analyzed by using the steps of verification and triangulation, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that main problems are related to the insufficiency of socio-economic infrastructures for improving value added for agricultural products, such as the limitation of roads infrastructure and far distance of market make farmers unwilling to sell their harvested products because of high distribution expenses. Farmers empowerment done by government and NGO were directed to improve their knowledge and skills related to plantation and agricultural activities. Moreover, it needs socio-economic institutional strengthening and participation from farmers’ community as well.

Objective - This study aims to examine and analyze micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) coaching program and to obtain an empirical evidence regarding the effect of MSMEs coaching program on the quality of financial statements. Methodology/Technique - This study was conducted using quantitative descriptive method and statistical analysis using a sample of 50 entrepreneurs in several MSMEs coaching program institutions in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. Findings - The result shows that all objectives of MSMEs coaching program classified as good with the value of mean above 3.43. Furthermore, the hypothesis proposed in this study shows that MSMEs coaching program has a significant effect on the quality of financial statements. The problem with Pakistan's democracy is not that only political institutions are weak but the interference of non-elected forces has also done havoc with it. Apart from the high handedness of civilian bureaucracy the unswerving military adventurism disrepute the political process of the country. The entry of military into the corridors of powers hit hard the final nail into the coffin of democratization in Pakistan. General Zia tactfully maneuvered his plan cashed the extreme polarization political parties proved yet another great hurdle to the survival democratic system. The paper analyzes the decade long unrest caused by the military regime of Gen. Zia. The paper also shed light on how abruptly military managed to gain superior position in the politics of the country. The immaturity that demonstrated by political setup is also the concern of this endeavor. Qualitative approach has been adopted to satisfy the puzzling queries pointed out above.


This study is to examine Describe and analyze the quality of the implementation of public services by the district government in public services through the Public Service Mall (MPP) in the Sumedang patent district. Seeing the supporting factors and servants in the process of public service that refers to KememPan number 31 of 2019 there are still not many maximums from the start of the regent's regulations that have not yet come out even though the service has begun to run, this study will analyze how public services should be carried out in the process of implementing the pub service system lik through the Mall Public Services (MPP) in Sumedang Regency. The method used in the activity is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. With this method and approach, it is expected to be able to describe various problems in their entirety and comprehensively, so that the results of the problem analysis can be used as a basis for understanding phenomena and giving birth to a concept of the quality of public service delivery in Sumedang Regency

This study aims to know the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators in SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This research uses qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive method. The subjects consisted of principals, teachers and staff boards, guardians of SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. Data collection consists of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques include editing, categories, display of data and interpretation. The conclusion of this research is 1), the planning of SDIT educator Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau run well that is recruiting educator by selecting administration of job application file and reading ability test of alQuran as well as micro teaching test, 2) implementing educator through guidance from foundations twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality improvement seminars, 3) principals control educators by going to the study room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the principal uses a questionnaire, then distributed to the students so that the inputs of the educators in carrying out their duties can be known and carried out by the school principal guidance.
