Rimpu Culture In Mbojo Tribe Consumer Behavior In The West Nusa Tenggara Province

Culture is a complex symbol and fact created by humans passed down from generation to generation as a determinant and regulator of human behavior in existing societies. Researcher was interested in researching the Rimpu Cultural Phenomenon influencing Consumer Behavior in the Mbojo tribe community in West Nusa Tenggara. The study was conducted in Mbojo Tribe which included three regional governments, namely Bima City, Bima and Dompu Districts, with the object of research being the Mbojo tribe who bought Bima's unique sarong to be used as Rimpu. Data collection techniques used in this study, namely (a) Qutionary, (b) Observation, (c) Literature study. Research Variable Measurements using likes scale by spreading questionnaire to 100 people, Analysis of data using multiple linear .The results show that Cultural variable, Sub Culture variable and Social Class Variables has an influence on consumer behavior of the Mbojo Tribe in West Nusa Tenggara Province.

This study aims to build the new concept of sharia value added. Value added is the main concept of measuring income to find out the performance of an entity. Meanwhile, the sharia value added is the economic, mental and spiritual value added. The kaamilah sharia value added with the Qur'anic morals is a construction of the value added concept. This study used a qualitative method with the type of literature study research, namely research in which data collection was carried out by collecting data from various literatures. The results of this study were the concept of kaamilah sharia value added with the Qur'anic morals, namely economic value added (in the form of money), mental and spiritual value added (in the form of altruistic sense, pleasure, brotherhood sense, justice, truth, honesty and trust, preserves nature, and the sense of God's presence) which is obtained, processed, and distributed in a halal manner and in which morals are attached as a vein in all aspects of life to carry out the mandate and responsibility of the intrinsic owner of property, namely God.

Abstract. The work agreement stipulated in Article 1601 a Civil Code states the qualifications so that an agreement can be called an employment agreement. Qualifications in this case refer to the existence of work, under orders, a certain time and the existence of wages, while Article 1 number 14 of Law No. 13 of 2003, an employment agreement is an agreement between the worker or laborer with the employer or employer containing work conditions the rights and obligations of both parties. This research method uses the juridical-normative approach, which examines secondary data by conducting a literature study. Data collection techniques used are secondary data using primary, secondary, tertiary legal materials. Conclusions from the study The terms of the new work entered beyond those promised by the West Bandung Regency Company were entered by the Employer without the knowledge of the Company the terms of the new work were directly provided to the Workers without any involvement from the workers. Kualifikasi yang di maksud adalah adanya pekerjaan, dibawah perintah, waktu tertentu dan adanya upah, sedangkan Pasal 1 angka 14 Undang –Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003, Perjanjian kerja adalah suatu perjanjian antara pekerja atau buruh dengan pengusaha atau pemberi kerja yang memuat syarat–syarat kerja hak dan kewajiban kedua belah pihak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Yuridis-Normatif, yang meneliti data sekunder dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, tersier. Simpulan dari kajian Syarat kerja baru masuk diluar yang diperjanjikan oleh Perusahaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat dimasukan oleh pihak Pengusaha tanpa sepengetahuan pihak Perusahaan syarat kerja baru itu langsung diberikan kepada para Pekerja tanpa adanya kepakatan dari pihak pekerja, tentu itu melangaggar ketentuan yang berlaku dalam Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan.

This research is intended to find out the values of Islamic Education in the Wedhatama book written by KGPAA Mangkunegaran IV which is very relevant today. This research is a type of literature study research by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation and study literature Tajusalatin Fiber. The data that has been obtained are then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. Descriptive analysis method is carried out by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis, not only describing, but also providing adequate understanding and explanation. To understand the full meaning of Wedhatama, it is necessary to begin with knowing the outline of the contents of the Pupuh tembang pangkur, which is an opening of the teachings that in general to walk towards "Penembah" must begin with "ngungkuraken angkara", which is to throw away the nature and attitude of the haunted, greedy , greed, wrath, cunning, envy, envy and so on. Character or virtue, as one of the basic teachings in religion, in order to be implemented in society, the king needs to be supported by all his apparatus. Meanwhile, a king who is aware of his mission and duty to uphold goodness, must need religious guidance, as seen in the expression "religion ageme aji".

The purpose of writing this article adds insight into the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers building the character of students. Form the values and characters of students that are useful. This article uses the literature study method with data collection techniques utilizing sources / materials from appropriate books and journals. This article seeks to outline the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers building student character based on the writer's argument. Islamic religious education teachers have an important task in building students' character through a learning process that is sourced from the material taught by the Koran and Hadith as a guide to life, taught fiqh as legal signs in worship, teaches the history of Islam as an example of life, and teaches morals as a guide for human behavior whether in the category of good or bad. Therefore, Islamic religious education teachers are required to be professional in shaping the values and character of students so that the personality of students is reflected in their behavior and mindset. Another thing to note is the success of learning the values and character of students at school, one of which is also determined by the application of appropriate learning methods

Objectives Writing this article to add insight into Islamic Education shapes the values and character of students who will benefit all parties. This research aim to know social class at PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Madiun location, to know consumer behavior at PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Madiun location, and to know influence of social class to consumer behavior at PERUM PERUMNAS Branch of Mojokerto Madiun location. Determination of samples in this study using a saturated sampling technique that is as many as 56 consumers who have bought houses of various types in PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Location Madiun. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that obtained the results of simple linear regression test is Y = 17.668 + 1.256 X, the constant of 17.668. The result of t test is got the value of rhitung equal to 15.163 and ttabel equal to 1.67252. If rhitung ≥ ttable, then the calculation in accordance with the test criteria t. The result shows that rhitung (15.163) ≥ ttable (1.67252), it can be concluded that Ha accepted dah Ho rejected that social class significantly influence consumer behavior (Study on Purchase of House in PERUM PERUMNAS Branch of Mojokerto Madiun Location).

Abstract: Symbolic Violence Representation in the Mechanism of Euphemism and Sensori-zation of Lecturer Speech. This study aims to describe the representation of symbolic violence in the mechanism of euphemism and censorship of lecturers' speeches to students in the class. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. Data in the form of sentences in lecturer speech to students. Data collection techniques used are observation, recording, and recording. Bourdieu's social class theory which was constructed in the mechanism of euphemism and censorship became the basis for studying this research data. Symbolic violence is represented in the mechanism of euphemism and the censorship mechanism. The results of the study show that symbolic violence through lecturer speech inspired by institutional authority shapes the behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs that can be accepted in certain social spaces. This is done on the basis of "to educate" students to behave and act better.

Abstract This research is conduct in West Bali National Parks and focus on tour operator perception on price increase of entrance fee. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of a tour operator towards the price increase of entrance fee to the West Bali National Park. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The method used in this research is to analyze the data with the Likert Scale and described qualitatively.The results show that a tour operator on average have a negative perception or refuse towards the price increase of entrance fee to the West Bali National Park. That case cause by the price of entrance fee increase highly with amount is 1,150% for international tourist and 700% for domestic tourist. The price increase of entrance fee is not suitable and not increased in stages. Besides that, the price increase of entrance fee will influence the revenue of tour operator and also will influence tourist visits because there are many similar destination package tour what offer the cheaper price.

Abstract This article aims to know the legal consequences of the verdict of bankruptcy declaration of Debtor’s assets as well as the legal actions of the debtor. The purpose of the legal consequences is the rights and obligations arising after the Debtor has been given the verdict of bankruptcy declaration. This research is descriptive normative legal research. The types and sources of data used are secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The data collection techniques used are document studies and literature study, research instrument is the Commercial Court Judgment Number 03 / Pdt.Sus-Bankrupt / 2015 / PN.NIAGA.SMG. The analytical technique used is deductive syllogism. The verdict regarding the bankruptcy lawsuit against PT. Riverside Indonesia as Defendant and 2 of its Creditors as Plaintiff. The result of this research is that there are some legal consequences of the verdict of bankruptcy declaration to Debtor’s property as well as legal actions of Debtor, that is, among others, bankruptcy decisions which can be executed immediately, public confiscation of Debitor’s property, loss of Debtor’s authority over the control of his property, legal consequences against the engagement after bankruptcy, the legal consequences for the payment of the debtor’s debtor’s account, the legal consequences of the previous court decision, force the agency / gijzeling, and actio pauliana in bankruptcy. Keywords : Bankruptcy, Legal Consequences, Debtor, The Debtor’s AssetsAbstrak Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui akibat hukum putusan pernyataan pailit terhadap harta kekayaan Debitor serta perbuatan hukum Debitor. Maksud dari akibat hukum tersebut yaitu hak dan kewajiban apa yang ditimbulkan setelah Debitor dijatuhi putusan pernyataan pailit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumen dan studi kepustakaan, instrumen penelitian adalah Putusan Pengadilan Niaga Nomor 03/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2015/PN.NIAGA.SMG. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deduktif silogisme. Putusan tersebut mengenai gugatan pailit terhadap PT. Riverside Indonesia sebagai Tergugat dan 2 orang Kreditornya sebagai Penggugat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa akibat hukum dari putusan pernyataan pailit terhadap harta kekayaan Debitor serta perbuatan hukum Debitor, yaitu antara lain putusan pailit yang dapat dijalankan serta merta, sitaan umum atas harta kekayaan Debitor, hilangnya wewenang Debitor atas penguasaan harta kekayaannya, akibat hukum terhadap perikatan setelah pailit, akibat hukum terhadap pembayaran piutang Debitor pailit, akibat hukum terhadap penetapan putusan pengadilan sebelumnya, paksa badan / gijzeling, dan actio pauliana dalam kepailitan. The ability of children's mathematical classification is still low due to the lack of teacher's ability to create children's learning settings. So this study aims to improve the ability of pre-mathematical classification of early childhood. The method used in this research is literature study research. Which is motivated by an understanding of the importance of mathematical logic abilities related to child development. Data collection instruments use the collection of literature that is relevant to the object of discussion. The results of this study, indicate that the magnitude of the effect of color sorting games in improving the ability of pre-mathematical classification that can make children able to group objects according to color, shape, size and weight.
