<p><em>This research aim to know social class at PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Madiun location, to know consumer behavior at PERUMN</em><em>AS</em><em> Branch Mojokerto Madiun location, and to know influence of social class to consumer behavior at PERUM PERUMNAS Branch of Mojokerto Madiun location.</em><em> </em><em>Determination of samples in this study using a saturated sampling technique that is as many as 56 consumers who have bought houses of various types in PERUMN</em><em>AS</em><em> Branch Mojokerto Location Madiun. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that obtained the results of simple linear regression test is Y = 17.668 + 1.256 X, the constant of 17.668. The result of t test is got the value of rhitung equal to 15.163 and ttabel equal to 1.67252. If rhitung ≥ ttable, then the calculation in accordance with the test criteria t. The result shows that rhitung (15.163) ≥ ttable (1.67252), it can be concluded that Ha accepted dah Ho rejected that social class significantly influence consumer behavior (Study on Purchase of House in PERUM PERUMNAS Branch of Mojokerto Madiun Location).</em></p>

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This Research aims to find out the causes and impacts caused by delays in payment of trucking vehicle rentals at Perum DAMRI Logistik, especially on the company's operational activities. Data collection was carried out in 3 divisions in Perum DAMRI Logistics, namely the operational division, the financial division and the engineering division. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.

This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and brand trust on Revlon cosmetics purchase decision of the undergraduate students of Diponegoro University. Type of research is explanatory research with the population undergraduate students of Diponegoro University, and the number of sample taken is 100. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, documents, and literature review. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques are correlation test data analysis, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded there is a positive and significant influence between advertising, price, and brand trust on purchase decision partially and simultaneously (together). There are other factors that influence the Purchase Decision. Therefore it can be advised that Revlon has to evaluate their message in Revlon advertisement, increase the discount frequency on certain events, and add some product variants.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

The shift of the Indonesian lifestyle has become online oriented has a huge impact on e-commerce business's popularity. This study aims to determine the influence of trust on to purchase decision of Tiff Body's product. This research uses the quantitative methodology and data collection method to use an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique distributed to 100 respondents who have been shopping at Tiff Body. After the data is analyzed using Simple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program, the result shows that trust influences purchase decisions.

Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.

This study aims to analyze the effect of students' knowledge about the earthquake disaster on preparedness at Dampelas 6 Middle School. The method used is quantitative with a type of explanatory research. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely knowledge about earthquake disasters, while the dependent variable is readiness. The research sample used was 56 respondents obtained using the proportional sampling technique with the Taro Yamane method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests. Data analysis uses a simple linear regression test. The results showed that statistically simple linear regression with α = 5% (2-sided test, 0.05: 2 = 0.025) and degrees of freedom (n-2-1) or 56-2-1 = 53 obtained t table of 2.005, knowledge variable (X1) with readiness (Y) students about earthquake disaster obtained t-count 3.392, while t-table 2.005, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially student knowledge has a significant influence on earthquake disaster preparedness ( 3,392> 2,005). Based on the results of a simple regression test, it was concluded that students' knowledge of the earthquake disaster-affected preparedness at Dampelas 6 Middle School by 3.392.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the influence of commitment organization on performance of nagari government apparatus in managing nagari finance in X Koto Singkarak District Junjung Sirih. This research uses quantitative methods with the form of associative research. The population is all the nagari in the two sub-districts, as many as 70 respondents from the nagari device. The sample was 68 respondents determined by the Slovin formula and a 2% error rate using the multi stage random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents with Likert scale measurements. Dataof this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. The results show that the effect of the affective commitment variable on the performance of nagari devices in nagari financial management is 5.7%. normative on the performance of nagari devices in managing nagari finances by 6.4%. Together, the influence of the three cariables was on the performance of nagari devices in nagari financial management in District X Koto Singkarak and Junjung Sirih at 10.8%. So it was concluded that the organizational commitment of nagari devices had a significant effect on the performance of nagari devices in managing financial nagari.Keywords:Commitment organization, job performance, finance managementABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak dan Junjung Sirih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian asosiatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh nagari yang ada di dua kecamatan tersebut yaitu sebanyak 70 responden perangkat nagari. Sampelnya adalah sebanyak 68 responden ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dan tingkat kesalahan 2% menggunakan teknik multi stage random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan pengukuran skala likert. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pengaruh variabel komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari adalah sebesar 5,7% , pengaruh variabel komitmen kontinuitas terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari sebesar 8,5%, dan pengaruh komitmen normatif terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari sebesar 6,4%. Secara bersama-sama pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak dan Junjung Sirih sebesar 10,8%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi perangkat nagari berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari. Dalam Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 tentang Nagari dijelaskan bahwa Nagari adalah Kesatuan Masyarakat Hukum Adat secara geneologis dan historis, memiliki batas-batas dalam wilayah tertentu, memiliki harta kekayaan sendiri, berwenang memilih pemimpinnya secara musyawarah serta mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan filosofi dan sandi adat, Adat Basandi Syara’ – Syara’ Basandi Kitabullah dan/atau berdasarkan asal usul dan adat istiadat setempat dalam wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Untuk mengatur dan mengurus desa, pemerintah telah mengganggarkan APBN (alokasi dana desa) bagi setiap desa di Indonesia dengan total kurang lebih Rp 1 Miyar. penggunaan dana desa terbagi atas belanja aparatur dan operasional pemerintahan desa sebesar 30%

ABSTRACTThe general objective of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang. The research approach used a descriptive quantitative approach. form of research is simple linear regression. The population in this research are all consumers who have been customers of the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a type of incidental sampling. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques, and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documents. Based on the analysis results obtained: The criteria of service quality at the the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang are sufficient. 2) Customer satisfaction has good criteria. 3) Based on a simple regression test, it is proven that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a determination coefficient of 36.02%.Keywords: Quality, Service, and Satisfaction.ABSTRAKTujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel insidental. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh: Kriteria kualitas pelayanan di Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang sudah cukup. 2) Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki kriteria baik. 3) Berdasarkan uji regresi sederhana terbukti kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien determinasi 36,02%.Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of packaging toward purchase intention with quality of the product as a mediation variable for Micro, Small, and Medium Scale Business “Legit” Product. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The method of data collection were primary and secondary data. The population of this research is the entire Indonesia population of 2016 (257.912.349 peoples). This study used non-probability sampling technique by taking purposive sampling. This study used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with instrument test, a classic assumption (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), model test (adjusted R2, T test and F test), Causal Steps and Bobel Test to checked the validity of the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the packaging has a significant effect on the purchase intention of the Legit’s product, the packaging has a significant effect towards the quality of the Legit’s product and the packaging has a significant effect towards the purchase intention of the Legit’s product with the quality of the product as a mediated variable.
