Bioculture development in Indonesia is considered limited in comparison to its global phenomena. It is influenced by Western culture and mainly dictated by market demand. Indonesian advanced bio culture development is dominated by food technology. Few focus on the fashion industry, while the rest is categorized as a traditional home industry. Although Indonesia has many natural and cultural potencies, bio culture has not been developed progressively, especially building material. One of the most promising organic materials that are currently trending is kombucha. It is locally and globally popular in the current situation for herbal tea and cosmetic consumption. Although it is traditionally known for herbal tea production, kombucha SCOBY (Symbiosis Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) is also potentially developed as a synthetic material. It has great economic value, unique character and can be created at home. This paper investigates other benefits of kombucha beyond natural remedies. It is planned to be developed at home by anyone as an alternative building material. The research concentrates on developing kombucha SCOBY as a sheet for making a raw sample for building material and another product design. An experimental method is used by modifying conventional and traditional methods for kombucha brewing. This research emphasizes the variety of nutrients in the form of nutrient solutions and bio culture productivity. This research proves that to produce quality SCOBY. The determinants are a starter, medium (tea and sugar), and room quality, respectively. In the trial, only green tea and black tea that produced SCOBY met the sample criteria. In this trial, the results show that the sample quality is equivalent to paper or leather. It can be developed into wallpaper, space dividers, synthetic leather, and edible food packaging. Keywords: building; bio culture; biodegradable; kombucha; material.

The purpose of this study was to measure the potential levels of fumonisin B1 (FB1) and fumonisin B2 (FB2) contamination in several herbal teas and medicinal plants that are consumed regularly in Turkey. FB1 and FB2 were detected using high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection after derivatization with o-phthaldialdehyde. A total of 115 commercially available herbal tea and medicinal plant samples were analyzed. The recoveries in black tea were 86.9 ± 8.42% for FB1 and 102 ± 6.80% for FB2 spiked with 1 μg/g of each analyte. Similarly, the mean recovery results in lime (linden) for FB1 and FB2 were 85.2 ± 9.76% and 78.6 ± 5.67%, respectively. The minimum detectable amounts for the o-phthaldialdehyde derivatives of FB1 and FB2 were 0.025 μg/g (1 ng injected) and 0.125 μg/g (5 ng), respectively. FB1 was detected in two samples (0.160 and 1.487 μg/g), and FB2 was detected in none of the samples.

One agricultural commodity that has high economic value is the clove "Eugenia Aromatica". The many benefits obtained from cloves, making clove commodities sell well in the market due to of high demand. Therefore, the amount of clove production must be able to balance the market demand in order to keep price stability stable. However, post-harvest handling of cloves at the farm level is generally conventional. This has caused problems including long working time (ineffective), the risk of clove quality decreases, and causes discomfort to the skin of workers' hands due to friction of the clove flower for long time. Hence, it is necessary to conduct IbM – “Ipteks bagi Masyarakat” (Science and Technology for Communities) activities in utilizing clove flower separator machines for farmers in Bonto Village, Enrekang. The stages of the implementation of the IbM activities were observation to the farmer groups in Bonto Village, procurement of clove flower separators, conducting training to operate the clove separator mechine and counseling how to do mechine maintenance to farmers in Bonto Village. The results obtained from this community service activity are that clove farmers in Bonto village are able to work more effectively and efficiently in the process of separating clove flowers from their stems so that the production of cloves increases with good quality.

ABSTRACT
Yellowstripe scad included the one of commodity that has an important economic value in the Sunda Strait. Commonly, this species processed by Pandeglang fishermen to be the boiled fish, salted fish, grilled fish, besides it also traded in fresh or frozen fish product. The high market demand can not offset the production of this species from the nature. Therefore, it needed an information about resources of yellowstripe scad in the waters of the Sunda Strait in order to manage it well. The objective of this study was to estimate the maximum sustainable yield (MSY) and the optimum fishing effort (fopt), so that the yellowstripe scad resources in the waters of the Sunda Strait can be utilized optimally and sustainably. Based on the standardization analysis, the purse seine be made the standard fishing gear for estimating the MSY of yellowstripe scad. The yellowstripe scad growth patterns during the study is isometric. Trends of CPUE of the yellowstripe scad fisheries tends to decrease during 2003 to 2013. Then, this species was estimated its maximum sustainable yield (MSY) of 304.50 tons per year, with the optimum fishing effort of 12.478 trips per year. The decline of the catch per fishing effort can indicated that the yellowstripe scad fishing conditions in the Sunda Strait was having the overfishing phenomenon.

Key words: Sunda Strait, sustainable potential, yellowstripe scad

-------

Marine biological resources are considered to have significant economic value is rabbitfish. Availability of rabbitfish throughout Indonesia is still relatively large, this is possible because the Rabbitfish is a part of the coral reef ecosystem. The existence of rabbitfish (Siganus vermiculatus) in the waters of Arakan is a source of considerable revenue to help the fishermen in the village of Arakan. Market demand for these fish make the fishermen increasing the catch of rabbitfish in the waters of Arakan. As an initial action on the prevention of exploitation of this resource, one of the main things is the availability of biological information. This study is implemented with the aim to find out some biological aspects of Rabbitfish (Siganus vermiculatus), the L-W relationship, the pattern of growth, condition factor, gonad maturity index, gonado index and the sex ratio. Today, orientation towards alternative energy sources has gained great importance. Biomass resources are easily available, plentiful, inexpensive, environmentally friendly and sustainable renewable energy sources. Biomass resources have the potential to be used not only for energy production but also in many different fields. One of the sources of biomass is the tea factory wastes (TFW) released during black tea production. This resource, which has no economic value, can be used in many different fields and forms. In this study, these studies made with tea factory wastes were compiled and gathered under five main headings. These are agriculture and animal husbandry, building materials, environment, energy and chemistry. It is thought that examining the studies in this way will be a guide to fill the existing gaps in the literature and lead to development.

China’s “industrial restructuring” has expanded the proportion of the tertiary industry in the economy and promoted the development of local tourism. The ongoing “industrial structure upgrading” is intended to make the industry bigger and stronger, which will promote the growth of local tourism. As a tourist resort, nature reserves have been attracting a large number of tourists and have great development potential and economic value. Under this situation, various management agencies of nature reserves have successively carried out tourism activities and carried out tourism development and construction. However, there is no doubt that both tourism activities and development will have an impact on the ecological system of nature reserves. The existing legal system of nature reserves in China emphasizes the prohibition of behaviors that directly destroy the ecological environment and ignores the impact of human tourism activities. The continuous increase in the number of tourism in our country, brought on nature reserves of rich tourist income at the same time, a large number of facts show that tourism has become a source of environmental pollution, so it is necessary for tourism environmental pollution the main way to do a summary and its particularity, summing up the basic law of tourism affect the environment, thus provide the basis for strengthening the environmental protection from the point of view of tourism management. The emergence and development of tourism culture is inseparable from the influence of the environment, and tourism culture also affects the environment. The negative effects and negative effects of tourism culture development on the environment are becoming more and more evident, which has aroused people’s general concern. In recent years, the negative impact of tourism and cultural activities on the environment has been paid much attention to by many scholars at home and abroad. This paper discusses the impact of tourism activities on nature reserves, and discusses the causes of this problem, so as to analyze the strategies to ensure the harmony and order of nature reserves in tourism activities.

As part of the fashion material repertoire, leather has a lot of travel in the exploration and development of material functions, both technological development and the development of aesthetic basic material fashion products, so designers often use this material to increase the high economic value in the fashion industry. old print photography has indeed been abandoned a lot over the times and advances in photographic technology, but in retrospect, it has revived the passion for the search for unique aesthetic values of the old photographic processes and characteristics. This study focuses on experiments with Vandyke's photographic printing on leather material, especially in producing character and the application of photographic aesthetics into fashion material. This research is driven by a number of basic assumptions about the possibility of Vandyke printing applied to leather material, as well as efforts to produce realistic visual motifs in the style of retrospective photography techniques. While the effort that can be done is to determine the variable composition of chemicals in the Vandyke process towards the characteristics of the leather material that has been determined in a laboratory experiment.
