Apart from being a tourist attraction, museums also have a function as a place for us as a society to learn and get to know about history. So that the museum has an important role in society. Lack of museum management has made public interest in the museum lessened. People generally visit museums with the aim of being curious and wanting to get benefits. However, in reality the management of this museum cannot meet the needs of the community, and makes the museum unable to carry out its role as a public and social facility in providing services to the community. The purpose of this writing is to determine the performance of museum management, to determine the weaknesses of the museum, and to make a management strategy proposal for the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics to increase public interest. The author examines the existing literature in relation to management, promotion, and museums. The data used consisted of primary data (the existing condition of the museum, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data consisting of MSRK documentation, comparative museum documentation, and others. By using five analysis tools and five analysis methods. To find out how the management strategy can be applied, the writer uses analysis (location, physical condition of the museum, management performance, best practices, and perceptions and preferences). The results of the author's research are in the form of strategic proposals for the management and promotion of the Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum. Keywords:  Management; Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics; PromotionAbstrakMuseum selain sebagai objek wisata juga memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat kita sebagai masyarakat belajar dan mengenal tentang sejarah. Sehingga museum memiliki peran penting dalam masyarakat. Kurangnya pengelolaan museum membuat ketertarikan masyarakat pada museum berkurang. Masyarakat pada umumnya berkunjung ke museum memiliki tujuan dari rasa keingintahuan dan ingin mendapatkan manfaat. Namun pada kenyataan pengelolaan museum ini tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, serta membuat museum tidak dapat melaksanakan peran sebagai fasilitas umum dan sosial dalam memberi pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penulisan tersebut ialah mengetahui kinerja pengelolaan museum, mengetahui faktor kelemahan museum, dan membuat usulan strategi pengelolaan untuk Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik guna meningkatkan minat masyarakat. Penulis mengkaji literatur yang ada berkolerasi dengan pengelolaan, promosi, dan museum. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer (kondisi eksisting museum, wawancara, dan kuesioner) serta data sekunder yang terdiri dari dokumentasi MSRK, dokumentasi museum pembanding, dan lainnya. Dengan menggunakan lima alat analisis dan lima metode analisis. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengelolaan dapat diterapkan penulis menggunakan analisis (lokasi, kondisi fisik museum, kinerja pengelolaan, best practices, serta persepsi dan preferensi). Hasil penelitian penulis yaitu berupa usulan strategi terhadap kegiatan pengelolaan dan promosi Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik.

AbstractAn approach to sustainable tourism through clusters is considered an appropriate strategy in less-developed rural areas of tourist-oriented countries, such as Croatia. This paper clarifies the key challenges of the development of tourism clusters in the region of Gorska Hrvatska and provides new data for an approach to sustainable rural tourism development. Using available secondary data from governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, protected areas of Gorska Hrvatska, and primary data of the Lika Destination Cluster, the paper explores the key challenges of developing a cluster of tourism and selective forms of tourism. Most tourism clusters in Croatia have remained in the first phase of development for years, even though this approach has failed to to achieve significant results. The key benefits of networking and branding in rural areas are identified and defined, but these potentials are still largely underutilized. The objective of this study is to provide practical recommendations to the Croatian tourism industry on how to learn from the suggested best practices and how to implement them effectively. For that purpose, the case of sustainable tourism located in the Gorska Hrvatska region, called the Lika Destination Cluster is analyzed.

This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with the technique of determining informants by purposive sampling. The technique of data collection is done by collecting primary data (interviews and observations) and collecting secondary data (literature studies and documentation). While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the current waste management strategy at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service is quite maximal in overcoming waste generation. This can be seen from the strategic planning carried out by the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service in the implementation of being able to increase the waste reduction target in carrying out its vision and mission of realizing Kendari which is clean and beautiful. While for operational planning at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service, it is still not optimal, it is faced with a related obstacle, namely the lack of technical staff available in their respective fields. This lack of a workforce can result in increasing volumes of waste every day because the population is not proportional to the number of employees, especially workers who handle the waste.

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Agro-tourism is an alternative tourism activity that relies on plantations and agriculture as its main attraction. Along with the development of tourism, agro-tourism has now become an economic driving commodity for the surrounding community, so that agro-tourism is increasingly taken into account in the world of tourism. The development of an agro-tourism can not be separated from the evolutionary process that occurs through various stages of the beginning of the tourist attraction built until now. This study aims to determine the evolution of developments in Satria Agrowisata. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting data collection techniques through online interview as primary data, and conducting online observations as secondary data. The results show that Satria Agrowisata can adapt well to the various changes that exist and continue to innovate in order to survive in the world of tourism until now. In Darwin's theory of evolution, he put forward two key words in his theory, natural selection and adaptation. Natural selection as a mechanism for evolutionary change, and adaptations that occur in its development over time.   Keyword: Evolution, Agrotourism, Satria Agrowisata, Bali.

Abstract Kata Beach as a tourist attraction has the potential and uniqueness of the coastal tourist attraction in general. But with the potential and uniqueness of the tourist attraction that should Kata Beach can attract more tourists, because at this time the number of tourists visiting the tourist attraction Kata still little and visited only at certain times such as the feast of Eid al-Fitr and the day-to-day national holiday. Local people who trade or sell around Kata Beach tourist attraction has yet to obtain maximum profit. This is caused by the time they trade and sell uncertain because they only sell at the moment busy travelers, if not crowded tourists who visit them do not open a shop to sell. Obviously this becomes a problem for the manager of a tourist attraction Kata Beach. To overcome these problems the need for improvements made ??by the manager of a tourist attraction Kata, by way of knowing in advance how the characteristics of tourists visiting Kata Beach, as well as knowing how travelers perception of the condition of Kata Beach is a tourist attraction at this point. So from the data manager can analyze the intended target market and to facilitate the development of decision-making will be done. Collecting data in this study through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and Documentation studies. The type of data being used is supported by quantitative data and qualitative data. While the data sources used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Analysis using descriptive statistics which describe or illustrate the data that has been collected from a population, which is obtained by Likert Scale Data measurement techniques. Characteristics of tourists visiting the tourist attraction Kata very good variety of indicators of gender, age, education, occupation and region of origin. While the perception of tourists on Kata Beach scored poorly on 6 indicators of security, number of toilets, cleanliness of restrooms, parking lot security, parking attendants skills and number of security officers. So it is necessary to reform by the manager for the indicators that scored poorly perceived by the tourists who visit.

Nungnung Waterfal is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Nungnung Waterfal have several potentials that can be developed into a natural taourist attraction. It is the researchers wanted to know the potential of what is owned by NungnungWaterfall that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Types of data and data sources used are the data Qualitative, Quantitatif, primary data and secondary data. Collection data by Observasi, interviews, library, and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive that applies the facts found in the field. Nungnung Waterfallhas the potential of natural and artificial potential that could be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potential possessed NungnungWaterfallis landscapes, mountains, waterfalls, and forests. As for the potential of artificial owned by Nungnung Waterfallnamely supporting facilities including a gazebo for resting place for tourists and take pictures in the area of Nungnung Waterfall.

Purpose Highway signage programs are important to the success of winery tourism industry. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the regulatory environment US wineries operate under in regards to highway signage programs. The goal then is to compare wine tourism-related highway signage programs in the USA and identify best practices for the programs. Design/methodology/approach Twenty-six programs from 13 US states are included in this study. Research collected both primary data (through interviews with 30 officials and representatives) and secondary data (from websites, government publications) to identify the costs, regulations and rules of each program. Findings A review of these programs shows that while there are many common elements in these programs, all are managed differently, have different operational and facility requirements for participation and vary in cost. Practical implications Highway signage programs related to winery tourism are best administered by a single state-wide governmental agency or foundations/trusts. Second, highway signage program should link with a separate certification program for the wineries which guarantees a certain minimum amount of local content. Winery owners and officials interviewed also emphasized the need for synergy among neighboring wineries to facilitate winery tourism. Originality/value Limited research has been conducted about the regulatory environment of signage programs that are specific to the wine industry in the USA. This study begins to address this gap in the literature by presenting an overview and best practices of 26 wine tourism-related highway signage programs from 13 different states across the USA.

Penulisan tesis mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategiyang digunakan oleh Drumblek Gempar, kemudian menganalisis faktor internal daneksternal serta memformulasikan strategi pengelolaan musik perkusi Drumblek Gempar.Metode penelitian mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan Drumblek Gempar ditentukan oleh empatlangkah yaitu, menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari lokasi penelitian, objek penelitian, dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yangterdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data skunder. Ketiga,menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dankelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukananalisis data dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasilpenelitian pertama berdasarkan matriks IE strategi pengelolaan pada drumblek Gemparmelalui matriks IE menunjukan pada posisi IV yaitu Growth and Build, strategi umum yangdigunakan adalah sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Keduaberdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT menunjukan kuadran I Expansion, yaitu bahwa situasiyang sangat baik karena ada kekuatan yang dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yangmenguntungkan. Hal tersebut mengarah pada variabel kekuatan poin tertinggi yaitudrumblek Gempar merupakan drumblek tertua yang ada di Salatiga. Lalu pada variabelpeluang poin tertinggi yaitu sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Thesis writing on Management Strategy aims to identify the strategies used by drumblekGempar, then analyze the internal and external factors and formulate a drumblekpercussion management strategy Gempar. The method of research on drumblekmanagement strategy Gempar determined by four steps, namely, determine the scope ofresearch consisting of research sites, research objects, and research subjects. The secondstep performs data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collectionand secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors:internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats).The last step is to analyze data and the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis. The first result based on IE matrix management strategy on drumblek Gempar through IE matrix shows in position IV that is Growth and Build, general strategy used is as appeal of Salatiga City through drumblek art.

Bukit Jamur is a tourist attraction located in the Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Originally, Bukit Jamur is protected forest area, because of this place has a tourist attraction, the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office established Bukit Jamur as a Forest Park in 2018. The goal is to be managed as a tourist attraction. This destination is managed by the Pokdarwis Organization, but its management is still not optimal. This can be seen from the condition of the untreated destination and the management system of visitors who are still irregular, causing a lot of garbage that pollutes the destination environment due to tourists visit. This research was conducted to find out what are the problems in the Bukit Jamur destination visitor management system and strategies that can be done to overcome the problem of the visitor management system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques are by literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by compiling all data that has been obtained to be compiled and processed so that it can produce a concise research discussion and a clear as well as an easy comprehensive   conclusion.

Perceptions of the Community Concerning the Existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat, This study explains the stabat community's perception of the existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Stabat City. The perception in question is the perception arising from the knowledge and profession of the community and the share of Islamic banks. This research is a qualitative research. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection by doing obsevation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the research by Bank Syariah Mandiri is a bank located on the cross road of Stabat city. Its location is very strategic and facilitate stabat society to find it. Good service is provided by employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Stabat. Motivation of work provided by the head of branches is also very influential to improve the work ethic is good. Good leaders are people who are able to motivate their employees to work in the spirit and can finish the job in accordance with the target work. Public interest arose because of the good service provided by the employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Stabat. Bank Syariah Mandiri has a very important role to promote the Economy in Indonesia. So the result of research of public perception about Bank Syariah Mandiri kebaradaan very good effect.
