Breast milk (ASI) is the best source of nutrition for babies because it contains various nutrients needed in the growth and development of babies. Giving breast milk is highly recommended until the baby is 6 months old (Utami, 2005). Data on Exclusive Breastfeeding at Poasia Health Center in 2015 amounted to 77.07% and based on the results of surveys in several Posyandu in the Poasia Community Health Center working area, most of the visiting babies were given formula milk and complementary food for breast milk. This shows that the practice of exclusive breastfeeding is still low which can affect the growth and development of infants so that it will affect the quality of human resources. Research Objectives: To find out the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding at Posyandu in the working area of Poasia Health Center, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016. Exclusive breastfeeding (ASI) is the practice of breastfeeding without giving the baby any other food or drink other than breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding is the basis for the continuity of the child's life and health because breast milk is irreplaceable for its nutrition for the growth and development of children. A country is said to be developed if the infant mortality rate is low and the health status is good. Breastfeeding is important because the amount of breast milk is needed by babies until the age of 6 months, by breastfeeding can reduce infant mortality. This study aims to determine the relationship between family income and support for health workers on exclusive breastfeeding in Indragiri Hulu District. The type of research used is observational quantitative using a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 173 mothers who had babies aged 6-8 months. Research analysis was conducted using bivariate test. The results showed that there was a relationship between family income (p=0.005) and exclusive breastfeeding. There was no relationship between the support of health workers on exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.410). Introduction: Nutritional needs are a very important requirement for a baby's growth and development. Most of the nutrients needed for babies aged 0-6 months are determined by the quantity and quality of mother's milk because exclusive breastfeeding has a balanced composition and is ideal for babies. The problem of malnutrition is considered by the community as a matter of course so often babies who experience malnutrition are not taken to the community health center or hospital. from the results of a preliminary study in Menganti Village, Glagah Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, out of 10 babies aged 0-6 months, 10% of infants with poor nutritional status were found. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the nutritional status of infants aged 0-6 months. Methods: The design of this study is a correlation study with a cross sectional approach, with a mother population of 26 respondents, a sample of 25 respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling technique, data taken using questionnaire sheets and observation sheets, then analyzed by spearman test with a significance level of 5 0.05. Results: The results showed that (40%) mothers gave exclusive breastfeeding and (72%) babies had good nutritional status. The statistical test results obtained rs = 0.345 and p = 0.092, where p> 0.05..  Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and infant nutritional status. The implications of this study require the role of health workers to provide health education to mothers about breastfeeding that is appropriate for infants
