The total sample was 70 respondents. Data collection was performed using questionnaires. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the average value of patient satisfaction based on the five dimensions of quality of health care.Result: The dimensions of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significance value (p<0.05), while the reliability dimension has no significance value (p>0.05). So the formula used to predict patient satisfaction with health services received is as follows:y = 0,352+0,295*X1–0,104*X2–0,201*X3+0,334*X4+0,180*X5The dimension of health services that has the largest influence on the satisfaction of inpatients is assurance. Patients feel assured and satisfied when the health workers communicate their expertise and competencies before doing their work. Conclusion: Tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance were four of five dimensions of health services that have significantly influenced the satisfaction of inpatients.

Optic neuritis denotes an inflammation of the optic nerve characterized by loss of vision progressing over a few hours to a few days. Based on the site involved, optic neuritis is classified as retrobulbar (2/3 cases), atypical, and typical optic neuritis. In some cases, pediatric patients with optic neuritis have atypical symptoms and signs and no comprehensive medical history leading to a challenging diagnosis. In this case series, we report cases of optic neuritis in pediatric patients at different ages and clinical features treated with methylprednisolone 1 mg/kg body weight and oral mecobalamin and respective management. With a poor initial vision at presentation, the patients recovered rapidly.  The diagno-sis of optic neuritis was based on anamnesis, ophthalmologic examination, and simple laboratory and physical examination. The administration of steroids at a dose of 1 mg/kg body weight followed by a taper of dose can improve vision loss.

Background: Treatment of Tuberculosis patients are given in the form of a drugs combination. Some drugs which are Pyrazinamide, Isoniazid and Rifampicin can provide hepatotoxic side effects. Specific sign of hepatotoxic occurrence is increasing in the Serum Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase levels. One of factors that influence hepatotoxicity is nutritional status. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and levels of Serum Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase in tuberculosis patients. Methods: A non-experimental correlation study, retrospective approach with total sampling method, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Located at tCommunity Lung Health Center (BKPM) Ambarawa area. The analysis used the Spearman rank correlation testResults: Based on the test results of Spearman Rank correlation test, the correlation coefficient (r) is  -0.267. Hypothesis test results also showed 0.037 (p-value <0.05), which means the existence of a significant correlation between variabels. Conclusion: There is a relationship between nutritional status and levels of Serum Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase in tuberculosis patients.

Background: Obesity can affect severity of knee osteoarthritis sufferers. Several studies have examined relationship between obesity and osteoarthritis, but no one has examined the different types of obesity on osteoarthritis, therefore, researchers wanted to know differences of central and peripheral obesity on severity osteoarthritis. Methods: A retrospective studi, with cross-sectional, simple random sampling method, conducted between 1 August 2014 and 30 September 2014 in Semarang City. Samples people > 50 years old. Data were analyzed by rank Spearman and Anova correlation. Results: In this study, 45.7% (n = 32) reported severe osteoarthritis. The results of the statistical test obtained p1 = 0,000 (reject Ho). The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.857 (strong), and the linear pattern is positive. The coefficient of determination (r2) is obtained (0.857) 2 = 0.73 = 73%. And 37.1% (N = 26) reported being obese. p2 = 0.043 (reject Ho). The mean deviation (MD) was 0.048 (not significant) between central obesity and peripheral obesity. Conclusion: Obesity affects severity of knee osteoarthritis. The greater body mass index, greater severity of knee osteoarthritis. 73% of severity of knee osteoarthritis is influenced by obesity, but there is no significant effect between central and peripheral obesity on the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis.

Background: The number block is a media that Montessori created in 1909. This block media is made of a wooden square and consists of 10 blocks with red and blue colors. Each red and blue segment represents the sum of 1 block. According to Fridani in Kompas Daily (2010), the block game itself has several advantages, including that children can recognize mathematical concepts because by playing blocks, children get to know more concepts - less, the same and not the same, the concepts of numbers and numbers and science. Such as calculating, classification, gravity, and stabilization. Objective: To determine the effect of number blocks on increasing numeracy skills in mentally disabled childrenMethod: The research design was a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test - a post-test design approachResults: Before being given the intervention to play numeric blocks, most of the ten respondents (59%) had the level of numeracy (analyzing number symbols, addition, and subtraction) in children with mental retardation, which was in the low category. Mental is in the good category for eight respondents (47%), and five respondents (29%) are included in the good category. Conclusion: There is an effect of numeracy skills on children with mental retardation before and after the intervention to play number blocks.
