Kesimpulan: Eotaxin dan reseptor CCR3 adalah faktor yang paling menonjol dalam patogenesis rinitis alergi yang melibatkan eosinophilKata kunci: Reaksi alergi, Th2, CC Kemokin, eosinofil, CCR3 AbstractBackground: Allergic rhinitis such a disease with high incidence among the world and its prevalence appears to be increasing every year. The pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis commit complex imunological reaction. Purpose: To know the role of chemotactic cytokine (chemokine) in pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. Literature review: Chemokine as a chemotactics cytokine participate to all allergic reaction stage. CC chemokines were subfamilial chemokines which have role in allergic reaction. They working by binding with receptor on the surface of inflamatory cells. CCR3 is the receptor with the highes level could be found on eosinophil cell membran and eotaxin was the spesific ligand to itt. Conclusion: Eotaxin and CCR3 are the major factor in pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis which is involve eosinophil. Keywords: Allergic reaction, Th2, CC Chemokines, eosinophil, CCR3

Uveal melanoma (UM) is currently classified by the World Health Organisation as a melanoma caused by risk factors other than cumulative solar damage. However, factors relating to ultraviolet radiation (UVR) susceptibility such as light-coloured skin and eyes, propensity to burn, and proximity to the equator, frequently correlate with higher risk of UM. These risk factors echo those of the far more common cutaneous melanoma (CM), which is widely accepted to be caused by excessive UVR exposure, suggesting a role of UVR in the development and progression of a proportion of UM. Indeed, this could mean that countries, such as Australia, with high UVR exposure and the highest incidences of CM would represent a similarly high incidence of UM if UVR exposure is truly involved. Most cases of UM lack the typical genetic mutations that are related to UVR damage, although recent evidence in a small minority of cases has shown otherwise. This review therefore reassesses statistical, environmental, anatomical, and physiological evidence for and against the role of UVR in the aetiology of UM.

Conventional tourism had opened a “window” for Islamic tourism to operationalize which at present is expanded throughout the world. As the Muslim population is rising rapidly, Muslim consumer market should be critically concerned by tourism businesses to satisfy the needs and wants of the consumers. This paper attempts to explain the concept of Islamic tourism in the context of maqasid shariah – protection of religion, protection of intellect, protection of life, protection of wealth and protection of offspring; discusses the role of Islamic religiosity in shaping tourists’ behaviour, as well as tourism industry’s role in applying Islamic tourism according to maqasid shariah, from the tourism industry’s perspective and tourists’ perspective. To date, there is still lack of knowledge and related literature review on the implementation of maqasid shariah in the concept of tourism industry. The ultimate goals of shariah are vital as the platform in the development of Islamic tourism as well as Islamic religiosity among Muslim consumers because it resembles the value of Islamic concept in tourism perspectives.

Social media has become a new revolution in communications and most governments around the world use these platforms as two-way communication between them and the citizens. The Jordanian government started using these platforms early, so this paper came to examine the Jordanian's practice on these platforms. The paper use two way of analysis, the first one was a systematic literature review in the largest two databases (Scopus and Web of Science). After the literature has been analysed and the paper found the best practices for governments around the world, three main determinants were identified for any government to start the use of social media (presence, up to date information and interaction). The most popular Jordanian's social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) have been selected to start the analyses and 52 Jordanian governmental institutions (all the 25 ministries and 27 institutions belong to the prime ministry) have been analysed. After the institutions' websites and their pages or accounts on social media platforms scanned and analysed, most of the institutions have fulfilled the first two criteria (presence) and 77% shows that they have appearances on social media and (up to date information) 67% of the institutions regularly updated their information. But for the last criteria (interaction) we have found that the institutions still need to improve their interactions with the citizens since the results showed only 38% of these institutions have interaction on their pages or accounts on social media.

Capitalist accumulation, State and workforce reproduction: the theoretical and methodological treatment of the social policy Abstract: This qualitative nature of an article, exploratory and descriptive character which is based on a literature review aims to analyze the capitalist mode of production, as the process of accumulation and reproduction and inflections to the role of the state and social policy, the emphasis is in periods marked by crises that cause societal changes that impact the world of work and social relations. The critical-dialectical method used in this research focuses on the categories mediation, historicity and dialectics in order to unravel the reality beyond appearance and deepen the analysis of capitalism. The results point out that the capitalist crisis caused by its own contradictions has scaled the theoretical-methodological treatment of social policy.

Studies have been conducted focusing on the role of trust, integrity, and reputation on the image and reputations of Islamic charities. But, these are not the only challenges faced by contemporary Waqf. While the world outside the Waqf institutions has changed, Awqaf are stuck in centuries-old procedures and management practices. This must change for Awqaf to be up to the challenges of modern world. This work focuses on proposing a mechanism that explains how possible it is for Awqaf to improve their image given their unique features and environment. The process through which Waqf improves its relationship with stakeholders such as donors, beneficiaries, and government is as important as other aspects of Waqf operation that have been traditionally covered by scholars. The methodology followed for conducting this work is mainly literature review and critical analysis of the state of Waqf in the Muslim world. Thus, the work is a deductive analysis in Islamic economics and marketing, borrowing from Islamic and conventional fields of marketing and branding.

ABSTRACTBackground: The important role of coastal communities is not directly in line with their living conditions, which are mostly poor. Dental caries is basically a disease that is also suffered by the general public in Indonesia, even in the world. RISKESDAS 2018 shows the prevalence of caries in Indonesia is 88.8%. Dental caries is caused by the bacterium Streptococcus mutans. People who live in coastal areas are at risk of suffering from dental caries. Brushing behavior also has a relationship with the incidence of dental caries. Method: All articles reviewed were obtained from Pubmed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar with a period of 10 years in full text. using the keywords behavior, caries, and coastal area.Result: Based on reviews from several journals, it was found that the brushing behavior of coastal communities was good, but the frequency of brushing teeth was not appropriate and the behavior of using drinking water had no known fluoride content. There are variations in the category of dental caries at the age level of people in coastal areas. Conclusion: Knowledge and healthy behavior can reduce the risk of dental caries related to the behavior of coastal communities, so that life productivity can be much better than ever.

Generally, carcinoma of the gallbladder is an extremely unusual neoplasm, however, high incidence rates have been reported in certain parts of the world. The role of certain factors such as genetic susceptibility, lifestyle and infections of gallbladder in causing carcinogenesis is still not clearly understood. Due to its early vague symptoms and lack of serosa in the gallbladder to slow its spread, gallbladder carcinoma typically presents at an advanced stage with a five-year survival rate of less than 5%. Pseudopancreatic cyst is an uncommon but not a rare complication of acute pancreatitis and injury to the pancreas. However, it rarely presents with carcinoma of gallbladder. We present here an unusual case of gallbladder carcinoma with pseudopancreatic cyst in a 58-year old male.

Children across Africa, not unlike elsewhere in the world, suffer myriad hardships, some of which include sexual and physical violence, economic exploitation and ritual killings. Using a literature review, this article maps the foci of research on the status and value attributed to children in various African contexts. The article also juxtaposes this value by considering how children have been maltreated historically and contemporaneously, discussing how notions of personhood contribute to the devaluation and possible revaluation of children. Here, the authors contrast two dominant positions in the treatment of personhood in Africa as communitarian – personhood-as-acquired and personhood-as-endowed. Noting the appeal and limits of these positions, the authors articulate a synthesis of both that could contribute towards a revaluation of children in African contexts. They argue that while ‘personhood-as-endowed’ safeguards against a hierarchy of persons that might be vulnerable to abuse and arbitrary excesses sanctioned by one’s community, ‘personhood-as-acquired’ holds adults to a high moral standard which has a protective effect for children while maintaining the role of community in cultivating moral development.
