This study aimed to build a model that allows us to understand organizational satisfaction from variables related to job satisfaction; Likewise, we proceeded to validate and confirm the dimensions of a scale to measure satisfaction with the organization within the work environment based on the proposal by Cayama and Pazmiño (1998), in addition to characterizing organizational satisfaction in a sample of 646 employees, both sexes between 18 and 70 years, workers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). From the Rasch analysis, relevant psychometric values were observed, identifying seven items as alien to the satisfaction dimension; An explanatory model was obtained that showed relevant adjustment criteria, observing that the main predictors of satisfaction with the organization were satisfaction with supervision (β = .84) and salary satisfaction (β = .75). Likewise, it was observed that the type of position, the marital status, the type of contract and the number of children had a significant impact on the differences in satisfaction. New studies are suggested that regain satisfaction with the organization as a relevant construct for a specific analysis of labor relations, as well as the extension of the sample to other types of workers and greater age ranges and seniority.

There is hardly any organization today that would disagree with the notion that people are the indispensable asset of any organization, which endows it with significant competitive advantage. Internal Customer Satisfaction is an assessment of how contended the worker is with his job or work environment. Happy and satisfied workers are likely to produce more, take less leaves, and stay loyal to the company. The importance of human capital in MSMEs has been posited by a number of authors (e.g. Wells et al., 2003; Neace, 1999) and has been linked to important outcome variables including quality, customer service, and productivity (Penning; Edelman et al., 2002). This paper explores the various facets of employee satisfaction in MSME's of Varanasi.

BACKGROUND: Presenteeism is generally viewed as a symptom of organizational or individual dysfunction and is rarely considered as a behavioral response to positive triggering factors. Our study examines this issue in small enterprises (SEs), which are an unexplored environment in terms of presenteeism. OBJECTIVE: Through in-depth analysis, this study aims to understand the positive and negative factors that impact presenteeism in the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with a particular focus on SEs. METHODS: We adopt a qualitative methodological approach in which we conducted 17 semi-structured interviews with employees and owner-managers of SEs with between 20 and 49 employees. RESULTS: Our thematic analysis shows that presenteeism can be explained by factors related to pressure to attend work, by individuals’ constraints and commitment, by organizational and individual characteristics and by a congenial work environment. Presenteeism can also be a type of “therapy” which helps individuals to avoid focusing on being sick and enables them to stay active and avoid social isolation. CONCLUSIONS: Our study differs from earlier research by providing a more in-depth analysis of the positive and negative factors that trigger presenteeism. This article will help to expand the current theoretical knowledge about presenteeism and encourage a more holistic interpretation of the phenomenon.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs in Indonesia each year increase. The increasing number of MSMEs still needs to experience intensive assistance in order to achieve independent, resilient, and quality MSMEs. Employee performance is a form of employee achievement after going through various stages in the work process. Based on the observations, researchers showed that the performance of MSME employees in Babakan Madang subdistrict and Cisarua Sub-District of Bogor Regency was not optimal. This is allegedly due to being influenced by capital, work environment, and marketing. The formulation of problems in this research is whether the capital and work environment can affect the performance of employees directly or through the marketing of MSMEs in two sub-districts in Bogor Regency. This study aims to find out the influence of capital and work environment on employee performance with marketing co-operation on MSMEs Bogor Regency, this research uses the archework of The Posttest Only Control Group with marketing covariance. Data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires, while sampling techniques use non probability sampling with a sample number of 72 people. The results showed that capital and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through marketing. This can be seen from the results of simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, determination coefficient test, sobel test and path analysis. Marketing as a moderator variable mediates between capital to employee performance that is partial mediation and marketing as moderator variables that mediate between the work environment and employee performance, both of which are full mediation.
